Our room was clean and the staff was most helpful with any additional request, very friendly and warm. The breakfast could have had more variations daily but other than that it was good. I will definitely recommend staying at this hotel because its quite near Dolphin and Miami International Shopping Malls.

For over 10 years we've been going to the USA and only staying at NUVO SUITES. The service is impeccable, the breakfast, everything is very good. Special mention always goes to Mr. Miguel (the valet) who always greets us with smiles and hugs and calls us by name. There is one small issue that I think they should improve: the reception staff should smile at the guests. They are always very, very grumpy and never smile.

Helpful and friendly staff, the breakfast was ok, but limited. The room felt more like an apartment and was cozy. They have everything you’d need to store and prepare your own meals, and do laundry. We didn’t get to use the pool on the roof, or the gym. The location was also ok. I’d consider staying there again if I were in the area because it was also very affordable.

The suite was attractively designed and spacious. The amenities were ideal for a vacation which included some meal times in house. The pool was clean and often quiet and ideal for private swims. The complimentary breakfast was great value and well thought out, there were the basics each day like eggs, pancakes, cereal, salad, and cold cuts with variations on items to accompany the eggs daily. The housekeeping staff were excellent, but front desk staff weren't always friendly or super helpful. One exception was a young man who went above and beyond to assist. One downside of the room was the mattress was way too soft and sinking which is particularly difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Overall 9/10!

The place is clean, the staff are nice, the check was good but confusing with the way you park and where you park, valet was not there so we had Togo around the hotel 2 times then decided to park our own car but then the valet person came out and try to explain to us how we were to stop at valet. Everything was good, no complaints. The valet is free which made it even nicer .

Breakfast was adequate with one meat dish rotation; however the pork options/frequency should be reduced as there are other pork option

The room 10/10, valet guys 10/10, Breakfast was 7/10 most days but still good, we received clean towels daily. Our overall stay 10/10. Definitely my go to place of stay.

Además, utilicé la secadora de ropa para secar unas camisas y salieron manchadas y con suciedad, por lo que se dañaron. La verdad, fue una experiencia bastante incómoda y decepcionante.

We were late for our dance competition. Help came around 10:38am to help. The door battery died. I thought I would be accommodated with at least late check out, but we had to rush and pack as fast as we could to make it for the 11am check out and still was late for the competition.

Clean and tidy. Breakfast was good and the guys working the car park were very good and helpful. Some of the people on the desk could have been considerably more enthusiastic and welcoming and look like they were happy to be alive. A couple of the younger ones in particular looked like the really didn’t want to be there. Not the best first impression. Would stay again despite that but I’d lower my expectations of the reception staff.

Place is very nice however the TV sucks. Couldn't log in to Netflix and the programing was terrible. Mostly college futbol. No Spanish channels and last day was raining and couldn't watch anything

The location was close to 2 major shopping malls. Miami international mall was across the street and Dolphin mall was a 15 minute walk down the street. The washer and dryer was a nice touch. I loved that it came with a kitchenette Even though there was a language barrier because most of the staff were Spanish speaking they were quite friendly. The property served it's purpose as we were gone most of the day and the trip was mostly for shopping. 1. We hated the limited breakfast! For persons who eat clean OR have health restrictions it won't be ideal, it was heavily flour based. Salad options were basic Lettuce and the breakfast pics I saw on their social media were misleading. I had lettuce and the hardest and driest grilled chicken the first day and the last day just before leaving for airport I had Lettuce and scrambled eggs. WHAT was up with these sanitary plates, bowls and cutlery

Like the location. Opp the mall and burlington and ross The mandatory valet parking. Id prefer to get my own vehicle and come and go as i please without having to ask for my car. We didnt likw the pool being closed half day for cleaning. I think that should be done overnight when the pool is closed because we lost pool time during that day. Breakfast variety could be improved. We saw danish pastries on the promo videos but during our stay we only were offered these lame mini muffins and cookies on the last day. Wifi is very dodgy on floor 7 eap suite 709-1 and wifi is non existant when we go into the bedroom area of the suite.

We didn’t like the shower…hopefully something will be done about it. Miami is very hot so after a long day guests wanna take a good shower to freshen up and the shower we got was so bad. So little water comes out of it.

Modern style, comfort, staff and convenience.

The breakfast buffet was plentiful and well maintained. But, some of the items were tasteless--like the coffee. The staff were top notch and the cleanliness excellent.

