The staff was very friendly. The hotel was a bit aged and the elevators wait was long as 1 was out of service. The rooms need upgrading, old model furniture and TV stand that took up too much space that blocked the openess of the room

Property overall was ok but guest service were not very helpful with issues. Tv wasn’t working and room that a family member in our party got was not what they requested so they had to sleep on the floor because no rooms were available to change them into. Not only that but they were informed they would not get their money back, completely unacceptable. Also only 1 elevator was working which made wait times crazy and the stair layout was not the best if you wanted to try and get to your room from the lobby! Really unhappy about our experience!

It’s just dated. Carpet is dirty and dated. They have to use super perfume cleaner in order to mask the old odour of the dated place. The staff was ok, the food was ok.

Stayed for 5 days, and they only had 1 working elevator. The WiFi didn't work, and I was told by staff at the Front Desk that it was being worked on, only to be told the next day by a different staff member that they had no idea it wasn't working. There was no phone in the room, which I also told the Front Desk. I was told they would notify Maintenance, but a phone was never provided for my room.

Rooms and hotel main areas require a refresh. Room was not cleaned thoroughly between guests (food under bed). Purchased for 3 and pullout was not made, had to do the bed sheets are selves and request pillows for my son. Breakfast was okay, but they clean up early and quickly so wake up early to be able to eat something.

The check in and out process was easy. The facility was clean. Locatio. Was cloae to everything.

Nice breakfast, simple but good amenities, friendly staff. The restaurant attached to the hotel hosts events / operates a night club some of the nights - there was loud music and noise well passed midnight during one of the nights.

Our room had a leaking air conditioning unit, so the floor was soaking wet under floorboards / coming up in between and we had to put towels down and our feet were wet walking around the room. We mentioned the first day and they "dried up the floor, but it just got wet again overnight with AC use. Second day i complained in the morning it was still a problem. They sent enguneering up late in the afternoon and took a look / identified the AC problem. And asked if we could leave the room for a couple of hours so they could do work. My roomate was not there, and I said we would be gone that evening and they could come then. We were leaving the next morning. They offered to move us to a new room, but I could not pack her things and we needed to be out as soon as she stopped back- so it was too inconvenient, While we were out they dried out the floor again and put towels down, that were still soaked by the time we got back to the room - no repairs. The manager of operations and all staff were great all around at the hotel, but unfortunately the room was a mess and we did not expect to spend 2 days in a $$ hotel with wet feet!

The location, the associated restaurant (107 Bar & Grill), the room. It cost more than I had hoped. The outlets on the bed-side tables were very loose and didn't work.

The plumbing was old and clogged immediately. Also couldn't figure out how to turn the lights on, kinda goofy you have to stick a key card in.

Service needs improvement. 1. They downgraded our room, the room we booked LONG time ago was not available that night. 2. The room assigned was in other building. 3. Water leaked from shower room to the ground.

We spent quite a long time looking for the hotel because it is NOT on NW 107th Ave. It is around the corner on NW 33rd ST. If at least there were a sign on 107th then we would have known to turn onto the other street, instead of driving up & down trying to figure out where it was since the address does not exist. Had a problem with my credit card, so my husband used his, for what we were told was 'just a hold', but when I went to use mine, they told us the full amount for the whole stary had already been charged to his card. We spent 6 days there and only 1 elevator worked, making the wait excessively long. At times it was so full we had to wait for it to come back up to 2 more times!!! Cleaning carts took up of most of the space in the mornings. Breakfast was acceptable but didn't have enough choices; only small amounts of fresh fruit, which was gone fast, and not replaced. The women cooking don't know much about food safety. One picked up the pancake with her hand (yes, she was wearing a glove, but still....) and put it on my plate. Another day the woman (not sure if the same one) picked up the FRIED egg with her hand (again yes, wearing a dirty glove this time) although she had a spatula in the other hand. REALLY?? There were no more 'Overnight Shots' so I asked if they could bring out more - woman looked at her watch and said "no". Figured breakfast was over but then I saw there was still 1 hour left before closing.

The staff and service were great we got there early and Jeancardo was super helpful with answering all of my questions. We even got our room earlier than expected. The theme was very appealing and although we didn’t get a chance to use all the amenities the breakfast service and the complimentary snack and drinks they had were very much appreciated. One of the other staff that was very helpful was Liana who was super nice in our breakfast service.

Very clean. I do have to note that only one of the elevators were operating during the whole 4 days I stayed at the property, however, it was very well kept. Everyone was very hospitable! Especially Jose! Only having one operating elevator.

Only 1 elevator working, the emergency alarm was constantly activated with loud sound and evacuation orders and couldn’t sleep for 2 nights, also the hot water wasn’t working the last day. Terrible experience

The hotel amenities were unappealing. The room was clean and attentive, but the hallway on the floor looked neglected.

