    This charge was not related to any damages or misuse of the property. My concern is that these fees were never clearly disclosed beforehand. If I already paid all reservation fees, why am I being charged extra for basic hotel amenities? I believe guests should be informed of all mandatory charges before booking. Being surprised with a $200 fee at check-out was very disappointing and felt misleading.

    Bed was poor. Room was clean and serviced daily which was a plus. Balcony was tiny. Bellman was nice, others not so much. Gym was below average, with limited equipment, some that was not functional. Pool was average.

    The staff was rude, roaches in the room and refrigerator . I was charged an extra 400$ I was told 200 of it was for a room upgrade I never asked for and no one could figure out where the other 200 was for . I asked to speak with management and they wouldn’t let me speak with them however management called the front desk and over the phone they told me $700 + the $300 deposit equals $1200. They never tried to straighten it out or offer anything to help clarify where my other $200 went too . On top of that I paid a $230 deposit on hotels.com and they kept telling me that it declined when it already came out of my bank account. All in all I paid $1500 for a roach infested room and poor service . And about $450 that wasn’t supposed to be charged.

    Hallways are small, my room was small and the balcony was small. Based on location and other amenities the price is reasonable. Valet parking is extra if you plan to drive and the resort fees take care of the beach necessities. Didn’t try to the pool or sauna but it looked clean and maintained. I will say I enjoyed the shower. Good water pressure and temperature. Partial view is exactly how it sounds and the view of the bay is nice. Got good views of both sunset and sunrise from the room facing north. The only thing I would’ve changed was the bed. I’m tall and it was super low to the floor. Pillows kinda sucked. Overall had a great stay. staff was amazing and the hotel was clean. The hotel staff being friendly and welcoming was definitely what made up for the rest. Great staff.

    I don't mind paying extra however, to make me pay $45 a day to valet park without being able to park literally anywhere else it's highway robbery no matter where you go. Also, I like the room but I had to call twice to get someone to come up and clean my room after the assigned housekeeper came unannounced into my room while I was half naked asking to clean our room I told her to come back it was 3:30 when she came I left around 4:30 came back around 11:00 p.m. that night and the room was still not cleaned I had to wait till the next day to call and have someone come and clean my room. Also, and this may not be the fault of the resort but with all the mulch and dirt on the beach we couldn't even go out into the water while other resorts clean their walkway to the beach our resort did not and it look tacky. The food was overpriced not an extensive menu we ordered buffalo wings they bring out naked chicken wings with buffalo sauce on the side not what we ordered. Was not a good time

    Excellent location. Nice room overlooking the ocean. Side of hotel listed as partial ocean view king. Balconies had a nice view of adjacent hotels and the ocean. Staff responded quickly to broken door handle, remote and business center needs. Would stay again.

    I would like to take a minute and leave an honest review! We stayed here with family and I want to say it is not family friendly absolutely no kids activities; only one pool and it was super dirty) the hotel rooms had half of amenities not working ..: we were really disappointed and honestly we will not stay here again!

    If you’re looking for a hotel with staff that live to pamper guests then it may not be for you. Staff were always polite but did not go beyond - such as thinking to offer us a towel when we stood soaked and shivering in the lobby (caught in a rainstorm) while waiting for our room to be ready (they were late getting it ready).

    I don’t have enough words to describe how nice was our stay at this resort! From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out of this hotel, every interaction with all staff was so amazing. They are professional, friendly, and try to accommodate guests in every way! The room was amazing too! It was clean and no weird smells. We had a suite with two balconies with beach view. We also had a car and we had valet parking which was very simple and easy. The amenities here were great! Seats with umbrellas at the beach, swimming pool with a bar, restaurant on premises that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also enjoyed the fitness center with sauna. I was impressed with the experience i had here and already telling all my friends and family about this resort and will definitely come back.

