    Be aware that some of the amenities advertised by this hotel were either unavailable or not functioning during my stay. The amenities listing was misleading and did not match what was actually offered. In addition, guests were allowed to play loud music throughout the night, which made it difficult to rest and negatively impacted the overall experience. I strongly recommend calling the hotel directly before booking to confirm the availability of any amenities that are important to you and to inquire about the hotel’s policies regarding noise and guest disturbances.

    The place was great. Clean and had extremely helpful staff. The highlight of my stay was definitely the bartender at the rooftop bar his name was Dwi (I may be spelling it wrong sorry!). He was very warm and inquisitive. He asked questions and explained everything we needed to know as first time travelers to Miami. He recommended drinks (very delicious by the way!) , asked about our trip from the Bahamas and gave tips on fully enjoying the Miami experience. It was our first day and we were sooo glad we stopped there. It was by pure accident we walked up to the rooftop that early being our goal was to explore the hotel but hours quickly passed as we felt right at home with him. Tremendous guest service and a tremendously generous person. Pleasee I recommend everyone who goes here to visit the rooftop bar. Also shoutout to the bartender in the Cana restaurant on the 2nd floor as well. I didn’t get his name but he was extremely friendly as well and recognized our Caribbean accents from the first words. That was refreshing! Shoutout to Dwi too for getting me in such comfort to talk with my accent and complimenting us on it as well! 10/10

    When booking through Expedia there was no notification that the pool is under construction. That’s one of the main reasons why I selected this hotel. Furthermore, there is no information on their website about the pool OR the construction that starts promptly at 9am. During check in- hotel attendant told us we were being “upgraded” to the 18th floor with a bay view however he felt like it wasn’t important enough to mention the pool was under construction and that we were right underneath said construction, in fairness- the Marriott pool next door was made accessible to us, however it was much smaller and very full by the time we arrived. The most they would do to accommodate me was waive the resort fees and give me a hotel credit. I would have preferred full disclosure!

    Front desk staff was okay, it honestly depends on the guest and how welcoming they are towards you in my observation. The room was exactly what I wanted. Balcony, Bay view was amazing. The main pool was out of service which made the alternative pool very congested. The hotel food can be improved to include more selections. Overall the hotel was very peaceful and served the purposes I needed for my stay. I definitely would return.

    We booked this hotel at the last minute after our Airbnb fell through, and it turned out to be an even better choice. The location was perfect, and the hotel itself was spotless and very well maintained. What truly stood out, though, was the staff—everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of throughout our stay. The bed was very comfortable; the only minor downside for me was that the pillows were a bit too firm. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Brickell.

    Location The rooms are unkempt and the cleaning staff is hardly attentive. The connecting door lets you clearly hear your neighbours next door speaking which is very annoying. Furthermore, from our room on the 11th floor you can hear a loud car passing by. The glass on the balcony doesn’t offer any soundproofing.

    Eventhough the hotel was beautiful and friendly staff we were unaware the pool was out of service. The point of coming here was for the rooftop pool with our child.     The onsite staff were fine - not overly nice but not rude either. Hotel was clean. Major problem was that even though I booked and prepaid through Expedia, the hotel repeatedly put pending on the card given for onsite incidentals and when I had to get Expedia involved to resolve it because the hotel staff couldn't/wouldn't, my Expedia payment was refunded instead of Hyatt reversing the charges. I checked in a week ago, was charged the destination fee and the incidentals twice. Then, they charged one amount that wasn't the full price for the room. Then later, after I brought all the erroneous charges to their attention, they charged me AGAIN for a different amount! So, now I was charged twice for the room, and the hotel has a LOT of extra pending charges still sitting on my credit card for a 1-night stay w/no extra anything. I'm going to have to report fraud to my credit card issuer to get the Hyatt's extra charges off my card. Will never stay at a Hyatt again.

    We chose this location for the advertised ocean view knowing it was not quite as modern as some of the other choices. We had two rooms that were both quite rundown. The floors were so bad that I didn’t want to take my shoes off at all throughout the stay. The tiles shifted and had large, ugly and frankly unsafe gaps. There was damage to the ceiling that could’ve been fixed in 10 minutes by any average person. There was mold on the ceiling in one bathroom, and mold in one of the coffee makers. The view is nothing like advertised, at best a sliver of the ocean. The staff was really kind, but I was happy to leave this location.

    spacious room, i could work and relax. Bed was comfortable, good shower and not a bathtub like most American bathrooms tend to have. As you get older, you appreciate more and more those kind of bathrooms. Staff didn't clean my room daily, and often i had to request at the front desk, more than once, to clean my room.

    Property is very run down. Def not the standard for Hyatt that we're used to. Everything was falling apart inside the unit and common areas. Room was given to us filthy. With hair and stains on the sheets. Staff doesn't care to help, and just there to clock in and out. Would never ever stay there again. And it wasn't cheap either. More like a 2 star than a 4 star property and service.

    They oversold and put us in a room with 1 bed even when I made it very clear we needed the two beds. It’s almost like they did it on purpose. Very dusty and full of allergens. My entire family was suffering from allergies. It was the same even when they transferred us to a different room. They probably need to vacuum the sofas and change the air filters.

