Always enjoy my stays because I already know what to expect there.

Having said that, this place did accommodate me for my limited needs during this visit. Front desk was pleasant but not real friendly. If you just need a comfortable bed to sleep in, come here.

We spent one night with a loud a/c unit, clogged toilet that we report and the staffjust left a plunge at the door that did not resolved the problem. The elevator is scary rubbing against the walls... Not staying here ever again

Room was great, staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Parking is free. The elevator was broken and took like 10 minutes for the other elevator to come down. Just seems like the place might need to be tuned up a little bit.

I liked the location, although it was remote in some respect. A great, courteous, and respectful staff were there to assist, which I appreciated. The room was clean with a wonderful king-size bed. The breakfast was outstanding each day with plenty of options. Parking was adequate.

My room was cleaned each day we were there. I am very appreciative for the refreshed beds and clean towels. Front desk staff were friendly in the pool was clean. I have zero complaints.

The staff was amazing and accommodating. Room 205 was terrible though! We heard loud banging the entire time we were in the room. It was the elevator. We had ants in the bathroom and a cockroach on our floor in the morning. The fire alarm went off at 5am for approximately 30-45 seconds….just enough to wake us up and startle us. The beds were comfortable.

The second day the elevator didn’t work. It so inconvenient. My husband just had a stroke, and he had to go up and down to go to his doctors appointments.

Is ok but other Holiday Inn are much betters . The building have only one elevator because the other is not working and I was at the Third floor and the only one available broke and had to use the stairs. Breakfast is ok to resolve and the rooms very clean but not much supplies like in other Holidays Inn, in few words it is ok to resolve

My whole STAY was EXCELLENT

Location, friendly lady at the reception desk, variety of different meals at the breakfast. Room is very small for the 3-4 persons. We’ve booked a room for 3 adults and one child. VERY, VERY BAD noise insulation, you can hear the noise from everywhere surrounding the room (elevator, neighbours, corridors, even from outside. The water is not circulated and not clean in the swimming pool. Only two sets of towels were available in the room. Cleanliness of the room: hair from previous guests everywhere, the shower head had a stains of mould, dirt on the floor inside the bathroom. Coffee machine was not working at all, the phone in the room not able to connect you with the reception desk. The WI-FI is very weak and not covering the whole room, even it is very small, you need to stay close to entrance door to use it. The price for this hotel is VERY high, compared to the service that they offering.

I usually can expect good service and comfortable beds and nice spaces. But this time the Bed was Awful way too low and there seemed to be a roach problem as we ordered food and bugs got to it before we could eat it all I was very disappointed.

Only used as a stop over whilst heading down to the Key,s, nice a comfy bed but the rooms are old and in need of a good refurb although the cleanliness was all good, never used the pool but did look small, area is a bit industrial, reception and dining area is all good and breakfast was good quality with plenty to choose from.

Everything was ok when we first got there looked good on the outside, until we got to the room. They need to do better when cleaning the property. There was a condom on the floor of the room between the bed and nightstand table. They told me that they will tell the cleaning crew and did nothing about it. I am pregnant we don’t use any forms of contraceptives and me and my husband were disgusted.

Ancient property but nice staff and the pool was microscopic, egg texture was like eating a spatula , only good thing on menu was cinnamon roll, I don’t know why there was an auction going on in the lobby but it’s whatever, overall 4/10.

I chose this outside city property and paid $$ to commute to downtown Miami for laundry amenities. It was broken the whole stay. Caused great inconvenience. Bathroom didn’t have exhaust too

Our king size bed in 210 was terrible and very lumpy. Rented the king suite for four people, and there was only two towels and no bedding for the pullout couch and they did not have any extra pillows available at the front desk. We had rented two king-size suites for seven people and were not provided with any extra bedding, extra pillows or towels. The cost for the two rooms was close to $700 so it seems like those things should be available. Staff was friendly and helpful, but the hotel overall was lacking.

Stayed kne Wednesday night and it was a nightmare, couldn't sleep until 7am because of the noises at 1am 2am 3am etc people partying all over thr 3erd floor on a Wednesday, thr elevator had a lot of garbage inside and when i got up.thr next mornignto check out at 11am the garbage was still.there.

Great location for heading to Key West for a day. The traffic in the area is quite heavy but it is easy to get around the main road. The restaurants near by were wonderful and has a wide selection. A bit noisy below us since our room was right above the breakfast area.

It was okay property was under construction lights went out once and we had several problems using key to enter room. Not being able to get in room with key. Very frustrating especially when you arrive back at hotel late and staff not accommodating.

Property was well maintained, quiet, clean and spacious. Front desk staff was accommodating and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, plenty of amenities. The included breakfast had lots of options, including hot foods. Parking was easy.

Breakfast way to simple just egg and sausage no bacon, white bread or beagle no wheat option, fruit just orange no apples or banana, Frosted Flakes / corn flakes no granola or healthier options. Mini fridge did not cool Thin walls you can hear the water/sewer pipe running inside the walls; i was on the 3rd floor I could hear the ppl flushing on the 5th/4th floor.

