Everything was excellent about this property except the food we ordered in room for dinner was over cooked and French fries, empanadas chicken tenders hard and cold for that price to include high tax and gratuity charges I can’t believe I didn’t go downstairs to complain and get a refund or made them redo all that food ! Over 100 hundred dollars but we didn’t ! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends but tell them about the restaurant and prices . Construction didn’t bother us around the area we had a great view of waterways !

Loved everything. Good location and super clean. Friendly staffing. The bathtubs in the room i was given didnt work properly. The drains would not work and hold water in the tub. Also the hot water itself was not alot. Ran out very quickly.

The property was very nice. Conveniently located to shops that were in walking distance. The public train station was right across the street. The air conditioning unit in the apartment was very loud at night. I asked the front desk if they ever had that complaint, she said no. I can guarantee people have complained about the noise. It was very hard to sleep. Adding 18% gratuity to room service is understandable but in the restaurant, that’s terrible.

However, there were several issues that made the experience disappointing. The elevators were extremely slow, even though there are four of them, and this definitely needs improvement. The kitchen/restaurant service was also very slow, and unfortunately the food was not very good or flavorful. Another big inconvenience was transportation. It was very difficult to get an Uber to locate the hotel, and most of the time we had to walk to the nearby W Hotel just to get picked up. Overall, while the rooms and cleanliness were impressive, the service and accessibility issues made the stay less enjoyable. I personally would not return

Clean place and nice balcony TV was a challenge but after I figured it out was no issue….not top luxury but better than most higher priced options…little confusing on valet and finding the main entrance but worked out and I’d stay again.

The staff was the highlight of the visit, they went above and beyond to make sure my visit was awesome! The room was clean and spacious, also lucked out with a great view!

The only downside is that parking is very expensive.

I enjoyed my stay at this apartment hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the location in Brickell was excellent. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was good. My only criticism is that the hotel could improve the guest experience with small things like a soap dish in the shower for shower gel and shampoo. I nonetheless recommend staying here.

Staff were friendly, and the accommodation was clean. I was a bit concerned about noise since there was a lot of construction nearby, but I hardly heard any noise at all. Also, the public transportation in the area was very convenient, which helped me save a lot on Uber costs. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Kenny for his kind support.

This is really a nice place to stay. Check in was easy. We received a complementary glass of champagne which was nice. Our room consisted of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen nice living room with eat in area and although the balcony was small it gave a pretty view to the bay and ocean. Plenty of space for 4 adults. The outdoor pool and surrounding area looked really relaxing. Unfortunately, we did not get a chance to use the pool but would of if our stay was longer. Our only 2 small issues were service in the bar/cafe. Service was very slow. At one point a manager jumped in and it got a little better. We gave ourselves 2 hrs for breakfast and were worried we would run out of time. The other was in one of the bedrooms there is a bathroom within, BUT there is no door on the bathroom. There is a door for the room itself, but not on the inside bathroom. That I guess is ok if you're with your significant other, but most people want to use the bathroom in privacy. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

We enjoyed our stay in downtown Miami. There were so many engaging things to do, see and eat within walking distance! We went to the water and watched boats for hours. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the location was excellent!

Very unhappy with our stay. The fridge beeped the entire time, no wash clothes in the room. The gym amenities for woman were subpar at best. The menu was terrible for someone with allergies and the staff on the front desk was rude. This is our fourth time here and very unpleasant this time.

Booked a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite as daughter and son in law were with us on trip. Suite was perfect for us and allowed us to prepare and eat in and also had the attached restaurant for dinner and breakfast. We were cruising and was situated that we could get to ship and after to airport with no problems. Had booked the suite for our away trip and again for our home trip. Would highly recommend.

Location was good. Room was okay, had balcony facing the water. Two main problems, we were there during a cold spell and there was no heat even though thermostat indicated that there was. The bidder problem was the construction that was taking place next to the hotel. I would have accepted the construction noise during the day as it is to be expected. However, the second night we stayed there was construction all night long which made it impossible to sleep. We were not informed of this beforehand if we had been we would have changed our plans.

It was gorgeous. The room was huge, we could have stayed a month. Comfortable beds, gorgeous view, very budget friendly as 4 people could easily stay in the room. We will definitely be back!!!

Our room did not have wash cloths, had to get into shower to turn it on (so cold water on you until it warms up), no place to hang towels. Very small lobby for the amount of guests. Attached restaurant had good food (recommend the burger and the avocado toast)

The tv;s were not an easy thing to figure out. The ac wasn’t running quite right. I had my feet on what i thought was a foot rest because it was so low and got chastised by the receptionist for it.its not a 5 star hotel by any means.

