- 4/5
Good value for the money. Easy to walk to restaurants and cafes. Beds are comfy and mini bar is reasonably priced.
- 5/5
The hotel is old but very well maintained. The whole area around the hotel is undergoing construction, so maybe in a couple of years the location will be great. For the time being the neighborhood is not impressive, although it seems safe. Can walk to Bayside (which we found quite deteriorated) and to the Brightline train station. Overall, although we liked the hotel, we will probably stay outside of downtown Miami.

They took our delayed luggage for 36 hours before we arrived to the hotel. Staff incredibly helpful. Well located hotel. Would use again.

Ok. I did NOT stay here. I had to cancel my booking because of personal reasons. I paid in advance to save a little cash and used Expedia to do it. When I cancelled, I tried to get a refund. This place provided ZERO communication. They wouldn't answer emails, would respond to calls and hung up the phone a couple of times. This hotel would have been perfect for transfer to cruise ships, now? I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. This is the second review. The first was refused for no reason other than it was negative.
- 4.5/5
The room was cleaned every day and was very clean. Traveling with a baby, cleanliness is very important to us. We also needed to sterilize a few baby bottles, and the staff were very kind and allowed us to use the microwave reserved for the hotel staff, which we greatly appreciated. The building’s facade was under renovation and there was scaffolding, however it wasn’t something that bothered us too much.
- 4/5
The hotel itself was for the most part well maintained. A little outdated in some ways, but nothing alarming. The room was clean and spacious. The location is great walking distance from lots of restaurants and shopping options, however, the surroundings can be a bit sketchy. The hotel itself was 3/5, but the staff were so lovely that it makes it a 4.

Very friendly staff! Spencer was super nice the front desk attendant. He let me check in super early for no charge! Very nice hotel to stay at, especially the night before a cruise! The area is pretty nice, it’s on the border of the high end and lower end. There is a Whole Foods less than 5 minute walk! Recommend staying there! Nice room!
- 4/5
The room was clean and the wooden furniture beautiful. It's just a few blocks from some of the best coffee shops in downtown Miami. So the location is great. They don't have a lobby but their sofa room is quite big and quiet. While the neighborhood is safe overall, the one street of the hotel is a bit shady in the mornings. A lot of closed down stores around. Also, while staff was nice, they are a bit forgetful. We had to remind them three times that we needed an extra sheet

The first thing I'm going to comment on is about the staff and especially Spencer. Such good people and truly helpful. About the facility, everything was nice and clean. The breakfast was enormous and very tasty. The location was awesome, as it was close to everything. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is at a great location near train station we took the train from FLL airport here and it was easy to access, they also provided a shuttle that was $12 per person that came in handy since we were taking a cruise that next day. There are a lot of food places nearby and also the Bayside park it was easy to grab dinner and breakfast before leaving for the cruise.

The close proximity of the hotel to the cruise terminals is what initially interested me in reserving this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the rooms were exactly as pictured. I was a bit nervous due to some reviews people mentioned otherwise, but the room I was given was perfect. Clean, well kept, and updated. It is a historical building that is being renovated, and it is coming along beautifully. The lobby is tiny with limited seating however they have beverages there for you complimentary. The staff for us was the highlight of the stay. Everyone was beyond accommodating! I am claustrophobic and do not use elevators. I was assigned a room on level 5 which I was going to take the stairs to, and as soon as I asked where the stairs were the staff immediately asked if I did not like elevators and they re-assigned me a lower room! It is so rare these days to have attentive service and hospitality, and I did not even have to ask! 100/10 stay, and the shuttle was great! Got us to the cruise on time and navigated the insane terminal traffic with ease. Will absolutely be staying here again!

Huge room, large bathroom, fridge and tv. Great location in walking distance to harbour. Parking quite expensive but pre warned.

The location os perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and bars. It was very loud! You can hear everything. The shower could be a little more clean. It had mold at the bottom and it looks very “dirty”.

10-12 Flees and small bugs appearing out of no where each day within the room. The room is also not sound proof. Grouting coming off in the shower/bathroom area. Picture makes the room look bigger than it really was in person. Won’t be staying here again!

The breakfast had lots of variety and was quite good..especially the juices and fruit. The bed was small, and the shower was not well designed for seniors, who could easily slip. The work on the entrance made it hard to enter the facility. Handoff to the taxi was awkward.

