Room was very comfortable with a great shower and a very comfortable bed. I even liked the pillows. The laundry facilities were very clean and worked well. The breakfast was also good -the coffee was not very good.

Our room was thankfully ready early after disembarking from our cruise. From the lobby to the room it was clean, comfortable, elevator security and breakfast and shuttle the next morning we're great, thank you.

Had a short but great stay here. The free airport shuttle was super helpful, we used it both ways and it saved us some money. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was really good. Would stay here again!

The breakfast was awesome buffet style it wasn't much they didn't have. Check in was quick. We were close to the airport and cruise port. I loved that there was free shuttle services to the hotel. My room seemed clean until I went into the bathroom and saw a dirty small towel hanging from the shower. Wasn't aware that it would be a shuttle fee from the hotel and that sign up was required.

I liked that the hotel was 5min from the airport which was convenient for my 6am flight. The night customer service person that checked me in was very nice and helpful. I have no complaints, I was only in the hotel for about 4hrs. I know they also provide airport shuttle services but I did not have to utilize it, although it is helpful.

Large rooms for the price point. And having the shuttle and breakfast included makes it a good option for a one night stay. We needed something reasonable for the night before we headed to Fort Lauderdale the next day and this fit the bill. The free hotel shuttle took us to the train station in the morning so we could take the train to Ft. Lauderdale for $7.50 over a $120 Uber ride.

If you want a place convenient to airport this is it. However no near restaurants and only 2 restaurants deliver, Chinese or pizza.

The hotel was clean and the staff was efficient. The airport shuttle arrived promptly and offered a short ride to the hotel. They do provide luggage storage if needed. Our breakfast was good with standard hot/cold food choices. The staff in the dining area were efficient with food refills and cleaning while being friendly and welcoming. The king bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a recent remodel. I highly recommend the Delights Plus located next door at the Red Roof hotel for sandwichs and paninis. The hotel location while convenient to the airport is not walkable for convenience stores or shopping.

Excellent short stay hotel

Clean, nice and perfect for a 1 night stay before our cruise. Despite the sound proof rooms we could still hear planes taking off but it didn’t prevent us from sleeping. The elevator was annoyingly loud when taking it but we couldn’t hear it from our room. Breakfast was okay. Typical waffles, yogurt, breads, oatmeal. Very convenient. Great little store downstairs if anything was forgotten or you needed a snack.

Check in was incredibly slow. Outside of the hotel and pool needed some tlc. Bed was bad. Very uncomfortable.

The room was a poor design with the bed not facing the TV at all and the couch being the center of the room. Besides for that, the room.was not clean like we would expected from.a Hilton brand hotel. There was hair and other things stuck to the shower wall, bottle caps on the floor and the lotion was torn off the wall.and just placed on the sink in the bathroom. The worst is you pay for parking at the hotel, you place the parking pass in your vehicle just like they want and they still slapped a sticker on my vehicle that the glue is not coming off my window now. When i went get a manager all he told me was he was gonna call a maintenance guy to come try and get it off for me. Which is great when you have to catch a flight out. Needless to say the maintenance guy tried to get it off but failed to

The manager (I believe Pamela was her name) was amazing, incredibly friendly, professional, and courteous. The hotel was very nice and no issues with our room/stay, we used the airport shuttle(free) and the cruise port shuttle service($14 pp) no issues with either. Will definitely stay here again when in Miami. The only bad thing was nothing in safe walking distance but it was no big deal as we only stayed a day before our cruise

The following morning, around 5:00 AM, I had to go back to the front desk again. The staff member on duty told me he did not have access to housekeeping supplies and handed me a used bottle with only a small amount of shower gel left. This was completely unacceptable and far below the level of service I expected. Overall, this experience negatively impacted my stay, and I hope the hotel addresses these issues to improve guest satisfaction.

