    Loved the location near the cruise port. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool. Some of the pool tiles needed attention but loved the pool location. There were plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Will definitely stay again if we cruise out of Miami.

    Room was just okay. Had some maintenance issues. Our toilet was constantly running and handle would get stuck and not flush sometimes. Tub spout was not working properly (leaking). Lights flickered here and there. Overall lighting was very dark. Only good lighting for getting ready was in the bathroom.

    Staff was great. They even assisted me with shipping back a toiletry bag I accidentally left behind. The area downtown in any city can be a little sketchy. We went down the road to dinner and there were homeless on the streets passed out on drugs. But there was a lovely pizza restaurant down the road and coffee shop. I just would t walk around at night.

    Location and staff It was in need of updating. The floors were very dirty in both the hallway and the room. The bottoms of my feet were black after walking around the room barefoot. The sheets were poor quality and not soft in the least bit.

    It was more than good enough hotel. It is a little older but the rooms are very roomy, and it has floor to ceiling windows which is nice! The beds were comfy and it has huge tvs in the rooms. All in all it’s a good hotel to stay at, especially if it’s for one night before or after a cruise.

    Large and clean room with comfortable bed I think the property is in need of a renovation. They really need to pay more attention to the little details the faucets need replacing and the pool towels are old and threadbare. the lighting in the room was also very poor.

After handing over the keys and finally getting to our room, valet called the room to ask if we had a spare key to our vehicle cause they locked the keys in the car. So we had to head back down, they explained they needed to get a locksmith. We could not use our car to get to the event and we could not get a pair of shoes we forgot in it. We were late for dinner. Then we spent the evening somewhat worried that the car door will be scratched. To add insult to injury they still charged $45 for valet and nobody at the reception or the valet was aware of the headache we went through the evening before during check-out this morning. Not the experience we were hoping for nor the customer service expected from a Hilton property.

    Excellent place to stay very secure. The only problem I had was my room had two joining doors which I did not know about, and apparently the AC vent also went to other rooms. Somebody was smoking weed, and it filled my room, but the front desk manager gladly move me to an another room and it was a lot better than the one I was in and said that he sent security up to that floor to try to find out who was smoking in their rooms don’t know what happened, but they took care of us. On top of that, it happened to be a weekend that proms were going on something happened at another hotel where a problem was happening and some pipes burst and what I heard, and they took on the accommodations of the high school prom and everybody was transferred to that hotel very upstanding for a last-minute prom. Highly recommended.

    Went four hours without water in the entire hotel no way to flush our toilet no way to wash our hands and no way for fire protection and the sprinkler systems. No water was available on the entire hotel and no compensation was given for the inconvenience. Very surprised that legally they could keep us in the hotel Upper floor if a hotel has no fire protection, they should place us in a nearby hotel for safety and for liability

    Location of room next to onsite bar and AC so loud it couldn’t be left on overnight. Lifts are ridiculous, you can only get in lift going to your requested floor, so had to let 4 lifts go other guests had called before we could use one. Staff were unhelpful when complaint made. Concierge messed up shuttle booking made 2 months earlier.

    The room service is not consistent. On day one, I asked for additional bottles for free water. The staff delivered it.     I liked that the property was close to the Miami Cruise port, the staff was great. Didn’t like the fact the suite (rm 924) that I booked wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, there was a bag of opened corn chips left on the floor and when I informed the bellmen he said that he will alert the housekeeping manager and the manager would come to the room, no one ever came to the room which was a little disappointing.

    my wife's wheelchair, the bathroom was in fact horrible. mold on the walls of the shower. This was my wife's 80th birthday and her dream hotel to stay in. We couldn't see the.the television without taking out a subscription to a streaming service The coffee maker appeared not to have been cleaned in months The entire room experience was sub Hilton. The room really NEEDED some detailed attention. Overall our stay was Not up to standards. Horrible!!!!

    It was close to the cruise terminal and they offered a $10/person shuttle service to the terminal which was very cheap compared to uber. The room was dark and dingy, very old dated and tired, the bed felt like I was sleeping on springs definitely time to look into updating the mattress in room 806 Booked a disabled room and the only thing the bathroom had was hand rails to qualify as disabled, you had to step over into a bath tub which was very complicated for my completely blind partner. The price was disgustingly expensive, what we paid for 1 night at this hotel is the same amount we paid for a 7 night cruise, but we didn’t have many other options that close to the cruise terminal

    The hotel is very well kept. Very nice restaurant and ambiance. The rooms are very comfortable. The mattresses could be better at supporting your back. New mattresses or firmer mattresses would help. The staff is very helpful but if you request something like extra pillows or towels during the day, it might be forgotten. I had to request the same a few times. Good hotel but they need more staff for housekeeping or front desk. Requests are missed

    Everything was great except the big African American man at the bar with the cocked eye. Very rude and unprofessional. We went to the bar he didn’t acknowledge us or speak, even when we asked for a menu, he just slid it across the bar top and didn’t say a word. We decided to leave due to his poor service or lack there of!!! Note: we too are African American men and expected much better service given the state our country is in currently with racism!!