Hotel staff were super professional and friendly. My room was clean and prices for stay were very affordable for the location. My only complaint was that my glass shower in room 905-2 had no door and the floor got soaked even with towels on the bathroom floor.

Location in Doral is great, breakfast was good, you can have a good sandwich, a cup of coffee and some snacks. Wifi wasn't consistently working; it has lags, but in the end it was ok

The breakfast was good. The hotel staff messed up my reservation and it took 45 minutes to get a room at midnight! And it’s a long walk to slow elevator. Bathroom was dated and we only had one washcloth.

It’s a great place if you’re going shopping to the dolphin mall or going to a morning flight because it’s near to the airport.

Enter the room smells gross. Dust print could wiped away by my fingers print. Room small. No clothes closet for hanging clothes. No mirror to see yourself dress. The look of the building on the website. The look of the main entrance entering and parkin.

Also, while I appreciate the thought put into sanitization in spaces,wrapping cups individually, and even the remote controls, is more than excessive and environmentally irresponsible.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff that I saw were friendly and helpful. We had to be downgraded from a queen room to a double bed room. They gave us $40 in credits, but it was a problem. I booked the room literally 6 months prior to our stay. Unless it was the only queen room in the entire hotel, ours should not have been down graded. Space was a major issue for my family. Also, there weren’t any vending machines or snacks available for purchase. Me the restaurants and bar closed, you were on your own. Perhaps I’m simply not a “luxury” hotel kind of person, but in my opinion, if I’m paying that much for a room, I should be able to get my kid a cup of milk in the middle of the night. Parking was a joke. You either had to pay $37 for valet or park yourself in the garage across the street for $15 every time you came and went. There was no other parking available. The hotel is a convenient walk to Beale Street and the theater, so that was at least helpful

Desde el primer momento, todo fue maravilloso. Quiero destacar especialmente al equipo de housekeeping, quienes fueron increíblemente amables, atentas y siempre dispuestas a ayudar, lo que hizo mi recuperación mucho más cómoda. Mis amigas, que me acompañaron, disfrutaron muchísimo del delicioso desayuno y de la piscina, que es perfecta para relajarse. Además, el servicio de valet parking incluido es un gran plus que te quita una preocupación importante durante tu estadía. Me hospedé en la suite 800 y realmente superó mis expectativas: cómoda, limpia y muy bien equipada. También quiero mencionar al guardia de seguridad del turno nocturno (ojos claros), quien fue sumamente atento y profesional con nosotras en todo momento. Sin duda, recomiendo este hotel al 100%. ¡Volvería sin pensarlo!

Great hotel in a great location

When we arrived at our room, they had given us wrong room type, instead of 2 double beds, we got 1 king bed, so we had to switch. The mattress on one bed was very saggy and the other was firm. There was an intermittent loud humming noise during the whole night. Breakfast was very simple, sausages way too greasy, food in general looked old. At least the coffee was basic but ok.

Linens and bedding are dirty - I had mite bites waking up. Pictures show the quality of the sheets after I asked for replacement because of mite bites. It’s difficult to communicate when most staff doesn’t speak English. Bed is very cheap - gave me back pain.

Staff were very friendly but much Spanish spoken. I usually can pick up a few words but not here. Communication was tricky. And I have traveled to many non English places. I considered it an adventure!

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I arrived from my cruise well before check-in; however, they stored my bags for me and let us use the pool prior to check-in. Rooms were clean and spacious, and the lobby was clean and very modern. I would definitely stay again!

I stayed there for two weeks. The stay was all right, but I asked for 30 minutes overtime for checkout and they wouldn’t give that to me without a $45 charge for 30 minutes. I think that that was awful so I came down right at the checkout time to check out and they’re already charged my card. They had to reverse it, very inconvenient.

This was my second time staying at Nuvo Suites, and our 4 day stay was just as accommodating as the first. The room had all the amenities required for a long-term stay. The kitchette, which is a separate room from the bedroom, contained a full sized fridge, stove, dishwasher, kitchen sink with dishwashing liquid, kitchenware/cutlery, and a microwave. Also included was a washer/dryer, a sofa bed, desk and everything was extremely clean! The daily room service was definitely a plus as the bed, bathroom and general surroundings were tidied. The staff was courteous and trustworthy, and last but not least, they serve an amazing breakfast! What's important to consider for a traveller with intentions to shop is just across the street from Nuvo there's a little shopping plaza, and the International Mall of Miami. Right next door there's a Best buy, and the Dolphin Mall is literally a 10 minute walk away at strolling pace. Right next to the hotel there's also a bus stop. Once you have the patience to wait, the bus can take you to Dolphin mall or if you're feeling adventurous, you can take a 1 and a half hour ride to downtown Miami. The return bus can be a little bit tricky though, and the fare is just $2.25 one-way. Nuvo, for us, provides the balance that we need for our stay with all of these practical amenities.

