Wonderful, elegant, modern hotel. My family and I were very surprised by the property for the low price we paid. The rooms are gorgeous, great location for the airport, the airport shuttle was friendly, professional, on time, and very nice. An absolute gym of a hotel to stay at while flying through Miami. Will always stay here from now on as needed. We travel through Miami to the Caribbean frequently and need to overnight on the way home. This is the spot.

Outstanding near-airport hotel! The EB Miami was clean, comfortable, well maintained, convenient, spacious and reasonable. I would actually consider staying for a longer Miami sojourn!

The shower had no pressure and the water temperature never reached anything close to hot!

Was very clean and elegant and felt safe with key card for elevator . The restaurant in the hotel was very bad . There were about 8 people there and we waited a hour and a half for our dinner and then it was not good.

Massive room with plenty of space to spread out and adjust my luggage for upcoming long haul trip. All of the staff were lovely and helpful, especially the nice young man who helped me with my luggage and the airport shuttle driver. Shower was weak and hot hot enough.

The hotel is beautiful. Airport transfer was quick and our stay was lovely. Breakfast the next morning in the hotel was not the best but it was okay. The wait time was long to get our food but the staff did apologize for the delay. I would stay there again but would just skip getting breakfast at the hotel.

Not really a 4-star hotel due to areas of peeling wallpaper, stains on carpet and furniture. French fries and morning potatoes were cold and tasted like they were cooked in same oil as fish.

This is an excellent airport hotel. Located very near MIami International Airport, the hotel is very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Additionally, it has the largest hotel bathroom/shower I have ever been in. Restaurant food was tasty. We want to book another stay there soon.

Amazing airport hotel. Would stay here even without closeness to airport and free shuttle to and from 24 /7. Great pool, patio and gym as well as dining options at a fabulous restaurant and bar. Huge rooms with modern decor even a raindrop shower. Comfy bed and living room area - even two TV's.

Location for our needs Nothing

Everything was clean, room hotel and pool. Accommodations were met, staff were great. I will be staying here every time I come to Miami.

In addition, there should at least be a sign at the elevator that instructs to use key card to access elevator in case the receptionist fails to give instructions.

The entire property was immaculate, the room was very spacious and clean with plenty of amenities, I would definitely recommend staying here!

I have stayed here over the last several years when working in or visiting Miami when I don’t want the traffic & sometimes noise of the beach. I love everything except for the parking. It can fill up fast & I don’t like going to the roof level late at night when no one else is around.

Generous size room and bathroom. Modern furniture. Comfortable bed, new soft towels, excellent service, on demand airport pick up/ drop off. Good gym with cardio machines, dumbbells, cable machine, leg press and quad press. Pleasant restaurant with nicely presented tasty food. Breakfast was expensive £70 for 2. However it was freshly made, table service and we had a hearty and generous breakfast.

Convenient to the airport, nice lobby and bar area, good sized rooms, good bed, friendly staff, and ok room service. Complaints: the recumbent bike in the gym was not in working order, and the in room tvs were old and unable to accept streaming from an iPhone or similar device. Also, the tv stations offered were not particularly large.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel—it’s officially my favorite! I stayed here for my birthday and everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel special throughout my stay. The food was delicious, the rooms were spotless, and the entire property is beautiful. I can’t recommend this place enough. This will always be my number one go-to hotel!

The overall hotel was insanely beautiful. The bathroom and shower was amazing with all the different shower heads and tiling. The staff was really nice too; my friend arrived before me and had to wait in the lobby for some time and they never complained to her for sitting in the area for too long and lounging. The beds weren’t very comfortable with the inflatable option not working correctly making the bed really hard rather than soft. I do wish the shower pressure was a little bit stronger as well.

A little pricey if breakfast included.

This hotel is beautifully elegant inside. We arrived early in the day, and were able to store our luggage and enjoy the pool. We had dinner in the restaurant that night, and the food was delicious! We left early the next morning, grabbing coffee at the bar on the way out. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Great stay for night before a cruise, with transfer from the airport included.

Rooms were very large and totally sound proofed. We enjoyed the free airport shuttle (leaves on the hour and half hour) but we missed the breakfast buffet as our shuttle left before the food was open.

The room was much bigger than expected. The shower was huge with multi-directional shower heads and two rain shower heads from above. There was a bidet, which was an extra bonus feature and a telephone next to the head. No idea who or why anyone would need to call from there but, hey, a litteral conversation piece.

Very nice hotel

Nicely decorated property with a modern vibe. The suite was spacious and had a beautiful bathroom. Ate dinner at the bar and Yuri the Bartender took awesome care of us. We told him he should train the front desk on customer service since we did not receive a warm welcome. Front Desk acted like they couldn’t be bothered answering our questions and told me to Google it!

