First, the room I reserved more than two months in advance, specifically with a balcony, was not available upon arrival. This was especially frustrating because I had called the hotel two days before check-in to confirm the balcony. I was traveling for surgery and wanted access to fresh air during my recovery, so this feature was important to me. Second, this was by far the dirtiest Hilton property room I have ever stayed in. When we arrived, there was an earring on the carpet, suggesting the room had not been properly vacuumed. There was visible dust throughout the room, along with stains and an overall lack of cleanliness. Fortunately, I had brought disinfecting wipes and cleaned the room myself before my procedure. Given that this hotel is located next to a hospital and likely hosts many patients and families dealing with medical procedures, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness. Basic housekeeping measures such as vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting surfaces, and ensuring rooms are properly cleaned should be the minimum standard. Unfortunately, this experience was so disappointing that if I ever need to return to the area for another procedure, I would rather stay 20–30 minutes farther away than stay here again.

I travel to Homestead often (multiple times each year) and this is always my go to “home away from home”.

I enjoyed my stay and the onsite amenities. The location was great and I loved the walking path located across from the hotel. I enjoyed working out in the gym and visiting the onsite Starbucks in the morning. The hotel is in a convenient location.

Breakfast was always great a fresh and done as I like it … the only negative about my stay was dinner .. I ordered the ropa vieja and all I got was sauce, peppers and onions . It was truly a disgrace and unacceptable for the price $38? Not good . Also waited to be attended for 20 minutes before anyone came over to say “I’ll be right with you “ it seems the restaurant at dinner is understaffed … also as a guest you charge for water bottles??? $3.09 each??? I’ve stayed in low budget hotels and never have I paid for water .. the front desk charges my room . That’s very unfortunate..

The location is just about 25m outside of Miami’s and offers the perfect, quiet, very clean comfort out of the city with a gorgeous pool, local shopping, and on site dining. Appreciated my stay and hope to travel back.

We arrived at 12:30AM, with notice of late arrival. Hilton gave our suit away. They wanted to give us a smaller room with a roll away cot. I refused; this was paid in full for two queen beds for 4 adults. He then sent me up to a suit, I opened the door and there was trash everywhere. The beds weren't made; it was disgusting. I demanded a regular room since he didn't have any suits available. I got that with no refund for the suite. The next morning, I spoke with the deck attendant and she was mortified. She compensated my breakfast bill for two of us. This is a Hilton; I was very upset and disappointed. I will stay again because I don't think this will happen again.

Didn’t use pool

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was not working properly. It wasn’t blowing cool air, and we ended up not sleeping much at all. We didn’t notice the issue until later in the evening, and since we were traveling with children, it wasn’t easy to go to the front desk in the middle of the night. Aside from this issue, everything else was fine, but it was definitely disappointing.

Food was excellent, price was a bit high. Should have gotten the room with breakfast included. Charging for parking. Used my mothers' car and had to pay to park it each night. They could have dropped me off and picked me up each day. They live in the neighborhood.

The staff was extremely helpful in everything that I needed. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. I was staying there since the hospital was next door and they called each time that I needed a courtesy ride. Best part is they are dog friendly.

We requested a king bed. We got a king bed, a wall rack of weights, a peloton and other work out equipment. The room smelled. They were able wed to switch us to a normal king size room. We were told hotels.com picked the room for us!?!

I liked that the hot tub was actually hot, and the room was very quiet which was a plus. The staff were very helpful! The hot tub wasn’t really cleaned all too well unfortunately and most of the bubbles/jets weren’t working. The full body mirror in the bedroom was on a closet door that wouldn’t remain open. There was no microwave. My nightstand light wouldn’t turn on whatsoever which was annoying because I wanted to read my book without the overhead light. Also the water pressure in the bathroom was insanely strong and not adjustable whatsoever. The parking situation wasn’t working but the front desk worker helped me leave day of departure thankfully.