    I do not recommend sole at all. Rude staff, so many hidden/undisclosed charges. The room was made to look really nice on photos but was completely catfished. There wasn’t even a light in the room it was always so dark. Honestly if you're looking to save a little by coming here it is not worth it. Spend the extra $1000 and go somewhere better, you will end up paying it in hidden fees not to mention them charging $45 a day for parking. Also, we didn't even receive the room that we chose, my wife and i wanted a city view but they felt like putting us in a partial ocean view with an ugly building right across the balcony. Sorry not sorry

    Clean and overall a good experience. The staff was wonderful, friendly and attentive. My Complaints: the extra $100 a day ontop of what it already costs to stay there, for “resort fees” and parking, it’s quite pricey. And $50/night forced valet parking isn’t ideal. The pool & beach closes at 8 & towels were not always available everyday, so that was slightly annoying for the cost. The baleen kitchens food is subpar and extremely pricey.

    Two things that could be improved: First, the pool/beach area has only one restroom (maybe there was another one for men, but I am not sure), and it was not clean most of the time. Second, the bathroom was spacious and included both a nice bathtub and a large showerhead. However, the protective glass next to the showerhead did not cover enough of the shower area, so water constantly spilled out no matter what we tried. After every shower, we had large puddles of water on the floor and had to use towels to absorb it. I would recommend either extending the protective glass or adding a handheld shower attachment to the bathtub so guests can comfortably shower there instead.

    Had an amazing experience at Solé in Miami! The atmosphere, food, and service were all outstanding, but what really made the night special was Russ. He was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcomed from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. You can tell he truly cares about the guests. Highly recommend Solé!

    We truly enjoyed Solè Miami. Although it is a hotel, it definitely felt like a resort. My husband and I came here as a belated Anniversary trip. It was definitely worth it and the perfect spot to reconnect. The intimate beach access (complimentary towels, sunscreen, lounge chairs, and large umbrella) feels like a private beach. Very relaxing. The on-site beach waiters were attentive. Loved the Caesar salad and chicken quesadillas. Light and tasty. We booked the Ocean View Suite and the view was to die for. Room was very clean and room service was very thorough ( Roselyn serviced our room and she was amazing)The room was huge and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking pans & utensils to chef it up in your room. The dishwasher was a great help. I would still suggest Baleen Restaurant because their food was great.. Try the Steak Frites + shrimp (delicious). We are looking forward to returning in the near future.

    I had a side view ocean view room. The balcony was extremely small. Still enjoyed seeing the ocean. You could only have a couple people stand on it. Definitely pricey I have two picky kids. Breakfast cost me and my husband just the two of us $60 And for one beer and a plastic cup martini was $29 So we went elsewhere for food and drinks

    Experience at restaurant was poor the following day. Extremely slow food average and definitely not equipped for families meal requests. Pool only had 3 umbrellas and couldn’t get any more. No bay changing facilities anywhere so once we had checked out we were out of luck changing diapers except finding a quiet corner in the floor. Overall just a little disappointing. Nothing hugely disastrous but you expect better

    Toilet didn’t work or flush when I checked in. The main tv room lights did not work as well. I called the front desk and service desk around 15-20 times without answer. I tried the stop the toilet water from running but was unsuccessful. I checked in around 8 pm on a Wednesday. It seems they were short staffed and not prepared to deal with any service issues at this time.

    The property is old; pool/beach area is small, dirty, and uninviting. Rooms and common areas have bare minimum with furnishings and decor that scream 'lipstick on a pig'. Interacted with one friendly front desk staff member during check-in, while all others during our stay appeared to be unhappy or undertrained for the hospitality industry. Wish I had seen more honest reviews like this before booking.

    The hotel is ok, upper 3 stars level. The room service was ver accommodating, whenever something is requested we got very quickly. Room was good size and with nice views (ocean and city).The ocean water was very good to swim and ckean, j Check in was very slow despite showing up at the hotel after 10 PM, not busy time. , very basic 1 bdr, with some old furniture and appliances, all worked, but loud. Also, we could hear other guests from the adjacent rooms and hallway, so quite time, when needed, is barely possible. There a restaurant on site, and bar at the pool, the wait can be several minutes to get a drink at the bar, and hours to get a drink on the beach. ust little seaweed, but not annoying. Beach gear is avaliable, but it gets busy some time and beach staff refuse to set up umbrellas if it is little windy, but clearly not a problem to put up them, like most near by buildings. Overall all, this hotel is Ok, but definitely not more than 3 star hotel.