Our highlight of the visit was the kind desk clerk who helped us secure an uber to go to the port. She walked me through it . I respect her facility of two languages, her professional manner. Thank her for Linda and Ron, please. The servers don’t need to check on us so many times!

We had a nice overnight stay before a cruise. Hotel was very well kept and enjoyed the spacious room. Small concern in the bathroom was the water from shower crept into the main area near the sink and became very slippery. This was resolved with a towel but a concern. I would absolutely stay at the hotel again.

What a beautiful hotel. The bar in the lobby are very inviting. My room was excellent.

The business suite was large and comfortable with an awesome shower and bed. It was nice to kick back and relax in such a spacious suite. Front desk afternoon staff were helpful and accommodating. Also appreciated the transportation to/from the airport. Didn’t care for the tacked on 18% “service charge” then requesting a tip. Aren’t they one and the same? Breakfast buffet ($25 pp) was not worth the price. I had to ask three times for a coffee cup, had to look around for cutlery, napkins, salt and pepper. Restaurant Manager was more interested in speaking to certain guests and not taking care of ALL the guests.

I really enjoyed my stay at EB Hotel! The shuttle was easy to contact, picked me right up at the airport after a late flight, check in was smooth. The room was AMAZING! Very spacious, clean, and truly luxurious.

The breakfast was iver priced based on what we received. The bed and room was excellent, but there was barely any coffee, glasses for beverages that were complimentry. I dont mind paying for quality and upscale accommodations, but every time we needed anything we were overcharged.

Absolutely beautiful room, close by the airport, and overall a fantastic luxury stay without breaking the bank! My only issue with this place is that the room service portions are incredibly small. Ordered a pasta plate with a portion that barely covered the large plate, and it cost me $18!!! And the food wasn’t even that good. Other than that, everything else was fantastic! Just don't bother ordering room service, and you're all set!

Great location for a one night stay for our cruise. The airport shuttle was convenient. Skip the breakfast buffet. Too pricy for the options.

I almost don't want to write this review because this is such a gem hotel, and I don't want it to become to crowded or to expensive because of its popularity. This is one of the best hotels for the money near the Miami airport, and we really always enjoy our stay. Hope you think so too!

I was only at the EB for one night. My room was very large and clean. There was a nice living room and a big bedroom! Staff was friendly. I did not have time to explore the rest of hotel, but all was wonderful for me.

This was a lovely hotel with a generously sized room. Restaurant was significantly above average for a hotel with a creative menu. My only negatives would be that the front desk staff while efficient were not exactly warm and welcoming, there is inadequate device plug ins particularly at the desk area and the one by the bed did not include USB C. Coffee supplies in room were skimpy. Not enough cream and only 2 pods of regular coffee. Otherwise hotel was very nice. Would stay again.

Room was modern and comfortable. Airport shuttle pickup was a train wreck, but was ameliorated by a couple of free drinks at the bar. Bathroom had a bidet...which will shoot cold water in a fast stream on the legs of a curious but novice user. Airport plane vibrations were quite noticeable thru the reportedly sound proof windows. Staff were delightful.

The staff and hotel are very nice - I had no real issues, except the lighting system in the room was interesting and would turn off on me randomly. The sectional in my room had some dirt marks probably from luggage but otherwise the facility was clean and gave a very elegant feel!

There is no extra cost to them so it’s just ding the customer when you can. I tell them, and mean it, that I won’t be back.

The location is extremely convenient to the airport – you can watch planes landing outside your window. They have a shuttle that leaves every half hour for the airport. The restaurant was surprisingly good and the staff was quite nice. The kale and beet salad was one of the best I’ve ever had and I ordered it all three nights I was stranded in waiting for a flight. The room itself felt a bit worn, and the carpet was in need of a shampoo. I DoorDashed myself a yoga mat from a local CVS because the gym was grubby. Would I stay here again if I my connecting flight was canceled and I had to spend a few days in Miami? Probably. I got a good deal on Hotels.com, which didn’t hurt.

What we loved about the EB Hotel Miami was the overall amenities offered. Upon check in we were immediately upgraded, which was a lovely surprise. The room was amazing and comfortable. MOST BEAUTIFUL HOTEL EVER. We were in complete Awe from the moment we walked in the door. Super clean from entry door to the exit door. HIGHLY recommend. This is this only hotel we will ever stay in while in Miami. Front desk staff and bar staff service was a 10 out of 10. Only complaint was , the ice machine was out of order on floor 6 for the entire 4 days, so we had to go down to floor 5 to get ice which mad it inconvenient. OMG, don't hesitate, please book this hotel! Did I mention, Super romantic room!!!!!!!!! Watch him take a shower!!!!!!

