I loved the hotel. But I thought the ride to the port was going to be free. Plus I wished it would have been a free breakfast that morning but overall it was a nice place to stay. It was around a lot of shops in walking distance

For the 4 days we stayed in the hotel not a single day we experience a cleaning done in our room. Their excuse was we need to request IT and also request for a clean towel, a toilet paper but my opinion they should reflenish basic needs every second day.thats common sense. In other hotel we usually stayed they usually straighten our room unless we say we don’t need a service or put the DO NOT DISTURB SIGN. Chambermaids are not accommodating except at the lobby they are nice and helpful.

My daughter and I both woke up with several bug bites after 1 night. The facility could use a deep cleaning. It is conveniently located within walking distance of many cafes and Bayfront park. The staff was nice and allowed us to check in a couple of hours early. We did not try the Bistro.

Well located. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and there's a Whole Foods across the street, which I found convenient. The stuff wasn't very friendly and seemed confused (the front desk) but other than that I had a pleasant stay.

Has a shuttle to the port of Miami for cruises which was very convenient. The free breakfast was delicious too. The a/c in my room sounded like a thrashing machine working on overdrive. I eventually had to turn it off. Not sure if that’s a common experience or mine was just defective?

Spacious room with a view over the pool. We did not encounter any significant road noise and the hotel was conveniently located to walk to Bayfront Park, where there are numerous bars and restaurants. The hop on / hop off bus also goes from there. If we returned to the area, we would stay again. Grossly inflated prices for Starbucks coffee and pastries ( virtually double a usual cost). I didn't see any prices displayed.

I selected this hotel based on location of the James L. Knight concert hall. My Mom wanted to see Raphael at the concert, and I wanted to arrive on foot. It was a short three-minute walk in heels to the concert hall. I did enjoy parking my vehicle on the same floor as my room. It made unloading and loading a breeze. The location was great for driving around town. Easy access from I-95 to and from the hotel.

We arrived Sunday night. It was easy to check in. They had a donut bar for us to enjoy. Our room was clean and quiet. They provided a shuttle to the port that made our travels easier! It was only $10 a person!! I booked thru Hotels.com and I was nervous that they would not have a room for me . I confirmed thru Marriott asap. Bayfront Park is close by and we took a boat on a tour. Good location for us.

We needed a one night stay the day before our cruise and this hotel was perfect for our needs. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was helpful with our needs and friendly. The noise from the cars at night didn’t bother us. The hotel does have a noise machine in the rooms but I didn’t use it. The breakfast was mediocre. There are plenty of restaurants and bakeries in walking distance.

Nothing spectacular for the price. Bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom could use updating. Only the sink has a counter. No where to set your bathroom supplies while getting ready. Traffic was very loud outside while trying to sleep. Enjoyed the parking on the floor you are staying but for 45.00 to come and go was steep price to pay. Bug man was spraying in the lobby while we were checking in. Poor timing for that to be done. Lady mopping around our feet while checking in too . At 4pm not safe as floor was wet and slick and no safety signs. Won’t be back.

For the price of the stay, I would expect at least continental breakfast. 7-8 minute walking distance to Bayfront park and tons of shopping areas. Good variety of foods but pricy depending where you eat. Great location if traveling solo because surrounding area was safe due to police presence. Pool was small and only two elevators with room key access to operate. I appreciated daily cleaning with new towels without request. Good view of street from room.

The staff were very nice. The location is great. Close to parks, restaurants and shopping. We felt very safe walking around, even at night. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and that person slept on the sofa over the pull out part. The noise of cars revving their engines was very loud in the room. This went on very late into the night on the first night, which was a Friday. They did have a white noise machine in the room and I am guessing that is why. The towels and water pressure were good. The hotel could use an update but I would stay there again because of the location.

Breakfast was a gimmick, no buffet type, you've to choose between one hot meal (same each day) and one hot drink or so, quantity and quality is good btw, Americano style but boring and no varieties. Eat in or to go. It's a reasonably convenient place to use public transport and boat tours and big bus tours for tourists without cars. Biscayne bay or Bayside park is bustling with touristy stuff. Mia mover station is 2mins walk. Airport is next door and you'll see huge aircrafts are flying over the downtown. Room was good.

Hotel is located in a good area. Walking distance from Bayfront park and Bayside marketplace. Convenient restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable. We did have an issue in the room with water seeping unto the carpet from the bathroom. When reported, maintenance came right away (which was impressive). The issue was not easily resolved and we were told we had to move rooms. For our inconvenience, we were upgraded to a suite (without asking) and given breakfast vouchers for the remaining of our stay. Andrew on front desk was very apologetic and made sure we were comfortable after our move. I would have rated the hotel a 5, however the service was not consistent with every employee. Despite that one issue, given the manner it was addressed and coupled with every thing else mentioned about the hotel, I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Our room was clean and in order. Our rooms were not ready which was not a problem. The first gentleman, verified my sister's and my credit card information and allowed us to leave our bags. He also took our phone numbers to call us when our rooms were availabe. She received a call; i did not. When we returned the first person had already left for the day. The second gentleman said he called and emailed me. I received no email, no missed call and he said we had not checked in. This is unacceptable, we had checked in and we were waiting on the rooms to be available. He also said we asked for early checkin of 4. That is the checkin time. They need to be on the same page consistently.