    While hotel looks good in the inside lobby and 4th floor, everything else is poor. Room was extremely small for a double bed, while clean it was very run down for those type of prices. Pool are is very small and not well maintained, pool bar was only open on the weekend and even tho was not busy it took 1 hour to get guac and chips plus two drinks. Staff clearly not well trained ( never saw so many drinks being drop). Website photos of hotel are very deceiving, will definitely not come back , it’s a 5 star hotel pricing with a 3 star hotel amenities and service.

    Cons: the beach food/drink crew are severely understaffed. The one poor girl was running drinks and food for the entire beach the one day. Which caused her to forget my drink (I don’t blame her at all), their paddle board is broken and they only have 1..so don’t count on use of that. There are not enough umbrella to chair ratios. Some days without the wind, it’s unbearable heat without shade. They could really invest in having one umbrella, per chair.. as the resort fee includes 2 chairs and umbrella. I heard multiple complaints about there not being enough umbrellas. However beach staff did a wonderful job situating and problem solving it.

    The room was small and unclean; the food was exorbitantly expensive and wasn't even good. The pool was freezing cold, despite having a heater. There was a tremendous racket coming from the refrigerator in the room, keeping everyone from sleeping. Honestly, I would never return—ever. It was so bad that I actually switched hotels, yet they weren't even willing to refund me for a single day.

    Elevators were down! Thankfully they reimbursed us $90 but we were on the 16th floor and getting our bags downstairs was awful. Our shades in our room was broken. They also only allowed 2 beach chairs when we had 4 adults which is ridiculous?! Service and food was amazing but slow. Overall good not great

    Room had rust in the kitchen. Toilet would never stop flushing. Patio door does not lock. There was a giant cockroach in the elevator, and the valet staff looked at it and said “he’s a big one!” And then left us there with it. Light in the closet constantly flickered. Yikes. Amazing location for sure, but not at all worth the price. Not even half, really. Such a shame.

    Staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Food at the restaurant was decent but we only at at the beach. Beach staff was excellent and worked incredibly hard. The downside was beach chairs were put one on top of the other with little privacy and space between strangers. We could hear all conversations everyday and lots of small children so not really relaxing. The pool area was my only complaint. A little run down and dated looking with only a few umbrellas and limited space. All in all I would return. B++ for me and my family.

    When I reserved the room it just say that it included a coffee machine, but it included a full kitchen with refrigerator that was really useful to have some self made room breakfasts The only issue (if that counts as an issue) was that for most of my stay days, one of the three elevators didn't work and for a full hotel at some points waiting for it and seeing it stop full was frustrating.

    I’m not one to leave reviews but I was very unhappy with my time at this hotel. I do not recommend it to anyone. Staff is unprofessional, very rude, not accommodating. We had lighting and heater issues in the room, said they couldn’t help with that. We asked for a later checkout. They gave us attitude. We didn’t even get a call or text when our room was ready. We had to call them and they said “it’s our job to check in with them” even after they told us they’ll reach out. Only nice staff were the bell boys.

    Sure it comes with a full fridge and stove top but you’ll have to eat whatever you cook up on your bed as there is no table and chairs to be found . Not even on the barren no light outside balcony . Other then the valet guys most of the staff here at the check in counter , management , and one person at the towel pickup is super unpleasant . Almost like they can’t wait to say “NO” to and request you might have . Looking for some sun on the beach in the winter months ??? We’ll make sure to get there real early as it’s completely blocked out at the beach and pool area by 2:00 pm .

    My room was spotless, and the view was absolutely gorgeous. Every staff member I encountered was wonderful, but the bartenders and servers truly stood out—they were phenomenal. Beachside food and drink service was a first for me, and it was such an amazing experience. The food at the on-site Baleen restaurant was also excellent, and valet parking made everything incredibly convenient.

