The room was clean, fresh and comfortable 😍

I enjoyed my stay at the courtyard Marriott. It was well maintenance and had everything i needed down to a microwave! I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay but the only thing we didn’t like is the smell of the pillows they were bad… but the staff were helpful and friendly…

Workers nice! Dinner good! Rooms and shower no clean. Room have not sone every day and the towels have not been changed every day. The corridors carpets dirty with stains. In general, in Miami, is dirty.

The front desk was very accommodating upon checking in and even extra when we checked out at 4:30AM calling a taxi. We appreciate the kindness even with an overnight stay.

Very close to the airport and the shuttle made it convenient and easy to get to. Overall the property was clean and well maintained. We loved the outdoor area with the pool, hot tub and outdoor chess. We only stayed one night but we were very comfortable and would stay here again.

Overnight stay to Caribbean flight. Hotel was clean & quiet. It needs an update & many things are rusted but the staff is helpful. This is a solid 3-4 star hotel Miami standards iykyk. They do have a bar/restaurant with okaaay fare & beer choice.

Well locate,very helpful staff and clean.

The room and bed seemed good at first, but on closer inspection, the sofa and lamps were dusty. The sofa upholstery was damaged in several places and poorly stitched, with the foam inside visible. The carpet was dirty. The fitted sheet was inside out. The dinner and breakfast were good.

Really nice staff within champion grille. Clean lobby always smells so good. Room cleanliness ok there was hair in tub when we checked in minor but maid service never once asked for room to be cleaned until like our last day or brought us fresh towels sheets had to ask for them. I also had to ask for extra pillows like three times before I was able to get them

Location was opposite a giant construction site by Miami Airport what do YOU think I liked? Almost everything but the most lowly paid staff- they were lovely. Everyone else in ascending order to the manager were awful. Start off marvelous but ask them for ANYTHING and they became sullen and unresponsive and suddenly unable to understand english. Booked this as a refundable booking. When I went back to cancel because of airline issues it said this was non refundable. I have screen shots to prove my original confirmation. So FYI: make sure you check closely your reservation. My recommendation is to book directly with hotel since you have more flexibility and won't get scamed.

The lobby had lots of comfortable seating, which was great since we went after disembarking from a cruise. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was very nice.

The hotel provides a free shuttle service which was excellent and we didn’t have to wait to long at the Airport. Our hotel room was tired but suited our needs for one night before moving onto the Keys. The staff were friendly. The buffett breakfast started our day off perfectly. Great option for an interim stay at a reasonable cost in today’s costly market.

This was the perfect place to stay before we left on a cruise. Free breakfast was decent, staff was fairly friendly, and room was very comfortable. Ride to cruise port was easy to manage as well…they do not provide a shuttle to port but they do pick you up from the airport. I recommend and will be back if we cruise from Miami again.

Only problem was we booked a wakeup call for 730 and got it at 630. Was already exhausted from traveling the day before so lost an hour of sleep but otherwise everything else was great

If you are flying in or out of Miami international airport and need a place to stay, this hotel is perfect. They have a shuttle that runs every 15 minutes and have long term parking available for a fee. I’ve stayed here numerous times.

A nice couple was denied service. The couple was not rude or drunk. The bartender commented that they had been drinking all day. Fortunately I had been in the bar most of the time this couple was there and didn’t see any reason for them to be denied service. We had a large number family members there for the night who were also very disturbed by the bartenders actions. After this encounter I’m very seriously considering canceling my Marriott credit card & not staying at a Marriott again.

Basic clean room Pool was nice fairly cool. They had a hot tub not working at the time. We ate at the main Marriott and st the restaurant downstairs. Both ok. They had little convenience stores in them where you could buy pop beer or snacks

I had to wait 6 hours in lobby for a room. People walked off street and received one faster. I had prepaid and desk staff seemed to not care. Myself and 7 others just waited. Jorrible process.

Overall stay was good, airport shuttle convenient on site restaurant convenient with a friendly and attentive waitress. There was an opportunity with timing of shuttle as it showed 15 minutes wait, actually 30 minutes or more but it was free and I understood airport was busy. There was also an opportunity with check in as hotel did not show room was paid, although it was reflected in Expedia account 2 days prior to check in. The room was not what was reserved and did not have tub as listed in booking, shower had mold/mildew on walls.

