    I love the chicken and waffle at breakfast. The pool and pool area was clean. Daily pool towels provided. The food and drinks at the rooftop bar were great. The room was clean and spacious. Bed sheets and bathroom towels changed daily. Friendly staff in the entire hotel. Fast check in and check out. The hotel gives an $15 daily dredit you can apply towards food or the bar. Quick cab to nice bars and 15 min cab ride to the beach. 20 cab ride to the MIA airport. I will definitely return to this hotel.

    Easy walking to to multiple shops and restaurants. Good location for value if you’re looking to stay in Wynwood or Art District. Very friendly staff. Accommodating to pets, clean and smells lovely. Parking was pricey if you have a car.

    Location was close to a lot of shops I have stayed in a lot of AC hotels in different states. This was by far the worst . The bath towels and bedsheet had hair on them . It made me uncomfortable seeing other peoples hair on the towels .

    Very nice pool at the rooftop! Always open, warm water, nice views. We could have some relax after returning late evening from the city. Also very good breakfast - among the best we had in US hotels on this trip. Fruits, yoghurt, you can order nice toasts etc. Quite good location - easy to drive to the hotel from highway and then easy to get to Miami Beach. Nearby parking is 35 USD per day - expensive but very convenient indeed. The hotel charges additional 30 USD per day as "destination fee" whatever they pretend it to serve... (you get free tickets to graffiti museum and as far as I remember some hours on bike for exploring the city). Staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and interested in guests! Apart from one younger guy, the others we faced were focused on themselves and their approach was not too pleasant. Staff in the restaurant area was very friendly, contrasting with the reception. Last, we had problem drying our clothes - no possibility to open window, no balcony etc. It was very humid inside all the time.

    I thought the hotel was a great value given the price and location. The hotel had a nice pool with a bar i enjoyed as well as a small gym. i had a large well appointed corner room which had a nice bathroom. The room was very clean and contemporary. I would definitely stay here again if i was wanting to be in the design district.

    I chose this hotel specifically because breakfast was included, but in the end, every morning we were required to pay an additional 18% tip on top of the price already paid. This was never mentioned at any point during the booking process, which I find misleading. We had reserved a room for four people, yet every day there were only two sets of towels provided. Each evening, when we returned to the hotel around 10–11 PM, we had to go back to the front desk to request extra towels. This was very inconvenient and should not be necessary for a reservation clearly made for four guests. On the first day of our arrival, two sets of towels were already missing, and despite informing the front desk, I never received them. Additionally, there was a large clump of hair next to the bed. I reported this issue to reception, and they told me someone would come to clean it. After waiting four hours with no action taken, I ended up cleaning it myself. Overall, I am very disappointed with the level of service provided.

    Pool could be really nice but chairs aren’t the best and some cushions actually looked dirty or moldy. At 11am in morning, empty beer cans just sitting in side on pool (from night before I assume) Employees were all very nice & helpful. Bar service in evenings was impressive with how busy they were.

    It was close to the airport and cruise port. We arrived late and the front desk staff was very helpful in getting us an Uber and into our room right away. The beds were super comfortable! There was a Q-tip on the ground in the bathroom and some dirt in the corner. Could be cleaner!

    food was good but cost was extraordinary. the light on the thermostat was too bright but i could tell how warm the room was each time I tossed or turned. slept great (finally )after tuning out loud traffic and car alarm sounds. Having grandchildren in the hotel room with a shower of that nature was problematic for modesty. no bathroom "lock" with the barn door or recessed door. no tub to bathe them in. the whole cost of the stay for one night (less than 12 hours) was over $1000 for the two rooms. that is enough for another cabin for 7 days on the cruise ship. much higher than quoted and not exceptionally better than my preferred hotel.

The morning views from the roof with coffee were amazing, and it’s a much better space than the Miami Beach location. The WiFi was spotty around the hotel, especially in the room. I tried in the lobby and the roof with similar results.