    The property is in a good area where you can walk to the beach. The view of the beach is beautiful. When you walk into the hotel room it’s eye catching because of the color combination. The cleaning staff did a good job and fixing up the beds and changing the trash bags. This hotel has a lot of hidden fees that they don’t tell you about until after you book…resort fee and valet fee….There was no hospitality. We’re paying $45/night for valet and $48/resort fee a night which is crazy. Anyways, we drove to valet, valet ignored us and didn’t want to help us. We’re struggling with suitcases and bags in our hands and they didn’t even care to go get the Hotel luggage cart for us. They told us, “if you want it, go get it inside” with an attitude. Mind you, they got it for the car that were in front of us and the people that drove up behind us 5 mins later. So, we dropped everything back in the car and went inside ourselves to grab the luggage cart. Negative energy just coming from off of the hotel staff. Sadly, I wasn’t able to cancel my booking because it was non refundable. We walked to the front door to check in (at night) and the short, white, brown haired girl front desk staff just stared and didn’t issue any greetings. Only thing she could offer was a smug face and blank stare. We received disgust looks, smug faces and low effort from hotel staff. Don’t get me started on the elevators. They have 3 elevators and only 1 worked. Me and a bunch of other hotel guests in the lobby and on different floors waited approximately 40 mins for the elevator. Once it was time to get on, we couldn’t because it was already max capacity EVERY SINGLE TIME. I was not going to take a flight of stairs all the way up to the 20th floor with my luggage or just in general. Nobody is willing to do that. That’s insane. This happened in duration of my 2 nights stay. Hotel elevator was just terrible and slow. I finally got to my floor and the hallways that lead to the rooms are so skinny & narrow. I just found that funny. The hotel room white tub wasn’t clean properly. I saw hair from the previous person and black spots.

They moved us in another room that had only one bed and a couch, the couch mattress was so bad that I was not able to sleep on. The price was high for such a hotel

    Elevators malfunctioned throughout entire stay with 2 days not one elevator working (we were with a toddler and had to walk 12 flights up and down). Due to elevator shortage rooms were not cleaned for several days. Room fridge broken, kept making alarm sounds. Balcony door broken which was a hazard with a 2 yr old. Toilets kept running but was fixed on second day. Shower handle broken and falling off. Topping on the cake was my wife’s shoes “missing” second to last day. We used to love staying here but this was a complete disaster. Do not recommend and will never stay here again.

    Faucet broke entirely in the bathroom with no cold water for a few days (burning hot only to wash our hands, etc); elevators were a total nightmare because they ALL broke. We were walking up and down stairs each time with kids or waiting over 15 minutes for an elevator otherwise once only ONE was fixed for the entire hotel. Food was not good, service was not good. Room was not clean at all. When we got there for check in, room was not ready even at 4:00pm. When we finally got to the room, it was clear they hadn't cleaned; there were dirty sneakers left from whoever stayed there before. Floors had dirt on them still.

    REFUND---Upon checking, we were not impressed. Guest Service Representative rude or unknowledgeable of property amenities. Spoke to Manager Ross Reyes who informed us that her was her 4th day on the job (being in hospitality she should have not been left alone). Our room was not ready so we proceeded out to the beach- only to find garbage, pizza boxes and empty cups all over-(i have photos). Upon getting in our room elevators where extremely slow and we were placed on the 22nd floor- three elevators and one was out of order. Ate dinner in the restaurant, while dining announcement/alarm stating there was an issue and was being addressed. We asked waiter if we should evacuate, he stated he knew nothing about what was going on. Second day there spent time at the beach only to head up to the room approximately 1pm to find out that ALL 3 elevators with out of order. When inquired at desk they said they had no idea when they would be fixed and I could use the stairs. I will admit that I became annoyed and stated that this was f---ing ridiculous. My apologies to staff however, Try to understand I am fighting cancer and we were on the 22nd floor. Requesting compensation for this huge inconvenience. Was told head manager would be there between 2-3 (mind you elevators were not fixed until 5pm ). Was told initially that Saturday room would be comp was asked what else I wanted. compensation for Friday the 26th as well. Sunday night 1 elevator down. Sadly this was a VERY unpleasant stay

    Hotel has virtually no amenities except for a small pool with dated bar. We booked a room for three guests and paid the resort fee for three; however, only two beach loungers were provided to us daily (hotel policy). Access to the reception and lobby is not pedestrian-friendly and requires walking uphill between the moving cars. A $1,000 security deposit was charged for our 6 night stay, which did not make any sense. The hotel has narrow corridors and only three elevators, which were very slow. Elevator wait times on busy days averaged 10–15 minutes. The peak of our experience was the final day of our stay, when ALL elevators stopped working. We were staying on the 24th floor, which made access and check out with the bags especially challenging. The hotel staff helped us with our bags. The hotel provided a small discount on the resort fee to compensate for these inconveniences and that was probably the only positive experience at this hotel.

