Hotel was convenient for a one night stay before boarding cruise ship. Hotel was clean and modern.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived before check-in time and they stored our bags and allowed us access to the pool while we waited for the first available room.

Loved the hotel for a quick stay, the room was beautiful and cozy and the bar serves the best Mac & cheese. Definitely will stay again!

The room are dated and needs updating. The plastic shower is dangerously slippery and there was absolutely no where to put bath products. So if you do not intend to use their products you will need to put things on the shower floor or outside the shower which futher adds to the unnerving feeling of loosing your footing at any moment.

I was very pleased with everything, but one issue which was my mistake. Breakfast not included with stay(over looked on my part). I had a small size portion of eggs on my plate. The server asked for my coupon and I apologized for not having one. She took my plate right from my hands and told me to go to the front desk. I felt like an idiot. I hope it never happens to a child.

The room was clean and neat. They offer a basic buffet breakfast. Your eggs can be cooked to your liking, if you do not fancy scrambled eggs from the buffet area. They have various cereals on offer as well as, fruit and yogurt. I like the waffle station and they had bread, croissants and bagels. The staff servicing the breakfast area were very kind and polite.

Food in the evening at the onsite bar restaurant is terrible and overpriced. They messed up our burger and forgot the cheese . Just slapped a cold piece of cheese and brought it back. Asked for them to go back and melt the cheese. Cheeseburger was overdone and dry by then. Hardly edible. Also automatic gratuity of 18% was applied to the check .

The hotel is nice and has clean rooms, would recommend to bring your own lotion and / or other amenities, it doesn't smell well. Also, the location is really close to the airport so you have to be able to sleep through airplane taking off and flying. The front desk was unfortunately not helpful, hospitable, friendly nor professional. Leaving there you should be aware is really bad traffic, especially in the morning so you should account for it. It was the first time and last time there. Also, there are 2 other hotels behind - Hilton that might be worth your money over Marriott. Such a shame.

Out only upset was the shuttle from MIA. We landed before 10 pm and didn’t get a shuttle for about 2 hours . So arrived at hotel after midnight was not appreciated.

Was a short stay for a couple of hours, but worth it. Good shuttle service

Food and drink closed to early. No good way to walk across the street to Dennys or McDonalds.

The shuttle did take us to the airport early in the morning. That was excellent but not for other passengers who could not get on the shuttle because it already had people in it when it reached the Four Points hotel. Other customers had to call for Uber ride. Fourt Points hotel should have its own shuttle to accommodate those who need it. Other than that, everything was great. Will stay there again.

Shuttle pick up and drop off was efficient. The driver was excellent and assisted with all luggage and even with carry on. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Did have 2bottles of water, but did not know if they were complimentary. Swimming pool looked very inviting. Location is a little away from local restaurants. Will need to drive or take an Uber.

Property is clean and comfortable. New and modern yet cozy and welcoming. Only one way into the area to get to the hotel. Not easy to get in or out during normal hours as there isn’t a traffic light. Easy to get to the area but not easy to get in and out of the actual facility.

Excellent staff!! So friendly and helpful!! The facility was very nice including the restaurant, bar and outside area. Didn’t see the neighborhood so we can’t comment on that. Came through the back gate…never saw the front road area.

The shuttle service was excellent and I was able to have great conversations with my driver José. He was well spoken and we were able to talk in both English and Spanish. He also drove very well and was on time for pick up and assisted me a lot with my luggage. The bartender Nick was also very kind and great to have conversations with.

I left and came back at 3 to be told the only room they had was a double bed. Finally around 3:30-3:45 I was offered a king bed. The room was not cleaned. And the staff that clocked in at 3 was late and extremely rude, not only to the guest but to her staff co worker who was working hard alone with a long line.

The overall experience was fantastic. The only thing that I would suggest is that the restaurant improve the Manolo. Also the gratuity should not be automatically included at an 18%. It should be up to the client to decide what gratuity they want to leave.

We had to Uber from airport to hotel and to pier because the transportation driver refused to take my husband’s mobility travel scooter. There was no warning for this situation. We had been told it should not be a problem.

First day of check-in, the clerk had to let me into my room due to the key card system going down. Was not informed that parking was going to be an additional charge as well.

The property it self was ok. However my wife slip and fell in the shower on the 19th. And reported it to the staff and submitted a written report. She hit her knee back of her head and shoulder. She fell twice she had to crawl out of the shower.

My reservation was for 3 night which I paid in advance, though Expedia. On my last day I tried on canceling my last night due to an emergency I needed to leave early. The front desk told me you would need to cancel through Expedia then the Manager here will most likely denied it and you will not get any money back for that last night. I had no choise but to complete my reservation. I was stock. So keep in mind! Never pay nothing in advance. Let them charge you at the time of your check out. And bring your beers, wine, or whatever you like that you can consume by the pool without being overcharge. Housekeeping in general very polite, educated people! Actualy nicer than the Front Desk employees.

