The bathroom fan did not work, I reported it the first day, however it was not fixed by the time we left. I was also surprised at the valet only parking. The rooms were very clean, and I felt safe being at the hotel. I would recommend staying there, even with the mandatory valet parking.

The room looked neat but not clean. The hall way needed a vacuum. The room felt muggy and the sheets looked a bit dingy. There was like green paint spots on the wall. We only stayed for a night so it did what we needed but I wouldn’t stay again for a longer trip. Nothing in walkable distance. No free shuttle

We came to plane spot for my kids and the room had perfect views. It was clean and very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Was woke up at 12 am by a knock on the door and an all night pizza flyer slid under the door. Had to be up at 4:15 to catch my flight.

It was very close to the airport, staff was very friendly and helpful. It is a little noisy from traffic but that’s not the hotel fault they did provide ear plugs. Very clean and modern.

The cost was cheap, and so is the hotel. Everything about it is cheap. Right now it's new, so it's OK, but in a couple of years.......not so much. The breakfast was decent, bed was very comfortable, and it was clean. For what we paid, not bad.

No parking available for guest who make reservation through Expedia, is obligatory to use valet 25.00 p/day. The ladies who served the breakfast are very kind.

Our biggest complaint and reason we would not give a higher score is that the Friday night bartender experience was not good. She was not personable whatsoever. After first having to clear it with a manager, she finally turned on the NBA finals game. Everything was fine until around 11 PM. Literally, 5 seconds left in the game, the bartender made us leave so she could clean… even roped us off. A little bit of customer service goes a long way and unfortunately, due to this experience, next time we will look elsewhere for accommodations.

Breakfast is amazing

The first surprise was a mandatory valet parking fee that was not clearly disclosed during booking. When I asked about alternatives, the valet attendant could not provide any other parking option. Check-in was extremely slow, and the front desk staff showed little interest in providing good customer service. The most surprising part was finding earplugs placed on the bed. I soon understood why. The constant noise throughout the night made it nearly impossible to sleep. The noise was so bad that I ended up leaving the hotel at 5:00 AM and finding another place to stay. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

This is our 2nd time visiting and it was awesome. The hotel is very well maintained, and the staff is very nice.

The property was clean and the decor was nice. Because there’s not a lot of eateries that is walking distance in the area, we had to eat lunch in the lobby cafe and the food was good. The only complaint I have is we had double queen beds in room 212 and the rails made a loud squeaking noise whenever we moved in the bed which would disturb/wake up the quest I was sharing the room with. The rails need to be changed or lubed.

Location is great, walking distance to Airport station. Room was nice size. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was okay for my coeliac partner, she could eat the scrambled eggs and bacon and she was fine. It was quite cold in the building, which is not the healthiest when it's over 30 degrees Celsius outside. Breakfast could be improved. Same food every day, zero vegetables and only some apples or oranges for fruit.

Only stayed for one night, room was too warm stayed at 74°F. The control for the air conditioner didn't work. Breakfast was so so. Food was cold,toaster wouldn't work kept tripping the breaker.

Fantastic staff at this property!!! Our flight was very delayed and we arrived after their check- in time. I let the hotel know our predicament and they were so gracious and had someone at the front desk waiting for us when our ride share dropped us off in the middle of the night. The room was clean and perfect for our one night stay before a cruise. Because of the flight issue, we slept in and didn’t have time to use the public facilities at the hotel. And it doesn’t seem that there is much around the hotel itself if that’s important. But a comfy bed in a clean room with great staff - both the kind person at 3 am and the person who helped us check out the next morning - were wonderful! We’ll stay here again the next time we cruise out of Miami!

The room was clean, the air conditioning was nice, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast had some options to choose from and was also good. The valet parking charge was not mentioned at the time of booking, so it was a surprise after the reservation was done, kind of expensive if you're going to stay for some days. But the property was good in general; definitely will come back and suggest it to other people.

This hotel kind of fees you to death. Parking was unclear, but it was valet parking that cost $15 per day at the time of booking, but $25 at the time of my stay. We still got $15 pricing, but annoyed by extra charges. Also received an extra charge of $23 on my account, not sure why but not listed anywhere on Expedia. I blame this kind of nonsense on both the hotel and Expedia for not disclosing all pertinent info.