The fire alarm went off 4 times during the night. In the morning there was no hot water. The hotel has not agreed to offer any sort of compensation for this. So far they seem to think someone should pay full price for a hotel room where you cannot sleep or take a hot shower. DON'T STAY AT THE ELEMENT!!!

Diego at the front desk was particularly professional, friendly and extremely helpful!! Really appreciated his assistance when needed during my stay.

Parking was great. My entire stay (7) days, one of the two elevators was out of order which caused long wait times to get to and from your room. Unacceptable!!!

The breakfast is poor at both Element and Loft, but at Loft it is worse. We had a reservation at Element, but we were sent to Loft because, according to what they said, Element was having plumbing issues. It would have been appropriate to notify us so we could have decided which hotel to stay at. The rooms at Element are more comfortable than those at Loft. There wasn’t even a single drawer to store clothes. I like to pay with my own money for what I choose to purchase, not for what I’m given as a replacement. We have been guests of Element for one year. I am dissatisfied with the change being made without consulting us.

The facilities were fantastic! Staff were all great! Felt like I got my money's worth and then some. Room was nice and clean with several appliances which made the experience very convient. The Gym was great as well! Very safe area with great parking! Close to several great spots and mall.Would definitely stay here again! Loved it!

Appreciated the yogurt station during mornings and the tea station at night. The inclusive breakfast was fulling enough to keep us going till after lunch which is great for shopping days. Rooms were very spacious and were cleaned daily.

The location was very convenient for us, and the breakfast was varied and complete. The service from the lady at the pancakes/eggs/sausage station was outstanding; she was kind, attentive, and really made the experience enjoyable. Our stay had a couple of disappointing moments. First, we were assigned a handicap-accessible room, and the shower setup wasn’t comfortable for us. We were in a rush during check-in and only noticed it later that night. Since it was just for one night, we didn’t want to bother the staff, but it wasn’t a great experience. Second, during check-out, we asked to store our carry-ons for a few hours, and the staff member Jeancarlo was not helpful or polite. He told my wife to leave the bags in front of the counter, where everyone passes by, saying he would store them later when he wasn’t busy (even though he wasn’t assisting any other guest at that time and it would have taken just a couple of minutes). Then he got distracted with other guest, and when my wife offered to take the bags to the other side of the counter herself, he became upset and responded rudely. He eventually took the bags inside with bad manners, saying, “They’re inside, problem solved, OK, problem solved.” The whole situation could have been easily avoided if he had handled the request properly from the start.

Room was clean, big and the bathroom loved it. The breakfast was a variety of hot, cold items and beverages and it was the right fuel for my day. I'd stay again.

The recycled flooring was very slippery. My wife and I slipped several times. Breakfast selection could be better.

The worst part was that the day before, i called the hotel to let them know i was doing late check in and that i was traveling with a baby! I needed a crib. I got to the hotel at 11 pm and they had no crib in the room and I payed for the executive suite. I had to sleep with my 2 month old on the couch after traveling with 3 kids….. it was overwhelming and so tiring!

My studio room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast staff was friendly and I very much enjoyed the breakfast and going to breakfast. 10 out of 10!

The Element staff was friendly and helpful, my room was very clean, all of which made my stay comfortable.

Customer service, both at the front desk and over the phone, was slow and unhelpful. The laundry facilities had a broken machine, and staff could not offer a solution. Also, the parking lot was always full, which made it difficult to find a parking spot. These issues should be addressed by the hotel.

Breakfast can be improved

One minor issue, I actually booked here because of the two bikes advertised. When I got there, it was only one bike, and while I was pleased with the simple process of using it, the bike was not working properly. It uses a belt drivetrain, and the belt keeps slipping off. I am sure it will be repaired by next month when I return.

My stay was okay friendly staff and the breakfast was ok. I expected the rooms to be more comfortable and luxurious. Overall the hotel is okay .

Wonderful Staff

At the beginning we were assigned a room on the second floor so we heard the karaoke downstairs that they told us it does not happen all the time. Due to health reasons, we asked to change rooms and Jaqueline at the reception helped us a lot. She was very kind. In the new room we were able to have a good rest. The bedroom was spacious and the little kitchenette was very handy. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was good. On the weekend they had fresh pancakes and on the weekday they had other alternatives. The shopping malls are close Around the hotel there is not much. there is a restaurant in the hotel but if you want to go somewhere else you need to take an Uber. It was too hot to walk.

This hotel was priced right and convenient to all other areas such as golf shopping. All staff are excellent and friendly

The hotel is average, old, the beds are not confortable. The breakfast has juice, coffee, bread, eggs, hot cakes and sausages, the same each day. The location is excellent near dolphin mall and the airport.

