    Mucho ruido, en las mañanas temprano el ruido del resto de los clientes, de los carros de limpieza y de los carros que transitan por la ciudad se cuela en la habitación interrumpiendo el sueño. Los parqueos demasiados estrechos, el desayuno muy básico y con un horario Súper incómodo, deberían extenderlo hasta las 10am, Las mesas del desayuno se llenan muy rápido y hay que estar vigilando a que alguien se levante para poder sentarte a desayunar. Pero el personal es muy atento

    Room was cleaned...in between a Denny's, McDonald's and Wendy's. Room was cleaned. The staff were very nice. Air-conditioning worked very good. Parking wasn't a problem. Only bad thing was we couldn't watch the Knicks game because they didn't have the channel that was showing it and logging in to the wifi was a problem.

    The hotel room is great overall, but there were too much noise in the middle of the night, motorcycles racing in the streets very loud, from 1:30 am till about 4:30am, woke us up many times hearing strong motor noises.

    There was mold in the bathroom and on the ceiling, the lamps were rusted,, AC didn't cool the room below 73 even though it was set to 60. Shower was rusty, unclean, no bodywash and only 2 towels . There were a lot of sketchy people a few doors down from our room. A homeless man came into the lobby for breakfast. Only way to get ice was to go into the lobby then go upstairs, I was in the very back of the property in a totally different building. Their breakfast was toated items, mini muffins, hard boiled eggs, hot and cold cereal. Not the buffet they tried saying was included. Overall this has been the worst La Quinta I have ever stayed in. Will never return to this place.

    Hotel is located near a runway, so plane noise all day and night. Room does not keep temp, so up all night fiddling with it. It is not well lit, and situated behind a shopping outlet, so unsafe to access alone at night. The shower has no ventilation so walls were sweating. Finally, the hotel landline did not connect to front desk, just gave a constant busy signal then hung up on you.

    The staff were really great! We did have a creepy guest who knocked on our door and was super unfriendly. The place was also not clean and insanely difficult to locate. We went to 3 different LA Quinta'S before we got to the right GPS. None of the other LA Quinta hotels were helpful to get us to the right location. Definitely was not what we expected it to be. Staff were really fast and kind though.

    I really like this property’s layout and the way it’s built up to withstand all the stress and pressure from the different weather conditions. I also enjoy the swimming pool and its location right next to a plaza where you have many different options for shopping. I highly encourage you to visit this place and explore all over this beautiful area of Miami and the surrounding areas.

    The hotel was very clean although there was a musty smell to the room. The buffet breakfast was perfect with more than enough choices for food and beverages. A little overcrowded seeing that the dining area was right in the entrance with hotel check-in. Airport shuttle was so convenient and very timely with competent, experienced drivers.

    Everything was poor in rating. To much walking to get to your room. Limited breakfast to choose from and the area for breakfast is too small. Staff needs to be more polite rather than to show attitude. Manager need to speak to customers/guest, if requested. No one is to big to address a situation when it arises.

    Expect a basic room without any ceiling lights. Lamps will have to be used to light the room. What was disappointing is the internet connection as the speed is slow. Rain fell and the internet went down for 8 hours which was extremely disappointing. The shuttle service is not reliable as it broke down the morning we checked out and was not available till 1pm considering they have 2 shuttles. Would only recommend if you are on a tight budget.

    When checking into the room, there was a strong smell of mold and bleach. We could not stay in the room because of the odor and I was getting a headache. We were told we could not get a refund for the room. We booked the room for 6 days and lost all that money.

    This location is great .. the airport, south beach , e11even (club) are all like 15 mins away; the food options are McDonald's, Wendy's, Denny's, chipotle, Starbucks are a 1 minute walk; the hotel room is spacious we had 2 queen beds it helps that the bathroom sink:mirror are outside the washroom (shower and toilet) which helps when someone needs to shower and the other needs to do their hair/makeup, the receptionist Nancy was great she handled pressure with ease and professionalism and was always available to answer a question. The shuttle to the airport is an added bonus! There also is an enterprise rent a car across the street if you need a rental!