The valet parking is expensive. The valet didn’t know how to start the car and instead opened the trunk and waited. It took some time for other valet to teach him.

It was a last minute stay due to a canceled flight. The hotel was cute, clean and we loved the breakfast and options it presented! Also, really appreciated the bamboo plates and cutlery...very considerate of the environment. The coffee was also amazing!

The facility is renovated and lovely. The room was clean and comfortable.. I had filtered my search for places with free parking but as soon as we arrived I discovered that the only hotel parking was valet parking for $25. That was disappointing. We also reserved a crib. At check in they explained it would be brought up. My impression was that it would be right away. It was already late after a long day of travel when we arrived, so I was relieved that it would be brought up soon after we got to our room. But it wasn't til closer to an hour later that it finally came. It turns out the delay was because the 2nd front desk person was on their lunch break. I wish this had been explained when we arrived so I could have timed the bedtime routine better. Also when the crib arrived, there was no crib sheet but just a queen size flat sheet instead which definitely didn't allow us to follow safe sleep practices. This whole thing with the crib also gave us the opportunity to discover the phone did not work. Or we could not figure out how to make it work.

Very nice area. Very spacious and clean. I think it was a bit pricey for 1 night ($130). But over all everything was great. Except they do not have regular Parking spaces. There are free street parking available or the hotel parking with a valet for $25 a night.

Very modern decor, loved that there is a restaurant and the roof top bar was awesome. Our room smelled funny. The bathroom had hair on floor and in the shower from previous guests. The shower does not have a door and the floor gets soaked. I put towels down on the floor and they immediately soaked with brown disgusting water.

I loved the fact that it’s close to Miami airport & has shuttle service to Terminal A for the cruise line! They have breakfast too.

The front desk never answered my calls. None of the fans worked in our room ;shower fan and room fan). Everything is an extra fee and not included in the price. Could not hear the planes from the airport so that’s good.

Bacon, lots and lots of bacon...that's all I remember! No, actually a fine hotel, only caveat is valet parking or park in an industrial area street. Except for that, because I don't like strange (or normal) people driving my car, all was terrific, especially the staff.

The hotel is great! New and clean. Only downside is the parking and no shuttle to airport. If you are traveling light, the airport is 7 minutes walk or $15 uber ride. There is valet parking. The staff was very helpful. My son left his Fitbit and the staff was able to recover and ship it back to me. Overall a good transit hotel.

Room has what you need and some. What was nice is the great breakfast and the restaurant/bar. Everyone was kind. Paying for parking isn’t great but the valets were nice and quick.

Instead of a bit of flexibility and compassion (despite numerous attempts to resolve amicably) , we are now cancelling our corporate program with ALL Kompose hotels. Which is a shame because they are generally great, cost effective properties.

Great hotel. Fantastic breakfast. Stuff simply fantastic. Lady at reception even gought pizza for us and provided all information we needed. Restaurant on site, but there is nothing around in walking distance, including food stores. Car is a must for that. But downtown Miami is easy accesible via rail. Transportation hub 10 min walk from hotel. In downtown you can walk or ride free rail around. Very easy.

My wife and I booked this place last minute for a one-night stay, and it exceeded our expectations. It was conveniently located near where we needed to be. The room was clean and cozy, and we slept comfortably without any issues. The buffet breakfast for $6.99 plus tax was delicious. We would definitely recommend it and would stay again.

Why are you considering anywhere else? If you're near the airport and want to save money with first class experience this is the place. I'm not sure why they're only ranked 3 stars. It could easily be 4! Not just a stay, a vide, an experience!

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is exceptional. The only issue is if you’re traveling with an older parents, the beds are extremely high. My mother fell out of one of the beds and it was hard for her to get in it to begin with she’s 80 and she’s short this is not a hotel for seniors, especially short ones.

Noise from airport flights at night was bothersome. Free bfast was decent, but not as good as some reviews suggest. Daniel was awesome at Front Desk. Our TV Chromecast did not work at all and the hotel TV oes not even get ABC!

Area was a bit sketchy, when you book it doesn’t tell you that it requires vallet parking for $24.99 per night and you wouldn’t want to park anywhere else. They give you ear plugs on the bed with chocolates which I thought was odd until the loud noise of airplanes flying over all night kept me awake most the night.

