Location. Small quibble. The phone (hard line) in the roomwas not working and perhaps the shades might be a little bit darker.

Very clean room and amazing amenities The view is wow Water bottles in the room and coffee machine What I didn’t like was the person at front desk for check in (unwelcoming and sarcastic)

No food! Yes, there was a breakfast at a specified time, but as I checked in around midnight, there wasn't even water to buy and I was told to walk a couple of blocks down the road to get food from a bar.

El hotel está en una muy buena ubicación ya necesita una remodelada en los cuartos

Great location and views from Balcony Nothing

I was looking for something to relax on my last day away from the congestion. this was perfectly located near shops, restaurants, the marina and Biscayne key for beaches. I have back issues from terrible beds but this one was great. Very quiet. A storm rolled thru amd didn't even here it. Small View was nice. Was supppse to be bay view and yes I got it but it was a tiny glass door that led to a shared balcony that was closed off by canvas so only a standing room spot that also closed off the view

An upper floor room well-tucked in for a restful evening and a fresh bout of fresh air on the balcony in the early morning. Situated in a neighborhood that rises early and provides an animated setting for morning and evening walks as well as dining experiences. Welcoming staff both in the early evening and morning.

Everything was good but my room smelled like smoke, I called the front desk and noone came.

The room was fine Felt a bit like a jail cell the staff was rude and unhelpful/unaccommodating. Overall unfriendly and would not go back.

Excellent location and within walking distance to the waterfront where we were attending the Montreaux Jazz Festival Miami. Coconut Grove had so many shops and restaurants we never had to drive anywhere to find excellent dining and coffee shops. Check in was slow and they could have used more front desk staff. Otherwise, the hotel was lovely and just what we needed for our long weekend stay to celebrate our 40th anniversary.
- 4/5
Location was outstanding and the view was beautiful. Staff at the front desk was wonderful. Check on the little things. Safe in the room was not working.

Pool area is pretty run down but could be amazing with a great view of the bay. More chairs, better management of folks holding chairs which were obviously not being used. Still recommend but they need to enforce standards (appears rooms may be privately owned) and invest in the pool area up keep/repairs. Im still giving it a good rating and would recommend despite the relative downsides.
- 5/5
Great location - walkable waterfront to restaurants, cafes and shops.
- 5/5
Our room was comfortable. The hotel is walking distance to many restaurants and also the waterfront.

It was a great experience.

Our bathroon was locked from the inside on arrival. No soap at sink and the shower was ankle deep in 5 minutes. Nice little coffee maket, but no cups and the pods were not labelled. Response to correct these errors was very slow.
- 5/5
Jenny at the front desk was amazing and so helpful. Her kindness is what you expect when checking into a hotel like this.
- 5/5
The staff is sometimes slow to respond to request or there is no response at all. I would’ve liked to have had laundry facilities there, but that was not offered.
- 5/5
The ladies at the front desk who worked on 3/28 who checked me out at 130Pm were super nice and helped me out when I had some unfortunate problems come upon me
- 4/5
Overall Room is fine. Working table was sticky. Toilet seat was moving. Breakfast is average.
- 3/5
Room was clean , was a good location for an overnight stay … price was not what room was worth though
- 5/5
The room was amazing. We had a king bed with a pullout sofa, full kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms. Living/dining area, and a wrap around balcony with 3 sliders. Great view and very comfortable.
- 5/5
Great location. Big suites. No restaurant and outdated decor. Overall I would stay here again though.
- 5/5
Everything was lovely
- 5/5
Hotel and location is great. Asked multiple times for extra wash cloths and didn’t receive them
- 3/5
; el servicio al cliente alfrente fue una experiencia muy mala no estaban capasitada para servir al cliente.