    This property has bugs meaning roaches & gnats. I booked a 3 day stay but instead I checked out and asked to be refunded the next morning. The receptionist made a big deal saying I have to talk to the property manager and send an email then wait for a response. Well that was Wednesday today is Sunday and I still haven’t heard back nor been refunded. I’m very dissatisfied! This lead me to have to do a new booking else which means I had to spend more money out of pocket due to this issue. Needless to say I’ll “NEVER” book with them again.

    This motel was just Okay. Nothing special. Some very dated features. The bathtub was extremely slippery with no safety bars to grab with a step down out of the tub which is a safety hazard. The locals reveled their hot car engines most of the night in the next parking lot with loud backfires that sounded like gun fire. There is no early morning or late night shuttle to or from the airport. I would not stay here again.

    -AC water dripping outside the whole building -Only one elevator for the whole building and it was all the way at the end -Housekeeping came to clean the room when we had Do not disturb sign outside the door -Breakfast timings for the working days were not informed to us when we checked in.     What I liked about this location was that it was close to the airport and close to the shopping malls. Easy to get on the highway from there. Very convenient that there’s some food places right next door in case you get hungry. Only thing I didn’t like was that none of the housekeepers knew English so I always had to go to the front desk if I needed something, also another thing is they serve the same breakfast all the time, it never rotates, every day is boiled eggs served with bread, bagel.

    Honestly, I feel some type of compensation should have been offered for all the inconveniences, but I chose not to make a big issue out of it. Outside of those problems, the staff was pleasant, professional, and friendly throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast was also very nice and appreciated.     The breakfast area was so small. For the number of rooms with guests, they did not have enough seating area nor tables and chairs. We stood up to eat while waiting for people to get up from their table. Not to mention the only source of protein was hard boiled eggs, milk and yogurt made with milk and corn starch. Everything else was carb heaven: toast, bagels, and cereal. There was no sausage, no scrambled eggs, no bacon like most hotels. Nearby same parking area was McDonald’s and Wendy’s. Across the street (unsafe to cross- no traffic light) is Chipotle. Even though it’s close to the airport, in our room, we didn’t hear the planes fly over. Coffee machine in main lobby was very good. For the price we paid, I would check around before making decision.

    The room was clean. Which probably the only good thing I can say. Breakfast was really basic, toast, muffin, boil egg, coffee and tea. I was extremely disappointed that I booked this hotel for the shuttle service and had to spend $40 to get to the hotel from the airport. I messaged them before getting on my flight and gave a time to pick up me up. They replied 5 hours later saying to call when I got there to let them know when to come. I sat at the airport for 2 hours waiting on them to come. I called the hotel several times and no one picked up. And when I got there letting them know I called and message I was told that they don't see the message that comes in through Expedia. I was just dismissed when I asked then how could I avoid being charged $40 for a taxi ride if no one sees the messages or answer the phone. I won't be booking this hotel again.

    As as I was laying in bed I saw a rat run across the floor I was terrified disgusting I called the the front desk and nobody answers so I had to sleep terrified it was going to be a rat running on my bed or something also the roomknos are full of mold it ruined a lot of my medicine I had two B12 tablets on the desk when I got up in the morning when I finally woke up and I finally fell asleep worrying about that rat they had swelled up cuz there's so much moisture in that room and the head lady that runs the desk she is not a nice lady at all I was sitting there and I could hear her talking about her employees how bad they are how bad they work and she doesn't even look you in the eye when she talks to you and they won't give me my money back is a very unpleasant stay at all but I couldn't get up in the middle of the night and go find somewhere so I had to suffer with worrying about a rat running around the the room

    Room was nice Staff behind desk was kind of clueless when it came to my resignation,made me pay for two rooms because booking.com had my room with my friends room confused one had 1 need the other 2 beds we couldn’t call my friend because he was still on the plane and I made the reservation. Unexceptional I told him I made the reservation but still had to pay for both rooms and the my friend paid me later.