Hotel is very cute with basic amenities and close proximity to the airport. Breakfast for 2 people was included with coupon. The only thing that I can say that could be better is the parking. For a midsize hotel the parking lot is valet only and a bit small. All other non valet parking is quite literally the dirt and grass on the side of the road across the street, with cars coming down the narrow street you really have to be close to the fence to make sure you don’t get hit.

I only stayed for one night but OMG. My room was so creative yet simple and spacious. I loved it so much. My 1 year old and I stayed in a King size room and we had a blast. SN- the bathroom was so clean!! My daughter loved the different light setting. She loved getting to hold the second shower head in the bathroom too! Also- the breakfast was so amazing. Please never change the sausages!!! I can’t wait to come back for a stay. 10/10 for me.

Be prepared to have to pay $25 a night for parking. The staff is absolutely amazing though and the valet attendance are super fast with grabbing the vehicle. I would definitely stay there again for the same rate that I paid this time which was 107 if you’re paying 145 not worth it.

I didn’t like how late you have to wait for check in, 4pm check in. I know most places have this but it’s 2026 and I think this is completely outdated.

Really sick of these low effort “boutique” hotels that are nice on the outside and barely passable on the inside. You can really tell that they pay someone too much money to tell them everywhere they can cut corners. How are you going to nickel and dime people on parking and breakfast and you can’t even be bothered to change the welcome message on the tv to say “Welcome to (the name of your hotel)” and not the previous occupants hotel brand from, as far as I can tell, at least a year ago. Not to mention the blood on the mattress cover, and the wonky electric wiring that only lets you turn on the vanity in the bathroom and the overhead light in the main room if the hallway light is turned on. Yeah that definitely makes me feel like the owners care at all about this hotel. Oh and I almost forgot to mention the apparent problem this hotel has with people coming by and slipping scam flyers for fake businesses under the doors! Apparently the police won’t do anything about it and instead of doing anything like requiring a keycard to use the elevator they just put up a sign that says to disregard them. And all of this would be whatever, not the biggest deal and not the worst hotel I’ve stayed at, but they have the audacity to market this as a “boutique” or “luxury” hotel and it’s just a joke, nothing but a marketing scam to try to trick you into thinking that this hotel might be better than any other low effort chain hotel. Really I’m begging you people to do better, all you have to do is not actively try to make things as cheap and low effort as you possible. Have some pride in your business, get an electrician in and fix your stupid lights.

Really nice experience everything was fine. My only complaint is that the floor ( in the room) was a bit sticky and it reeked of piss I’m not sure if it’s just the mop because the rest of the hotel smelt really good

The shades were torn and inoperable. The ceiling unfinished and caving in. The room was very dark, the only light was over the desk in a corner. Telephone was covered in dust telling us it hadn't been cleaned, let alone sanitized, in quite some time. TV remote control did not work and TV hung crookedly. Breakfast was okay. Fitness center okay. No self parking was annoying and inconvenient. Front staff was unable to make change (for valet tip). Housekeeping only offered every second day. We requested clean towels and after waiting 1 hour I had to go downstairs and get them.

The place and staff are great but the wall are like paper and near to the Miami international airport you can't sleep with that noise all night long.

Over het algemeen is dit een zeer plezierig hotel met uitstekende service.

The room was notably clean and well-maintained. I also made use of the gym, which was well-equipped, clean and in good working condition. Breakfast was a convenient and reliable addition that made the mornings much easier. Overall, everything was handled with care. It was a pleasant, high-quality stay that felt more thoughtful than a typical transit hotel.

As other reviews confirmed, the good smell entering the Lobby was wonderful! The pictures did not disappoint and everything was on point, the only thing was the water pressure in the shower could be stronger. The pool water was way to warm and not so enjoyable as planes pass over every couple minutes. Did not need earplugs to sleep, bed was comfortable except the pillows were very small. The toilet was square and huge that was cool! All over I would stay again and the price was a steal on Booking.com!

The rooms are very clean. The first one we checked into had a weird smell that also didn’t dissipate after we had been there for a couple of hours, but the woman at the front desk was very understanding and gave us a new room that smelled perfectly fine. The lobby smells really good btw so that was weird, but turned out great thanks to them being very accommodating to my sensitive nose. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. The hot breakfast was good, with scrambled eggs, sausage, good bacon, hot oatmeal, and yogurt parfait bar, as well as waffle iron. +Good orange juice.

