Centric and comfortable.

The location was convenient and close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The room was clean, and the hotel looked nice overall for a short stay The sound insulation was extremely poor. I could hear loud footsteps and noise from other rooms all night and could barely sleep, even with earplugs. The room was also much smaller than expected, and communication with the staff was difficult because my email before arrival was never answered

This was a great little spot for the night. Close walk to the beach. Shopping and eating near by. We liked the self check in. Air conditioning was nice. The little kitchenette was great.

However, it was very noisy and you could hear everything. People walking up and down the hall all night sounded as if they were walking right next to me. Also, it was a bit inconvenient that there was nowhere nearby to park overnight because cars could be towed away, and getting them back later can cost at least $600

Very clean, great that towels and beach towels were provided. Location was great, central to SoBe but not right on top of everything. Thoroughly recommend Casa Sofi! Shower had a knack to get it warm but once it was shower was lovely

Awesome location, cozy and clean rooms, just steps away from everything. Quiet neighbourhood, great staff and beach chair is a bonus. Definitely worth to stay.

Very good area, close to bus station. The customer service is not good, I felt like I was told off when asking for a blanket, overall experience is good . Is a cheap place comparing with others in South Miami so that’ s why I would give it an 7

Everything was great: the location, the hotel building, the room. Just one issue was the sounds of doors slamming at night. It would not be an issue if you go to bed past midnight, but in our case it kept us up.

Clean room, great location, air conditioning good temp, good shower pressure. beach chairs at Esteban’s great addition.

Excellent location and clean premises. Also, attentive service that replaced a malfunctioning coffee maker straight away (It is a self check-in / out property, but staff is always available at the other end of the line) Our room was on the ground floor and basically had no windows. As such, it felt a bit claustrophobic.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Sofi. The location is excellent, in a very central yet quiet and safe area, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and everything was well-organized and maintained. We truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the overall quality of the property. Thank you for your kind service and hospitality — we would definitely be happy to stay here again.

Customer service was not the greatest, no storage for suitcases, and were rude when I asked about it.

5 minute walk to beach

I would have preferred a shower head in the shower, not just a fixed one.

This was a wonderful place to stay post cruise. We even had a delayed flight and the hotel was very accommodating, extending a late checkout.. storing bags was a piece of cake and both people we dealt with at the front desk were very kind. Highly recommend. Restaurants, shopping and bars within walking distance along with the beach a few seconds away.

Nice clean, basic hotel. The rooms have everything you could need or want for a comfortable stay. The location is the best part of this hotel as it’s about 2 blocks away from the action of Miami Beach without the crowds and noise of the main area.

This is a wonderful spot, located in a quiet area with the best restaurants nearby. The staff was so kind to offer us a complimentary early check-in, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We stayed at Casa Sofi and really enjoyed the excellent location, very close to Ocean Drive and the beach — perfect for a nice and safe walk. The place was clean and cute, and the room had good facilities including a fridge and kitchen sink, which was very convenient. The staff was great and responded quickly when we asked to change the coffee machine and fix the hot water in the shower. It also offers a good price–location relationship. The coffee provided wasn’t the best, and the beds were a bit too soft and could have been more comfortable.

I also experienced an issue with the door, which did not lock properly despite using the passcode, which was concerning from a security standpoint. Additionally, I was charged for an extra day even though I informed the staff one day before arrival that my flight had been canceled due to severe weather conditions.

The property was in a great location. Close to beach, close to restaurants. We didn’t have any hot water for a shower and handwashing. I contacted their team to let them know and they did come and fix it. I also didn’t like that the entrance door didn’t have an extra lock on the inside (only the lock with the code).

Casa Sofi pays very close attention to detail. My room was amazingly clean and beds were tidy. The bathroom looks awesome and I love the shower design. I will definitely book again.

The rooms are newly remodeled and in perfect condition. You are only 3 short blocks to the beach and there are some great restaurants all within walking distance. Absolutely no need for a car! Loved it!

Great location and nice place, a great choice for the price. Communication and check it was very easy and staff was very accommodating on an early check in. The bed was very comfortable. The room needed some real drinking glasses and somewhere to get ice.

Recently renovated. It's got all you need - good value for price. I don't think there's any space to leave your suitcases for the check out - it would be very helpful to have.

I liked the location of the property, it is the best thing about the property. Felt a little small .. I could hear the person in the other room peeing.

No elevator. Walls too thin, could hear everything from adjacent room. Checkout is at 11:00am and at the exact time, cleaning personnel knocked at the door informing of checkout. We were slightly delayed and were done by 11:10. But it is not nice and feels like you’re being rushed with zero tolerance.

The water pressure in the shower was quite weak — not the pressure itself, but the shower head was very small, almost child-sized, and not very convenient. The bed/mattress was also not very comfortable. Additionally, while beach loungers were included in the price, the umbrella was not — using one on the beach required an extra $50, which felt overpriced.

There is no place to leave your luggage, we had to leave them to another hotel which was quite a distance away. It takes too long to get hot water in the shower.