    It was a good stop over. Unfortunately I arrived at a late hour and was assigned a room which was a lot further out than I would have liked. One closer to the main would have beeen appreciated more. To the young lady at front desk who checked me out on my departure, thank you for your cheery and kind assistance. The staff helped when I got lost and I appreciated it.

    Very reasonable price for single night prior to cruise. Very basic, clean room and included breakfast. Was quite busy and breakfast area seating was limited. We arrived at airport very close to shuttle pick up cutoff however were accommodating. Also assisted with transportation the next morning.

    The room was in rough shape and did not have the shower shown in pictures of our booking at 8 am every morning the cleaning crew is moving heavy carts around the pavement outside your room so sleeping in is not an option we would not stay here again and left a day early because we didn’t want to stay there one minute longer than we had to

    Upon check in I knew there was going to be a problem. The dining hall chairs were shredded and stuffing was coming out of them. The curtains by the front desk we're filthy black the bottom three inches. I had a non-refundable room so I was kind of stuck and I only needed it for one night. Thought I should tough it out. I asked to see a room and was glad to see the floor was wooden... no carpeting. Decided to check in and get settled. Lights were flickering in the bathroom. Went to turn my air conditioning up and the curtains over the air must have gotten moist from the air conditioner unit and we're covered in mold spots. Okay I have to deal with it. Went to go use the pool which I was excited about. No lounge chairs. Pool was filthy with debris and some poop probably geese or bird of some sort of stuff floating in the water. There was no way we were getting in. And even if we wanted to use the pool we would have to sit on the concrete floor with a towel. I paid $160 plus dollars for this room and it felt like a $69 room. We asked for two extra pillows and big surprise they didn't have any. Nobody seemed to eager to help us they just said to contact headquarters. Never again. Don't do it.

    Great customer service. The people are nice and friendly. The front desk lady let us check in early because our flight arrived at 8 AM so she checked us in at noon. The cleaning lady brought new towels daily to our room. The area is very convenient and nice with restaurants and things to do. I got lucky and did not intentionally booked this room, but I was less than 2 miles from all my scheduled events for the weekend that I was attending.

    The shuttle to the airport was convenient, but the floor of the hotel room was filthy. I constantly had to wipe off my kids’ feet. Not sure the last time it was mopped. Also, the air conditioner filter needed to be changed and probably contributed to the dirt on the floor—unacceptable.

    Bed was comfortable. Stayed in Rm 353 on 25 Feb and the door is not hung right so light and noise comes through from outside and the AIRPLANEs overhead. Door must be shut hard to close as it hits the jam on the top. Weatherstripping is unserviceable.

    Additionally, the TV was not working. I tried calling reception to report the issue, but the telephone in the room wasn’t working either. I ultimately had to walk to the lobby to notify the staff in person. On a positive note, the coffee was good. However, I can’t comment on breakfast since I had to leave very early and didn’t have a chance to try it.

    It was ok, beds were clean and pretty comfortable. Though the lamp shades had mold on them, the ceiling was flaking, the door you had to push with your shoulder to open and close it, and the bath tub had rust in it. The breakfast had hard boiled eggs that were dry and one day they had yogurt, that was the only protein (it was free though). Staff was nice.

    The room was okay. The breakfast was too crowded it even attempt to get anything to eat, so we had to go next door to Denny’s. Shuttle service was a good amenity but only runs one the hour. The staff was very cordial at all times even with the mass confusion in the morning with people coming in and leaving the hotel.