From my arrival until going to bed at 11pm. Not a pleasant cold shower. That was the most important issue. Under staffed at front desk. Box of tissues in my new room was all wet. Brought to front desk & requested a replacement. Told someone would drop off to my room. Didn’t happen. Had to speak with a different front desk person & they handled one box to me.

The only thing I did not like was that I was not informed that I needed to inform about parking my car and got a windshield notification, but luckily no charge.

Overall our stay was fine. Didn’t care much for the police officer or security guard who was walking the parking lot looking to write tickets for every car in the parking lot. Even the paying guests.

Clean facility, courteous staff, phenomenal breakfast, and great location. We stayed one night the day before our cruise and highly recommend. They provide shuttle services for to the port for $16 per person. You have to make the reservation once you arrive.

I like this hotel because it offered transportation from airport to hotel and hotel to Port Miami. I didn’t like the fact the air conditioning went out. Called front desk and no one came to check issue. It was a miserable night. Overall, I would have given it 4 stars but the a/c situation made the low stars.

Everything with the hotel was great except the pillows were not the best. The reason for 3 stars is because we booked the hotel for the airport transportation. We needed to take the 4am bus and it was 15 min late and then they said they didn’t have room for us because they had picked up at a different hotel first. We waited for the 4:30 which then went to another hotel and we did not get to the airport till 5am when we anticipated we would be there by 4:10. We would have appreciated information on this when we told them we would be taking the shuttle.

Very noisy. People running the halls and laughing after 2 in the morning. Someone banged on our door twice after midnight. Staff was accommodating for an early check in but room was not comfy. The room got hot even with the air on 67. The pillows were super flat kept sinking when I laid my head down. I slept maybe a good 5 hours the entire 18 hours we were there.

We have stayed here a few times while visiting family in the area. Always good service at check-in. The hotel is always clean and comfortable. We use the pool, and it is a nice area, clean and comfortable.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is super convenient—perfect if you need to be near the airport. The shuttle was running about 10 minutes behind schedule in the morning, but honestly, that was the only hiccup in an otherwise smooth and enjoyable experience. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and overall a great vibe. I’d definitely stay here again!

I was impressed with this property. The entire staff weee all very friendly and helpful. The location is near the airport so that’s the reason for only 4 stars. The property itself was great. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Our plane had issues so we got in late. The front desk got us checked in and let us leave our bags there so we could get something to eat. The restaurant person was very understanding, seeing how we walked in 5 minutes before closing. Very friendly!!

Breakfast is available for a fee. It was more than adequate and the staff in the breakfast area went above and beyond to make it pleasurable.

The staff was what really made our stay. They were all very friendly and helpful, from helping me print out information for a tour, to adding an extra day when travel plans changed. The pool area was comfortable and clean, with lots of seating, a nice break from the heat. I didn't get a chance to use the exercise room, but it was bigger than I expect for a hotel. I would stay here again.

Great for an overnight with the convenience of an airport shuttle

Very accommodating

24 hr shuttle is very convenient and property is well kept and maintained. Would definitely stay again.

Our flight got canceled and had to pick a hotel quickly. This hotel was nice and very conveniently located. Was able o enjoy Miami easily getting around before rescheduled flight. Also enjoyed complimentary shuttle. Would come back

Place smells stuffy and the carpet needs cleaning in the room.

Property was very clean. The only real problem was getting from the airport to the hotel. Had to wait over ahour and a half.

The property was great, my only concern and disturbance are the room doors close shut very loudly. Also, the property is in the approach path to the MIA runway.

Building was slightly old which made it work in our favor with the size of the rooms. Rates were reasonable given it is close to the airport. The shuttle service was promised however we waited from 11:45 p.m. to about 12:30 a.m and no one showed up at any of the pickup locations at the airport. We ended up taking an Uber.

The staff make you feel truly welcomed. A property that feels like a home away from home.

Hotel OK. Area not very inviting.

Very very clean and nice staff! Never had an issue. We didn’t know we had to pay for parking tho, the signs were hidden behind trees/branches and the one at the front we didn’t see. But the ease of parking was fantastic

Overall, a decent choice close to the airport. The only thing i could suggest is that they install kickplates on the hotel doors to avoid the bright lights from the hallways coming into the room while sleeping. Also, the water pressure in the shower could be better. Plenty of hot water though. Good stay overall. Convenient location, friendly, helpful staff.

Excellent service

Staff was great, hotel is clean, just the room was kinda small and felt a bit cramped. But the bedding, bathroom tv, coffee, microwave, fridge etc was all great in the room itself

great hotel. clean & safe, great staff. Lovely front desk employees, especially the hot ones up front. Made my stay even more enjoyable. Would stay here again for sure.

Last-minute booking due to canceled connection on a flight. Staff was extremely accommodating. Could not have asked for more. Always a big fan of Marriott/Bonvoy. They did not disappoint.

Very nice hotel, rooms nice. Near a very busy highway with lots of traffic noise making it difficult to sleep. Minimal towels in bathroom a few Spares would have been nice given they were not very thick.

Great spot for an overnight before a flight. Room is clean. I’d stay again.