The room was not clean and neglected. Needed uplift, tiles was broken rusty equipment, kitchen need care
- 4/5
Very nice
- 3/5
The apartment above us was being remodeled and no one seemed to care about the noise and how we felt about it . Not going to start here again
- 5/5
Location and spectacular view of harbor.
- 1/5
Not worth it for the price the only clean place is the lobby I even heard other guests requesting to change rooms due to the cleanliness they do pick up your room in the morning and change your towels but that’s about it there’s dust and even mold all over not great customer service at the reception and some of the valet crew horrible manners even cursing not all of them but a couple of them should be thought how to treat people I also had on my reservation a free bottle of wine which I never saw I can’t talk about the pool or the bar because it was extra small and when I went there was no space not even to buy a drink the location is great there are plenty of restaurants near by but I wouldn’t recommend to stay here not until they fix all their issues and if that happen they probably doble the price
- 4/5
clean and comfortable
- 4/5
Great room for myself, husband and two young children with a fully working kitchen, big bathroom, washing machine and balcony. The hotel is located right across from the park which was great for the kids and in a great central location in Coconut Grove. Pool was also a hit with the kids. This was our second time staying and would stay agsin.
- 3/5
Bar at the pool was a nice touch & the pool area was quiet & relaxing. Just not worth the $ but I was desperate for a room during a busy time in Miami.
- 2/5
One of the front desk girls was extremely rude. Very poor attitude and zero customer service oriented.
- 5/5
Great location close to everything Coconut Grove. Friendly staff. Very nice.
- 5/5
some concrete work otherwise was nice.
- 3/5
Your front desk staff was very rude to us. Your check in time is not accommodating for guests, and your restaurant was closed but not advertised it’s closed on mondays. Overall very bad stay for my money I wish I was refunded and never stayed
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Clean, convenient and in a great neighborhood. Staff accommodating.
- 2/5
Great location in Coconut Grove near many good restaurant options. The problem with this hotel is the front desk staff. Terrible treatment of customers. Only one person working during check in / check out. There was a line of 15 to check out. Tried to gently ask the person at the desk if anyone could help and she snapped at me that she "was alone" as though it were my fault (meanwhile there was what seemed to be a manager in the office nearby who did not jump in to help). She refused to print me a receipt saying it was through Expedia. I always book through Expedia and no hotel has ever denied me a receipt. Particularly since I needed the receipt for the incidentals which is directly with hotel. Overall very unprofessional front desk staff. Loved the hotel, it's unfortunate that they don't have a better trained and more customer friendly front desk staff.
- 5/5
Perfect hotel and location
- 4/5
Room was clean and well provisioned. This is a nice hotel that has been nicely renovated but you can tell it’s an older facility in some spots. But overall it is very comfortable.
- 4/5
view was great
- 4/5
I enjoyed my stay at the Arya Hotel. Really loved the pool and the views. Please remind your front desk staff NOT to mention the guest room number out loud at check-in, especially for a woman travelling alone. Better to just point to the room number on the key holder. Another nice touch would be to explain that a key is needed in the elevator to reach the guestroom floor. Thank you.
- 5/5
Location great
- 5/5
nice room and great location. recommend!
- 4/5
Clean room
- 5/5
We love the view (we had a bay view).
- 4/5
There was confusion on check in with the parking since there was a valet attendant out in front. There were no towels left at the pool
- 3/5
Great location. No hot water. The check-in process was not ideal.
- 2/5
The room had furniture that was old and scratched. The kitchenette was dated and bathroom didnt have a counter, sink literally hung from the wall. It was a room that was for a disabled person. No mirror in bedroom. Was charged for 2 nights of overnight parking and only stayed 1 night.
- 3/5
Dated and didn’t get free bottle of wine
- 1/5