It’s so close to the executive airport The regulations says it’s prohibited to smoke on the property (inside the rooms) and the people from the room (305) was smoking a lot of herb (weed). I know the staff from the hotel can’t do it anything but a good sanction to the people was in there is good to apply

No sleep, ants in my stuff and staff unable to fix the situation. Nothing else open so stuck here in ANT LAND. I dont even have food in my room so they couldn't have cleaned good if I have ants...they dont even have a vacuum or bug spray for me to use. No new sheets. This place is the worst for customer service.

The staff provided excellent, personalized service. I especially appreciated Charolyn and a manager who were always at the front desk, smiling and helpful to guests. The rooms are fine, although they could be improved by painting the damaged walls. The elevator urgently needs painting; it's in dire need of it.

My family and I stayed at the hotel for five days. The key cards didn’t work my st of the time. I had to get them rekeyed like 10 times during my stay. The pool was dirty and I never seen anyone cleaning it out. Also the beds were absolutely uncomfortable it felt like we were sleeping on plywood. Unfortunately I don’t recommend this hotel. I know we will not be returning there. Hopefully they will correct and make it pleasant for others. Thank you.

The elevator was very slow, one not functioning and the one available, had an expired permit. The hotel is very far from the beach, so a car is needed. Uber is very expensive $40+ one way.

The room was fine but the ac units were very loud on the fifth floor we were unable to sleep well because of the noise of the ac. The hot water did not work well either and only one elevator work so it took extra long to get up and down to ground floor. Ice machines also were low on ice or completely empty. Definitely underwhelming elevator didn’t work well at all. Felt like it was going to break down every time. Mirrors in room were not clear and ac fluctuated a lot.

We have been received by Shadai and she was the best. Helpfull before reaching the property very attentive. Staff very friendly and hardworking..

Nice spot, clean, nice pool and jacuzzi, good breakfast, great that it has a little store, one elevator was broken so that kinda sucked and the fridge could probabaly be a bit colder .

This property was old, musty, smelly. The carpets smelled awful, our toilet was rocking, the linen was yellow. Only positive was the breakfast. 1* for our family.

We had such a great experience. The front desk staff, to the workers at the hotel, everyone was so nice & accommodating. The kids & us adults enjoyed the pool. It was so nice to be able to grill as well.

My room was not very clean. The carpet was filthy and bathroom floor was sticky and had hair on it.

My stay was quiet, calm and very relaxing. Everything i wanted for My Birthday. The breakfast was hot and wonderfully made, the staff was very nice, helpful and informative. The rooms were nice clean and cozy. The extra space and bathroom with the jacuzzi tub was EVERYTHING!!!!. 10/10.

Great staff, great breakfast, and a spacious room with comfortable beds. Hot tub was hot and the property was safe and security was always present. Great place, I'll be back.

The staff is very nice and can communicate well and the property is safe and clean.

Hotel rooms & common areas were clean. There are minor cosmetic things that you may notice like small cracks in the walls but everything is still tidy. Even with being close to the airport, the rooms are quiet. The property is also handicap accessible with features that make it easy for those with limited mobility to get around the property (wide hallways, working elevators, flat ground, etc.).

Friendly and courteous

Stay was good with the exception of little to no internet while in the room at the hotel.

Room had a peculiar smell, likely stemming from AC. We turned it off during our stay. Beds were comfortable but sheets had some small visible stains. Staff in reception was professional and helpful when we asked for complimentary items. Breakfast was very typical for Holiday Inns; the flavor of cooked items seemed processed.

Front desk manager was very rude and was not helping at all. She mentiond that the reservation is only for 1 room even though we showed her the confirmation for 2 rooms. Then she gave us the rooms on a seperate floor.

The hotel in general has a good appearance. The breakfast buffet is pretty good and was kept well stocked at all times . The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The only problem I encountered were the 2 ice machines in the whole hotel both are in need of maintenance 1 doesn’t work and the other one makes only enough ice for 1 guest to fill a recipient of 16oz then it will take a while to make that small quantity of ice again . The staff is professional, polite and helpful.

Rooms were old and dated. But the hotel common areas were nice and the location was great.

Amazing!!! Fast and friendly checking. Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Comfy bed. Spacious and clean bathroom. Safe area, available parking, shopping at a walking distance, public transportation, restaurants, gas stations. Everything you need is just a minute or 2 away. Clean premises. Security on premises. Looking forward to my delicious breakfast in the morning. Breakfast was great last month when i was there: good food and a variety of food to choose from. 10/10 recommend this holiday Inn!!!

Good transportation

Overall the stay wasn’t bad for a quick get away. The room was a decent size, bed was comfortable and refrigerator was very cold. The shower was particularly broken. We did request to change rooms but no one responded until the next day and we had our 1 year old with us and was already settled in the room. The cleaning lady had an attitude and didn’t speak any English so that didn’t help because I didn’t know why she was annoyed from the moment she was on the floor cleaning other rooms. My husband’s room key kept turning off so that was annoying. The breakfast was ok but the quality changed day to day.

Very nice hotel room is very comfy. The beds are comfortable and the bath water is very hot which is a plus for me . Only negative thing I have to say is that there is only two elevators for the building and one isn’t working so staying in the 5th fooor kinda sucked. Also breakfast could be a little later like other hotels they end theirs really early