The location, comfort, and cleanliness were very good. The only difficulty for us was the lack of luggage storage. In fact, there are large lockable cabinets at the entrance. If these cabinets were used for storing luggage, it would be a big plus for Casa Sofi.

The location was great right near the beach and a dog park. Hopefully future travels will bring me back here. Got to do some shopping near by during my stay. I love the adult friendly-only vibe. The room was comfortable and I loved the decor.

Stayed here for one night before a cruise and had a really great experience. The hotel looks new and everything felt super clean. Check-in was quick and easy and the staff was really responsive. But I was so far away from my other family members that I had to take the bus to the other side of downtown Miami so it wasn’t as close as I thought it would be to the port. Still, the room itself was good.

After arriving I went to restroom, the toilet wouldn’t flush. We got the attention of a cleaner on site because there was no front desk. The cleaning lady attempted to clear a clog which was non existent. It was clearly a pressure issue. She left the plunger and told us to use the restroom “lightly”. Not sure if you’ve ever had Cuban food in Miami, but a restroom in general shouldn’t have to be used lightly. Needless to say, we had to use the restroom again and after three calls they sent another gentleman to clear the “clog”. Mind you, he wasn’t a cleaner so he left all the toilet water on the bathroom floor and walked it out of the room so we had to clean after him. We requested to change rooms and were told that all of south beach is like this because of the water pressure. Which I know is false b/c this isn’t our first rodeo in South Beach! So we had to use the restroom at restaurants and other places. That’s just the tip of the iceberg, when we attempted to shower, we found hair from a previous guest. My wife is strawberry blonde and the hair in the photo is clearly a brunette. The tv doesn’t play any channels, you can only watch YouTube or risk getting your account info stolen by logging into their “smart” tv. The walls are not insulated. I could not sleep more than 1 hours off and on without hearing the guest across us either watch tv, fight, make love or just have loud drunken rants. You can hear a pin drop.

I would advise anyone who is deciding to stay o. Miami beach please check with facility about parking preparations. This hotel is physically in the middle of a residential area. My husband and i drive around 2 hrs for parking, residents warned of cars being pulled if your not permitted to park. There is also paid parking spots on the street if you can find one. We found a paid parking lot a block away from the hotel, that was fortunate. 35dollars a night the attendant gave my husband a deal. We visted for 3days the stay was comfortable and quiet. This a hotel/ resident building is in walking distance to restaurants and social life. It is very secure which i really like and I felt safe walking the streets even at night coming from supper. Besides the parking the trip was good.

The only option is cooling which is neither necessary nor appealing when outside is already cool (70). You have to run the shower for 5 minutes until it gets warm. Bathroom never gets dry even if you run the ventilation all the time because there is no air flow. We also found long black hair on the bed and in the bathroom (we both have short and blonde hair). TV wasn't working and we had to report it 3 times. No onsite or valet parking. Otherwise location is great, contactless and keyless check in is great too.

We liked the proximity to the beach/convenience stores and the responsiveness of the staff to our requests. We did not like the difficulties we had with parking our vehicle. The suggested lot was full for the majority of the day as well as the streets surrounding our property.

Our AC didn't work and we were told maintenance would be notified and someone would take a look. No one ever came so we stayed in an 80° room that was impossible to get any sleep in.

Everything was great. We are very sensitive to fragrances and the hallways had a lot of strong fragrance but it did not seem to flow into the hotel room, which we were very concerned about. Very attentive and communicative manager.

There isn’t a elevator and the stairs are narrow so plan accordingly. The wall between the units are very thin you can hear the tv, normal conversations, the door unlocking etc… no privacy when it comes to noise.

The walls and doors are extremely thin; entire conversations from neighboring rooms are audible word-for-word at any hour. The property is clean and the linens are clean. The rooms are tiny to the point that the square footage may be overstated.

The only improvement I’d suggest is adding more hooks or towel racks to dry swimsuits and beach towels, as it takes forever in that humidity. Overall it was a perfect stay, I’d definitely go back there.

Lovely and cute room.

The property was responsive and friendly. They included daily text messages to check in and handled our needs efficiently.

It was a great location, walking distance to the beach, South Point, shopping center that had Target, Ross and many other stores, restaurants and a calmer area than between 5th and 11th steer. It looked like a little studio apartment and had Netflix and 2 beach towels other that the bathroom towels, I love the convenience of not having a key .

Room was ver clean. Just right for two people

The property is new, well kept, easy to access and the staff is very helpful. Just know that you will not have your room serviced every day and that the only option for an ironing board is a mini-iron, which is basically useless.

I can tell that whatever everyone said about this hotel is absolutely true. This hotel by itself is very clean and comfortable bed but the management is very poor. They never answer. So my opinion is this hotel is good enough if you can take care of ur self. I mean bring ur needs with u Bcz u r not gonna get any help or need from this management

Nice, quiet and clean neighborhood. The location is very close to south pointe beach and the water is very clean. Had a great stay.

Central location to many restaurants, 5mins to the beach, not the best sound proof, but overall, very beautiful modern and clean property and room.

No staff was frustrating Wifi was out due to at&t but fixed