Our flight got in early and we asked if we can check in early but we were told to check back at 12 noon and when we did they stated that check in time is 4 pm and that we have to come back. As we were leaving at 2:33 pm, another white gentleman came in and he was checked in and when we inquired as to why he was able to check in, they claim he had a different type of room but we were never asked if we would like a different type of room. Needless to say I will never stay at this property again. The staff were unfriendly and rude in their approach. The Only good thing there was their valet who were very friendly and courteous.
- 3/5
When we checked in we were greeted by such a lovely aroma only to get checked into a room that smelled like feet. Asked for a late check out and was denied. I get it. Asked for a hospitality suite to park our luggage while we find breakfast and was told they didn’t have one. Those little things matter.
- 2/5
Great location I found a cockroach in the unit, as well as hair in the bathtub and tiny hairs on the bed. These conditions are completely unacceptable after paying this amount of money.
- 5/5
We rented out three places, Bayview with a kitchen and a balcony, and we loved it! The only disappointment was that we requested that the three of us be close our at least on the same floor because the three of us are elderly. They said they would do the their best and really indicated they probably could make that happen but it didn’t and we were disappointed. We were on three separate floors the ninth the 12th and the 14th, so it was really hard for all of us to get together and have a drink together in one of the rooms or whatever. That was the only negative.
- 4/5
Nice clean room
- 4/5
Room was a dated noticed that other rooms were renovated and those rooms were given to guest not booking through a third party like Expedia. Hotel is beautiful otherwise… great location for tasty restaurants, events, and airport !
- 5/5
great location great food
- 2/5
The room was dirty and run down. Everything in the bathroom was rusty and moldy due to the broken fan. We had to call housekeeping daily to make up the room even as late as 4:30pm. The valet did not help with bags so you had to carry them up 5 stairs. They did not answer the phone so you had to go to the valet counter then wait for the car. One particular valet just scrolled on his phone and never looked up to see when cars were in the driveway. You had to go get him. The pool view was beautiful but the deck itself was messy and never picked up. The pool monitor just sat in the corner and did nothing. Very poor experience except the location was great. When we were leaving the valet did not load our backpack in the car and when we called an hour later, it was gone. I will never stay there again.
- 5/5
Room was great staff was great very nice location and pool
- 3/5
The staff at the front desk was not as helpful as at other hotels. The fire alarm went off, and we were on the 11th floor, with no notice of what was going on. I was not good once the elevators stopped working too.
- 4/5
Everything was good as expected
- 3/5
The room, notably the bathroom, needs updating.
- 5/5
The coffee machine in the lobby with morning complementary coffee is awesome!
- 4/5
Perfect location and great pool deck. Appreciated having a kitchen.
- 5/5
The room is clean and spacious enough. I have been staying in this hotel three times in the past four months. This time I feel the best even the environment smells good.
- 5/5
Good rate, nice hotel, location
- 5/5
Close to everything.
- 3/5
The room was ok but the front desk was not very helpful
- 3/5
Disappointing room as it seemed overprice for what you get. Bathroom over sized and space should be given to room. TV box kept falling.
- 4/5
The stay was honestly almost perfect. The room was nice and had anobscenly large bathtub. My one complaint is about the check in experience. The reservation said we had 3PM check in time, we arrived a little early at 2:30 and were told check in time was at 4PM despite what the reservation said. I asked the person behind the front desk to call me if the room would be ready early and she said that it would be a $50 fee. We came back at 4PM and a different person behind the counter said that the room still wasn't ready and it would be 5PM. The new person offered us free parking in exchange for the waiting time which was really nice and night and day from the first person we dealt with.
- 1/5
This is the first review of this property. First of all, they no longer allow self parking. Must pay $38 day for valet in addition to tipping. They then, add all these fees on top of the hotel charge. Lastly, don’t wake up after 8:30 am or else there won’t be hot water for a shower. The place is a total disappointment. It’s like a bait and switch with the fees. Will NEVER stay here again.

