    The only thing worth it is the location. The service is HORRIBLE. One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. If you are considering staying here, think twice before trusting this hotel with your belongings or expecting any level of customer service. My package worth $450 was delivered to the hotel by UPS, and I have all the proof of delivery, tracking details, and confirmation that the hotel received it. Yet somehow, the package simply disappeared, and nobody took responsibility. During my entire stay, I repeatedly asked the reception staff for help. Every day, I was ignored, dismissed, or given excuses. Nobody genuinely tried to locate the package. On the second-to-last day, they claimed the package room was closed, even though it was a Friday afternoon and supposedly open. Only on checkout day, after a serious complaint, they finally took me to the storage area. Even then, instead of helping, an employee prevented me from properly checking the names on the boxes myself. It was obvious that nobody cared enough to truly solve the situation. What shocked me most was the complete lack of professionalism, accountability, urgency, and respect toward a guest who suffered a financial loss because of the hotel’s negligence. No manager available, no proper assistance, and no responsibility taken for a package they clearly received. Because of this situation, I will be pursuing legal action and formally requesting reimbursement for the loss and damages caused. I have all delivery confirmations and documentation proving the package was delivered to the hotel. The location may be good, but the service is absolutely terrible. A hotel that receives guest packages and then loses them without taking responsibility should not be trusted. There are many other hotels nearby that can offer the same location with far better customer service and professionalism. I would never stay here again and absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting security, professionalism, or even basic customer care.

    From the moment you pulled up and the valet attendant greeted you , I knew this was going to be a great hotel. The lobby is an art museum and the rooms were to notch. A small kitchenette, sitting room, the cozy bedroom to the spa like bathroom was just was I needed. Not only that but the midtown area bustling with people, music and the park filled with digs was amazing. Great restaurants, bakery and coffee shops all around. I want to come back just to stay here again!! I came for work now i want to come for pleasure!! ☆☆☆☆☆

    Rooms and facilities were clean and very well equipped. Staff was excellent and friendly. A variety of shopping and restaurants in the area. Great spot to walk and enjoy the vibes of downtown Miami. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night before our cruise so we did not have a chance to see the beautiful pool area. We will definitely be back if we are ever in midtown.

    This was an excellent hotel in a great location. Front desk staff George & Billy were so helpful and great to recommend places to eat, etc. Very close to the cruise port and hock was great for the morning we checked out. We will definitely book this hotel again if we are in Miami.

    Right in the heart of mid-town Miami. Plenty of shops and even a well groomed dog park right near the property. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful with a nice balcony and modern decor.

    The hotel's location is fantastic, everything you need is very close. Jessa, who works at the reception, is amazing. She's friendly and very sweet. She immediately fulfilled all our requests. Thank you Jessa, you were the best thing about the hotel. The room cleaning wasn't done properly on a daily basis. They only made the bed and provided clean towels. They didn't sweep or dust the floors. There was only one chair on the balcony. There weren't enough wardrobes to hang clothes in the room. There was no free drinking water in the room; everything was chargeable. Considering the high price, the room wasn't functional and the room service was inadequate.

    Great location — Walking distance to several decent restaurants and easy to get around. Pool area — The pool itself was nice and enjoyable, though it didn’t quite look like the photos online. This hotel should not be listed as a 4-star property. Nothing about the experience felt 4-star, and it was disappointing given the expectations that come with that rating. Cleanliness issues — The carpet felt and looked gross, and the floors looked dirty overall. Couch in the room looked so gross I didn’t even want to sit on it. Room details lacking — We only had one mug, one chair on the balcony, and one robe, which felt careless and not up to standard. Pool service — There was never anyone available for pool towels. Staff — The staff wasn’t particularly personable and interactions felt awkward rather than welcoming. Also, too much $$$!!

    Absolutely nothing here to like actually we left a day early. We left a day early after paying a ridiculous amount for a sub par property to stay there for two nights. After we left we discovered we got lice from the hotel room. Everything from the valet who asked my room number from the time I pulled up and not even checking in yet, being placed on the second floor above an extremely loud restaurant playing blaring music directly below with the hotel staff knowing nothing about how early they started or late they played , having to call three times for extra pillows and towels and finally having to go down to the front desk and ask for them in person which they never got right. I asked for two extra pillows and 4 extra bath towels ( in my reservation). After checking in and in my room I had neither so I called immediately for 2 extra pillows and 4 bath towels. 20 minutes later 1 pillow and one towel showed up for the two of us. We asked for at least another of each, no one returned. After 30 minutes I went down to the front desk again and asked in person for another pillow and 3 extra bath towels. about 30 minutes later 1 more pillow and one bath towel showed up. The loud whistling noise our room door created when closed went all night and day making hot very hard to concentrate let alone sleep, the towels and bed linens smelled like a dirty locker. The furniture was incredibly cheap and uncomfortable including the "sofa" in the live room area that was basically wood covered in cheap cloth. The fire alarm going off for a long time for no reason and having to listen to announcements afterwards being piped through our hotel room. Multiple hours of hearing a jackhammer (on a Sunday) reverberating through the concrete of entire building with no mention of construction when booking. Lack of staff in general and the blasé attitude they had towards the guests when one was able to be found they couldn't be bothered with whatever it was we needed. The icing on the cake LICE!!! We absolutely did not get them from anywhere else or had them in our lives before. DISGUSTING and $922 for two nights.....Go elsewhere!!