No ice machine on level 2 where they put us. Also was charged $6 for a bottled water that I didn’t use nor see any to use.

The staff was very courteous. The lobby was as expected. Our room had a bit of a smell when going in, but after a while you didn't feel it. The food was delicious, though a bit pricey. Overall, I still would visit again.

The property looked beautiful with great staff, but there was not option to crack open a window for fresh air, not even a little crack the entire room was completely sealed, the air quality was low because lack of outside ventilation.

Very limited food options in the Courtyard and the adjacent Marriott. Especially as there are no good restaurants near the hotel.

I’ve reserved several Marriott resorts and hotels in the past but this has been my least favorite and most undesirable stay. Check in was easy and fast, and we even had the option to use the shuttle from our flight (we landed past midnight so the idea of an operable shuttle at that time was convenient). The room however was not enjoyable. For some odd reason, the hotel only had accessible rooms available which was fine but the condition was very poor. It smelled funny, very dingy looking, and overall did not feel clean. When going downstairs to ask for another room, we were told they didn’t have any other accommodations and due to us having early engagements (cruise) the next morning, we decided to stick it out. We normally cruise every year around this time and like to stay between both the airport and port. I don’t think we will be booking this location again.

Charging $28 to park your car the room the worst part was the room was so cold. We had to have the guy come and try to shut the air off. It was stuck. The thermostat was broken. It was at full cold. They couldn’t fix it the guy thought he fixed it then two hours later he came back and it’s still freezing cold. We are ready to sleep in the car or at the pool, both of us were freezing all night long they couldn’t get it fixed and they didn’t have any more rooms. We were gonna check out to a different hotel. It was so bad

Staff is helpful and friendly and the rooms are fine. So overall I guess it was fine. But I’m really off put being charged $28 per night to park and $17 for a breakfast croissant. The latter was good but overpriced even by Miami standards. Then $4 for coffee and $4 for orange juice. Next time at least buy me dinner before you have your way with me!

Easy to access and close to the airport. Nice hotel and turn down is every other day. Restaurants in the hotel were questionable - decent customer service but quality of food was lacking. 1 Restaurant had food that was hard and old and another restaurant my friend ordered a burger aaked for it well done. She takes 1 bite and its still pink and asks the waiter to bring her what she asked for. Instead of making her another fresh patty they recooked the patty she bit into and placed it on a new bun. Got the waiter's attention to discuss the issue and he sidnt find it to be a problem. Spoke to the concierge about the serivce and all they would offer is Marriott points.

Everything was great. We booked 3 rooms and used the hotel shuttle for an early flight the next morning.

The hotel was very nice but the breakfast was a bit subpar.

We really enjoyed the fitness room! It had so much equipment and really appreciated the amount of weights that were available. We found that there were lots of restaurants within walking distance. We would have enjoyed the pool if we’d stayed longer.

The smell of the paint was "SO STRONG", it triggered my asthma! It also gave me and my family headaches. I started to have issues breathing and that's when I went to the front desk to have our rooms changed immediately! We initially had plans to stay for 2 nights but had to check out after the 1st night. It would have been ideal for the front desk to have informed us beforehand before going up to our rooms, but they did not, bummer!

The staff was incredibly accommodating... they assisted us with all of the arrangements necessary for both our stay and transportation to our cruise at the Port of Miami. The food in the restaurants were delicious, and the front desk employees were very friendly and proactive. I will be spending the night there when our ship returns, and I plan on staying there again for my future visits to Miami!

Many dining options amongst the connecting hotels. Felt like resort area.

The property was clean with nice linens and had the convince of onsite restaurants. However, we had to pay for parking on top of the cost for our room, the beds were not comfortable and very hard. When we ate at the onsite restaurant we were automatically charge 18% gratuity for a party of two, when the service was less than par and the waitress did not earn 18% gratuity. We would not choose Courtyard by Marriot again.

Totally recommend! Quick overnight stay for a flight next morning. Shuttle to and from airport was great! The building itself is older by look of hallways with carpet, ceiling height, and doors, but rooms are clean, furnishings nice, and basic bathroom look. The bed was really comfy and sport bar in lobby was really good! Overall, a great place and friendly check in staff! We would definitely rebook!