Our experience with this location was not great the room it was extremely noisy at night because of all the traffic outside and the Horn honking. Also had to wear earplugs just so I was able to sleep at night and definitely had to have a fan on to help with the noise. The plus side it was centrally located close to Bayside and walking distance to plenty of restaurants to choose from.

I had a great stay here. The AC worked very well and the room was clean and comfortable. Since it’s in the city center, you can hear some traffic noise, but the location is so convenient that it’s understandable. All the staff were very friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth. Overall, I was very satisfied and would stay here again.

Easy check-in process and the gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Our room was mostly clean, however smelled like cat urine. The area around the hotel was very noisy at night, but expected for a big downtown like Miami. We enjoyed the dining options within walking distance and the Whole Foods across the street. The bar and coffee shop were fine, but that whole area could use some updating/modernizing. Gym was clean and nice.

We were very disappointed in this hotel. When we arrived (which was early at 11:00am). The front desk said they would call us when room ready. Never called us. Also, the front desk was not friendly and welcoming. The lobby and restaurant area was unkept with trash here and there. The room was old and carpet felt dirty. We will never stay there again.

Our business trip stay at this hotel was nothing short of frustrating. The location, bordering 2nd Street and I-95, guarantees a cacophony of honking cars from 3 to 7 PM daily. If you’re hoping to unwind before an evening of business dinners, forget it — peace and quiet are not on the menu. The infrastructure is equally disappointing. Expect to wait 10–15 minutes for basic amenities: hot water for showers, elevators, even warm water to wash your face. To make matters worse, my room lacked body soap entirely — a basic necessity that should never be overlooked. What truly soured the experience was the staff’s dismissive attitude. Rather than acknowledging the delay in hot water, they chose to insult my intelligence by asking if I had turned the faucet all the way to the left. That kind of condescension is unacceptable. In short, this hotel failed to meet even the most basic expectations for a business traveler. I do not recommend it, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

The bathroom is very small. The beds are small as well, super uncomfortable. I didn’t get a good sleep. There is no Disney channel for my kid, which all other hotels we have stayed at before would have. The trash bags are not set up in the trash cans. We only get 5 pieces of tissues left in the tissue box. I guess their economic condition is really tight that they have to save every tissue leftover from the previous guest. The building is right next to the ramp of I95 which makes the room super noisy and you can hear the non-stop honking and beeping and engine running at midnight. We don’t recommend this property. The front desk staff is helpful and friendly. The AC is noisy. It’s not centralized system. It’s a separate unit in the room. It sounds like a tractor coming through the room when it’s in operation.

We stayed two nights here this past weekend and loved everything about it. It is right in the middle of downtown, close walk to restaurants and stores. We had a balcony room on the 14th floor with great views. We would definitely come back and stay.

Considering I have Titanium Elite status with, the service was really poor. No upgrades were offered or granted when I asked and the hotel wasn't full. I've been allegiant to Marriott but this allegiance is not being reciprocated. The room itself was fine and what I've come to expect with the Courtyard brand, but I definitely didn't feel taken care of.

The room itself, however, had a very unpleasant odor. In addition, it was extremely noisy at night due to traffic around the hotel, even though we were on the 10th floor. Another downside was the split AC unit in the room, which could not be turned off. We had to unplug it to stop it. Overall: For one night it was okay, but we would not book this hotel again.

Decent hotel but aging. We got to our room and the fire detector was chirping. Had to find maintenance to let them know. They handled it immediately. All hallways were very warm, like A/C wasn't working at all. Every employee was great.

I visited Courtyard this week, and the experience was far from what I expected. The photos provided online were completely misleading compared to the reality of my room. I booked an executive suite, but it did not meet that standard. The room was outdated, with old furniture, worn bed linens with an unpleasant odor, and sofas in need of a deep clean. The lighting above the bed and the main light switch did not work. My balcony was extremely small—barely the size of a matchbox—with no seating, no city view, and a bad smell. Overall, the hotel did not match its advertised description, and I would not recommend it to anyone seeking a luxury or comfortable stay.

The room was spacious, and loved that it came with made-to-order breakfast! Staff were generally kind and helpful. Pool and gym were great! Only downside to this hotel was that it was quite noisy when sleeping at night, with street and traffic noise. That said, being downtown also meant everything was walkable, lots of dining options a walk away, and the free monorail was also steps away. Overall, a good stay!

I booked a room with two double beds and when i got to the hotel, I was told they didnt have any available. They only had a king size bed and a small sofa bed for my husband and I and our two teenagers. Not right! I was told that they had a large group that was extending their stay so they couldnt give us what we booked. Next time I will book with Hilton. Very disappointed.