    Location Very Dark, halls and room. Insufficient lighting in BR. Staff was really unhelpful at check in, would not let my friend check in when she arrived earlier than me. Despite talking to front desk staff, sending photo of my Driver’s license, they refused to give her access to room for hours. When I arrived at 5:30 pm she got in. Had been there since 1:00. ( check in was at 4:00, but I had asked for early check in). The room was prepaid and empty, I am not sure who they were worried about protecting? My white haired friend of 72 does not look like a mugger, but all the front staff went by official policy, no exceptions. They did give us 45 minutes extra for check out

Went to Front Desk, informed them of dripping noise the whole night --- and leak not fixed yet. Also, no one came to bring coffee grounds & bottled water.     Property nice enough for what I needed. Stayed there because of close proximity to cruise port. The tub was peeling and it skeeved me out. At the price point, I expected more.     Very old property, Desk staff rude and not helpful… The food was good and the breakfast buffet was pricey, but had a good variety. The air conditioner, blue, hot, humid air when the fan was on and then freezing cold air when the air conditioner was on, so never could get a very good temperature and very loud.

    Unfortunately I had to switch rooms when I arrived because something black covered the molding in the bathtub. There was also a clicking noise coming from the vents. The vending machine on my floor was not working, and the hallway walls needed to be painted due to scratched off paint. Lastly, my linen on my bed was stained when they switched me to a new room. Although the physical condition of the hotel was not great, the staff were very welcoming and kind.

    I called front desk at midnight to complain about noise from adjacent room. They said they would send security and never did. I called again at 1:30 am because the noise was continuing.     Staff: friendly but incompetent and lacks proper information and training specifically communication” the alleviators are busy and slow you have to go through two alleviators to get to your room a lot of inconvenience “ so I ask the front desk if I can use the Stairs to go down they failed to till me it’s a MAZE to get out and I got lost me and my daughter locked out of the building but I figured it out” We did not use amenities don’t know what is is like. 2/7/26 I stayed in this horrible place DO NOT BOOK . On top of that they charge $45 a night for valet parking and they don’t let you know that it’s a third party who charges for the parking and when I asked to park my car by myself they didn’t like it and they send me the wrong way so I got frustrated, went back and I gave it to the valet parking “ DISAPPOINTED “ after $450 charges for 1 night.

    Checked in Friday night and had to wait in line for 2 hours to get our room because of the cruise lines booked almost the entire hotel. Housekeeping banged on our door 3 different times from 5 pm-6 pm to clean the room after we had the dont disturb sign on the door. Just a weird stay.. normally love this hotel, stay here all the time when I’m in Miami.. wasn’t impressed this weekend.

    The bellhop damaged our luggage when delivering to the point it was no lobger useable. We filed a claim and was told it would be addresses in an hour but it took them several days to get back to us and its still unresolved. When we asked for assistance buying a new suitcase so we could leave the next day (we are from out of town and unfamiliar with the area and had no car), we were told to walk to the train and go to Ross or some place and get a new one.

    The front desk service was very nice and helpful. However, the morning I was getting ready to leave, I pulled back the duvet and noticed the sheet on the other side from the side I slept on had a gross bodily stain close to where the edge of the pillow was. It looked like someone who slept on the side had a sore that seeped a light rust fluid. It made me sick that I slept close to that mess for two nights! Had I seen that stain initially, I would have requested clean sheets…but I was on my way out that morning, so little that could be done. I sincerely hope the sheets were stripped and clean ones put on for the next customer. I thought The Hilton’s standards were higher than that…but probably hard to get good help that takes pride in their work. I was in room 408 during my stay if that helps.

    Check in went smoothly. After the second night oddly the housekeeping staff just stopped working and was super bizzare but I left out a container of my own personal chlorox wipes that I had brought and I noticed on my fourth day they just used like half the container up when I left it out. It's just super weird that they wouldn't use their own supplies to clean the room and would use something a guest brought. Also did not replace dirty towels and used cups. A bit disappointing. The lobby and check in staff on the other hand were so cordial and helpful. Wifi was fine. My "bay view" room I paid for definitely was only a partial view though. I wouldn't have paid attention except they charge more for it so I expected better. Went for an event not entirely sure I'd choose here again if I had a choice. It was decent a bit less than a four star experience and nothing to write home about. Room was very dimly lit to get any work done on a computer.