The front desk was friendly and helpful. There was a small wait for the shuttle from the airport, but it was very busy so it wasn't surprising. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a fairly average stay, except....the shower. Amazing! The pool is tiny and surrounded entirely by concrete. There is barely room for metal chairs. It is conveniently right near the airport, which also means hearing a lot of planes so if that will bother you stay elsewhere.

The only concern was the bed. The shape was curved.

I haven’t really stayed here yet. I checked in and Jennifer was very friendly, efficient and sweet. Saw the room and it looks fantastic. A suite with separate washroom section, shower, king bed and then a lounge area that I’m sadly not even sure I can use with a one night stay.

Very clean room, staff was great. Especially Yuri. loved the shower. Only complaint the matress was uncomfortable. Would definitely stay again, easy access from airport.

Perfect airport hotel

The room was clean and very spacious. Bed was comfortable. The staff were professional and accommodating. Resturant food was very good, delious, seasoned, and well prepared and presented. Airport shuttle was convenient.

Excellent hotel with modern, upscale facilities and a fantastic restaurant. The free airport shuttle makes airport connections effortless, which is perfect for connecting flights. This is the second time I’ve stayed here, and I would definitely choose this hotel again.

The Rooms are a bit older, but good accommodations for a quick night before heading to MIA. The a/c was not great, but fortunately it was not hot outside! The front desk staff were extremely customer friendly. I would recommend the EB to anyone needing a close proximity to MIA and fair price.

Room was very nice. But it took a very long time for hot water to flow in sink and shower. Also, room service app did not work and ultimately required for us to go down to the lobby to order room service.

Check in with Jennifer was easy and quick. Room was huge clean with all amenities required. Nice extras with robes and great coffee machine. Food was good and the restaurant staff were lovely.

The room was nice but had a strong odor of Mildew when you walked in. There was an issue with the key cards, and we kept having to go to the front to get them reset. There was a really nice Asian gentleman that helped us, and the bartender at Miranda was great, but everyone else had a stank attitude like they were too good to speak to us. They should work on that.

Great hotel

Hotel is nice and modern. Comfortable bed and large bathroom with huge shower. We got to hotel early and was hoping hotel being VIP and being platinum status we would be able to get an early checkin especially since departing at 4am. Room was available but $50 charge to get in before 4pm. We were not going to sit in lobby until then so paid. Never saw any of the VIP benefits. The room though was big and comfortable.

Lighting in room was terrific! Getting up at night to use the bathroom caused subtle floor lighting which meant I didn’t have to stumble around! Bed so comfortable!

This was the most amazing hotel I’ve ever been to at a price point of $400-500 in current times. And it was only $220. It was beautiful clean modern great service. Nice sized room with a plethora of amenities I’ve never seen at this price point. It’s the only one in the US of this brand. American hotels can learn a lot from these guys. If you need to stay near Miami airport there is nothing comparable, book it!

From the moment we took the airport shuttle, to check in/out, dinner and breakfast, every staff member was professional and kind. This is a sign of great management. Our room was beautiful and comfortable (business deluxe suite). Both dinner and breakfast was delicious. We travel often, this will be our go to Miami hotel.

Nice room. We had a glitch at check-in that took longer than expected. The receptionist upgraded our room to a large executive suite and gave us credits for breakfast so that all worked out. No gluten free bread at breakfast.

Shocked both their two first aid boxes at front desk were empty when we needed band aids/bandage for our Uber driver pickup who cut hand on car when loading our luggage at front door. Hope this was soon taken care of for any future emergency.

This property was nice and close to the airport. The downside though was it was not very soundproof. It was pretty loud. Also, the property never responded to my request for the 'free' shuttle pickup from the airport so we had to schedule an Uber. We sent a request at least a month before our arrival. The staff was very short. We were not given any information about the property when we arrived.

It was a gorgeous room. It was so spacious and clean. The bathroom/shower are next level beautiful!!

Had the shuttle pick us up from airport upon our arrival. Front desk staff was very accomodating and assisted with recommendations for dinner. Very well appointed room and very clean. Stayed a second time. Also very friendly staff. Room was upgraded! Ate at Miranda restaurant this go around (hotel restaurant). Excellent service and food was exceptional. Will stay next time in Miami.

Shuttle was on time & efficient

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The staff were friendly and helpful, and a special thank you to the red-haired lady at the front desk (I think her name was Racheal). She was amazing and made everything even better. Everything was well-organized and the service was great. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again!