Yes, there was a pool for kids to enjoy with an adult. Restaurants nearby. I got stuck in the elevator, not sure if that was due to capacity or what. That was the only biggest downfall

Absolutely Unacceptable Experience this stay was beyond disappointing: it was disturbing, especially at close to $500 a night. Basic cleanliness, maintenance, and safety should be non-negotiable. Instead, it felt like a complete operational failure.The cleanliness of the room was horrendous. There were visible bodily fluids on the side of the bed. Hair was everywhere: in bathroom, floors, and throughout. The inside of the bathroom door near the handle had dark stains that looked like dried blood. The toilet was dirty. The blinds were coated in grime. The floors had random marks and stains all over them, making it obvious they hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. I had to kill a cockroach and a spider in the room. That alone speaks volumes about the level of housekeeping and pest control.There were also clear safety and maintenance issues. The small cabinet door where the trash can is located has a loose hinge, and when I tried to open it, it pinched my finger. The shower floor was dangerously slippery, and the half-glass shower partition was filthy. The room door itself felt insecure, lacking proper safety features and relying on what appeared to be a flimsy, basic deadbolt. It did not inspire confidence.The common areas were no better. The hallways were disgusting. The elevator door were covered in mechanical scrape marks, was filthy and felt unsafe. Also their policy is even if you check out early you are fiscally responsible for all the nights you booked.

Room was great, very clean and had all amenities, perfect for a family. Breakfast/coffee options around the area are very limited with tons of construction in the area. Noise was constant through late at night at the property, with constant banging of doors/from loading docks. Management did not understand the issue and blamed me for not reporting earlier. Also did not attempt to compensate for the inconvenience of not being able to sleep at night. They should not use rooms on 6th floor where noise was.

Staff very helpful, place clean and great location

Location is ok, with very limited dining options around. Tried a lunch in the cafe on the site, foods were below average but they charge 20% service fees anyway, so we didn’t bother to try 2nd time. Multiple construction sites right next to the hotel, very loud noise when you walk out of the hotel. Fortunately we requested “quiet room” before the trip, they’re very helpful and we really appreciated that!

Highly recommend! This place is amazing. From the valet service, to the front desk, I was treated like royalty. My flight was delayed so I arrived very late and exhausted. They upgraded my suite to make my night better. The view was spectacular! Waking up and opening the balcony was the best part. I won’t stay anywhere else when I’m in Miami.

I got an upgrade to a better suite. It’s very spacious and clean. The front desk is very nice, so are the valet parking guys. There’s a construction site next door however it’s not bothering us at all. Overall it’s a very good stay.

The elevators are so old and creaky that we heard them all night long outside the room. Air conditioning is also super noisy (and that is saying a lot because the construction inBrickell is insane and goes 24-7.) The staff were poliye and friendly vut the hotel is very dated.

We rented a room for one night before leaving for a cruise the next day, and we all thought that the room was so nice! The bed was super comfy, and it had everything that you need in there! I’ll probably stay there again on my next Miami trip.

My request for a room on a lower floor was not only accomodated, but I was also upgraded. The staff were all very friendly and courteous, and having access to room service through Madison's restaurant was very helpful. The full kitchen was also useful. If you're an avid coffee drinker, the unit is equipped with a small drip coffee maker- I recommend purchasing your own supplies however, as the in-room option is very basic.

Room turned out to be a 2 br with 2 baths. Very comfy king bed. A few light bulbs out. Hotel and near by restaurant were surprisingly expensive, but this was close to cruise port.

This looked like an empty apartment that someone abandoned, cheap furniture, the table was unsteady in the kitchen, the chairs are creaky the bed is on a cheap frame, no carpeting or rugs so floors were cold, no decor, the lighting was horrible, echoey, dirty and terrible paint job, worn out, the sink handle didn’t work in the bathroom, to say it was disappointing is an understatement, it was depressing. There is absolutely no way this is a 4 star place. Save yourself the disappointment and book somewhere else. It was so bad we chose to leave the next morning as this did not meet the expectations as described in the listing. The photos were deceiving. The view was awful and you could see only a sliver of the ocean. There was also nothing to get you started in the space such as a coffee filter for the coffee maker.

The hotel was incredibly accommodating, and the service was excellent. The manager truly stood out. Any issue that came up was handled promptly and with care. I will definitely be back.

I enjoyed it! Just in case if you are planning on bringing your car, the hotel only does valet parking, believed it was about $33 each night.

Just say "Yes" to this gorgeous hotel! I stayed 1 night here before a cruise and loved everything about it. From the friendly staff and prosecco at check in, the clean and spacious suite with a city view, to the convenient on site restaurant and proximity to the port, I will not even consider staying elsewhere when in Miami!

Service was a bit slow at check-in. It took a while to get the valet to get our car and to get checked-in so we didn't have time to eat lunch before our meeting. Bathroom should have a soap dish and a shelf in shower for products. Strange that there were neither. And room was warm and I couldn't find the thermostat anyway to make it cooler! Otherwise it was dine for the price. Kitchen staff was nice and food was good this morning.

The customer service efforts to get me the upgraded room I was on a request list for was great. The check in person sensed my dissatisfaction and relayed that to the manager who in turn called me and was able to transfer me to a luxury suite when available and helped with our luggage as well. Beautiful room and the valet was courteous and efficient.