    Location and quite environment. The staff were very professional and allowed us to check in early. I was disappointed that the restaurant was not open. But there are many eateries in the area conducive. The room was small and I wish that we were on a higher floor. In addition, the room's floor was slanted and had a noticeable dip in the middle of the living room floor. Usually, suites are much larger as well.

    This was a great hotel that was about 5 min from the Wynwood neighborhood. There is no restaurant/coffee stand in hotel but there is a Starbucks next door and a great french bakery right around the corner. There is a Kuerig type coffee machine in the room. Staff was awesome and hotel was very clean. Def recommend!

The area around the hotel is very walkable with nice shops and restaurants. The hotel rooms are very nice and have a beautiful balcony and bathroom. I had to use my battery to charge my phone. Also I don't like how Hotels.com is now hiding mandatory fees from the title price and keep it below in the details where you dont see it until you check out of the hotel and they tell you you have to pay a amenity fee that wasnt show on the hotels.com checkout screen. Just including them in the title price and stop being deceptive.

    Super clean, friendly staff, great swimming pool in 7th floor with more than enough sunbeds (at least in November). Its Japanese style restaurant is quite good as well. It allowed early check in for a fee which was AWESOME since we arrived 9 am and check in is late at 4 pm. Also received free upgrade from studio to one bed room suite, complimentary. That was great!! The check in time at 4pm

Didn’t provide soap or paper towels in kitchen area which for what we were paying would have been nice. Had to purchase and leave when we left. Room was clean and quiet, and bathroom could have afforded more privacy.

    I was wishing I could write a good review, however, I cannot do that. I honestly chose this hotel because of the reviews on yelp and thinking it would’ve been a nice place to stay for my birthday. I had an emergency and was unable to stay, something they chose not to care about, which of course like all companies they rather you get charged regardless because they cannot empathize. Had I also read the m reviews on Google, I certainly wouldn’t have chosen this place due to them being dirty, as I saw some images of several brown stains on the sheets which is highly disgusting for a place that charges so much to stay and that was a review from some months ago. Hygiene is very important overall and you would think they wouldn’t have had such issues. This is definitely not a place I would like to stay while there are other hotels I’ve been to nearby, I did not even stay one night.

    There was no “breakfast included” as was advertised on hotels.com and no room service or spa as advertised. I would recommend checking the hotel site or contacting the hotel directly before booking and do not rely on amenities listed on hotels.com. The suite had a kitchenette with a mini fridge and microwave but sadly no dishes, cutlery or paper towels. Minibar was not fully stocked. The restaurant upstairs was average at best. All in all I have no complaints but would probably not visit again only due to the lack of amenities I desired. No regrets!

    Love the Hyde, second trip there. Just don't agree with the $150 per night reserve on hold. They don't have a restaurant or room service, the explanation received was that it's reserved for the mini bar. Never saw this in over 40 years of travel, should be reconsidered.

    Perfect! 10/10. Robertson was amazing! Room was perfect. I did yoga on the balcony, great food and shops walkable. Pool, hot tube, out door space on the roof was perfect.     I booked a platinum suite the room was beautiful but the balcony had no furniture for us to sit I had to keep calling the front desk for towels and wash clothes and ice they don’t have a ice maker so housekeeper has to do everything get the ice bring the furniture bring pool towels and regular towels I kinda felt bad the first we stayed it was a crazy party inside the hotel police were called and there were no overnight front desk around at all with all the money you pay for these hotels you want to feel safe.

    It was well located and close to restaurants, cafes and bars. Overall it was a nice place, however the couch had some marks/stains on it that made me hesitant to sit on it and the outdoor furniture did not have cushion on them. Front desk was friendly and had good recommendations for activities (it was a lady).

    I really have no idea why this place has such high ratings. The location is OK, but otherwise I don't have many positive things to say. The room was very dated, the furniture and bed was very uncomfortable, there were marks and so on everywhere, basic amenities such as enough towels were missing, and someone else's name was on the TV when I arrived (which suggests someone else rejected the room before I was there). Very unimpressed and I can't recommend going here.