Service was good, but walls very thin, I wanted to stay away from the airport to avoid the noise and have a relaxing time but no, I could hear everything from the adjacent rooms, and from the workers in the hallways that were way loud, all staff was nice and helpful but way loud.

They did not tell you on the wed site that the only place they have food is closed Monday and Tuesday, also did not say that they is a fee to stay in the hotel and they you get it back when you check out.

Was on the 9th floor. Overall a pleasent stay . Hot water took 10 minutes to reach shower on top floor. View was of concrete wall so make sure you check when booking. Although its on their website, the assistant in the whatsapp chat did not mention that there was a $5 charge per package to receive my pre-visit orders.

The location is great. There were many dining options and very walkable to the nearby mall. Definitely recommend this hotel! I always book it whenever i go to Miami. It has everything you need for a solo traveller, couple, or for families.

The cleaning service took the dishes away, there were no towels, and it was very noisy.

- Bedding: The bottom sheet was ill-fitting and consistently popped off the mattress throughout the night. There was no mattress pad, and the lack of proper bedding felt unsanitary. - Coffee Maker: The coffee pot in the room was leaking water. Water provided was $2.50 for 8 oz. - Bar/Amenity: We specifically chose your hotel because it advertised a bar. Unfortunately, the bar was closed during our stay. Additionally, it was located outdoors near the pool, which was unusable due to the rain.

Love it, the lobby and ambiance are super, the rooms are suites, big and clean. The AC did make noise and is right by the bed but everything else was super. The staff are so nice and friendly, Adriana is always so helpful and efficient, we leave wanting to return soon, would definitely recommend this place!

The washer/dryer was not as pictured - a new set - but was probably 20+ years old and you could only use on or the other, but not both simultaneously. This, and I wanted to take a bath - but the bathtub stopper was broken. I reported this and asked for a stopper, but no one responded to my request. Lastly, the unit looks like it was furnished from a thrift store. (The bed was comfortable, though. One bright spot.) We're frequent travelers. We don't have huge expectations - but everyone should expect to be greeted with kindness and professionalism by hotel staff at check-in. Nuvo is the worst.

Kitchen needs to be better stocked with kitchen tools like cutting boards, cleaning supplies for kitchen like dish soap if you don’t want to use the dishwasher. Topper would be very useful. I cooked some food but had no where to store it, so I had to go buy topperwears. More hangers in the room would be nice

The gym was small and consistently crowded, and the hot tub was almost always occupied. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options. The rooms were comfortable, though upon arrival we found a dirty blanket with hair on it. Staff were friendly, but despite requesting plates for our room, they were never provided. Nevertheless, will stay again as good walking distance from malls.

The place it is perfect for a big family or if you are looking for a little of me time as the suites have a pretty large terrace where you also can sunbathe,it is great! also well equipped with a kitchen appliances and washer and dryer! And on top of that they serviced every day the suites and the people was super sweet, great long vacation!

Pool and bar closes to early

Nuvo is comfortable and a great location if shopping is on your agenda. Location is 5 minutes from Miami Internation Mall and Dolphin Mall. Nuvo offered a Buffet breakfast. Thumbs up for this.

Dislike the property i guess was doing some renovations in the room right next to our room and didn't informed us and we were awaken both mornings we were there to constant banging. That was disappointing as i had to work and itbwas quite disturbing to even make phone calls. I wished we would be compensated due to that very disturbing.

The rooms are suites so you get double space that’s a living room! How good is that! And with fridge ande microwave and it’s very clean and comfy beds, and then breakfast is included so we will keep coming back, oh and free valet parking, thank you Nuvo Suites we really enjoyed our stay!

Loved this hotel. Everyone was so friendly. We stayed in the Executive Suite which had everything we needed. The pool was amazing, pool bar was great, close to everything, and the Valet was convenient and quick. Will definitely stay here in the future.

I love the location

The room overall was good. But the sofa bed was terrible. The gym is stoo small for the amount of people in the hotel. Washer and dryer are a very old version.

The property was a walk away from dolphin mall and other shopping/food options. Truly a great place to stay solo or with family. Would recommend and stay again.