    Our first night we were in a room over the big main street right above the sidewalk. An extremely noisy room. Loud traffic all night. If you're going to stay here and you hope for a quiet room you need to get one on the back side. They also failed to service our room on our second night there though we were out of the room all afternoon. Also in both rooms that we had the mattresses are completely worn out. Sagging in the middle. The betting was okay sheets etc. And the building looks like it's been freshly remodeled and it's attractive. But the neighborhood is extremely noisy with four and five lame freeway style traffic roaring and every direction. Seems to be the only hotel in this specific area where we wanted to be near some friends who live in Miami. But I would not call this a four-star hotel and I would not recommend it otherwise.

    My family suffered from what seems to be bed bug or flea after staying at this hotel. The reception didn’t call the police and no security guard was there to control the situation. The woman was dragged all the way across the lobby and out the hotel by this screaming man. And then, there was a crazy lady cut in front of me start telling me that she can speak Japanese out of no where while I was getting checked in. I do not recommend this hotel at all and question how this place got 9 stars with this quality and services.

    Celebrated my Birthday at AC Hotel Miami Wynwood. It was a solo trip, The whole Staff (Anya, Fyannah, Randy, Andrew, Yusi) so many names I forgot to mention went above and to make my birthday very special. I would recommend staying at this hotel. My room was clean, shower head was amazing. I had a great view to the city from my room as well. The rooftop bar and views from the roof were beautiful. Definitely will be back to stay here when I travel to Miami.

    This was my second stay at this hotel. I stayed here two years ago and had no complaints. This hotel is nice with excellent amenities and staff. The only thing that tampered with our stay was the initial check in counter worker. She was extremely rude to me when i was trying to check in rolling her eyes and with attitude. I let it go because we had just gotten there and i didnt want to ruin the stay. Then my friend went down the next day without me and she had a nasty attitude with her too. Finally on the last day the 3rd person staying in the room went down to check out because thats how uncomfortable she made us that we didnt want to interact with her again and she had a nasty attitude with her as well. It was so uncomfortable to go up to the counter and ask questions when she was there when she had an attitude with every single person in the room. Everyone else at the front desk was helpful and friendly but she definitely made the experience negative.

    In all honesty this was the perfect hotel to choose for our stay in Miami. It is central enough to be able to commute to different restaurants by car , uber or walking locally or in downtown miami but also on a nice quiet side of town so best of both worlds! The amenities were CLEAN and everything looked very well taken care of. The staff was polite and welcoming regardless of the time. I would certainly recommend this stay and will return. A gem in central Miami 10/10

    Room was clean. Location of the hotel is quite noisy; you could hear motorcycles outside throughout the night. You could also hear people talking in the hallway. Not sure what the added Destination Fee is for. McD’s, Target, Trader Joes, Starbucks and Walgreens all walking distance. For the price, I wouldn’t stay here again.

    Place is not as new as photos. The place can’t accommodate switching room. I am a member of Marriott and should receive complimentary early check in and upgrade but they promise me to switch and end up because I came back late and they didn’t switch it for me. Payment was calculated wrong and had to adjust it with the staff. Overall not worth it

    1. at check in they tell you there is a $30 destination fee per day that has to be paid, but that it can be applied as a $30 credit towards food and beverage. This makes you think that you either pay $30 a day or can buy food/beverage and the $30 applies to that and one just pay the difference of the $30 daily credit. That is not the case and highly misrepresented! You pay a daily $30 fee regardless of whether or not you get food. On top of that fee, if you get food and bev, they take up to $30 off. The way it’s represented is purposely unclear to get people to buy food and bevs at the hotel. When I raised this to the manager Alex he was quite rude and irritated and ultimately credited me back my daily parking fee which was the same as the daily resort fee. 2. The staff does not seem to know how the pool works. It was not heated the first day we got there (heated pool main reason we booked this hotel) and were told we have to request for heating to be turned on everyday. Yet when we call in the morning, the receptionist always seemed confused as to why we are calling with the request. I raised this to the manager Alex as well only for him to tell me that he did not see a record of this being raised with a supervisor

    We loved the hotel and the service we had from everyone! Only thing I’d note for others is that it’s a longer walk to areas like design district than it looks overhead due to a railroad affecting the routes to the closest shops/restaurants/etc. and I would say the walk across there may not be ideal later at night, but a great hotel regardless!