Great location. Very clean. Accessible to many nearby shops and restaurants.

WE ALSO ASKED FOR WATERS AND THEY COMPTED THEM FOR US AFTER A LONG NIGHT AT A FAMILY WEDDING. ENJOYED OUR STAY VERY MUCH.

Nice hotel. Excellent staff. But rooms need renovations.
- 3/5
Room was clean , balcony are veryyyyy small, room are very small . Be sure to book the Airbnb side because if u book a room for the hotel you will be paying a daily parking rate of $40 per day at the hotel or hourly parking
- 5/5
Nice place
- 3/5
Great location but unfortunately it’s an old building that is dated and needs some TLC. Fine for a night.

- 5/5
Very nice place and the front desk offered exceptional service.
- 1/5
The hotel does not regularly change the batteries in its fire alarms. In my room, the battery began screening “low battery” at 3:45AM. It woke me up and was so loud, it was impossible to sleep. I went to the front desk at 4AM to complain. They did not offer me a refund or anything other than a new room. I agreed to the new room but then they said I could only have that new room if I fully packed up my original room with the screeching alarm at 4AM first. So I went and fully packed up and moved to the new room. HORRIBLE!
- 4/5
Nice room
- 4/5
Very clean. Nice hotel for the price I paid.
- 5/5
The front desk, restaurant services and valet all outstanding.
- 3/5
balcony view was not very good and the check-in process was slow.
- 5/5
awesome place, highly recommended
- 3/5
There is no complimentary coffee in the morning as most hotels do. Also. No water offered to guests. . Not worthy of the price I paid!
- 4/5
The room was in great condition, staff was also very helpful and always available. The only upsetting thing was the fact that we actually didn’t have water for a couple of hours due to the construction going on around the hotel, but there were enough things around that we could walk to and grab drinks and food.
- 5/5
Very nice place ! Staff very cool !
- 5/5
Excellent hotel. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff.
- 5/5
Great location. Comfortable bed. Got a nice upgrade. Friendly staff.
- 4/5
Hotel was immaculate the rooms where clean the been was comfy.. The only concern I had was that there wasn't a ramp for ADA accessibility and that the restaurant was only open for breakfast and wasn't open at night. There then that it was a very cute neighborhood. But food is on the $$ side.
- 5/5
Was perfect
- 5/5
Most wonderful staff! Always my place to stay when I’m down here. Thanks to the entire front desk staff for being excellent at what they do!!
- 3/5
Rooms could be better maintained
- 3/5
Too much noise early in the AM . Nothing special in the room. Very old furniture in the room.
- 4/5
Service of the staff was excellent. Construction was ongoing through my stay but could not hear it from my room.
- 5/5
Great section of Miami to stay, close to boutique restaurants/shops a large park the marina and over looked the ocean. Room bed and bedding was the most comfortable that we had on the trip. The 8th floor pool deck had a great view, accommodated good swimming, sun bathing and relaxation. Staff was friendly and quick in attendance to service. Couldn't say more about the property and staff.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Unbeatable value for money in one of the most coveted neighborhoods in Miami.
- 4/5
The property is really nice. The pool and jacuzzi were the highlight for us. It was perfect for us to go to between South Beach party life and then go back to our hotel for peace and relax. They do have refrigerators in every room but NO MICROWAVE. They don’t have a public microwave either to warm up your leftovers. I didn’t like that at all which forces you spend money for every single meal. We rented a car and parking every night is 50 bucks with taxes and fees. They try to say 39+ on their sign but that doesn’t include the fees after. They claim the parking is valet only and doesn’t allow self park. That is a lie too because the valet doesn’t work after a certain time and no valet until 7am. They really should put the full price on their website and description before booking. The hours for the pool and jacuzzi are sunrise and sunset. It does get annoying to have to use your room key on the elevator just to go from floor to floor. They should change that for real. You can’t get in the room without it so why do we need it on the elevator. The ice machine is only one 1 floor which is 8th. Keep that mind if you continuously want to keep getting it. We were on the 11th floor. The area is walkable to food, mini mall nearby, and shopping. The area is pricey so try to eat during 4-7 in which all the stores have happy hour deals/specials.
- 4/5
Everything about the hotel was great except for the parking. The hotel do have a parking garage but they charge 39.00 a night. Oh expedia it said 39.00 for v
- 5/5
I loved the property but 2 hours to check in and no accommodations. But overall nice place!
- 5/5
Walkable to great shops and restaurants. Very convenient!
- 5/5
Will visit again
- 5/5
Friendly and clean
- 5/5
It was very neat
- 3/5
Everything was great until we went to check out and the front desk person was extremely dismissive. Her Phone felt like the priority over us.
- 3/5
Overall nice hotel parking inconvenient you either pay a parking garage which is expensive or you pay for valet which is like $40 per night. We asked for service for our room to be cleaned came back like 4 hrs later never got cleaned. Overall the staff was very kind and polite the hotel is in a good spot plenty of places to walk around too. Another thing is they said they had a rooftop bar which was “under construction” overall decent stay but not the best.
- 4/5
Only valet parking
- 5/5
Nice hotel will definitely be back. everything was great.
- 3/5
The staff took way too long to get out stuff for the room we had to call several times . There was also a discrepancy with the valet which was resolved. What upset me most was the elevator , the power went out mid elevator reaching the 15 floor. It shook twice and power went out I was terrified ! We called it in but nothing was done .
- 4/5