    It is a really nice hotel and the staff interactions were great. I did experience a lot of noise disturbance with people slamming their doors. Also, it would be great to have the balcony light optional. I have an astigmatism and having that light on makes it harder to see. I have clearer vision when there is not an additional light around me, blending with all the city lights. I would have enjoyed being able to sit out on the balcony later, especially with the 19 floor closing at 8pm.

    We returned almost midnight to find that the door lock is broken and we cant access the room, we had to wait for almost one hour for them to try to open the door the old fasion way. They told me they wilk be at 8:00 am to fix the door. I wake up at 7:45, no one showed up, i called them at 8:45, they said they are waiting on me to wake up, they showeed up around 9:00. We waited until they finish. At the time of check out they told me they will remove the hotel fee of $40 per night for 4 nights i was checking the credit, I found out this is not the case.

    The valet team was great, the front desk team was helpful, the main areas of the hotel were nice, but the guest rooms are in worn condition and seem to be very under maintained. Shower head had several spray pattern options but only one that worked, paddle type light switch in bathroom was cracked, floor in was worn, chipping and had poor gap spacing between tiles in main area of the room and the cabinet that the fridge is enclosed in had a broken hinge on the door that hides the fridge, which made it a pain to get in and out of the fridge.

    We had beautiful views from our room facing the bay and also from the pool area which was located on the roof and it was just beautiful up there and we always had a breeze. Lots of seating areas, largo pool and hot tub and a bar is there too. The restaurant has delicious food. There were shops and restaurants nearby. Our room was clean and pretty large and the beds were amazing. We also had a balcony. Definitely get s room facing the washer with a balcony, it was worth it.The staff was so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be close to the water and likes to walk around.

Due to the rain we were not able to use the pool, but we did stop by before the rain to check it out. It was a really nice space to hangout at. We stopped by their restaurant to have a drink, and as expected, pricey. Service was good but a tad slow.

    Sure enough, the room we were assigned was in poor condition and did not include the ocean view we had reserved and paid for. At that hour, exhausted from travel, we had little energy left to dispute the issue at the desk. This experience was unacceptable. A hotel operating under the Hyatt name should hold itself to a much higher standard. Front desk staff should be trained not only to manage unforeseen circumstances with professionalism but also to treat guests with basic courtesy. Hospitality is, at its core, service—and if staff cannot manage that, they do not belong in this industry. I will never stay at this property and do not recommend it!

    Everything was amazing, be ware the room you book online isn’t always the one that’s actually available on the travel websites so book directly on their website if you wanted anything besides a standard. They upgraded us after we asked, they were accommodating. The rooms were super clean, staff friendly and accommodating. Valet is super nice.

    We had a great stay the staff was amazing, we took our two fur babies and they were welcoming and it felt nice not feel weird about bringing our dogs somewhere. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. The only complaint I have is the walls are too thin, we were able to hear the girls next to us and they woke us up in the middle of the night coming back to the room from their night out. We were able to hear their full conversations, and we also heard another couple doing the nasty. Our server for the second floor restaurant Cana also kept forgetting our orders, and the service was really slow. Other than that it was a really good stay with an amazing staff, clean rooms, and a nice view of the water. We would stay here again, for sure.

    Thin Walls. I was with my husband and my 12 yr old. You could hear everything guests were doing in their room all night long and morning. Staff wasn’t even sorry.

    This hotel was excellent. Had great customer service. Less then a mile away from brickell mall. You can see the cruise ships from the hotel. House keeping was great they cleaned up so well. They cleaned up so good we didn’t even have sand in the room or on our balcony. The pool and the roof top bar was great. I will stay here again.

    Very pleased with my stay here ! I’d definitely stay again. It was my first time in Miami. I was there for the Coldplay concert in town. The room was perfect. The bay view was perfect. Very quite clean. Right around the corner from a restaurant I saw on TikTok which was very convenient.

    - No bellhops - No concierge - cheap construction; balcony chairs have bare metal seats, pool area chairs lack seat back cushions, room flooring is bottom end vinyl simulated wood etc - Bars don’t have blenders so forget having a piña colada or a frozen margarita, no wine at the pool bar But, wait!! In exchange for this you pay a $40/day resort fee! Now that’s a pure ripoff given the lack of amenities.

    Additionally I really thought at that price point the soap products would have been decent. I’m not picky because I don’t like to travel with my own shampoo but each of the products in the shower was terrible, bring your own. The hand soap smelled nice though. The beds/bedding were fluffy and soft. The room and the hotel was very clean!

    They ran out of pool towels and it took too long for more to come, so I didn't get to use the pool. BUT they gave me drink vouchers, which was very nice, to make up for it. The bed was very comfy and the view was amazing.

    The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. However, there is room for improvement in housekeeping. I noticed hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor, and the towels had a sour smell, suggesting they weren't fully dried after washing. On a positive note, the food on the second floor was excellent, and the hotel is situated in a fantastic location.

    It was excellent! The staff was kind, the room was spotless and felt brand new. The hotel is super close to the heart of Brickell, an amazing spot! The only thing I could mention is that they could’ve given us fresh towels the next day, but it wasn’t a big deal. Definitely recommended!
