This hotel is in an excellent location, close to shopping, dining and other amenities.

Nice staff, clean & comfortable room, good breakfast, coffee & tea throughout the day... very nice. Only downside was coming back after a wedding late Saturday night and no parking spot was left... so had to park on sidewalk.

Did like one thing,didn't clean or bring towels, I will not be bac,it was me n sisters birthday 50th, hotel sucks,breakfast was even worst 💔

In a very nice area Carpet was dirty walked in the room. The room had a smell carpet in the hallways are dirty. It just looked ran down.

There were details that need to be addressed, the bed was not great but it wasn’t bad, the TV system was not user friendly but it worked, but it was more with some carelessness by some staff, it should not stop you from enjoying the hotel.

Pool was great, breakfast was great and the room was lovely.

We stayed here cause of the location to stores and restaurants. I had surgery done in Miami and need a hotel for 2 nights. It was clean they had breakfast in the morning. Check in and out was easy and friendly employees. I recommend also because it close to US1 and Palmetto . Also no additional charge for parking.

Always a pleasant stay.

The treated wood were the little fridge sits inside the room was warped and did not look attractive. In great need of new furniture and bad lightning in the room so very dark- even Helen Keller would have noticed how dark the room was. I still recommend it for location - staff and breakfast. Overpriced for the facility as is now - considering the need for updates. Still I recommend it!

We were all convinced we saw a sign in the breakfast room that breakfast was served until 11 am however when we came down it had stopped at 10 am. There was a notice in the room that said 10 am but everybody was 100% sure they read a sign speaking of an 11 am breakfast close so we basically missed breakfast altogether.

This hotel is very basic, located in an odd corner squeezed between a highway ramp and some fences. It’s not appealing upon arrival but once inside you have the standard Hyatt formula. The room was dark, could have used more lighting to actually see inside. It did have a refrigerator and microwave though. Overall, zero charm here, but staff polite & helpful and it was amazingly quiet.

Rude staff, not present at the front desk for longs periods of time while waiting for them at the front desk. You could see them watching Tv in the back and in no rush to come help. Tried calling a few times over the phone and was hung up on.

We were greeted by Lynn. She was the night concierge and was cheerful, intelligent, helpful and kind. One elevator did not work, the fitness center did not have any equipment that was in perfect working order other than the dumbbells. The swimming pool was great. Hot tub was nice and warm. Stuff is it comedy end of year one year too too my wife my daughter's aunt finishing up his senior year in college and moving to DC next year Washington he did freshman year and then he retired that's what it came out like I'm done 25 hours a week of training on top of me getting a full tell me he is working for a green finance real estate company it's called basically it's a company has been around forever Connor environmental studies poly side Business Elvis Presley he does all the things in mind basically they do real estate development which car knowledge is that they like doing at this company basically so we're gonna loan money to develop a roller stand to development seems like we can save millions by financing for you but they require them to put in public transportation part they do stuff they do they do some stuff it's trying to figure out can you be green and make money give it two years that's my guess a grade shocked senior graduating so happy of his senior year Not A made him be hero Trinity whatever OK get kicked out of anything OK four years I can keep that ass but I saw the ladies I was just talking to you're here I'm really excited you won't let me come visit and I'm drivi

The hot tub was hot enough, and we enjoyed the pool.

Staff was very friendly, check in and out was quick and seamless. Property was clean and in a great location, close to UMiami which is what we wanted. However, I needed 3 pillows to be able to sleep a little comfortable as they were flat as a board and the conditioner bottle was empty completely. I tried to use it on my last night (which I only stayed for 3 nights) and it was empty so I got stuck in the shower with no conditioner! Our stay was pleasant other than that!

Serious mold issue in the hotel especially in my room. My guest and I were in the perfect bill of health before we got there then boom we extremely sick once we checked in. It was so bad that we Checked out 2days later because we found a different hotel. the air was extremely different down the street and everything wrong at the other hotel was right with the new one.

Overall, a good getaway.

This is a tough one... some idiot left their continually barking dog in their room, easily went on for 2 hours. Not the properties fault, but it is their responsibility to manage the issue. Other than that, great location and a good value.

Staff was helpful in switching our room. We were shocked as we’ve stayed at Hilton hotels/Hampton Inn hotels many times and have never run into this filth. We will not stay with Hilton brand hotels after this.

After check into the room. The room was dirty. ants were all in the windowsill. The refrigerator was dirty. One of the beds was dirty. I contact front desk. They sent someone to change the sheets sprayed the ants in the window. They try to transfer us to another room, which was more dirtier than the first room. It was a horrible stay.