I loved my stay sooooo much omg! I went on a solo trip and this hotel is just so nice and clean and near EVERYTHING! I walked to Barsecco and walked back at 11pm! Four seasons is right next door and it’s Miami so you’ll see others. But I felt very safe in not big on reviews but I had to for this hotel it was 10/10. Thank you

Extremely noisy, doing very loud construction right next to this building. It is impossible to sleep here, had to check out early. They are extra friendly and “upgraded” my room for free because they know dozens of people are complaining weekly and they have zero business.

Traveling with our adult children, having a two bedroom/two bath unit versus the cost of two separate hotel rooms was fantastic. The views out over Biscayne Bay are gorgeous too.

Check-in and service were very good. Our suite was average though. The bed was not as comfortable as others we have had during prior stays. The unit could be upgraded with better furnishings. The fortune house overall has been a good place for us but it wasn’t a great unit this time.

Booked here while already in Miami due to problems with Air BnB . We loved our suite . No complaints. Staff was friendly. Had to pay each time for room service plus other fees. Food was good though. Only downside they charged extra out my deposit for makeup/ glow lotion being on some towels. Something Tide or bleach could get out…. I don’t see it in terms and conditions. I thought incidentals was breaking furniture etc .

The service at the front desk and the small little bar was solid. As were the parking attendants. The place looks nice, but these rooms are converted from fairly beat up condos. I had packaging tape holding some trim in places. Overall I would not stay there again, it was just kind of odd and unwelcoming once you got past the nice people up front.

Overall not very happy with this place. The Four Seasons is literally next-door and you can see their pool area from your room, depending on where your room is located. Very upsetting when you book the hotel hoping to use their pool. Have a few drinks relax to find out the restaurant is closed. The pool is closed and there is no drinks to have and relax by pool. Instead, I get to see the beautiful pool with all the happy guest next-door at the four seasons hotel while I have no pool and I’m not impressed by the hotel. I recommendation would be look around decent value hotel but after staying, probably won’t be back feel like I was bait and switched excited about relaxing by a pool in Miami on a beautiful day instead, I sat in my room and got to see the pool next-door in a better hotel that I should’ve paid the money for.

This is an amazing hotel with incredible views! For a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom! Highly recommend!!

Location, room, service and people that live there

This is an apartment hotel just off of Brickell. I would highly recommend as the staff is friendly and efficient!

It was conveniently located. The female at check in was friendly. The gentleman wasn’t as helpful or friendly. Didn’t even try to see if we could upgrade our room our give us our complimentary beverage coupons. I asked him about the upgrade he said he would check. All he did was active the room key. Which didn’t work I had to rerun downstairs to get the key updated. The Tv in the bedroom was broken and the pool was out of order. The Sauna and work out room were nice though.

I’ve used this property several times and they have always been exceptional.

Pool was closed however upgraded room without my asking. Staff at front desk and valet are fantastic. Definitely stay again!

I expected this property to be a full fledged hotel, but rather it was an apartment complex with hotel services at the margin. Construction demolition in progess next door kept the noise level high.

The room wasn't terrible but it was cheaply furnished and not clean clean. The walls could've used a wiping. Also the pool was closed which was unfortunate, and breakfast at the restaurant was supposed to be open at 7 but went down at 7:20 and the staff wasn't in yet. Just overall not the best experience, so average at best. I was there for a conference so needed this to be walkable for the event, which it was so satisfied there, but just overall wouldn't stay again.

Its location on Brickell Avenue is nice but the food at Madison is awful, poorly serviced and overcharged.

Very convenient location in Miami, safe, clean, quiet. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive.

Aside from a few hairs I found on the bed sheets which is my complaint and hopefully they don’t let that happen again but aside from that the hotel apartment it self was clean. It’s a nice hotel apartment. Very cozy and so many restaurants near by I would totally recommend.

Great hotel, friendly staff, perfect location. I never stay anywhere else in Miami.

Room was poor quality, shower sprayed onto floor. Lots of wear and tear. Not enough towels. Door to bathroom didnt close well. Door to blacony hard to open. Stayed in Pent House suite. Not great, expected better. Noisy!

Nice apartments but a construction site right next to it.

This was a nice place to crash for the night as our party of four was passing through Miami for one night. We stayed in a two bedroom unit and everything was fine to nice. The one criticism I would provide is that the single sliver of soap they provided for each bathroom was so small that two people used it entirely in one night. This sliver of soap had to be used in the shower and at the sink.

An old building that definitely shows its age. The pool was out of commission. The room was bare and underwhelming. It looked rather cheap. Repairs seem to be done by amateurs and look bad. Showerhead was broken. The only good thing about this place was the price. But then you get what you pay for.

Large 2 bedroom apartment with nice view and balcony. Clean. Beds were really comfortable. Beautiful gym. Champagne at check in. I would return if I’m in Brickell again.