    Room was good. Wife did not like the sheets. She said they were scratchy. The one thing I would say is that the elevators were weird. Elevator bingo is what I would call it. You had to select your floor # and then get in the Lettered elevator it told you. Very strange. Was a PITA to check out

    I enjoyed the friendliness and personal attention from the staff, from check-in to checkout. However there was a business convention and they took over ALL of the common areas. When I went downstairs for dinner the restaurant was closed and the bar informed me I would have to order togo. When I shared that was unacceptable service for a paying guest of Hilton and asked them to provide a seat at the bar, they (both bartenders) accommodated my request and provided excellent individual service.

    Amazing!!! The room so big and spacious, the beds and pillows extremely soft. The fitness center was pretty simple but good. The most stunning experience was the view from the room 😍. Last but least all the staff was incredible helpful and kind. Especially the lady in the restaurant i am sure that her name was Julieta she treated my family so nice and the guy in the valet parking unfortunately i dont remember his name. He use glass, white hair he was the on who take my car every day even we in and out severals time always has a nice attitude. and yesterday when we checkingout he was super friendly with my family as well. Definitely hilton miami downtown is a comeback

    The customer service from the valet , check in desk and people who brought our luggage to the room were very professional and friendly. Now the room was ok , had cigarette smell and seemed outdated . Tried to see if we can another room but due to the events happening in the area they were sold out but had one other room available and the other room had a cigarette smell that was stronger than the original. Due to this we stayed one night instead of the 2 originally we planned and just went to another hotel .

    Staff was friendly and check in was quick. Had to pay $45 to valet as there is no other option. The parking garage which is connected is $65 for overnight parking. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were very nice and comfortable.

    We had a man enter our room without notice and without knocking or announcement. It took us by surprise because we were dressing. The person said he was with housekeeping, but it is policy to knock before entering and no entry when door hanger states privacy please. Door hanger was on and no knocking or announcement prior to entry. He looked as startled as did we. We notified security but we are still waiting for an investigation. This is the second time there was unauthorized entry at a Hilton Hotel that we have stayed at in the last 2 months. Lack of security for guests.

    Room - was nice, spacious, clean. However, the AC vent made a howling/spooky noise the whole night and there was a buzzing/ringing the whole night coming from the bed wall. Not a good night’s sleep. Also, the mattress…hard as rock.

    Hotel is beautiful, room was also very nice. Good location and super quick valet service. The bad is the food there, ordered two separate times and both very disappointing. Stale chips in the chops and salsa, incredibly dry Cuban sandwich, asked for tomatoes in salad didn’t get them, club sandwich also super dry, no ketchup for the fries and an automatics tip added for very poor service and quality of food.

    We got a Bayview room on the 17th floor and the view we got was breath taking. Everything was clean and staff was mostly courteous. The only little inconvenience was alot of the staff is not very fluent in English so sometimes you have to slow down and try to explain different ways. I would definitely stay again although I think the vallet parking for guest staying more than 3 days should be cheaper.

    We only stayed one night to be close to an appointment the next morning. The hotel was clean and relatively comfortable, but there was no hot water in the morning, so my shower was not very pleasant! Also the bar staff and the valet staff were fairly un-attentive We stopped for a drink at the bar and the bartender was slow to acknowledge and had to ask twice what kind of wine I had requested even though it was not busy. and lastly there was no one at the valet station in the morning when I called down to get my car. Overall, I don't think I would choose to stay at the location again.

    My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. We were there for business staying at this property made us feel as if we were on a romantic getaway. Loved the drinks at the bar; highly recommend the mojito. Breakfast was amazing. The property is old as most hotels in downtown Miami, but it's very nice and clean; the elevator system is modern and the location super convenient. Customer service is superb. We could not have asked for more. I would give it 10 starts if that was an option.

    In our room 408 the shower was handicap but the suction on the bottom it wasn’t sealed so the water would seep out. We had to clean up with towels after every shower. When I related this at checkout the staff said they knew about it!

    The beds were very comfortable and the AC qirked great. We had a nice view of downtown from our room. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options. The fruit, especially the pineapple, was very fresh. We enjoyed our stay but it would have been more helpful if the conciege had walking maps of things to do in the area. Also it would have been great uf the shuttle also went to the airport and not just the port for cruises. Overall a nice stay.

    Lo más incómodo de este lugar es el valet parking , llegas y tienes que esperar por el valet, si vas a salir y llamas con antelación para que te tengan el carro listo para salir rápido igual debes esperar por el valet , sin contar que es 45$ por noche el cual no te dicen al sacar la reserva del hotel en fin , nada fue lo pensado
