Location Even though I wrote to tell them I was arriving at 2am they didn't have my room available, It took awhile but they were able to accommodate me in a comfortable room. The hotel is a little old looking, no one helps you with your bags.

The hotel itself has a very modern, clean, and aesthetically pleasing design. The overall ambiance was relaxing yet upscale, with beautiful décor and well-maintained spaces that created a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the amenities. Everything was well-kept and convenient, and the hotel offered everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Whether it was the common areas, dining options, or overall facilities, it was evident that attention to detail was a priority. Another major advantage was the location. The hotel was close to everything, including restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and other attractions, which made getting around incredibly easy and convenient. It was the perfect balance of comfort and accessibility. Overall, I highly recommend Courtyard by Marriott to anyone looking for a hotel that combines excellent service, beautiful surroundings, great amenities, and a convenient location

The housekeeping staff is very intense when it comes to cleaning the room every day they knocked on the door at 9:00 am time when we were still sleeping since my trip was for pleasure and vacation.

It’s so close that you can easily walk back in the middle of the day to drop off your purchases and return to continue shopping

Pros: The front desk staff are courteous and pleasant. In-room amenities are for the most part thoughtful – full length bathroom mirror, more than adequate cupboard space, readily available iron and ironing board, good working showers, a kitchenette but… Cons: On the matter of the kitchenette, the fridge is right beside the bed and made a lot of noise, making sleep difficult. While there is a microwave, the cups are paper and the coffee machine could do with a good deep clean. At the very least, 2 mugs and 2 saucers could be provided on shelves that could be installed above the counter. Instead, a useless painting occupies the space. The room was also quite dated and the rug had the look of being well worn. My biggest con was that the hotel is way too porous. The front desk staff hardly pays attention to who is coming and going, and for persons travelling alone, that presents a serious safety concern, since the lift can be accessed by just about anyone. To make matters worse, I was assigned to a room with an adjoining door!! Taken together, I can say that I did not sleep well at all as I felt quite exposed/unsafe. On the day before my departure, housekeeping failed to

Always a great stay. A place where we have been going to over and over for over 15 years. Our home away from home. Well located for the shopper in you. Angel the Receptionist is always so very helpful and I highly recommend staying there.

I’ve stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Miami at Dolphin Mall multiple times over the years. While the staff has consistently been excellent, always friendly, helpful, and accommodating, especially with early check-in, the property itself has seen little to no upgrades. The rooms and bathrooms feel outdated and could benefit from renovation. Service remains a strong point, but the interior does not reflect the same standard.

It was clean, but very dated. Definitely not a Marriott that I’m used to staying at.

We enjoyed our week long stay here. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Ideal location to Dolphin Mall. The food at the bistro was also surprisingly tasty and quick service. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great hotel definitely will be staying there when I go visit my daughter in college. Great location in front of the dolphin mall which has nice restaurants there also. Room was very quiet and nicely clean. The bed omg I slept so good..

The room was generally clean, but there was visible dust on some of the pictures on the wall. My husband's allergies were affected. I believe that the carpet could have contributed .

Staff was friendly always smiling and very helpful even though the Bistro was closed the front desk called and asked to make my mom a cup of hot tea which they did with a smile. I asked for a room with a view of the mall when I was checking in and they found one, so needless to say they really do make their guests feel special.

I spent 4 grand nights at Courtyard by Marriott Miami at Dolphin Mall. Everything was in order. I had no complaints. What I liked a great deal was getting to and from the hotel and Dolphin Mall with no traffic to worry about. My stay was EXCELLENT.

Musky smell, dirty bathroom, loud AC, overall run down and not worth the price.

The beds were comfy and clean. Bathroom was a bit dated but clean. The room seemed to have some water damage on the ceiling, a bit disturbing since I’m not sure what’s the situation with mold etc. Parking available…an area in the mall car park was blocked off for the hotel guests. Which was much appreciated as the rest of the car park was chaotic. East to walk into the mall.

Courtyard by Marriott Dolphin Mall is a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel, perfect for easy access to Dolphin Mall and nearby plazas full of dining and shopping options. The rooms are spacious and quiet, the staff is friendly, and the property is well-maintained with a relaxing pool and inviting common areas. It’s also a great base for exploring Brickell, Wynwood, and Miami Beach. The only drawback is that the room key cards tend to demagnetize easily, and more reliable key cards would improve the overall guest experience.

The rooms are quiet and roomy, wish there was complimentary daily water bottles.

Additionally, the lighting fixtures provided are quite dim, which made the workspace and general room ambiance feel a bit too dark unless the curtains are opened. ​In summary, the quality of the people and the service makes the Courtyard Marriott an easy recommendation, but the accommodations are modestly appointed and not the most contemporary.

​The only drawbacks are in the room aesthetics: the decor feels a bit dated, and the in-room lighting is noticeably dim, which can be inconvenient. However, if you prioritize great service and location, this hotel is a solid choice. A modest room renovation would easily make this a five-star stay for the price and proximity to the Mall.

It is unfortunate the smoking bin is right next to the front door of the hotel. Because, guests choose to smoke right I front of the entry of the hotel. Also, since I was staying on the first floor near the entrance I could smell it in my room.

We called the front desk at 11pm because in the room there was a loud noise which we couldn’t sleep and the front desk was very helpful thankfully the noise stopped what was the issue I don’t know. I hope after we left they were able to detect the issue for other guest to not experience the same.

The entire hotel including tge rooms were very clean and smelled amazing, the staff also cleaned the rooms daily. The entire staff was so friendly and always smiling, asking how was my day or did I enjoy the bistro meal or how was my shopping. The location is on the same property as the Dolphin Mall which is a two minute walk in between. My entire family enjoyed this hotel and we will definitely stay here again.

Typical of an old hotel trying to hang on with multiple layers of paint and worn finishes. The rust on the tub is the turnoff for me.

Good property, although rooms are starting to feel dated. Elevators are extremely slow, and at times a long line would form at the lobby level. Food in the restaurant is overpriced as compared to options at nearby hotels or restaurants. Location is unbeatable, right next to the Dolphin Mall.

Additionally he did not provide the chit for the breakfast so there was a delay the following morning when we presented for breakfast. He then provided chits for a cold meal which would not have included coffee/tea etc. this meant we would have had to pay extra for those items. The individual at the restaurant was very helpful and assisted us through this process.

The room wasnt clean properly, the carpet smell like it got wet n moulded....The elevators was super noisy n shaking alot. The room tht was given was 1king bed n i pay n booked reservations for 2 queen beds

Please refund the full amount. When we arrive at the hotel around 3.30 AM, they told us that the AC was not working of the reserved room. So they called another hotel to accommodate us for the 2 nights. We are very disappointed to experience such while traveling with a child in Autism Spectrum. Heading back and forth is not a good idea for him. We will never book again at Courtyard Marriot dolphin mall.

The front desk staff were super helpful and really made it feel like you were special.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located from the Dolphin mall which was great. The hospitality at the hotel wasn't what we expected especially since we notified front desk upon check-in that we were Gold Elite Bonvoy members. The manager did give us a 4pm checkout which we really appreciated. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and will return in the future. Hopefully the service at front desk will be more on point.

The only thing i want to highlight is that Management needs to pay attention to the condition of the property. My door lock malfunctiond (however the saff sorted this out) and the bathrooms need a refresher.

Adequately sized room with comfortable bed and pillows. The rooms do look and feel a bit dated however, and should be upgraded to complement the rest of the property. Overall very good and will stay again.