The room was very spacious and and appeared fairly clean but when my son pulled the covers back there was hair on the sheets and there was used tissue on the floor behind the couch, as I was walking pin the balcony. I can only assume the room wasn't cleaned properly, but the situation was handled timely, with housekeeping coming to change the sheets immediately. I still feel as though the room wasn't properly cleaned prior to me checking in. The parking situation was an issue for me as well. I stayed in a different Hilton property on Sunday, 10/26/25 with upfront parking for Diamond and Gold members which I really liked. The parking lot was small and full, and I had to park in a parking lot a little ways from the main entrance. As a person who just had surgery, I wasn't pleased with the walking and I feel as though the extra perks for your tiered members should me the quality of the tier earned.

The room was great and breakfast was fine. However the parking is a situation. I came in late at night by myself with a handicap parking permit. There were only three in front of hotel that were taken. And they made me walk all the way to the other side of the building because the front parking was full. I had to walk by myself with my bag after parking my car! Don’t think I will stay there again.

The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. The hotel must have undergone renovations, as everything looks new. The rooms are very comfortable. The pool is heated, and for those with electric cars, there are charging stations in the parking lot. This hotel is definitely worth staying at.

If you plan to stay here due to a procedure at the nearby hospital, I would not advise it. I booked the rooms and unfortunately, about a week later, our surgery date was rescheduled. We had no control over this. I had booked through Expedia so I informed them and they were very sympathetic and contacted Hilton to try to book our new dates for us. (We didn’t want a refund, just 2 different nights) Hilton refused and charged us for rooms we didn’t get to use, stating that we should have opted for a room that could be cancelled. Had I even considered that our surgery dates might be changed, I would have done so. Obviously very disappointing and a huge waste of money during an already stressful time.

we are return visitors to this property because it is always welcoming and ready for us. Everyone on the staff at the Table 55 bar restaurant is caring, pleasant and responsive to any requests. We also enjoy the Starbucks baristas every morning. Parking is close by and abundant. Rooms are clean, neat and comfortable.

Regrettably, my stay was not satisfactory. The parking lot was consistently congested, making it difficult to secure a spot, especially at night. Additionally, my wife has limited mobility, and the parking facility only has six accessible parking spaces, which were always occupied. The main entrance to the parking lot was also quite far, which was inconvenient. Furthermore, the pillows on the bed were uncomfortable and excessively firm. The sink was also poorly cloaked , and the shower water pressure was inadequate, resulting in a disappointing experience.

We are family of 4, 2 adults 1 child 1 infant. We enjoyed our stay here. Clean, good customer service, nice pool area, the restaurant has good options.

This is a very nice hotel close to two full malls and plenty of dining very close by. This hotel is next to Baptist Main Hospital and numerous doctors' offices in the area. I use this hotel as a base camp for my wife and I to attend our monthly doctors' appointments and enjoy all the restaurants and shopping nearby. Anything you want to purchase of eat is within a few miles or less. We always stay several days just to enjoy the area. There is a nice pool, restaurant, Starbucks and bar on the property also. Seems to be a mixture of business and pleasure clientele who stay at the hotel.

Con - hallways never been dusted someone literally wrote please clean me on a table made of dust. The kitchen fridge is grosss I ordered waffles and the fruit and butter tasted like how a dirty fridge would smell.

Property is very modern. They have convenient food options. Well lit and safe. Bedrooms need to be maintained better. My bathroom sink was clogged, water wouldn’t go down. The shower drain was broken and always stayed closed leaving water at your feet. I expected more for the price point.

The property is convenient to shopping and dining but not really great amenities and they allowed A LOT of noisy animals. We were across the way from a lady with barking chihuahua that kept us up all night. Hotel staff did nothing about it for our 3 day stay I guess they are limited to what they can say.

We love this Jocelyn for all of our family . We visit multiple times and it’s been the best location to visit.

Great stay, the only thing I would mention is that I ordered room service, which is fron Table 55 downstairs and it took 1hour and 15minutes or so. I called and they were very very nice and told me they would check and about 20 minutes later my food came up. The order was i correct and needed to be changed, twice. I understand the restaurant is busy and the fact they are also doing room service is also pretty hectic on their end.

Ryker was very welcoming, kind and efficient at the front desk. He was able to get us into a room with a king size bed and the room was clean with plenty amenities. Ryker even got me to become an honors member!