    The room was clean but awkward to get to. The bed was comfortable and the a/c worked. Bathroom was tiny but useable. You had to go behind the main building though a parking lot. There was no sidewalk so if you had luggage it was awkward. The elevator was hard to find and being 3rd floor was needed. For a night stay before our cruise it served its purpose. The Cuban restaurant next door was good and in walking distance.

    The pictures online are deceiving. The building must have had a new paint job. the room was clean but all you can hear are cars racing up and down the street all night. The pictures are not what the real thing turned out to be. I will not stay here again. Way below my standards. The beds were OK.     We had to walk outside at night through dark corridors to reach our room, which was uncomfortable. Around 1:00 a.m., we were awakened by loud rap music blasting from a car that circled the property for nearly an hour. It honestly felt deliberate, as if the driver was intentionally trying to disturb the peace. Throughout the night we also heard people yelling, doors slamming, and at one point someone rattled our doorknob. Needless to say, it was not a restful stay. I would strongly recommend finding another hotel. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property.

    They advertise a free shuttle from the airport, and it was out of service. While i understand thing like this is out of their control, they just shrugged it off like it wasn't a big deal. There are multiple building's on the property, and it was very confusing which building we were going to be staying in. The staff were fine aside from the brush off regarding the shuttle. The room smelled like Marijuana. There was a blunt in the window sill. The room was OK. Overall the property makes it sound like it's a great place, but they don't have half the stuff they advertise.

    But the airport shuttle only runs until 9 pm, and this isn't documented. A Lyft ride at about 11:30 pm was $28. I wouldn't expect an airport shuttle at 3 am, but before midnight I did. Breakfast is only served until 9 am, and the staff was busy taking away the offerings while the room was full of people still eating. If you stay more than one night, the your room is only cleaned once every third day (unless you know this and request more frequent cleaning. Nice room but the place is badly run.

    Room was very dated. No microwave or fridge. Bathroom door could not be closed. Toilet handle had to be held down a long time in order for it to flush. The noise from jets taking off nearby was loud of an evening. Some parking lot noise too. Bed was supportive. TV had a good picture. Staff arranged for transfer to Port of Miami for us. Breakfast was ample but no meat. The neighborhood had a few homeless people wandering. Nearby dinner option were limited: Denny's, McDonalds, Wendy's.

    The hotel was advertised as having a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. When we called from the airport we were told the shuttle was not running, we had to spend $80 on 2 ubers.     Started off with not being able to get the shuttle from the airport to the hotel $45 cab ride. Get to the over crowded hotel lobby only to find their phone system and internet is down. The staff finally decided to use their personl cell phone as a hot spot to try and get a lobby full of frustrated gueat checked in. The rooms are not very clean. The breakfast in the morning is less then what should be expected. Overall not anywhere worrh the money in fact the extra it cost for the cab fare really over the top.

    One of the main reasons I chose this location was the shuttle to and from the airport. However, it was not clear that the shuttle did not operate after 9 PM. Our flight was delayed and it was after 9:30 when we arrived at the airport and were told there was no shuttle, should take a taxi which ended up costing $50 that I have not planned on spending.

    The hotel feels old, chairs in the dining room are rotten and one of our beds would make noise every time we moved. Also, the pool was closed for maintenance which qas not previously warned… I intentionally picked that place for the pool. Also, the breakfast lacked variety… but I did like that it opened early.     The person in the reception was competent and friendly. However the hotel needs upgrades: the room where we stayed (115) had a old moldy smell. The shower was re-adapted and the new one was installed for the height of a child, there was also a hair on the tub at our arrival. You could also hear loud and clear the conversations the guests next door were having and the same thing again throughout the main door, the guests passing through the corridor with luggage felt they were inside the room. Free Breakfast was….. a terrible and terrifying experience, not enough tables and seats.

The staff were polite and nice, but the breakfast area was very crowded with very little space to walk around and access the food.     Had the worst sleep. The bed was terrible and sunked in the middle so we both rolled into the center. There is no sound proofing at all. We heard people outside and it's in the flight path so we heard planes coming and going every few minutes which made sleeping so difficult. The surrounding did not seem safe. I was worried my vehicle was going to be broken into. Would have liked to see cctv cameras and security walk around the premises with the homeless people wandering around.