- 4/5
The rooms are unique, but there aren't really any good amenities. Valet is expensive and so is the quasi attached breakfast restaurant
- 4/5
This hotel was interesting. It has a old world charm which is nice. We just stayed overnight in order to be close to our 3 day cruise leaving from Miami. It was ok.

- 4/5
Quaint hotel-clean and comfortable. Space was just enough for a quick overnight stay before embarking for our cruise. Restaurants with walking distance perfect for brunch or a quick drive to Bayside for more shopping/eating.
- 1.5/5
The bathroom was beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The location was awful. It had scaffolding all over it, and the room was not soundproof so we heard everything coming and going on the major road the hotel is on. In addition, there was a rope or something banging against the window all night. The room was $600!!! I would not pay 200 for this facility.

Breakfast room and breakfast options were great and the staff at breakfast area were friendly but the rooms were not great, Bathroom was not great. Hot water faucet in the bathroom sink was very slow flowing. Hot water was supposedly shut off from 12-2am but it was never restored until the next morning and the maintenance showed up only after 9pm. What do they expect people to just sit around until midday to shower and get ready to go out? The bathroom was not locking when we tried to lock but it locked when we just closed the door and we couldn’t open it. We called for service that never came and we used our tiny scissors and other flat things to finally pry it open. The receptionist is cooling asking “oh the service never came? Sorry” - the valet never brought our car out at the requested time, we always had to wait another 30 to 49 mins for the car. They charged close to $200 for 3 days of parking car - what a rip off. Totally, a terrible hotel, bad location, poor amenities, atrocious service, high cost - we made a very bad choice with this hotel
- 1.5/5
The shower had mold, the room could have been cleaner.
- 5/5
Staff are really nice, room is really clean and spacious.
- 4/5
Above average facilities with a very friendly, efficient staff. Room was spacious but pretty sparse amenity-wise. Frankly, our main issue was with the bathroom, specifically that the shower literally flooded the floor of the entire bathroom after only a few minutes of running the (anemic 90's era) shower (really, what hotel doesn't at least have a rainfall shower these days, since they are so cheap to install?) But it was a good thing in this case, because the shower floor was level with the rest of the bathroom but the shower door had no bottom seal to keep the water from finding its level, i.e. literally everywhere else in the bathroom. We had to use every single towel to keep the otherwise lovely marble tile from becoming a water slide, and we still stood in a puddle at the sink for at least half our stay. Otherwise, the old-school bank facilities are truly unique and well-incorporated, the breakfast buffet was decent if not outstanding (wonderful waitstaff, though), and the hotel staff was super helpful. We chose Eurostars Langford for their value for money vs the outrageous prices at other nearby hotels just blocks away, and in that respect they delivered. With just a little more attention to detail--and a bit of investment by the owners-- they could easily become the area gem.

- 5/5
Beautiful hotel but you can’t tell from the outside. Great for pre-cruise. Large spacious rooms, excellent breakfast buffet spread. Luxurious amenities. Only a rainfall shower but it worked great & nice hot water to counter the AC. Regular shuttle for $12 to the port & breakfast opened at 7 which was perfect for me after waking early with jet lag.
- 5/5
This hotel was in a convenient location but most of the area was kind of run down. A lot of businesses boarded up and looks inhabited. I booked this location because it was within walking distance to the Culinary Institute. The first day, I have to say, I was a little disappointed. But after looking around, it was a lot easier to swallow. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I found this awesome cafe 2 blocks over and just loved the vibe there. The only thing that I would recommend is updating the rooms. The wallpaper in my room was coming off the walls. Other than that, a lovely stay!
- 3.5/5
The only issue was that there was too much light from outside at night, almost like it was morning. But the curtains worked well and blocked the light.

The room condition was ok, but I was uneasy about the lack of a separate physical deadbolt lock on the door. When I thought my door was locked, a worker simply walked into my room uninvited. It’s difficult to tell whether the door is locked and there is no separate deadbolt mechanism. I did not feel secure in the room. Also my shower and faucet dripped consistently and audibly.

The room was bare bones, seriously deficient in every area. The hotel was grossly overpriced for the pittance that you get. The breakfast for $24 per person was the same. There are far better breakfast options within walking distance. The price of $65 per night for valet parking was obscene. The hotel has the audacity to also charge additionally for a "resort" fee. When asked what are the resort amenities their answer was wifi and a beach towel. The closest beach is 8 miles away.

