Great hotel! My wife and I stayed the night here and caught a flight in the morning. Very convenient shuttle to and from the airport! Would definitely stay here again

I believe I made the reservation with the breakfast option. While I was having breakfast I was presented with a $42!!!

We got in 1130 and needed food-we timed it as the marketing said in room till 12 but we called 1130 and they said closed. We wanted to mail a few items as marketing said package receiving and mailing but there were no stamps-please update amenities features to revise times and features.

What an excellent pre-cruise hotel! I’ll be very glad to stay here again. So very close to the airport and a free shuttle that comes every 15 minutes. Huge swimming pool.

Got in early thinking we would just store our bags until we could check in & was pleasantly suprised that it was ready. Great way to start our trip.

Unfortunately we had a very animated and unhappy couple staying next door which made our stay unpleasant.

Shuttle did not run early enough for us and about 20 other people to the airport.

The room was clean. The staff were friendly. The rooms looked like they had been updated very quickly. The flooring was separated from the floor. The shower doors were installed backwards so tons of water escapes when you shower. The bathroom had a barn door style door which offered limited privacy. If this was a less expensive hotel it would be fine. I think it was disappointing for the cost.

The helpful staff. Without exception they went beyond just doing their jobs. The pool area is also great as is the airport shuttle service. Bit of a hike to local shops especially in the midday sun however lots of quirky eateries very close if you fancy a change of scenery

Room was not really good and the floor was not very clean. Felt like I just paid for a bed to sleep. Did not enjoy the stay. I’ve been at Miami couple of times before and the hotels were nice and better. Won’t return nor recommend it.

I would like streaming service or movies without adds. Also doordash and uber seemed confused sometimes about where to drop off food. More ice machines please especially in bottom rooms.

Used shuttle to get to Marriott. They kept denying my Platinum card and were loudly vocal about. My card company said it was a Marriott problem. In the end it was a Marriott issue as well as they found they had billed us twice!

Airport shuttle..every 15mins...room was ok. My room was close to the elevator so was a bit noisy when elevator in use.

I stayed many times...for me important the food and the vibe of the place...its still there. As always that the A/c cannot changed enough to be comfortable...but this a glitch in all airport hotels.

Location this was our 3rd stay and previously we've had no issues and have always talked highly about this location. Upon our last trip however in which we brought some friends along (how embarrassing) we discovered a smelly cheese plate left in the fridge before bed. We spent some time at the restaurant and bar and with an early flight out the next morning we headed back up around 11pm/12am went to put some left over food in the fridge and unfortunately could not due to the horrible smell. Too tired to go back down, I brought the cheese plate down upon checking out and explained the situation and was promptly assured (and rushed so the other customers wouldnt hear what happened) that it would be made up to us in points as we do have 2 more vacations flying out of Miami over the next 2 years. Upon getting back was issued $24 in reward points after spending $480 on room and parking. Extremely disappointed. The entire integrity of the room was compromised by the food in the fridge because how can we be assured anything else was even cleaned?? Tried to reach out to management and was told it would be escalated however it's been another week and we have heard nothing back. Extremely disappointed.

They were so great. We got off a cruise ship early and they let us check in early and have our breakfast the first day. Our plane left to early to have it on the day we left. We appreciated so much that they let us eat and check in early!! So life savers!

It was a one night stay for us to attend our cruise the next day. It was located in a alright location, clean and modern. The staff was very professional and helpful. I forgot my sunshades rushing out to go too the cruise line. And they was very helpful and considerate of me getting them back. I’m forever grateful for their attention on my mishap.

AC was not working well my credit card was taken at check in but when I ordered room service they asked for cash because I did not have a card number on file. Food and drinks were good. Shower designed by a man and not good.

I stayed only one night. The hotel served its purpose, which was to get me to the airport on time. The coffee shop in the lobby was very convenient for grabbing coffee early in the morning. The airport shuttle was a plus

My husband and I checked in and the staff were awesome. We was able to check in earlier than expected. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was great and so was the server. I will definitely stay again.