Located directly behind Dadeland mall and right next to Dadeland Station as well as a relatively short drive to Miami International Airport. 24/7 Hot Coffee / Tea / Hot Chocolate in the lobby. Breakfast included - the waffle maker was my fav breakfast choice. Toiletries (body wash, lotion, shampoo & conditioner) made of quality ingredients. The staff goes above and beyond to provide food service. A slam dunk for budget friendly convenience in the Miami / Coral Ganles area.

The room was very clean, but the walls are very thin and I could hear people next-door making noise early in the morning when I was trying to sleep. Breakfast was good, but the parking lot is dark and doesn’t feel super safe.

The staff was great, especially the lady who assisted me, and the rooms were clean and good. The location has everything close by you could need, walking distance from the mall, Target, the restaurants, and the Miami metro. Plenty of parking too. I did not like the breakfast too much, although there were more options than what you would get at other similar hotels.

Construction everywhere. You didn’t know where to step off of the elevator as there were tiles being set. Other than that it was fine. Needs an update so I get it.

Front desk night staff was nice and welcoming. Breakfast was good, beds were amazing. They offer microwave in the room but our room, microwave did not reach the wall unit to plug it in. Also had a horrible smell inside. We did let front desk know and they brought us a new one but still could not connect to wall unit so we would have to move it somewhere else to use it. Otherwise, hotel was starting renovations but room was comfy, ac worked just fine.

This place needs to work on their staff. The front desk people are rude along with the breakfast staff. On our last morning the staff were fighting very badly in the outdoor sitting area, where people sit to eat breakfast, and they were fighting loudly and without any regard to their guests. We know Spanish so we know why they were angry, but take that crap somewhere else. The construction didn't bother us at all. All the construction dudes were gentlemen and so polite. The hotel staff should pay attention to how to treat people. The pool area was great. The fridge is so small that hardly anything could fit in there.

Regarding cleanliness, the room was clean and the bathroom. It was definitely in the higher end of being well maintained. Now bathroom by front desk can use a little more love and light. Soap dispenser was broken and watered down. And on several occasions not very inviting. The staff was and housekeeping were great. Front desk was super helpful and willing to help with any questions. Gabriella was wonderful as well as another young man who I can remember his name. Breakfast in the morning was also a plus! Different egg variations, along with oatmeal, waffle mix, cereal, fruit, breads, muffins, yogurt, juice and milk. Something for everyone. It was great location accessible to many things nearby. Wifi accessible and tv access using your own to platforms such as Netflix and Disney. It also had a pool and decent fitness center. Property had cameras and would lock doors at a designated time for everyone’s protection. Only being allowed in with hotel key. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here… We would highly recommend!

The breakfast is the best with tons of options and the staff will accommodate special dietary needs as best as they can. Overall this hotel gets 100 stars. Will definitely stay again.

I just couldn’t get over the strong skunky odor that penetrated the halls and lobby. When reported to the front desk a shrug of the shoulders was the response. Shame on Hampton.

My dog got bit. The hotel didn’t even have any animal hospital referrals or any kind of help. Some staff had such a nasty face and attitude. The hospital bill came out to 1000$ and they still charged me a $50 fee for my dog stay. Will NEVER go back.

We had a pleasant stay, breakfast was nice and we would recommend it.

We wanted a place with easy access to key Biscayne and the Everglades - this place was great. It was clean, safe, had a pool and served breakfast which are things we look for when we book while traveling as a family. Staff is very nice, highly recommend this place if you want a good home base between Miami and the Everglades

We were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. Upon arrival, we found an empty Coke bottle on the floor, noticeable stains on the carpet, and, most disturbing of all, a large cockroach crawling near the bed. I reported this to the front desk right away, but nothing was done to address the issue. The lack of response and attention to basic hygiene made our stay very uncomfortable. I expected much better and would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Poor management. Had to wait for 3 days to get the sink faucet fixed.

It’s no frills hotel but it was nice. Breakfast is good and enough choices, coffee excellent. The rugs should be cleaned or changed not awful but should be attended to before they get worse. But the rooms are very clean, a/c nice and cold. Gabriela front desk she is so sweet and very welcoming. We live in Miami our house was being tented, so thankful the stay was good.

Nice and clean place in very quietly area

The Hampton Inn Miami Dadeland is a very noisy hotel in particular at night. This is caused by outside noise (freeway is next to the property) and noise from other patrons as the walls are paper thin. In addition, the hotel seems to attract guests that stay up way beyond midnight. Apart from that the property looks run down with some things such as curtains are broken. Expedia charged me quite a bit of money for this room which I deeply regret paying. Fair price for a room in this property is less than $100.

Parking was an issue

I spend over 40 nights a year in hotel rooms. This is by far the dirtiest hotel I have been in. Our room had a bug infestation. The first morning we told the staff at the lobby and when we came back that evening there where double the amount of bugs.