The only thing that was slightly difficult was parking. Downtown Miami is continuously under construction and coming in at night makes it even harder to find a good place to park. But there are garages nearby, ou just need to be willing to walk or pay for the valet parking.

The room was spotless beautiful rustic but modern decor! It’s right in the heart of Miami I was able to walk everywhere and it’s only a few minutes away from the Port of Miami if you are cruising! I will definitely stay again!

Rooms are soundproof and spacious. It’s in heart of downtown so convenience store/ bakeries and restaurants are 1-2 block walks. The lobby is small and can get crowded for check in and out. Being downtown, self parking is not easy and valet parking can be expensive. Beds were comfortable. Good quality toiletries.
- 5/5
Room Was clean & every staff member was polite
- 5/5
Clean nice hotel closed to port of Miami and restaurant
- 5/5
Great staff, great location and the hotel is beautiful.
- 5/5
Clean spacious room

Great staff!
- 5/5
They were amazing! Best customer service!
- 5/5
Good size room, plenty of options for breakfast.
- 4/5
We really liked the vibe and the room itself. The neighbourhood was not great in construction made it a little difficult to access with a lot of luggage. Few things about the room that would have made it a bit better: the lighting in the washroom was a little poor for hair and make up , the shower faucet would have been great to have a wand a rain fall showerhead limits your ability to use the shower for a quick wash up or when travelling with children. Thank you, thank you so much thank you thank you the mini fridge did not keep things too cold. There was limited counter space in the washroom due to a pedestal sink, but we made it work as there was a ledge behind the sink. There was also visible black mould on the shower tiles. Would’ve also been helpful to have outlets in between the two beds in the centre nightstand versus just at the end. We really did love the European vibe of the hotel, the beds were quite comfortable, and the closet space was generous. Would maybe stay there again if the price was reasonable, but unfortunately, the surrounding neighbourhood is a real drawback.

Great staff
- 3/5
I am very disappointed with my experience. I booked through hotels.com got to the hotel and was told that I did not have a reservation. I contacted hotels.com. They called the hotel and the accommodations that I was given was not what I booked. We were given a room that only slept for people and we did not get our free breakfast. The staff was great, but I feel like I was cheated out of my money and it was a very nerve-wracking experience. It took us almost 40 minutes to get it straightened out very disappointed in this stay. I’m not sure who was at fault but now I’m nervous about using the app.
- 3/5
It’s just an older rundown hotel but clean definitely not 4 stars
- 5/5
Staff is the friendly and professional. Stay there everytime I am in Miami!
- 5/5
Nice staff and nice room.
- 3/5
Overall average hotel with sub par breakfast.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 2/5
Room neglected and Expedia site completely inaccurate which made it even more disappointing
- 3/5
Room was ok but not much lighting and one light didn’t work! We told them but it was never attended to. They had a double sheet in queen bed so sheet didn’t stay on. Told them about that also but not looked after It was ok but makes me not trust your site!
- 5/5
Overall cleanliness of property was amazing. We were traveling from out of town and wanted to explore the area until check in which meant we need luggage storage. The hotel was able to accommodate us with an earlier check-in time so we could experience the city.Great staff.
- 3/5
No mention of current construction. Only one of the three elevators work.
- 3/5
The hotel staff was great. The building was older and quaint. They have an old mailbox on the lobby with the chute from the floor above. That was interesting to see. The hotel room was clean but small. There was renovation happening so there was a scaffold in front of the building which made it a little difficult to get in and out of the building. We used a public lot two streets over rather than the valet which was more expensive. Good experience but I am not sure we would stay there again.
- 5/5
Friendly and gelfulnstaff
- 5/5
It had many options and we enjoyed the antique look of the hotel. The room was spacious and the restroom and shower were perfect!
- 5/5
Room very nice and clean Desk check in staff were very pleasant and helpful to answer our questions and schedule a shuttle to our cruise ship
- 5/5
The breakfast choices were absolutely excellent, offering a delightful variety to satisfy every palate. The spread included fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, fried plantains, chicken pieces, croissants and a selection. Each dish not only tasted fantastic but also seemed incredibly fresh, suggesting that a lot of care went into the preparation. The breakfast experience was enhanced by the attentive service, making it a perfect way to start the day.

