Was in a very convenient location.

Very clean, confortable, courteous employees

In addition, housekeeping was another disappointment. Room cleaning is supposed to be provided every other day, but staff seemed unwilling to clean the room as scheduled. Overall, the service did not meet expectations and made for a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend booking here. If you have kids be cautious of a lot of people with BBL come to the hotel to recover. People walking about robes and tubes.

Airport shuttle was great. Rooms were very spacious and breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve seen. The 10th floor bar/lounge area was a welcomed surprise as well as how easy it was to walk to nearby restaurants. Would stay here again.

They put us on the 9th floor, right under the gym. The hours posted said 6 am to 10 pm. In the evening it sounded like someone was jumping around upstairs and was going to come through the ceiling. Then I was woken up BEFORE 6 am and it sounded like someone was upstairs jumping again. It was the treadmill! NOT how I want to wake up on vacation! The free breakfast was very good.

The shuttle from the airport wasn’t very good. It had to wait close to 45 minutes because it had stopped at the hotel and didn’t return even after landing contacted them to say I needed picked up. The room was nice but had an odd smell, almost like fish. I didn’t notice it after being in the room for 10-15 minutes. It was VERY nice that they had plates, and silverware right in the room!

Great overnight stay before our cruise. Staff was excellent and our room was large and very nice. Breakfast was fantastic too! Will stay here again.

I liked that the property was near the water and the location was very convenient. I also liked that they provided alcohol beverages in the refrigerator, which was a nice touch. The night shift staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was excellent, exceptionally clean, and had everything I needed for cooking and eating during my stay. I really enjoyed it overall. One thing I didn’t like was that the shuttle service only provided transportation to the airport and not to the cruise port. We had to pay extra for an Uber, so I feel they could improve by offering shuttle service to the cruise port as well.

I loved the location, amenities, staff, breakfast, and shuttle service. I appreciated how close we were to Tropical Smoothie Publix, and Burlington. Our room was also very spacious and comfortable, and Debbie was a jewel. Everything was perfect.

Breakfast was subpar. Geedunk was spectacular except didn't have soap, toothbrush or toothpaste. Room was very clean. Staff was very helpful but housekeeping could use some English classes paid for by Hilton corporate. Overall was average but location was premium, right next to food in walking distance, making it much cheaper for those of us without a rental car. I didn't use airport shuttle but I saw it, so it does exist and does work. Good for the price.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and stocked. The continental breakfast was standard to the industry. If I had to leave one negative it would be to include the information on your site about where the hotel picks up at the airport. It was a bit confusing for new comers, but overall we had a great experience.

Great rooftop bar, though the Cuban bar tender is a real creep. Hitting on women and giving them free drinks... made no attempt to hide it. It was pretty cringe.

The room was great. I did have a long dark hair on my sheet when I pulled it back, but the sheets looked and smelled clean and I realize a hair can get washed and dried. It did weird me out a minute. They had lots of amenities and the breakfast was wonderful and the staff very helpful and nice. Shuttles were great from airport and to cruise port. Would def stay there again if in the area.

The staff was not helpful at all. They overcharged me at the restaurant and bar. The shuttle is not free and does not show up when it's supposed to do so I ended up having to call an Uber to get to the port so I would not miss my cruise and their English is not very good. The lights in my room not all of them worked nor did either of all of the outlets. The smell in my room was disgusting.

We stayed one night before going on a cruise, ate at the restaurant on the 10th floor, it was delicious, we requested a couple extra pillows and they were fast a kind to deliver them. I liked that the checkout time was later than most hotels.

I was assigned room 912 upon entering the room I was concerned because it smelled of mildew. The main area of the room looks fine, however the bathroom is where the mildew & black mold is present. The wallpaper and shower is the area affected by the black mold and mildew. The wallpaper was is noticeably lifted and peppered with black mold. Also the ceiling has evidence of water leakage. Lastly, I wasn't able to take a shower because I also noticed black mold is present on my the shower perimeter.

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and there was the smell of dog throughout the hotel. Also the 10th floor customer service and wait time for food was atrocious. There was a time we ran out of toilet paper and it felt like an inconvenience to ask. I was told if they are out they are out and if I wanted to use napkins. The shuttle said we could fit our family and luggage and that was a lie so we took an uber. Will not be staying at another one.

We were surprised at the size of the room. There was so much room to spread out. We love that there was a kitchen that had some dishes. The space inside the bathroom was great, even though four of us were sharing it. We didn’t feel cramped in there, like you do in so many other hotel rooms. The location of the hotel was great! - you could walk to a lot of different places without having to worry about a car. The breakfast was fantastic! So many options! All that you could want.