Not close to any restaurants so that was disappointing. The front desk had an unexpected influx of a group of de-boarded passengers off a flight & despite we had a reservation & all of them did not he stated he had to check in all of these passengers prior to checking us in. This was at about 2 am & we were tired. Staff person was very polite & diplomatic despite the pressures on him.

We stayed for 5 days at this place. The entrance road is a bit strange as we need to pass another property. For 2-3 days, the breakfast time was packed with people and no place to see. I know it's peak season of Christmas/New Year with lots of tourists for cruises and others chasing the warm weather. So, it's no fault of the property and its staff. The place is convenient as it is literally across the highway from the Miami International Airport. The outdoor pool can use a little loving tender care as the water seems to be dirty so we are reluctant to use it. Overall, this is a good place to stay as the rooms are cleaned (booked 2 rooms for family vacation), good breakfast and great location.

They ran my card before I was STILL IN THE AIR when I selected pay at property then only to find out after flying 6 hours and waiting 40 mins for the shuttle that they canceled my booking! I will NEVER book here and will make sure none of my clients do either.

Only negative was the instructions for shuttle from airpiet. We were given directions directly and they were wrong. We had to wait because of. Driver made 2 attemts to get us but we were on the wrong level. Finally called for the 2nd time before we were instructed to go to Level 1 for pickup.

Quick and easy check in. Free shuttle from airport was fast and quick. The $14 shuttle to the cruise port the next morning was perfect for a solo traveler. The breakfast was the typical fare but fresh and well laid out. Definitely my number 1 choice when cruising out of Miami.

This was the perfect overnight stay to fly out of Miami. Parking, food, room and staff all were perfect!

There were no restaurants nearby, so you have to drive out or Uber. Everywhere. The snacks/drinks sold at the hotel were outrageous .

As soon as rooms was available, we was able to check in without paying the $50 early check in fee. The hotel was very clean i would definitely recommend. This hotel is a good value for the price; especially if you’re in Miami for only one night. The free breakfast is better than most and the staff was friendly and efficient. The only down side is that there are very limited dining options around if you don’t have a car. You can get delivery from a few places but my last couple of stays it wasn’t very good. This time I got food at the airport once I landed and took it to the hotel which worked very well.

Honestly for what I paid I didn’t like nothing! The rooms weren’t too clean and it just looked like a beat up room, they need to change their dirty carpets and remodel I paid over $400 for a night just bc it was Valentine’s Day? I identify myself as a woman and there wasn’t no luxurious rooms. Sincerely I would rather stay in other facilities nearby. Rooms not updated, room not that clean you can tell they don’t clean them well and it just doesn’t look like a brand new remodel hotel , carpets looked dirty.

From staff to cleanliness, and breakfast was all wonderful. Shuttles were timely. The only complaint I have was the plains all night long. I thought there were vaulted ceilings, and that didn't seem to be the case. Thankfully I did get sleep, but I am a light sleeper. I would mostly stay again.

I was given the wrong room, had to leave my bars in the room to get the correct room. When I returned to my room to get my bags, the key card was deactivated. Had to go back down to get the key card reactivated. Why was I given the wrong room to begin with? Staff was not very friendly in general, except for the housekeepers. Couldn’t get a “good morning” from front desk or breakfast staff.

They gave my room away and tried to tell me that they don’t have my reservation. Even after speaking with someone from Expedia confirming the reservation. Then when I tried to purchase another room they were all booked. What a coincidence that the size room that I already paid for (had my receipts) was no longer available. No you messed up and gave my room away. I never received an apology or even empathy for the situation. Just maam can you move to the side. If im showing you where your hotel deducted $250 for today for a room. It must’ve been for a reason why not at least check into it. I got to Miami at least 3/4 times a year to cruise (which is probably nothing to you), but they don’t have to ever worry about me or anyone else in my traveling circle to ever stay there again. There’s too many hotels to deal with this while on vacation

I called to request a shuttle pick up, the woman who answered the phone stated to go to a certain door and callback once there. I called and was told the shuttle would arrive, well after waiting 45 minutes I requested an Uber. Once at the hotel the front desk attendant stated the shuttle is only every 30 minutes, which would have been nice to know. Nevertheless, I waited beyond the 45 minutes and still was not able to utilize the service, resulting on an extra charge I was not expecting.