    Room was not clean with red spots on the curtain that seem like dried blood . There was no soap or body wash in the bathroom, the bottle was empty. Also i thought the airport shuttle was included in my booking but to my shock it was not and when i called the hotel they said the last shuttle of the night already left at 9pm i was out at 9:05 pm and there was no airport shuttle. I had to take an airport taxi who charged me $60.69. When i complained to reception, they said it is my responsibility to search the shuttle times even if my booking says it is included .

    Staff was great, continental breakfast ok but room really needs an upgrade - rust marks in the tub, dust in the corner of the bathroom. TV was fine and bed was fine but just a dingy room. Needs a fresh coat of paint. Most of the amenities were almost empty (body soap). Again, hotel staff were very good.     Nothing went well, from start to finish a disaster. The shuttle bus stop running at 9 l waited 2 hours for a bus l asked a complete stranger to ring the hotel and asks why there are no shuttle only to be told none won’t be coming l asked the receptionist to book me a taxi l was told by hotel staff that they didn’t have taxi number and that they don’t know how to book a taxi. Well neither did l. At around 11:30 shuttle came going to La Quinta east l asked if l could get in and the driver said no, l asked him to book me a taxi and he too said no. The WiFi didn’t work inside the rooms so l had to stand outside the room to use it. Breakfast was basically non existent. When l complained about the poor service l received l was told it was Expedia fault as they are still advertising that there is a 24 hour shuttle service. I’ve send 3 emails to the manager and she has not reply. If I could have given it a 0 star l would.

    It took more than 35 minutes to check in. They made everyone wait until exactly 3 pm to check in while we all knew there were rooms ready.     The bathroom had black hair all over we are all blonde i have photos the pool was broke so they shuttled us to another laquinta 15 minutes away by car and tood us to have their front desk call when we were done and they would come back and pick us up no one answered for them we tried calling for 45 minutes along with laquinta customer service finally got a hold of someone another 30 minute wait finally after almost two hours we were picked up by a full van of other people( 9 people in a 7 person van) just very disappointed with the whole experience requested compensation to my original form of payment very understaffed not the staffs fault one person at the front desk on a Sunday when cruise ships come back and ship out

    Rooms could be cleaner. I left my wedding ring in the washroom and called them to notify them after I had checked out. The man that answered told me to call later as he was busy. I called later and he said there was no ring there. I told him that is where I left it so that means the housekeeper must have taken it. He said sorry it not there and said goodbye.     Staff was perfect, room was less than . Tv was damaged, room phone did not work, neither did one bedside outlet/lamp. No mini fridge and ice machine was only in the main building. Bathroom was clean but in dire need of a touch up. Rust stains in the tub, on the shower wall, etc. Curtains were see through and even though we were on the top floor, from the outside looking in you could see EVERYTHING - no blinds. And the door didn't fit the frame properly, you really needed to shoulder it open and shove it closed.

    Second, when we got to our room, the floor was sticky, their bathtub is clogged and you can see gross water in the drainage, it's just not acceptable. I took a picture and showed to their staff and they basically said they would put the comment in our reservation and see what their supervisor can do. So far, did not hear anything from them. Third, there was a huge gap under the door of the room, even we were on 3rd level, whenever ppl smoke outdoor, smoke just got into our room. We had to put towel under the door to block the smell. Forth, their breakfast was not fresh, the hard boiled eggs tasted old. In conclusion, NEVER AGAIN. It's not worth it.

    The room was clean and comfortable. There was a long wait to check in, and a long line. After 30 minutes or more standing in line, Frank L allowed a young lady to cut in line. She lied about being with the young man currently being waited on. I told Frank she wasn't next ,but he said the two were together. The young woman actually introduced herself to the man she was supposedly with right in front of Frank. Many of the guests were complaining about the long wait in line. Frank added insult to injury.