Hotel was clean.. great transportation to the airport. Had a strong musty smell in the room. Not happy about the room service. Menu says till 12 midnight but doesnt mention its only for drinks. So had to go downstairs to their food market for food.

Check-in was quite late because we had a very long flight to Miami, and we were looking for something to eat when we arrived at the hotel. The surprise was that we found a restaurant right there in the hotel. We were even more surprised to discover that the food and service were very good. Thank you so much. Very convenient.

PORPERTY IS NEAR TO THE AIRPORT

Ideal for a short stay near the airport when you don’t need a car. Parking is $27/day for uncovered DIY parking. Food was quite good and market shop had great but expensive options. Landscaping needs to be cleaned up around the pool area. Gym was vets nice and clean too.

The hotel overall was great. Nice to have that quality so close to the airport. The restaurant was fantastic. So was the staff. The shower water was quickly warm with good pressure. The room was clean and well laid out. The bed was not comfortable, especially the pillows. BYOP ;)

Love that the Courtyard is literally across the pool deck for another drink/dining option. Club level is the way to go.

Although the outside may seem a bit dated, the interior of the Marriott made it rather enjoyable. Very clean and extraordinarily helpful people. Would stay again if needed for convenience to the airport.

$300 a night and no breakfast and that's a pretty good deal for the Miami area. The air conditioner was very loud but the room was comfortable. Shower was nice. I'd be happy not going back to Miami but if I do I would consider staying at the Airport Marriott again.

Extremely clean and comfortable. My room was made up everyday and the staff were very courteous, kind and respectful.

The Front Desk person promised but never delivered a wake-up call at 7 a.m.; no thanks to her, we didn’t miss our first day in St.Croix. The walls are poorly soundproofed yet it wasn’t aircraft that that disturbed our sleep but a couple or group that may have been having a party or noisy conversation circa 3 a.m. in a nearby room. The Front Desk staffer when we checked in was courteous, as was the bellhop and the airport shuttle drivers, but I couldn’t imagine staying here again!

It's my 4rth time staying here. Frontdesk staff was friendly, quick and got the info i needed with no issues. However, the restaurant needs a bit of work. Looks to be understaffed and some of them were not so welcoming,which is understandable due to tiredness.

Overall, I reccommend this property. The restaurant service and food was top notch. The front desk staff, not so much.

We stayed here for a layover. Quick taxi ride and shuttle back to airport in the morning. They have a nice breakfast in the morning with the friendliest, most accommodating staff. We wanted a sit down breakfast but we only had 15 minutes. The manager made it happen. He was wonderful. And so was the waiter. He rushed to get the food out. We also sat at the bar the night before and had the nicest bar tenders. They don’t treat you like a person just passing through. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable as well and very clean.

A clean and comfortable hotel with an excellent shuttle service to/from the airport. I recommend this hotel for an airport stopover. The only downside is the M Club operates on a limited basis on Friday/Saturday. If I had known, I would have booked a standard room at a lot less cost.

This property was very accommodating excellent staff Noel in the Cane fire grill. Noel made our stay memorable.

Hotel double billed us. Mistakes can happen but no response from hotel and no resolution. Other than that, Regular airport hotel with exception of no shuttle service, need to organize an Uber.

The first room.. the air conditioning would not cool the room, and I had it on the lowest setting, then the thermostat goes completely blank and the unit shut off. So I go to the lobby, it’s 2am mind you, they give me an alternate room, exact same issue, that’s when I realize this is no accident and the Marriott, in a pathetic attempt to save money, must have put a auto shut off on their units with a limit… I was miserable all night, never again!!

We came to evacuate from Hurricane Milton. We were pleased with everything. Staff was kind, service was great, housekeeping service offered daily, and it has a great gym. It was one of the largest hotel gyms I’ve seen. And it’s quiet. It’s next to the airport but we never heard a thing.