When we arrived, we asked if the hotel could hold our luggage while we waited for check-in. Unfortunately, we were told there was no safe or secure space available. We were informed that we could leave our luggage around the check-in area, but the hotel would not be responsible for it. Since many other bags were already there, we decided to leave ours as well and added our names to a long list for early check-in. Around 2:30 PM, we received a call saying one room was available, while the other two would be ready at 3:00 PM. Because we were traveling with elderly parents (ages 75 and 73) and children, we accepted the available room. When 3:00 PM arrived, we checked again for the remaining rooms and were told they were running late and might be ready by 4:00 PM. We were told we would be compensated with a late checkout. We finally received the other two rooms at 4:00 PM and were told we could check out at 12:30 on Tuesday. While the delayed check-in was frustrating, the rooms themselves were spacious. We had reserved mini suites, which included a kitchenette with a refrigerator, electric cooktop, and dishes, which was very convenient. However, there were several cleanliness and maintenance concerns. One bathroom had a broken toilet seat, and my husband and I experienced

This is such a fantastic pre-cruise or post-cruise option. The staff was incredible, very friendly and did everything they could to get us checked in as early as possible. The 10th floor hospitality lounge was amazing for breakfast. There was an incredible selection of breakfast, very clean and constantly restocked.

I am very happy with my recent 3 night stay at the hotel. The place is very clean and I was given a quite room on the end. The staff was friendly and helped me with the bbq grill. The gym here is excellent with heavy weights. Unfortunately, there was one rude black gentleman employee who, when I was upstairs, the cafe doors were closing (it was only 11am). The housekeeping woman was standing there and I asked what time will the cafe re-open. He rudely said "it will open when housekeeping finishes." I did not like his attitude because I only asked for an approximate time I didn't know it would close at all. Since I speak Spanish I asked the housekeeping lady directly and she said she would be done in about 30 minutes and not to worry. Other than this experience I had a delightful stay at the hotel.

Wonderful stay!

The highlight of the day was the spacious rooms and the breakfast was amazing. The service was not bad, but they were just not very attentive. Which in reality for the price that you’re paying is expected the only other thing I would say is that the water Behind the hotel that the view overlooks was extremely polluted, that might be a little beyond them, though. The views were beautiful, of the airport and of the river. The facilities were beautiful and in a great location.

The shuttle took close to one hour however that was due to traffic. The room did not come with any water. The hot water was not working properly and the AC gave trouble so I had to manually take it off overall though the place is clean and the breakfast is decent.

The location was perfect. The breakfast in the morning was good, with the great views. We were only there overnight so overall, it was a good day. My main issue was with the staff during check-in. They were not forthcoming regarding the shuttle to the cruise port and they did not communicate effectively with one another so I ended up losing money.

What are the best Home 2 Sweet is good here by Hilton I love it except no balance service except we need to improve the breakfast very important. The boiled eggs was very cold and no service. No need plastic a spoon and don’t eat paper plates. It was very bad experience for the breakfast.

Pretty convenient location with several dining options. Clean room and nice common areas. The Blue Lagoon restaurant and fitness center on the 10th floor was a nice spot to get a bite. I would stay here again and recommend.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the airport and next to a strip of restaurants. The staff friendly. The room was large with a complete kitchen, large TV, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast on the 10th floor had a nice view and the food was good, coffee excellent. Additionally, the airport shuttle is a plus and the staff friendly. I will consider staying at this location for my future travels.

The front desk seemed to not know what their timings are, hotels.com booking says check out at 12, the hotel said 11. I paid for a late check out at 3 PM, then told the following morning it’s 2:30. Friends using the same hotel checked out at 12:30.

The beds were so comfortable!!! We love how spacious the room was with seating area and kitchen. We were on the 7th floor and Internet access was spotty or slow at times. Other than that everything was excellent, and we plan to return next month.

I really love this hotel. It was located near a shopping center that was walkable. Also the restaurant at the hotel had good food options and the bar tender was very professional and polite. Also the breakfast was great and had a lot variety. Overall this hotel in my eyes was perfect.

One important thing that really hampered giving higher stars was the pungent mildew smell in our room and in the gym. Was a wet, clingy dirty smell. Really hard to ignore. All of us detected it, so it wasn’t imagined. There may be serious issues worth looking into because of this (ex: mold?)

My initial interaction with the staff was terrible which is what prompted me to find another hotel to stay at. I work in costumer service as well so I get being overwhelmed with people and questions. The staff was rude and short so I gathered my child and belongings and left.

The hotel was close to the port and room was spacoius. They had a great breakfast buffet. We ran out of kleenex and toliet paper, with no extra provided in the room. Also, the iron was broken and waited for a new or replacement but it never came.

