The breakfast was average. The front desk and coffee area were clean and new, but the hallways with older carpeting and the room themselves were not. We are allergic, and the old carpet in the room interferes with my children’s health. Unfortunately, the room had an old carpet. However, some people who don’t care about it probably don’t have this problem.

I loved staying here. Friendly staff, clean rooms and well located. Wifi was booming. I'm not big on breakfast but the selection was good. Great restaurants and a whole foods in walking distance. i'd definitely stay here again.

Low end for a Hilton. Breakfast was quite limited, but adequate. Coffee was weak. Rooms are newly remodeled for rebranding and there is missing paint in areas they switched hardware. Plaster and drywall repairs were not well done. Pillows were straight awful.

Okay 3 star hotel near the airport. The area is quiet and safe, with some good restaurants nearby. Staff are competent and courteous. The room is renovated, but certain things like the tub and the bathroom floor are showing their age. Beds are comfortable. Sheets feel like polyester, not cotton. There is some sort of scent inside the hotel, it’s a bit strong.

I liked how clean the rooms are and how good everything smells. Tv was big. everything else was just ok and for the price I paid definitely won’t be coming here again. Elevator only goes up but you can’t come down so I had to take the stairs down multiple times. Breakfast was just pastries and coffee which is not bad but I expected actual breakfast. Ac is weird it’s constantly turning off while it’s on for a couple mins. The guy said it’s normal which makes no sense it would keep turning off and almost never turn on again unless I put the temp down. We had maintenance come by and he just unplugged it and plug it back in and it worked but kept doing the same issue. One of the workers there around 7pm just gave us a look that said we’re dumb for saying the ac isn’t working he came up with us tested it and gave us another room which is great but with the attitude he had on his face I can tell he wasn’t happy helping us at all and for the price I paid i expect more. So I would rate my stay like a 5/10 and that’s only because it had a bed and tv but the ac thing was just a big problem for me and the going down the stairs constantly I can’t see myself going to a Hilton spark or any Hilton for that matter. I paid $208 for a night and I expected almost a luxury experience the reviews were kinda insane but now I see that it was all a lie.

The Hotel had everything within walking distance. Including 24 hour stores like CVS and walgreens The smell of smokers at the door, the elevator looked old and had what seemed to be a pet pee pad on the floor, carpets looked old

I recently stayed at Spark by Hilton Miami Doral. I booked my room based on proximity to an event I was attending. If you are in the Doral area, look at alternative locations. Customer Service was non existent. The complimentary breakfast was also a major disappointment. For the cost of the room, you would think that there would be warm food, and a larger selection of juices etc...instead I had the choice of boiled eggs, cereal, etc and the hotel had a advertisement with a picture of a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit with the caption "Craving something different"?Breakfast sandwiches and more are available for purchase in our retail market." I would stay here again, even they gave me a free night's stay.

When we were checking in they were helping two Amazon Drivers with picking up packages. Not sure if this a Return drop off site for Amazon, but if it is I would expect the front desk have the Amazon people hold to the side while they assist people checking in. We paid to stay there and shouldn't have to wait on Amazon business.

2. The accessible room did not have adequate turn around space for a wheelchair. 3. No firm pillows 4. The shower gel, shampoo, & conditioner were too far away from the bathtub seat. 5. We were told we could store our luggage, then told we couldn’t when we tried to do so.

Only the breakfast, which is terrible, they only had a bagel and anyone who doesn't like it had no option, no bacon, no sausage, no scrambled egg, only hard-boiled egg and nothing else.

The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was quiet, parking was a little tight but did not have a problem finding a spot. Great location close to restaurants and the mall.

I was surprised to see such a large room. Very clean and lots of storage. Staff were all kind and helpful.

Only problem was the Ac in the room stopped working in the night and we had to switch rooms. but staff was very nice and helpful!

I booked a stay for my post-op stay since it was just a few minutes' walk from the clinic. The service was generally excellent. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. The customer service staff was super kind and attentive. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Everything was great. I highly recommend it.

I liked the welcome greeting when I entered my room, saw my name on the tv. Also liked how sweet the reception area smelled when I entered. The beds and linens were like butter, smooth and very comfortable. The room size was a bit smaller than expected. I was not particularly impressed with the breakfast. Boiled eggs, apples, cereal, yogurt and bread to go. Was hoping for a more ample variety breakfast like scrambled eggs, chicken links, sausages, bacon, maybe some potatoes, hash browns etc. Other than that it was a decent stay.

The smell of the room was great and appealing. The shower lack of pressure for my taste. The sink was not properly working. Even they did the cleaning no one try to fix until we told it. It was fixed right away. Breakfast poor. Anyway It was a pleasant stay.

This hotel is very clean. It smells great! You room is cleaned every day. I love staying here. I go stay at this hotel evey week. The sitting area is devorated reslly nice. Love it.

You need to improve the breakfast options. I have stayed at Springhill and Best Western next door, and they have you beat by a long shot.

the location was perfect. Just seemed a little weathered on the inside. Breakfast was ok. Great price so I would stay here again.

Overall, pretty good hotel and location. Ample parking. Lots of food options in the area, albeit having to drive to them. 20 mins to airport. Didn't get a chance to try breakfast or other amenities.

We had lots of options for dining very close. A few restaurants were in walking distance. The pool and deck area was very clean.

Convenient location near to shopping and food.

We booked a room with 2 queen beds, with a family of 4. When we arrived to check in, this was unavailable and we got a room with a king bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable.

This was a very convenient hotel in an area close to many amenities. We would have given a higher score if the AC in the room had been less noisy. Not sure if this is something 'fixable' or not, but wit ill certainly help travelers have a more comfy stay.

I did not like that there was little to no variation in the breakfast menu.

Great condition. Great area. Hotel is surrounded by shops and restaurants. Staff is ok. Didn’t appreciate cleaning crew knocking and opening my door at 10:00 am when check out is at 12 pm. Especially, when the do not disturb sign was on the door. Then it gets better, we get a call at 11:25 telling us that check out was at 12.

what I didn't like was, when we arrive for check in, the system didn't work, we never got our room key

The room was very cozy, but the food option could have been better than a daily bagel and cream cheese. I would recommend Spark, the cost is ok.

The staff and housekeeping was great, no complaints. My recommendations would be to upgrade the elevator and extend Breakfast options a bit. Other than that, my stay was great. I would definitely book again.

Nice breakfast, bed was super comfy, internet access was great and easy larking. The staff was super nice too and very friendly and helpful.

Staff opened door early in the morning around 830am no knock. Room had blinds but no curtains. No ice buckets in rooms