An older property that has modernized their rooms. Check-in area is small. Room was small but attractive and neat, and bathroom was a little larger than the norm.
- 3/5
Room was clean with warm water in show and sink. Location downtown and walkable. Valet is an option at $60 but the price increased at time of booking from $47 and they do not not tax on parking sign. Airflow in bathroom lacked so we left fan on entire time. Air Con worked.
- 3/5
I live 45 minutes north, juat stayed over ti attend a concert and not having to deal w the traffic after. The gentleman at checkin was okay, nothing fantastic or welcoming. I was under the impression from the website that breakfast was included but I was told that I didn't qualify but i was welcome to get some free coffee. The room was decent but smelled moist, humid and musky. We came back home, my daughter and I after the concert around 11pm, went up to our room and our key card didnt work. We had to go down and apparently it happened because an issue with the system which seemed to have happened before. A little inconvenient but we were back up soon after. We ended up not paying for the hotel breakfast and went instead to Cafe Bastille which was walking diatance drom there. I think I'd try a different hotel next time but still had a good time.
- 5/5
Nice clean room, front desk staff Alex and Aneudys were awesome and very helpful with the area. Dollar General is up the street if you forgot something a quick 5 min walk away. 24hr security on site is nice too.
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
Great customer service
- 4/5
The hotel was very expensive for breakfast not to be included with lack of restaurants around
- 5/5
Excellent hotel for that price, not your regular furniture and layout, very unique and vintage. Loved the bathroom!
- 2/5
The room smelled like mold and hot water did not work
- 5/5
Everything was clean and organized
- 3/5
Air conditioning wasn’t working they knew this and still gave us the room.
- 5/5
Need a pool
- 5/5
What a lovely surprise, everything was amazing from the room to the breakfast, no complaints at all and the front desk stalk were so friendly and very knowledgeable, would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to friends and family.
- 5/5
Gym. Rooftop closed.
- 5/5
Stay here every month for work travel. Exceptional customer service.
- 5/5
Clean and large room . All what I needed before my cruise.
- 5/5
Such a unique property! It felt like we had been transported back in time. We love the ambience of this hotel. It’s so charming and the room is incredibly clean and comfortable. We can’t wait to try the breakfast in the morning! Check-in was seamless and they brought a fresh bucket of ice to our room upon request. We would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
I always look forward to staying here. The hotel is exceptionally clean and has a lovely smell throughout. This has been my 4th or 5th time here and I will return.
- 5/5
The hotel was amazing. Amazing breakfast and amazing room. The outside around it is probably not very safe bc it is downtown Miami. The hotel is kinda hard to find as well but other than that it was so amazing.
- 3/5
Sink was clogged , fridge didn’t cool much but was a decent place to stay.
- 4/5
Served us well for our purpose. Would have rated the property better if not for the construction. That, and a valet stole an expensive umbrella from our car.
- 3/5
Location.
- 5/5
Clean room, quiet
- 3/5
What I liked: Location - located in downtown miami so it’s close to everything. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Check in/out was smooth. Price is affordable. Would I stay there again? Probably not. Would I recommend to a friend? No My experience wasnt bad but it wasn’t good.
- 5/5
Perfect for cruising as it is close to the port.
- 5/5
Its was an excellent choice also very affordable
- 5/5
Beautiful and clean hotel. It was close to restaurants and the cruise port
- 5/5
We stayed here a couple of nights before leaving for our cruise and it was a great experience. The hotel is near every cool spot in Miami, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. For our next trip to Miami, we will book with them once again.
- 5/5
The property very nostalgic and peaceful. Staff very accommodating and cordial.
- 4/5
Good hotel, nothing fancy, but nothing fancy was required. Does the job pretty well. Location is good if you're driving around (Miami is definitely not walkable, so we're good). The girl at the front desk was super nice.
- 5/5
Great location to walk to Bayfront. The breakfast and shower were amazing
- 5/5
Loved the location of the hotel super close to everything! The staff was incredibly friendly and made checking in / checking out quick and easy.
- 5/5
Yup
- 4/5
Good cost friendly hotel near airport. Not much to do directly around the hotel, needed transportation to get to places. Lyfts were cheap. Upon checkout host attempted to charge me for Sun Chips from a room service we never ordered. We had no idea room service was an option. Breakfast is not included. Clean hotel. Only rainfall style showerhead. Comfy beds
- 4/5
Connivence of restaurants walking distance from hotel
- 2/5
THE ENVIRONMENT WAS VERY UNINVITING., PEOPLE HANGING OUT IN FRONT OF HOTEL, RECONSTRUCTION , ETC. NEVER WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.
- 5/5
Hello, I recently stayed at your hotel and it seems I left two perfumes in my room — Tom Ford and Bvlgari. Could you please check if they have been found? Kindly contact me via email at donisyt@ymail.com. I look forward to your reply. Thank you.
- 3/5
Everything was good but it’s in the ghetto
- 5/5
Great affordable and classy place to stay! Decent size beds and spacious walk in showers were great!
- 5/5
Great quick check in clean room cool neighborhood great rate
- 5/5
It’s a very nice run property well maintained an excellent staff, especially at the front desk
- 3/5
In the hallway or in the lobby to serve all guests my experience about the microwave was horrible is the only complaint about this place I checked in by 6 pm so I was late 2 am looking for a microwave to heat a food nothing the guy in the front desk said I gotta wait breakfast time to use the microwave really? In 2025? In when I go back in the front desk’s in the morning by 9 am I find another he sent me outside to go use microwave to a different place come on now I’m paying for staying at your hotel I don’t need to go to another place asking for a favor I hope they understand my comment I trying not to be rude.
- 3/5
I was going to give the property 5 stars until we saw a roach in the bathroom. Other than that the staff was great. Room was very spacious.
- 5/5
stayed for 4 nights and it was incredible. Staff were amazing and housekeeping always on point. The lady in the restaurant for breakfast was so nice as well, always putting a smile on her face every time someone comes in. The room itself was really clean and spacious! Though it says that the rooms were soundproof but sometimes we hear the room next door chitchatting. We stayed in the premium room with breakfast included. The parking is pretty expensive on the hotel but there’s a garage that is nearby/ walking distance and only cost $100- $120 for 5 days that we stayed at. Location wise its really great cuz you can go anywhere! Highly recommend.
- 5/5
Very clean, quiet, and variety of walking distance food and bars
- 5/5
I liked the old style of the hotel, which was deliberately preserved during renovations. Located only a short walk from the water front, it is less expensive than the hotels right on the water.
- 5/5
Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff and very clean accommodations. Close to lots of restaurants and shops.
- 5/5
Check in was easy, and the room was amazing. I would stay here again.
- 5/5