Great hotel for our trip to drop off daughter at Florida International University. Quite and comfortable room. Super cool A/C. The hotel is dog friendly, but we did not hear any barks. Only complaint was that we had to get staff to pick up doggie poop that was on the floor for a few hours in the lobby area

The amenities were quite good like breakfast, self service laundry facilities and i was able to receive packages. I did not like the room as it seemed old and outdated. Something in the room triggered my allergies.

The bad : it is near impossible to get a parking space because of the other hotels but mainly because a live music show in the premises. Elevators. Only one out of two is working. According to some other guests it’s been several weeks since this problem. In our stay the whole week suffered this problem. Especially at breakfast time you have to make a line to catch it

The property itself was very nice and well-maintained. Our room was very clean, and overall we had a pleasant stay. However the housekeeping and maintenance weren’t very friendly and rarely greeted guests. One side of the lift wasn’t working, which sometimes led to longer waits. Also, breakfast was supposed to end at 10 AM, but by 9:45 AM most of the food was already cleared away. A warmer attitude from the staff and better attention to these details would make the experience even better. Still, the cleanliness and overall quality of the property made for a nice visit.

Try everything, this place is old, musty, not well kept, broken elevators, room doors that don’t close unless forced, staff is friendly till you come to them with a complaint or request for help, they quickly turn unhelpful & reluctant to assist, anything to point the blame elsewhere without solutions. The money for this stay doesn’t even come close to its value, save yourself some money & headache by choosing literally anywhere else.

I loved the room (standard for 2 persons). It was very clean, ac was cold, room was quiet. Options for breakfast but a bit limited for vegetarians and those that don’t eat pork. The bathroom was very nice. Good water pressure in the shower and I appreciated house cleaning every day. Friendly and helpful staff. Only complain is that room was not equipped with kitchenware which I would have appreciated. Overall rating: 4/5 :)

No elevator at all for 1 full day, this is a 7 story buildingsuper loud party at the lobby wednesday and thursday.

Arrived at the property for check in at 3pm the STATED check in time, but was not assigned a room until 1 hour and 40 minutes later. We were in the lobby just waiting and watching every come in after us get their keys right away. We missed our family’s rehearsal wedding dinner because of this and the hotel did NOTHING to accommodate us in any way! They just take your money in FULL but give you PARTIAL poor service. If I were to leave 2 hours late then I would be charged a fee. Same for early check in a fee would apply, but they just treated us unfairly and basically said oh well deal with it

We have stayed at the property 6 times. Love the location. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast. Near great restaurants. The overall appearance has gone downhill. The carpets are dingy. The carpet in our room was unsanitary. We placed towels over the worst areas. There was hair in the bathroom that didn’t belong to us. When my grandson took a shower, he was cut on the arm by a jagged piece of plastic on the door. Only one elevator was functional during our stay and a customer got stuck inside it. The elevators were all out of service from 12-2 a.m. for repairs. Unfortunately we will no longer stay here unless It receives the maintenance it needs.

10 out of 10. This hotel is everything you’ll need for a personal, or business. I recommend it. It was so different, the lobby smells amazing, the vibes? Super calm and quiet. The staff? Professional. With a smile on their faces. Pool is relaxing and the restaurant food smells great. The breakfast? Killer!! I thought everything was beautifully designed. My room was super comfortable and spacious, Great job!

Buen servicio y atención solo un evento con un trabajador del Lobby que me dijo no hablaba español, al próximo día lo vi hablando con una persona en Español, le dije que no estaba bien lo que hizo y trato de,explicarme que necesitaba leer los labios, veo bien lo que hizo porque estamos en Estados Unidos pero el desprecio con que me trató no era correcto, necesitan también actualizar el certificado del elevador que está expirado desde el año 2024. Good service and attention, just one incident with a lobby worker who told me he didn't speak Spanish. The next day I saw him talking to someone in Spanish. I told him what he did wasn't right and he tried to explain to me that he needed to read lips. I understand what he did because we are in the United States, but the contempt with which he treated me was not correct. They also need to update the elevator certificate, which has expired since 2024.

This is the second time I stayed here during my trip. The upgraded room was a treat after a long plane ride.

Stayed here for a layover for our flight out of country. This hotel was perfect. The room was clean and the bed was comfy.

It's a nice & quiet hotel.

My stay was great. I was able to check in early with ease, the staff was pleasant. The breakfast was reality a delight has there were healthy options. The only down fall was that there was no ice machines and the fridge in my room was not able to produce ice.

I stay here the before after and my Car was stolen and the hotel staff was not trying to help out and was being very nonchalant. I believe someone at this hotel was targeting me and watching me at my most vulnerable moment!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The facilities were clean, making our visit truly enjoyable. I especially want to highlight the excellent service we received from the receptionist, David. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. David made check-in smooth and was always available to answer any questions with a warm attitude. His outstanding service really made a difference and left a great impression.

Room was nos properly cleaned. Left over food on the floor. We were 3 in the room but everyday they added only 2 towels. 1 elevator was out of service.