This was a nice property and a good experience but they did not exceed expectations or impress. The rooms are a basic concrete block but serviceable. No complaints just okay. The breakfast buffet is not included and is at the level of most hotel chain included breakfasts.

This place is for young folks. It's more affordable than the hotels near the airport, but it will take you to a crappy area, take a right after the Booby Trap strip bar, and then you'll see it. Pay the $24.99 for parking so it doesn't get jacked, but good luck getting your vehicle back in a timely manner cuz the English was not great. The front desk is helpful. The water pressure sucked. The breakfast was free bc of my status on here, but $6 something if not, and it's not worth that. If you can't make it for any of the nights you prepaid for, you will not be refunded! Passing all the half naked hookers in the evening to get in and out of the hotel was also ridiculous. Have a damn dress code when coochies and butts are hanging out at child level!

The stay was very nice with two caveats: 1) (biggest) there is no safe parking in the area and the hotel parking is a mandatory $25/night valet 2) The breakfast was a simple continental breakfast with not-so-good black coffee. For those two reasons I didn't give it a perfect 5 star review.

The hotel leans heavily into a very industrial, minimalistic design—concrete walls, exposed ceilings, and a stark aesthetic. While that might appeal to some, it felt cold and lacked any kind of welcoming or comfortable atmosphere, especially for a multi-night stay. The room itself was just okay, but the pillows were honestly some of the worst I’ve experienced at a hotel—very uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The shower was also disappointing, which added to the overall lack of comfort. Breakfast was an extra $6.99, which wouldn’t be an issue if it were worth it—but it really wasn’t. It’s essentially a lower-quality version of a standard continental breakfast and was not enjoyable at all. The location is another downside. It’s right in the middle of an industrial area near the airport, surrounded by security fencing. There’s no self-parking (valet only), and even staff mentioned being cautious when walking around outside. It didn’t feel like a great or particularly safe area, especially for a vacation stay. Overall, this might work for a quick overnight if you just need a place near the airport, but I wouldn’t recommend it for anything beyond that.

I really like the hotel because it was so close to the airport. I will say it is a very independent hotel like for example you have to ASK for room cleaning and you have to take your own bags to your room but its a nice clean hotel. All in all we had a great time and the pool was awesome.

This was the cheesiest hotel I’ve ever had the misfortune to stay in! The night stands were made out of tin! The lighting was so miserable that you couldn’t find your way through the tiny room! We opted for the breakfast vouchers instead of the $30 food credit which was probably a mistake! We drove all day to get there and were very tired so we decided to have something to eat in the (so called) restaurant. There were three of us and we all decided to have a Cuban sandwich which my son and I had with tostones. My daughter had the sweet plantains! For three sandwiches and plantains it was $80! I will never stay at this place again!

The pillows were by far the most uncomfortable that I have ever had. The room was clean, but sterile and noisy. Every creak or whisper echoed and woke me up regularly. Not a good night's sleep.

There wasn’t too many table to put my stuff on. There is poor water flow in the sink and shower. It was difficult to adjust the temperature of the water in the shower ( diverter broken?).

We enjoyed our stay here. Room was clean and staff was friendly. However we requested a room clean and new towels at the front desk. The staff informed us that we would receive new towels but the cleaning would be tomorrow, due to having to request cleanings 24 hrs in advance. We were ok with this, except the next day no one came to clean the room. Also only one elevator was in service at the time of our stay. This was very inconvenient because we stayed during Valentine’s Day weekend and it was very busy.

Vehicle was broken into when we paid to keep Vehicle in their parking lot . They didnt show any concerns and no one was concerned about watching the camera because our rental was so close to the office . The communitcation regarding on-site parking was unclear and there was an attempt to charge when there were no open parking spaces. My room was never cleaned while I stayed. I was not provided towels and had to request extra toliet paper.

Room had no mirrors outside the bathroom which made difficult mornings to prepare if you are staying in couples or family. Seating options other than the bed were cheap and very limited to one plastic chair. Our room had a wake up call at 7am from previous guest and although we notified every single day the same call waked us up all through our stay. When stating this to the front desk in our check out we were told a “sorry”. This was a vacation trip, so I will never stay here again nor will I recommend.