We had booked in advance, but we could not get to the hotel until after midnight. We called as soon as we could. The kind staff member checked us in quickly, and we were pleased with our quiet, clean room on the top floor.

I was given unclear instructions for getting the shuttle and ended up on the wrong Hampton Inn shuttle. It was too late at night to get to the hotel so we didn’t even use our reservation. And no refund so I wonyuse hotels.com again!

The breakfast option was ok. We only stayed one night but the staff were nice and clean. The shuttle to and from the cruise port was extra and we paid again so we would get picked up at the port and taken to the airport (that was a plus, because traffic was a mess).

Everything worked out perfectly.

The guest host that checked my family in was very rude. I was asking questions and he acted as if I wasn’t even talking to him. Another guest asked for two bottles of water and they happily gave them to her. So I also asked for two bottles and the gentleman said sure, and asked the other guest behind me to step forward. I then asked him again for the water. He said that’s fine, but did not provide me with the bottles of water. So I asked the female host and she did grab two warm bottles of water, and handed them to me. I let her know that I didn’t appreciate the fact that I was ignored and then given two warm bottles of water after she was just seen providing another patron with two cold bottles of water. Not only that but another gentleman asked for two and was given two without hesitation and they were cold. I really felt discriminated against and treated unfairly. Once I got to my room. It wasn’t even clean.

The Room was Clean, but it was hard to get into the parking lot. And a couple of Homeless people walking around the property. And Parking is not free

The only drawbacks were the pool was absolutely freezing and there is no dining options nearby. We needed to doordash lunch and dinner. The free breakfast in the morning was good.

At times the breakfast area did not have enough items eg milk. One morning a young child asked for milk and was told that it was finished!

Room was clean and bed was nice. Night staff at check in was rude to people in front of us and told them the hotel was booked and didn’t have a room for them and told them they needed to go to hotel next door.. The gentleman said he had called the day before to confirm his reservation and lady just said sorry no rooms. I was worried but the had our room and she even gave us a choice of wha floor we could be on. If we had choices that meant they did have rooms available. So that was confusing. Food was cold. There was a very long line for waffles and only had 1waffle maker.

Check in the girl was not friendly, dirty cold pool, floors were filthy in room. In a bad area, shady characters everywhere with hoodies and masks on circling the parking lot on bikes. Airport shuttle a half hour late. No food options in the area , except for a Wawa and a small dirty looking restaurant across a 5 lane busy road with no cross walk. Car speeding down the road all night, a lot of sirens! Don’t stay here you’ll be sorry!

I loved everything about this stay before my family’s cruise!

Website said that there was no front desk staff after 12… not true. But we scrambled to download an app for a digital key (only for the app to say we had no reservation). Called customer service (est wait 10 min), to be put on hold for a 1/2 hour, while we waited for a cab and then took it to the hotel. Upon arrival the front desk clerk greeted us and check us in ! Unfortunately his system was down but he had security unlock our room.

Rooms that house pets need to be cleaned and sanitized more thoroughly or designated only for customers who are bringing pets. I was not traveling with my dog, but my room smelled as if a dog was there.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is that when we’re called to ask about Cruise shuttle service, we were only told the cost and how often the shuttle leaves. No one informed us that we had to book the shuttle the day before! So then we were scrambling at the last minute to get a ride to make our embarkment time. Otherwise had a great stay.

The hotel itself was very clean and very nice. But I picked this hotel because of the shuttle transportation and the ability to get transportation to the cruise port efficiently. We spent an hour trying to reach the hotel to call a shuttle, which we eventually just stopped a shuttle and asked, but they conveniently booked us transportation to the cruise terminal and they never showed so we went from a $14 fee to a $60 fee for an Uber.

