Well lcoated in South Miami region. Good bed, boog bathroom. Unfortunately the drain was clogged for three days and there was no hot water for two days.

I booked this because of all the stellar recent reviews. But here’s the truth - this place is a dump. It is NOT recently renovated and there is nothing new here. The breakfast room was depressing, food looked gross & even the coffee was bad.

Clean room and lobby. Friendly staff, and the location was quiet and made our stay peaceful.

The room smelled musty, was damp, and the bathroom has mold on the tub base. The sheets/ bedding smelled like maple syrup.

The room floor is dirty. Staff are not friendly. Staff at the breakfast would rather spending a lot of time directing customers to clean the table themselves instead of helping out.

The 1st room was horrible. The stent ch of marijuana was so strong it made me stagger. Mike &Ike candies were on the floor and bed. Objects were on the bed, semem was on th floor(puddle). Also, a freshly burnt blunt (ashes and all), was laying right in front of the TV. The next room was perfect!

Nice staff. Room was adequate for price and need, but you do get what you pay for, so nothing extravagant or “nice” by any means but got the job done. Good location.

Rooms are ok for a budget hotel, Location was good for my needs . I booked a room and was given a key to the second floor , i asked and they do not have a elevator and i had a fair amount of luggage. I asked for a first floor room and was told there were none , I parked ay 9 30 PM and there were 5 rooms with open curtains and empty , when i got up at 7 am the same rooms were open . So what happened is the women behind the desk did not want to do the work to fix this , Lazy customer service no way to run a service industry. Perhaps it was lack of proper training by the management or just laziness. Its a easy fix if you just put a small amount of effort into this

The room was dirty, bath tub water did not drain. Smell terrible, pillows were smaller than regular standard size. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a decent stay at this place. One drawback is the bathroom doesn't have a lockable door. Only a sliding barn door. No privacy as the mirror in the living area shows the bathroom through the barn door crack.

The room was clean, the people were friendly, and the area was close to alot of stuff. The only complaints I have are the smell of the air conditioner and the cable going in and out so much that you can't watch a whole show without missing some of it. Other than that, I'd stay here again.

The shower handle was broken and needed repair twice. There was blood spatter on the curtains. The silicone around the tub walls and floor was straight mold and separating from the tub/floor and walls, the list goes on. All in all just a terrible place

I had a very good experience at this place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent because it has many restaurants and shopping stores just minutes away. The next time I visit friends between South Miami and Homestead, I will choose this place again.

The picture shown here is NOT what the place looks like. The entrance was dirty; the room was filthy; the shower head was so clogged with rust and mildew/mold that disgusting isn't a strong enough word to describe it. And the cost for this room of almost $200 per night was completely out of line. It should be rated as a one-star motel!

This place was filthy and extremely noisy. I felt uncomfortable my entire stay. The floors were so dirty that the bottoms of my feet and socks turned black. The walls had stains that looked like food or possibly something worse. If I could have canceled and had the funds to go elsewhere, I absolutely would have. The images online are completely false and misleading. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The inly thing I had issues with was that key did not work and we have to switch twice. Everything else was decent.

The room was nice and clean but the hallway and stairs stink. The carpet needs to be clean. The breakfast was okay, but the breakfast area was small and tight.

Shady residents. Police activity with some to the point we had to move thr car to safely leave. Vending machines outdated and didn’t work though staff knew they didn’t put put of order signs on them, we asked for a couple extra hangers (because they only provided 3 with the room) but they never brought them. I needed to use the iron and the water/steam was rusted and got on my clothes almost ruining them.

Room was great. I really like the pool and the Peruvian restaurant attached to the hotel is a bonus. The atmosphere in the breakfast area is depressing. Pipe in a little nice music and maybe change up the offerings? Staff generally nice and helpful, but some at the front desk could be a bit rude. That's Miami!

It is located on a central area, but don't expect much about the actual facilities.

This hotel has been in a steady state of disrepair for several years. I visit Miami once a year and always stayed here because it is close to where I visit. This year my room's lights would flicker and dim everytime I plugged anything into the wall, the room reaked of cigarette smoke (supposed to be non-smoking), and I left covered in bed bug bites.

Every thing was great except I needed a shower platform without the tub for the physical handicap room I requested. And the stopper in the tub was broken, so I had to remove it in order for the water to drain freely as I showered. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay plan to return there when I return.

We stayed two nights at this hotel.. The room they gave us initially had a broken shower knob, which was a bit of a bummer, but things got better. Luckily, they quickly moved us to a different room, and the staff was very helpful in resolving the issue. The overall vibe of the hostel was pretty good; although the room looked and smelled old, it was clean and had a nice common area. Complimentary breakfast was really nice and convenient. The location we felt was PERFECT! Lots of commercial businesses and restaurant including the one on-site the hotel. Excellent and delicious Peruvian food. It was good. The staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was convenient to have, not having to go out early. It was the basics but we were grateful to have it. We didn’t use the housekeeping because of our dogs but were provided with what was needed. The bed was comfortable. The water in the shower did change temperature several times.

I stayed seven nights at this hotel and found it to be just okay. I'm not sure if I would stay again, if needed only for a day I just needed something close to my surgeon There were a lot of steps, so it would have been better to get a ground floor room. I wish there had been an elevator. not handicapable mold in ice container lid However, the people working the front desk and older black housekeeper ladies gave me plenty of towels were very pleasant The same could not be said for the breakfast staff The food itself was good, the restaurant was not the ceviche was just ok my steak n calamari was rubbery I did not want room service but got it anyway. I tipped the room service person, but maybe she didn't speak English or something, as she didn't really respond when I thanked her. Nevertheless, she did her job so I paid her. The pool said that it was heated. There was a sign saying the pool was open dawn to dusk. open at 10 the last day they were trying to enter to clean a whole hr before check out we were packing the car to leave but 11 check out means 11 not when u want us to leave

I picked this hotel because it was on St Rt 1 headed to the keys. Which I thought would be a plus. We needed to eat dinner when we arrived. The hotel had a peruvian restaurant, which wasn't for us. We could not find anything else close by so we ended up grabbing some food at the grocery store next door and ate in our room. The complementary breakfast was fine but held in a dark room - not very inviting.

Rate was too high a price for older accommodations.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable but the facilities are not worth the nearly $200 a night that I paid. The room was very small and the hotel is setup like a road motel with each room having access directly from the parking lot. For the money I was expecting a lot more comfort and class.

The customer service at the desk was amazing. Only issue was that I had to go back two different times to reactivate my room key. Not sure if there was something on my person that caused the key to get demagnetized. Other than that, it was a good stay.

I would call this property a motel, not a hotel. Room had a horrible moldy smell. Bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not comfortable. On a busy street so a lot of traffic noise. Housekeeping knocked on door way too early (several hours) before checkout time. Staff were friendly.

The room was a bit dirty. The people next to us were so loud and seemed unsafe, dryer didn't work and the bath was clogged. It was $130 a night. Front staff was great.

We were warmly greeted and found out there was an attached restaurant. This made it easy to get a delicious dinner. Our only complaint was our room floor was dirty.

Everything was very good except the water temperature in the shower fluctuated greatly during a shower. It would go from a normal temperature to ice cold or too hot several times in one showering. Do not know if it was just the room i was in (104) or if the problem was in every room.

Slamming doors and in intentionally setting off car alarms fromn1230 until 330 am. Doing laundry and slamming the washer and dryer. In pool and loud until 145 am No fault of the hotel however there were no security to enforce anything either.
