Dirty, No service for towels, no trash pickup. We stayed for 5 days they did not specify construction was going on very inconvenient I will never stay here again

They provide two wore out towels and two chairs with no umbrella for the beach day, This place is in the Argentine community so you 'll enjoy Argentine food. The room has rusty parts on the ceiling where the tubes are covered with white pain. the beds had white sheets with stains. They gave us a room that smells, mold. We requested change rooms and they gave us another room where the air condition was refreshing up the room. The front desk was direct enough to say you get what you paid! which is that a professional service to give.

It was. Lise to the beach The smell. The toilet sis not flush. The sheets had stains on them and the place wasn’t well kept carpet though out the place was nasty

It’s disgusting. I left the place as soon as I saw our room. I think you don’t have a right to be open for a people…. I need my money back… Im still waiting on my refund…

Location Not clean, staff took too long, rooms were not ready by 4 pm. Very outdated, even red roof has a better chance of getting better scores.

The room was filthy. Beds full of hairs. Mattresses without protectors. Stains. The bathroom smelled of cockroach pesticides. Pretty sure there were bed bugs, my 8-year-old laid down for 20 minutes and ended up with several bites across her legs. When I complained and requested proof of my check in and out times, my request was refused by the supervisor who was bothered and angry staff called her at midnight. She literally yelled at me, "you don't understand anything, I'm not going to help you!". She was mad and tired? Me and my kids came from a 6-hour flight and my kids were falling asleep and dragging her feet when we got to the hotel, which by the way is impossible to know how to get to. First you park by the library where homeless people are yelling at each other and it's dark, leaving you feeling super unsafe, and then it starts the game of how the heck you access the hotel which has a construction fence all around and entrances are blocked. It was a NIGHTMARE... Avoid at all costs. I'm telling you. It's not worth it. Run.

It’s clean and right on the beach, with beach access. Close and walkable to all the restaurants. I booked a balcony room for 3 nights, but they apparently overbooked it, so we didn’t get the balcony room for the first night.

Loved being on the beach. Nice boardwalk in front of the hotel We had two rooms. The hotel itself is beautiful but I felt like our rooms were built in the 1800s. The room my friend and I stayed in had a huge stain on the sheet of one of the beds. When it was time to sleep my friend lifted up the sheet and the whole side of the sheet on the side closest to the other bad had stains that looked very fresh. It was gross. Our toilet got plugged and the maintenance man said we weren’t supposed to put toilet paper in the toilet. So we didn’t put toilet paper in it anymore and it still didn’t flush. No phone to call the front desk was very strange.

The view from our room on the 6th floor was great ! The location was not ideal, a rough crowd for our first time in Miami. The pictures when booking looked nothing like the room we stayed in.

I like how it was in a great area!! Trolly is right there and good food spots to get last minute items and next to the beach This property is very old and rooms don’t have no coffee or anything for the guest.. elevator is terrible

The location is great There is 1 small elevator that takes longer than walking up the 3 flights of stairs. The keys didn’t work and every time you have to go back to your room someone had to open it. I remember this hotel about 20 years ago and it was sad to see it so run down it is.

NOTHING..? I BOOKED IT FROM THE AIRPORT. WHEN WE GOT THERE, IT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS CLOSED. IT HAD CONSTRUCTION ALL AROUND IT AND IT SMELT LIKE A METH LAB.