It was nice. We would stay there again.
- 5/5
Very welcoming & helpful staff and walking distance from great restaurants & parks
- 5/5
Perfect spot in coconut grove. Great value. Great views!
- 4/5
Expensive parking. It would be nice to have free coffee in the lobby. For the high rates, it would be nice. I stay there alot, it would be nice to have it acknowledged…
- 5/5
Great view and location!
- 5/5
It was good all around
- 5/5
My weekend stay was very relaxing, and I enjoyed the hotel very much, especially the pool area.
- 3/5
My main issues about the property was the parking. The fact that it was $39 a night, but that wasn't my main issue. They only had one person working the valet parking each day and night. At busy time you had to wait just to have them get pick up the car or drop off. Besides that I enjoy the my stay there.
- 5/5
Great area!
- 5/5
The hotel was close to food for dinner and lunch spots. I would recommend if your looking for great spots to eat. 30 min from Miami beach and 30 min from the airport.
- 5/5
The best ever
- 5/5
The staff very nice very clean place
- 5/5
Everything
- 5/5
LOVED our stay. My son has celiac, so the mini kitchen in the room was perfect. There is a little grocery store down the road with options, and a sprouts nearby. Felt like a safe neighborhood. Very pretty location. Construction noise starting at about 7:30 on weekday mornings, but it was from a nearby building not the hotel itself. Completely out of their control. Very quiet at night. We had a great stay!
- 4/5
This was hotel number 4 on a college tour trip. Room was the smallest of all the hotel rooms. Disappointed with the room needed to have our open luggage. Other than that, everything was okay.
- 2/5
Extremely difficult to reach front desk to ask about early check in (by 40 minutes). Valet driver was incredibly condescending Hotel hallway carpet smelled of urine and carpet inside hotel room was fraying pretty badly Hotel charged for fees not disclosed by Hotels.com, and 'mistakenly' charged for two overnight parking fees which I'm now trying to correct with the hotel.
- 5/5
Great location!
- 1/5
Horrible experience. The air conditioning in our room stopped working and it was confirmed by a maintenance person that it was broken. And then the front desk said they had no rooms available to change our room. Also the manager is no where in sight. Only to be contacted via email. No contact phone number was provided to me. Hopefully I can get a refund for the inconvenience. I do not recommend staying here. Bad management. AND the valet service is horrible too. They take forever to bring you your car for what they charge which is expensive.
- 2/5
The roof started leaking and the air stopped working.
- 5/5
Pleasant
- 5/5
We were very impressed with the quality for the price. Affordable luxury! Great location!
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
It was perfect
- 5/5
Espectacular lugar
- 5/5
Good freshening smell from the moment you walk in, friendly service, good area. Offered to hold my bags while I wait by the pool an hour before my room was ready. The buffet breakfast was only like $19. Would recommend and stay again!!!
- 5/5
Everything was enjoyable
- 5/5
Have stayed many times, always is a great experience
- 3/5
certain service was indeed has room for improvement. the establishment failed to provide supplies like fresh towels even after repeat requests.
- 4/5
Great location with lots of dining options around. Housekeeping was not the greatest - every other day and not everything was replenished- also did not speak or understand English. Noisy at the weekend due to other guests partying and fabric barrier between balconies rattling when windy.
- 5/5
The Best Hotel for vacations! I'm recommend
- 3/5
Ok en terminos generales la habitacion no es bonita, refrigerador viejo y sucio. Nada impresionante realmente
- 5/5
Beautiful inside out
- 3/5
Clean rooms but with no toilet inside the room. Great location at great price
- 1/5
Rude front desk and manager. We did not get the room we reserved and were given an inferior room.
- 4/5
Fantastic location in the heart of coconut grove! Renovated lobby and rooms that are clean and comfortable. No restaurant except for breakfast buffet on the pool level. However there are tons of fantastic restaurants very close to the hotel all around the neighborhood. Great place to stay in coconut grove at a very reasonable price!
- 5/5
Hotel is in a very convenient location, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars and entertainment! Hotel room is very clean kinda dated kitchen with old appliances and cabinets but I was impressed on how clean it was! Balcony was great too!!
- 5/5
Great hotel!
- 5/5
My go-to for trips to Miami is this hotel. This property is clean, the staff are pleasant and the location is lovely as well
- 3/5
No phones to contact front desk No bar/restaurant
- 4/5
This is our go to hotel. Location is excellent.
- 1/5
Will never go back.
- 5/5
Amazing per usual! There’s a bunch of restaurants around the area and shops. Gustavo Nunez was very helpful when we checked in!
- 1/5
Double charged
- 2/5
The room had a funny smell and service was not done
- 5/5
when we walked in their TV is not working the room is darker. We call and report that the TV is not working. as though it was our falt they charged us extera $30 per night for changing the room. I don't think that is the kind of service I excpect
- 5/5
Check in girl was AWESOME!
- 4/5
Nice tooms, good views
- 1/5
Room smelled of mildew. And they charge a deposit.
- 5/5
Walking distance to great food and parks
- 5/5
Visit was fine and staff friendly & helpful
- 3/5
Nice hotel! Stayed a couple nights before a cruise. On the downside had no cleaning service and would not do the breakfast buffet there. Most of the hot items were lukewarm if that. They did make more eggs and potatoes for us and bacon that was out but can find better in the neighborhood for the price
- 5/5
The staff here - front desk/concierge are incredibly friendly and helpful - so refreshing! Top notch customer service. Room is spacious and very clean. Will definitely return!
- 5/5
Good property and good area