Strange group of people. Lots of folks recouping from obvious hospital stays. Pajamas at breakfast and drains still attached. Other than that it is a great concept and I can see why they were there. Nice small kitchen set up living area and bed. Basically clean but my feet got really dirty walking on the floors. Good breakfast. No shuttle after 11 PM so plan accordingly

The waterfront location was just beautiful to behold whether from the room or during the wonderful, plentiful complementary breakfast. I’m sorry to have missed the happy hour! The room was spacious and very clean and bed quite comfortable after a long day of travel. I appreciated the shuttle service however the pickup arrangements could use some improvement. I suggest asking for the party number and the arrival door number to locate your guests. We waved but the driver didn’t see us due to other shuttles parking curbside and blocking our view and continued on in the flow of traffic. We ultimately called for a Lyft driver. The shuttle ends at 11pm. The shuttle to the cruise port was also a bit confusing. Guests should be given a ticket of arrival so driver knows who to transport first. He arrived and asked a group of approximately 20 ppl “…who was here first?” We, as guests, handled it cordially but there is a better process to avoid potential conflicts going forward. Overall… I will definitely stay here again!

I was very impressed with the level of customer service this hotel offers. I stayed 2 nights after a cruise and I must say this was a great choice. I had a discrepancy with my reservation and the supervisor was so amazing, the situation was solved immediately. The free breakfast was popular and had many options. The room exceeded my expectation. It was large with enough room for six people although we only had three in our party. The bathrooms were clean and spacious, and so was the kitchen area. I did not like that bar soaps were still being used also the conditioner in the bathroom was missing the pump portion. Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was superb. Home to suites is definitely my choice of hotels.

Staff is rude- gave someone a key to our room and they entered while we were present. No apologies or trying to compensate for our trouble even after calling customer service. Would not recommend!!

I liked everything about the property

Convenience of having different restaurants around and even the little plaza that was about 8mins walk with supermarket and even a Burlington near by and the shuttle service to and from the airport was also great the drivers were really friendly and nice… I definitely would recommend and I would definitely be back again! One little issue for me my neighbors next door was a little loud and had kids running in the hall way the rooms were not sound proof and could literally hear everything but it wasn’t that terrible but they can definitely improve in that area… the view from the 10th floor was amazing… Dinner was a little pricey and wasn’t all that good for the price but the staff was friendly and service was good..

Besides the drinks costing so much it was a great place to stay, only complaint was getting the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel ended up having to take a taxi which for 1 mile was 30 bucks

Pool was super clean. Nice view of the lagoon. Pillows were so comfortable. Nice big room with plenty of extra space. Front desk staff on the other hand were less than helpful. Wanted to purchase a candy bar and stood at the counter with it while two employees totally ignored me. After about 2 mins of not being recognized or waited on I walked over and put the candy back and left. Also I think an early check in fee of $75.00 is a little ridiculous!!!

What I did NOT like was the contentious and argumentative attitude of the evening manager . Because of mistakes by the front desk on check in , we were approached by this man. Instead of apologizing for the error, he was accusing and belligerent to myself and daughter in law.

Family of 5 stayed here for 1 night on an overnight layover and the front desk attendant upgraded us to a room on the 9th with a view of the lagoon, gave my 3 kids special cookies, the room was modern-huge and everything worked as it should. The airport shuttle was very easy, dependable and timely, the best part was the awesome breakfast on the 10th floor with full windows overlooking the view of the water, and breakfast that’s included. We have some picky eaters in my family and there was something for everybody! I researched all the hotels in the area and it’s by far the best option for the price and so conveniently located 1 mile from the airport in a beautiful setting. If you’re on the fence, pull the trigger, this is the one! Thanks to all the front desk staff, breakfast employees and both shuttle drivers for being a solid all around crew! No doubt we’ll stay here again when we have another Miami layover in the future! 5 STARS!!!

Overall, the hotel is clean, and the breakfast area on the 10th floor offers a nice space with a good selection of options. The pool is also clean and well-maintained. Check-in can take some time, especially if you're traveling with a large group. The area around the hotel is very nice, with plenty of dining options and stores nearby. I definitely recommend this hotel for families with kids.

The hotel was very clean and so was our room. The only issue I had were the surroundings. The pool was nice. It was quite small but the perfect size for a couple of families. The grounds surrounding it looked cracked and worn and there were weeds everywhere. Would have give 5 stars if the outer appearance of the hotel wasn't so drab. On a positive note the hotel was close to a Jersey Mikes and Tropical Smoothie and about 20 minutes from popular tourist spots in Miami (depending on the traffic). There is a complimentary shuttle that gets you to and from the airport for free. All in all I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come again!

Hotel is in a good location very nice and modern room. Definitely will come back again!
