the lights were on and the water worked. Don't turn the hall light switch off because that controls the outlet the TV is plugged into. If you're looking for a change of scenery in Miami and you're tired of all the nice things. This is the place to stay!!! It will make you appreciate living behind a dumpster, because at least the air would be fresher. what a dump....terrible place. Looks like back in the day this place was really nice and setup for a great stay. Someone took over and has done a horrible job of keeping it up. Do not stay here!

They pool They didn't have Any breakfast available any longer. Only limited coffee and tea. And it ran out fast... Also the elevator closest to our room was out of service. And we had to walk all the way around on the other side of the building to use the other elevator each time. Or stairs . And they beds were extremely uncomfortable hard & lumpy and low to the floor

No frill but good clean, good, safe location and affordable. They did have Coffee which was hot and good. It was not in the best shape as other reviews stated. - main elevator was down, walls/tile had holes and minor damage. However, it was clean, pleasant and I felt safe. Pool closed at 7 - ridiculous especially for Florida beach town.

The conveniency close to South Beach convention center I didn’t like how I had to keep coming back-and-forth out of the staircase because the elevators didn’t work. I was on the fourth floor. I didn’t like the fact that there was very much chaos going on at the hotel. I didn’t like the fact that there was insects crawling in the hotel.

NOTHING The parking garage, having to take my luggage through a stairwell. $12/day parking. The room looked like nothing like pics. Peeling paint, there were NO TOWELS. Everything looked extremely old. Fridge and microwave on the floor. The bed was made but I still didn’t think it was actually clean.

Good location, terrible conditions. Broken dresser, I mean chunks of wood broken off. Dark room, barely any light. Lobby facilities not functional. Too expensive for a place in such bad condition.

Very old, outdated TV was tiny and blurry, one ice machine for the entire hotel and it was broken. The room smelled like Clorox. The air conditioner was extremely loud. Cost way too much for what I got

Location It wasn't too clean. Very old and outdated. Cleaning lady would not leave but 1 towel a day so we had to go get them ourselves. TV was hard to control. We had no heat and our first night it was freezing in Miami. Staff was ok but nothing to write home about. Our key never worked so we had to go get a new one made every day. 3 times the first day. This could be a nice hotel with updates but it is very very old. Would not stay again. Will pay extra and stay somewhere nicer.

The location was decent. This place is a complete disaster and should not be trusted. The room looked nothing like the photos online. I specifically requested a first-floor room and was told it would be accommodated, yet it was not. Breakfast was advertised on their website and did not exist. The room reeked of mildew. There were stains on the bathroom floor, and the bathroom door could not even open properly because it hit the sink. Basic cleanliness and functionality were clearly not a priority. We had a late checkout. Within five minutes of stepping away, my husband went back to retrieve my large wedge pillow, not a small personal item, a bulky medical pillow that cost $100. It had already been taken. Nothing else in the room was touched or cleaned. No trash removed. No linens changed. Only the pillow was gone. An employee was standing outside our room before checkout time and immediately entered without a cleaning cart. When we reported the missing pillow, staff acted clueless, the front desk receptionist laughed, and no one took the situation seriously. They claimed they could not check key card access and offered no accountability whatsoever. Only after we threatened to call the police and demanded that hallway cameras be reviewed did a man we believe to be the manager suddenly produce the pillow. This was not a misunderstanding. It was theft, followed by denial and unprofessional behavior. The hotel is worn down, misrepresented, and staffed by people who clearly thought taking a guest’s property was acceptable until confronted with law enforcement. Do not stay here. If staff will walk into your room before checkout and take a large, expensive item within minutes, they will do it to anyone.

The room temp was 38 degrees and there was no heat. The staff were so rude and would not put me in contact with a manager. I had deeply apologized but explained I was recovering from a very big surgery and wanted to be comfortable. No hot water either.

There was nothing good in this hotel. Unfortunately, when I was looking for a hotel on Booking, this was the only option at a ridiculous price of $500 per night. This is a one-star hotel, or two stars at most. The price was exorbitant for the hotel's quality, taking advantage of customers' needs and Booking's terrible algorithm. The furniture was old and in poor condition; the paint on the walls was peeling; the entrance door showed last-minute repairs with chipped and stained paint. The bathroom was substandard and not clean.