- 4/5
Courteous staff
- 5/5
Its in a great location for cruising. Also the hotel is in an old bank building.
- 5/5
Me and my wife loved the hotel. It’s classic, vintage style was really neat and the room was very clean. The bathroom/ shower was also very nice. It’s not exactly in the best area, but for those of you who are cruising out of the Miami port and need somewhere to stay for a night, or you just don’t want to have to drive anywhere at all, this is a great hotel choice.
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
Really good, great check in, no extra hidden fees. Great staff
- 4/5
The room and staff was nice; however I was very skeptical about the hotel from the outside. My Uber driver passed the hotel twice. Construction was all over the outside/front of the building. Room was small but clean.
- 5/5
Love the area
- 5/5
Stay pre cruise and really like it. Hotel itself is great and will be better once renovations are finished. Good dining options around. Convenient to the ports.

- 4/5
The bathroom is absolutely beautiful. The hotel is nice as well. It’s just the remodeling that inconvenienced me as far as entering the hotel.
- 5/5
Clean room. Nice staff
- 5/5
Great stay at this property! We arrived super early due to an early morning flight however our rooms were ready and we were able to check in without any additional charges. They offered a shuttle service to the port (we stayed overnight before our cruise) for $12/person. We did not try any of the amenities offered as we were just looking for a place close enough to the port to sleep for the night but the facilities were clean and well appointed. To be fair, the mattress was way too firm for my liking and the pillows too soft but that’s a personal preference.
- 5/5
Great for a short stay. Pretty clean, however, my floors needed to be dust mopped. The bathroom was beautiful. Also, there needs to be signage for the building since there is construction work covering the hotel. My uber driver couldn’t find it and neither could my door dasher.
- 4/5
Clean
- 5/5
It was great and nice and clean
- 2/5
Room smelled stale and musty, like a smoking room
- 1/5
Did not stay in room due to delays with my flight to Miami, did not leave until the next morning June 20th
- 4/5
The faculty was not as much as I expected and parking was far, but staff servise were smooth and timely manner. Thank you.
- 5/5
The property from the outside was under construction during our two-night stay, but that was the least of our worries. The staff was great, polite and kind, and our room was clean and excellent. Everything in the room worked and I loved the shower! The hotel is right in downtown so many things was walking distance or you can simply rent a bike and take a stroll around the downtown area.
- 5/5
Amazing hotel :) I really love it
- 2/5
Unable to find parking and they refused to Valet is so we spent hours getting help from homeless men to find parking because the hotel staff wouldn’t
- 4/5
Everything was great, nice ambiance, great breakfast, few minutes walk to Bayside market place. The only reason why I am giving 4 star is because of their mattress, it is so uncomfortable. It gave I and my wife chest and back pain. Please improve on that so that we can come back again.
- 4/5
Everything was great until we took a shower and tried to go to sleep.... the shower wouldn't stop dripping.
- 5/5
Most friendly staff. Winsmerry & Sergio at the front desk were exceptional with local assistance. Anna in F&B was exceptional for room check and the restaurant. Maria in Housekeeping was exceptional. Good brand delivery!
- 5/5
Alex is awesome! Very informative and helpful!
- 3/5
When I booked, I was not made aware of the required valet parking and fee. Nor did we have free access to ice. I understand all places need to have repair, but it was difficult to find the entrance due to construction.