Very clean, nice staff. The room was a little dissapointing for the price. Flourescent lighting, utilitarian, felt like an upgraded Holiday Inn.

Everything was great about my stay from the size of the room, the view, the location, etc. The only criticism is the bathroom. It needs to be updated, particularly the shower head has to be replaced - it was a sputtering disappointment.

The cocunut grove area was wonderfull and found the night life and local restaurants fantastic. Forget people watching , as you will find yourself watching all the well behaved dogs in the area. The rooms were clean and the pool was amazing , dont miss out on the great breakfast served at the restaurant on site for a small cost. Well worth it. We would stay again if in the area.

Great hotel! Great area!

K Breakfast was very good with excellent service. The swimming pool was wonderful with beautiful views from the 8th floor. Could be crowded at peak hours. Lovely sunset views. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen well equipped for a hotel guest. Quiet generally with occasional noisy vehicle on street. Walkable. Delicious dining nearby. Lots of shops too.

The one person who was outstanding was Gustavo ? at the Reception assisting with left luggage etc

Likes - some of the staff especially Gustavo Nunez in the Reception and bag storage area were extremely helpful.

The property is an amazing spot for getting to know more about Coconut Grove and all its dining and outdoor options.

Very nice stay, walking distance from everything, excellent help at the desk, friendly and welcoming.

It's a nice place to stay to get away. The cleaning products can be a bit overpowering in scent but nice to see them cleaning

great location to the grove and sailing clubs for events, the studio and suite configuration makes it a cost effective solution

Was there for a wedding that started at 4. Was promised a room by 2:45. The room was not ready until 3:21. Went down to the lobby to purchase water and there was no water for sale. The front desk associate was incredibly rude and told me to walk down the street to the pharmacy if I needed water.

Ordered three rooms for three people for three days. Two of the rooms were correct. My room was not the right category. The lady said for me to come back down the next day and she would move me. I packed my bags and got everything to go and went down to the lobby the next day and they refused to upgrade it. Both people at the front desk were very rude and had no interest in helping. Also, they charged the full resort fee, even though they are remodeling the bar and it was closed. Overall the hotel is getting very old and dated. We definitely try a different one next time.

Comfortable spacious room. Great view. Quick check in. Only issue was elevators were limited and backed up.

Right in the center of Coconut Grove, walkable distance to all amenities. Very clean and confortable. Excellent personnel service. Highly recomended fir families.

Difficult to get luggage in and out. Need in room amenities such as water, coffee.

The door handle for the bathroom was falling off, the toilet would not flush properly and water kept running, bathroom cabinet was delaminating, and hand in the shower wa very loose.

Everything about my experience in this hotel was amazing. The only thing that is a downside is that there are many stairs, but other than that, there are no complaints.

Rude staff. From the moment we got there the gentleman at the front desk did not let us check into our room as it was being cleaned for over an hour. Asked to check out two hours after check-in as I was extremely disappointed with the property, but was denied refund.

Very nice, clean simple hotel, in a fantastic location walking distance from shops and restaurants

What is advertised is not what the hotel looks like in reality. Phone in room did not work. However, it offered great balcony views.

I loved this hotel. It was very clean. The hotel was also decorated beautifully for Christmas. I also loved that it was located right in the center of all the shopping and dinning. We took a walk in the morning to get coffee at Panther coffee and it was great! Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Unit I I stayed in was a bit dated. This is apparently a condo unit turned partial hotel. There is no Ev parking on site or win a reasonable distance. Valet will not allow you to charge at front of hotel. Nearest fast charger was 4 miles away which is almost 30 minute drive in Miami. Restaurant and bar is closed staff suggested it wouldn’t reopen. Overall nice stay and very walkable. Did expect more late evening food options available. After 11 you are stuck with pizza place a few doors up.