I had the attendant update my credit card upon arrival and when they printed off my receipt at check out and I checked online banking…the credit card was never updated. This was partially a business trip and the charge was on my personal account. It should have been on my business card. We got checked in and went to our room. Once we got there, we realized we were never informed on WiFi details, hotel information, food recommendations, nothing. I also noticed that a dirty towel was stuffed under the sink. We were also given two bath towels (there was 3 of us) and no extra blankets were left for the fold out. I felt like I spent most of my night there, stopping but the front desk or calling. We also went to the pool and nobody was out there attending. No towels or anything. So once again, we had to pack up our stuff and go to the front desk for beach towels. Also the Japanese restaurant next door was absolutely filthy. Bird poo everywhere, furniture was mangled, etc. I don’t see another visit in our future. Hope my feedback supports your growth moving forward.

    This was the perfect booking! It had so many restaurants and shopping in walking distance. A gorgeous rooftop pool/hot tub/ and fitness center. Spa access and a Japanese steakhouse where guests received a complimentary cocktail. Very welcoming and helpful staff!

    Excellent location, safe and you do see a police/security presence, lots of traffic in the area so only choice is to valet with the hotel but cost is disclosed up front so that is fine, traffic to be expected. Lots of things are walkable, like the design district (a little dicey on the way otherwise fine) Hotel itself is modern, beautiful, clean. Suite style is spacious, beautiful, comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Definitely satified and happy with stay.

    The location, amenities, and especially the service from the staff were exceptional. Renata, Rob, and two other staff members (whose names unfortunately slip my mind) were phenomenal. They were accommodating and efficient in every way. We stayed in a platinum suite with our pets, and it was spacious and clean with a balcony overlooking Midtown Park. The location is unbeatable. Typically, we stay in South Beach, but because of the approaching rainy season and reduced beach usage, we chose to stay near our initial rental. The area has numerous restaurants, a pet store, Target, Trader Joe's, Nordstrom Rack, and other shopping options. The Design District with luxury shopping is nearby, and Wynwood is just a few steps away with amazing restaurants and fun activities. One suggestion for improvement would be to have a dedicated elevator for Hyde Hotel patrons. There was a lot of traffic to the 7th-floor restaurant (not affiliated with the hotel), and a separate elevator for that would be nice. Thank you, Hyde staff, for making our stay so enjoyable! We are incredibly grateful and will return again and again.

    Room (the good) - bathroom is spacious. Not a huge fan of vessel sinks, but they worked. Bed reasonably comfortable. Well stocked if overpriced minibar & convenience purchases. Room (the bad) - it says soundproofed but on the third floor, you can hear the traffic noise easily. I’ve stayed on second floors & heard nothing. Not the case here. Hall noise is present but not terrible. Amenities - gym is solid. More than you’ll get at most hotels. Lots of machines and cardio equipment. Could use some heavier than 50# dumbbells & a squat rack (not a smith machine). Yes, they have the variable weight bow flex pair of dumbbells. But just a rack of different weights to grab is better. Surrounding environment is walkable and convenient with trader joe’s, starbucks, etc. Again, if you’re like me and just looking for a goodnight’s sleep, this is a decent place. Not the best. A little pricy for the value. But there are much bigger rip offs downtown.

    This property was probably very nice at some point but felt deserted and run down. Almost like it was bankrupt - no staff, no food, no towels, no pool service, gym closed, spa closed, restaurant closed. Couldn’t get in late last night. No security to help.

    The only issue we had is that the floors in our room hadn’t been cleaned. Beds are comfortable, pillows and linens as well. We had a room for 3 with only 2 sets of towels which was promptly rectified. As many others have suggested, the kitchenette could use some utensils. We loved the artsy lobby, dog park which the hotel shares with the residences and a huge dog park across the street.

    First time staying here. We were familiar with the area. Location is very convenient, Starbucks, French Bakery and restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. Hotel was very clean and friendly, had a nice pool deck located on the 7th. floor which also has a restaurant, separate from the hotel which I can say you must stop in for a drink and food. Hope you enjoy

    Also, in our suite, the electric outlets could not hold what we plugged in to them. Multiple outlets with the same problem. All of the staff we came in contact with was friendly and serviceable. Definitely will come back.

    This hotel is absolutely awesome, only thing I don’t like, the highest floor is the 6th for the hotel. The rest is for the residence. So the views of midtown are not as great. But the rooms are absolutely 5 stars. Super clean and updated. The pool area is a bit small. But great ambiance, the hotel staff is very vigilant and accommodating. I would stay here again.