- 5/5
2nd time staying there precruise. A good choice and good value. Get the the breakfast included package.
- 3/5
The hotel, is located in a busy street, no parking near by at least you valet parking for $60 a night! Very expensive! The hotel is old, the elevator t weird noise and scary! No hotel view other than old nasty apartments and no pool no gym! The WiFi connection sucks!!!
- 4/5
Property was well located, but the ongoing repairs on the entrance make it difficult to enter the hotel.
- 1/5
The more stars a hotel have the better quality sleep you should get atleast you would think but unfortunately that wasn’t the case here … The AC kept making a loud rumbling noise everytime it kicked on it was horrible didn’t get no sleep and I had to attend my daughters graduation tired and with bags under my eyes ….
- 3/5
The staff are friendly, and it’s good for a short stay but parking is non-existent. Valet is $50/night and takes 30 minutes for them to grab your car and bring it around (I’d say uber where you can). It’s a nice hotel but definitely outdated, the light fixtures in the room don’t work very well and there is definitely mold on the shower walls (probably due to the bathroom fan not working). Overall I’d probably stay somewhere else next time but it was adequate for us to stay there one night.
- 5/5
Outstanding.allowed me to check in early..Awsome room/bed/shower and facilities...highly recommend
- 1/5
I will never stay here again. Totally ridiculous to charge $48.00 for valet parking.
- 5/5
The only thing missing was pool or terasse and a smoking seat for smokers
- 3/5
The air conditioner never went below 77 degrees, which is too hot. The shower stall needed new caulking.
- 5/5
This hotel was perfect! Just what we needed.
- 3/5
Antiquated, some of the electrical outlets in room didn't work. It would help to add built in device charging stations. Staff were very courteous, helpful and efficient Responded and resolved requests promptly
- 5/5
Very clean.
- 3/5
Valet parking was a mess, Bathroom had flies. Location was nice but there is lots of hotels around!
- 4/5
The hoyel is a former bank and historical building. The history is facinating. Cleanliness and asthetics of the room was great and the staff was awesome. The rooms are kind of small, the outside is under consideration, and the room views were not great.
- 4/5
Very good location. Very comfortable lots of character in an older building
- 5/5
Property was nice. I do wish the gym was a bit larger.
- 5/5
I always stay at this hotel in my business trips to Miami. The staff is super friendly and professional. The rooms are always impeccably clean.
- 3/5
Coffee machines and phones didn't work. My colleague and I splurged on the PH and I expected perfection. Staff was very nice but otherwise I'd rate the overall experience as fair. For the Presidential Suite I'd expect more
- 5/5
It was great overall!
- 5/5
Impeccable room in a historic building, peaceful in the midst of downtown and perfectly appointed. Staff is super helpful and the facilities are exactly as promised. Will stay here again!

Historic Old Town MIAMI location ‼️
- 5/5
We had a very pleasant experience staying at Eurostars Langford Hotel. Checkin was smooth with Ulma and Miguel at the front desk, and our room 1201 was just the right size. Bed was harder than I’m used too, but we slept comfortably. We had nice views of the city and bay, with blackout curtains if we needed them. Our bathroom had a large shower with good water pressure, but wish they had the slow-close toilet lid (just a personal preference as I hate the slamming of the seat). We added on breakfast and that was delicious. We stayed overnight to catch our cruise Saturday morning. Exceptionally excellent all around. We will be back!
- 5/5
The Presidential Suit was impecable , I love staying there.