The lobby smelled of stale smoke. Could be because there was smoking close to the doors. The rug in front of the door desk and hallways made it difficult to roll luggage. First time flying to Miami, we left early and I got to my destination almost an entire hr early.

We stayed here one night before our cruise. The hotel shuttle that we were told was running every 30 minutes kept us waiting at the airport for over 90 minutes. We called multiple times to see if the shuttle was still on its way. The person on the other end of the phone was so rude when we called and not sure why that bothered her. The hotel itself was nice and clean. The pool was super cold. The breakfast was very busy and not nearly enough to accommodate everyone that was there for breakfast. The hotel works with a third party service that provides a shuttle to the cruise port. We signed up for the 10:15 am shuttle but that was clearly oversold. If going to the cruise port I would plan for an uber.

But wish there was a place to get water, snacks and personal hygiene products like a drug store walking distance. Also a few restaurants would be great!

Variety of breakfast items such as muffins, waffles, bagels, toast, oatmeal, potatoes, sausage, eggs, yogurt juice, water, and coffee. The shuttle is an option—though he never stopped at the area in the airport and drove right past me and my partner. Overall, I do recommend for a cozy comfortable place. Guest laundry and shopping center inside the hotel.

This property was dirty and had dogs roaming the halls. The smell was horrible on the hall from the dogs. I will never stay here again

My only concern is that they don’t have any food on site so you have to go out to get food and be. They said they had shuttle buses at the airport. I waited for over an hour no shuttle bus came and it’s very strange because the hotel is about four or five minute drive from the airport. Otherwise, I still get five stars because overall the trip was good. The only problem is the shuttle bus and they do have a free breakfast and the breakfast was not bad. It was pretty good too.

Pamela at the front desk was amazing!!! Great sense of humor, but still professional and efficient! She made our stay wonderful. Don't book this location if you want walkable dining options as there are very very few (mostly in other hotels). Just off of the highway and across from the airport, so associated noise pollution as one would expect. Overall, Hampton Inn was perfect for our trip!

Did an overnight stay here for a cruise the next day. They had a free shuttle from Miami airport to the hotel which was only like a 5 min drive away. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful to all my needs. They also have a shuttle from the hotel to the cruise port. Cruise port was about 20 minutes away. Target and other stores were close by so Ubers to those places was less than $10.

The front desk was friendly. We had trouble with housekeeping. They never brought towels to the room even after requesting them 3 times. We told them that they did not need to clean the room we just wanted new towels. They left our floor without giving us the towels. We had to go to the front desk after calling and making the 4th request.

Would be higher score if rooms were warmer, less curtains to navigate and if there was a kettle. I was impressed with space, sofa, fridge and microwave. Layout could improve with bed facing tv. A few biscuits would be nice and liquid hand soap by the sink rather than body conditioner. Otherwise great and comfortable.

While the rooms were ok, the customer service is lacking. I reported multiple issues with our room including a running toilet and broken faucet. I tried calling the front desk and no one answered. I reported face to face and was told a manager would contact me. 6 days later, I’m still awaiting for someone to contact me.

I was traveling alone. First thing I did not like was the door connecting but I was like fine but I get in bed and I look down and there are glasses on the floor. So I jumped out of bed thinking someone else was in the room. So clearly they didn’t clean the room completely just made me feel gross even staying there.

It was mostly clean in the room. The only complaint is that it smelled like cigarette smoke in the room.

We enjoyed a nice week long stay. I would say the breakfast options were limited. The room could’ve used a bit of updating (first floor) and there was a bit of a bug problem, but overall staff was good, my nieces. Enjoyed the pool option and thank you for a good stay.

I was disappointed that we have asked for a double bed since we were travelling as a family. We had to make do with a sofa bed which was somewhat uncomfortable.....when this was brought to the attention of the staff she told us that it would have costed us more. Apart from this....they refused to clean the room.