    Solo traveler. Shuttle was not available when I arrived to take me to the motel. Arrived around 11:00 and had to walk 2 buildings down to get to my room late at night by myself. It was humid and hot and the buildings were not labeled well. The room was ok but not great for the price I paid. Breakfast was super crowded and hard to navigate. I would not book again!

    Overall it accomplished what we needed. Somewhere to stay the night before our cruise. If you’re looking for amenities, this is not the place but the staff was pleasant and helpful. We felt safe and slept well.

    This hotel did not meet the standards I was accustomed to by this brand. It appeared to be a lower rated hotel that slapped the La Quinta name on the side on the building. It was a last minute situation for us. The hotel was dated, lots of rust and just overall didn’t give a feeling of clean. The staff was nice and accommodating so that was the plus side.

    Our key system room was broke with our luggage inside, so they “moved” us to another room 2 hours later and also the new room smelled really bad. It was really uncomfortable bc we had to sleep without our stuff and dirty clothes. Also, their “security manager” treated us with no compassion, he didn’t bring us a good solution.

    The property is fine, front desk agent was great. The problem was I was under the assumption that the shuttle could get me to and from the airport to the hotel. Well it only runs 6am-9pm which did not help my case as my flight got in after midnight. Didn’t know these were the shuttle hours based on the booking. Had to spend $40 on a taxi which I was not happy about and I’ll have to do it again when my flight leaves since I’ll have to leave the hotel before 5am. Also took over 30 minutes to check in because there were so many people in line at 1:00am with only 1 desk agent (he did his best and was good)

    Airport shuttle was down. They noted engine problems when I called for pickup. No notice and no compensation towards travel to the hotel. No fridge in the room as shown in the pictures. Property not well maintained. Only adequate if you need a quick place to sleep.

    Sink leaked on my feet, my bed sheets were stained, my sons bed was full of crumbled chips, all chrome was rusty, shower curtain was ripped and didn’t prevent water from spilling out shower, toilet seat broken, all outlets were loose, the door stuck and extremely hard to open, just to name a few.

    Worst experience ever. Very noisy, we couldn’t sleep from the noise outside during all the night and at 4 Am big cars outside working on a site there made it impossible to sleep! I stayed 4 nights and the room wasn’t cleaned neither once. I keept asking for clean towels and toilet paper to the cleaning guys they said ok but did not bring anything. No one speaks english there. The room did not have a mini fridge at all and the phone on the room doesn’t work. We had to walk 10 min to go on the lobby and ask for toilet paper

    When we booked the hotel, no one told us that the shuttle to the airport are from back from the airport was only till 9 PM. Our flight didn’t get in till 10 so we had to take an Uber to the hotel. remember our room was not in the main building and we had to go outside to get to our room and then find the elevator which was hidden. Breakfast was just a continental breakfast no hot foods and it was extremely crowded and took up the whole lobby on the bright side. The room was very clean and looks like it was newly painted, but I’ve stayed in La Quinta before that were suites which I thought this was but it was not. I will not be staying at this La Quinta again.

    Booked 2 nights. Flight on the way there had mechanical issues and had to turn back. No alternative flights available. Did stay there the 2nd night. Hotel manager wouldn't even discuss giving us a credit for the first night. Room exited to the parking lot. Noisy. Breakfast bar meager and crowded. Will never stay at La Quinta Inn again.

    The shuttle service wasn’t available and i had to hire a taxi to take us from the airport to the motel and from the motel to the cruise ship. The shower dripped water constantly. The USB charging station didnt work. There was a gap under the door and the wife swears she saw a mouse in the room. There was food on the floor near the door. Other guests were making noise rolling suitcases by the room until 4am. The air conditioner had a squeel. That made noise gor several hours