The room was super clean. The shuttle driver was good although you do have to wait every 30 minutes to catch it. Front desk checkout was average. The service at the bar was nonexistent. They practically ignored us as well as breakfast the next morning.

We love the shuttle. Nelson and Carlos are amazing. Then check in is easy and we go see Yuri and Gustavo at the bar. They all make us feel like superstars! We’re just old retired travelers.

Room was great, staff did not provide good service on the pre-paid “love package”… flowers, Cava, choc dipped strawberries. Nothing in room on check in, flowers delivered next day, I had to go to bad to get Cava, strawberries never came although promised multiple times a day! That was a disaster!

The room was roomy and elegant but poor lighting. I appreciated the complimentary drink but the bartender apoeared not to service a woman of color. Also my room key deactivated twice for no reason. Would not stay again

The E.B was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The hotel not only looked amazing but the staff was just so friendly and helpful. It's a bit pricey but you get what you pay for and it was worth every penny.

The airport shuttle was fantastic. It left for the airport every thirty minutes and got us to the airport in ~10 min. The restaurant is beautiful, and the food was excellent and very reasonably priced. Even though its right next to the airport, there was not any loud airplane noise in the hotel. I really, really appreciate that the hotel doesn't take advantage of its patrons by price gouging at the vending machines. A full size Coke cost only $1....I love this! The pool and fitness center looked really nice as well.

Everything was great except for no complimentary breakfast, bed with inflating mattress was uncomfortable . Our kept deflating, water ran outside the shower, and no refrigerator or microwave.We was told that we would receive partial refund but has not received it. Overall safe clean great staff just needs to get some improvement done.

Well how do I start? Spent 20 minutes waiting to check in as they only had one service desk member. Only 3 people ahead of us but it seemed to take forever!!! Cleanliness isn’t their motto. The decor is beautiful. Hats off to whoever decorated. Ate at the restaurant inside the hotel… out of tiger shrimp, then chocolate cake… food was ok. The Alfredo was bland and of course I got dry chicken instead of the shrimp. Ordered a cosmo and it was lime juice with a dash of cranberry and vodka. Just an overall not good experience. Staff in bar was very nice!

We stayed here before and after our cruise. This property was clean and the staff were friendly. The mattress was so comfortable which is a plus for me. I felt very safe. It is located within minutes from the airport and the cruise terminal. I highly recommend this place.

Very nice hotel . Perfect for cruises leaving from port of Miami. Staff so nice and they send to delicious bottles of sparkling water and cookies to my room for my birthday.

They allowed us to check in early as in 11a ish and even upgraded our room in the process. The check in staff was excellent and Nelson who picked us up at the airport was the best as well we had a great trip back to the hotel with another gentleman a Cpl days later. Two great dining options one walkable to the diner which has great food at great prices and then Tom’s sports grill which is just a little further. Rooms were well appointed and extremely clean we even noticed the bed was a sleep number bed ….for an “airport” hotel this place is way above the rest.

The propety is too old

for the business traveler it's always a pleasure staying here, however it's close to the airport so it may be a little noisy at times.

This Hotel is different, you get a high end hotel room for the price of a small hotel (inn style). Free parking in a super nice hotel in Miami is rare to find.

We had just got off of a cruise at 9am which we were extremely tired. Taiya was so accommodating with getting us a room available when we arrived. She was so kind and helpful. The room was perfect with a view of the airport. My favorite part about the room was the shower. There were 6 showerheads. We also ate at the restaurant on-site. Omg everything was delicious.

This is my favorite hotel near Miami Airport. The rooms are spotless, the accommodations are exceptionally comfortable and the staff are professional and friendly.

One thing we really don’t like was the check in process. It was long, they had a training person (Thalia) who didn’t know the process well and she almost charged $500+ to the card when we had already paid. I understand they are training but keep in mind that many guests arrive after spending hours flying, running at the airport, the stress of the traffic and being in a new city, they don’t want to deal with someone who is learning and it’s going to make the wait longer to get your room and rest. Also there was this guy his name was (Aurelio) he started to make uncomfortable questions that were not related to our stay. Also his questions and actitud made us feel uncomfortable when check-in in and out. He wasn’t helpful and denied to give us any receipt. Even is the balance was $0 we like to have proof to avoid extra charges in our credit card because it happened to us before. We would not be staying at the EB Hotel, carpet in our room was dirty and center table in bad condition. Bathroom was excellent and thanks for the upgrade, it’s didn’t come from the hotel but from our “Gold Status” with Expedia.

Eb can stand for exquisitely beautiful. This hotel is a gem. Exceptionally furnished, an amazingly convenient location by the airport (but you wouldn't know it), and staff who consistently go above and beyond. Highly recommend you try this hotel.