Completely ignored the Expedia Gold status, which is merely a scam these days. Location was fine and facility was nice, however, one elevator was not working and the room keycards provided did not work. An employee had to try 4 different keycards which ... none of them worked. Was let it using some sort of master key to my room. Water pressure was pretty weak as well. Overall, decent place for the bare minimum.

Close to the airport. Room was fairly comfortable - we only slept 5 hours there, so hard to tell about anything else.

Check in went smooth. Lyft address comes up as Radisson so let your Lyft driver know the new name when you get close. Room hallways remind you of a firehouse or prison with large numbers painted on doors, but rooms inside are nice and unique. We tried the bistro and the pizza was good. Convenient to airport and we would stay again if the price was reasonable.

The room was a prison cell. No carpet, no curtains, no pictures on the walls, but one painting. The echo in the room was horrible now I know why they left ear plugs on our bed. The floor make our feet black so we had to keep our shoes on. I went to the front desk after seeing the pool and our room. I was expecting a 5 star the women said no we are a 3 star. I think they need a few less stars. I searched for a hotel near the airport with free transfers. The web site is old I was told no transfers. That was the answer. Oh told we haven't had them in two years. The site still is not updated. I called expedia who I booked with and they were just as useless. I paid more for what I thought was a 5 star. The breakfast had three prices and they give you a paper plate and bowl. It was so far from anything even a gas station to buy a soda. They of course sold soda but not the kind I liked. Couldn't eat or get a drink anyplace close without Uber 25.00 each way. Never again will I book with Expedia or this hotel

Everything was great. Good staff, clean room. But when I did they check in they didn’t asked me if I had a car or let me know that I need it a parking permit to be able to park at the hotel parking. And today when we woke up and went to put the things in the car before breakfast the car wasn’t there it was towed.

When you walk in your room and see ear plugs on the bed that’s your first sign. The bathroom light is broken in room 404. The planes flying non stop will keep you up all night. The $30 voucher for a breakfast that is bare bones and no one cleaning off tables or wiping anything down and when you sit on the bench side of the table and the table is at your shoulders it’s just not a hotel i would ever book again. I am in Miami every other month for business and this is poor quality poor service and not worth it in my opinion. I’ve stayed at other hotels with a cleaner room with working lights and actual amenities. Would not recommend. One star

The hotel itself is great, parking is not included and parking was also sold out so I did have to park on the street, no big deal. Getting to is interesting it’s in a weird area. The room was so clean, the bathrooms were clean and updated and nicely lit. The bed was sooooo comfortable. I’d stay again!

Upon check in, there were issues with the air conditioning. I notified the staff and changed rooms. There were issues with the air in the new room, too. Tired from traveling all day, I dealt with it. I paid well over $400 for the room to sleep in a hot room. I am not happy about this at all. I let the front desk staff know, they apologized but did nothing to compensate my terrible experience.

This hotel is extremely overrated and expensive and it basically at the end of a runway. That’s why ear plugs are furnished. Rooms are ok, nothing fancy and staff is friendly. Hotel needs some maintenance for the small thing like leaky showers, broken lights, etc, Pool is extremely loud because of the planes. I would look for aternatives and wouldn’t recommend.

Location is deceivingly advertised. It is a terrible location and there is nothing nearby . i did not get the room I paid for. Had an accessible shower which spilled water all over the floor, nothing to keep it from happening. They said they gave me an upgrade which was downgrade and not the room I paid for. I went to use the food credit and they didn't have half of the items on the menu. Do not stay here. It is completely misleading

Booked a last minute room at Kompose hotel for a cruise trip. The breakfast selection was very decent, room was comfortable, the area felt safe and the staff was excellent with their service. My only concern was that there's only a half door in the bathroom shower, which was kinda odd to me.

The hotel is close to the port of Miami and we were cruising out the next day so that’s why we stayed here. The room itself was decent and clean. The only thing I would say is that the location is not ideal. There’s really nothing around and it’s a very in industrial area. Thankfully, there is a small restaurant inside the hotel with a pretty decent menu, salads, steak, burgers, pizza, etc.. but if you’re somebody who likes to have different eating options or shopping within walking distance, then this probably is not the place for you because there is literally nothing around. On the plus side though DoorDash does come there pretty fast I ended up having a horrible time, sleeping and needed melatonin, and was able to get somebody to bring it out to me at like one in the morning, which was amazing.