    The rooms weren’t cleaned well, I found several hairs on my bed and sand all over the floors. The tv has few channels and no casting options. Most Staff weren’t friendly but I believe it had to do with a language barrier. The elevator was a night mare to get on and select the correct floor. No outdoor food is allowed in property so you must eat in your room only. I have celiacs but the restaurant on site had no alternative options. The pool hardly gets sun. The beach only allows two chairs per room but I had three people. Over all this is not a four star hotel. Over priced with the resort fee considering all the issues.

    However, our check-in experience was unpleasant. When we arrived at our assigned room and opened the door, we found a previous guest still inside, sleeping. Considering that only two out of three elevators were working, it took us about 20 minutes to reach the 18th floor and return to reception for a new room, which we then had to wait for. The room itself was spacious, clean, and offered a great view. A couple of downsides, though: the soundproofing was poor—we could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring room, and when their two kids cried through the night, we shared that experience too. Additionally, the shower lacked proper sealing, causing water to leak onto the floor. On the positive side, the beach service and the beach itself were outstanding! That’s probably what made me give this hotel 4 stars.

    Room was spotless and clean! The views in the oceanfront were absolutely breathtaking! Amenities all present and clean but need salt and pepper in the kitchen area. Staff was accessible and available, could have been a little friendlier, but they weren’t rude or anything. Overall 9.5/10! Would definitely stay here again!!!

    The room. I don't know if it was Expedia or the Solé but the room was very disappointing. If I'd known, I'd have chosen a different room if I knew how small it was. The room was tiny, about the size of an average home bedroom. There was little room to navigate around the bed. In fact, I cut myself on one of the corners because there was so little room to get around the bed. There was very little storage, the clothes cabinet was tiny and the doors could not shut. The light switch on the wall next to the door did not work. The bed was on a wood plank she the "mattress" was made out of something I've never slept on. The bathroom was fine. The hotel only has three elevators for 25+ floors and housekeeping had to use it as well. There were long waits for an elevator. I'm fact one day two of the three elevators were out of service. In the remaining elevator, one of the guests said she had to wait 40 minutes for ask elevator, have up and used the staircase. The pool is adequate but the beach front is lovely. The restaurant was very good, food and service were excellent. Would I come back, maybe, because of the staff but there are enough negatives to this hotel that I'd have to think long and hard about it. And again, I'm not sure who to blame for the room situation.

    While the main part of the hotel and restaurant are nice as well as being right on the beach the Room was not very nice and felt run down . They said they would call when the room was ready but never did. Shower took awhile to drain so you stood in half inch of water, the bathroom fan would only stay on as long as you held the switch in and the light that turned on with a switch when we entered no longer turned off. Also the carpet was worn and thin glued direct to the cement and the in room coffee maker was cheap k cups while other hotels in the same price range give Nespresso or lavazza coffee makers.

    My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 days. It was overall good but had some things we wish were different. Starting off with check in, the staff were very pleasant and professional throughout our entire trip, when we checked in we were told we had a $500 refundable deposit along with the $44 per day. We knew about the per day fee but not the $500. We were shocked to say the least, as we looked through the booking so many times before choosing this hotel through Expedia. Thankfully the refund was given back before our stay was over. The room was smaller than we expected, I also expected for the price of the rooms that there would be a microwave (there is not). The bathrooms were good but you can tell the walls and doors need a coat of paint. The beds were extremely comfortable!! I also wish there was maybe a chair on the patio or something so you could sit and relax. The beach was amazing, the staff were pleasant and you could order food to the beach. I had more expectations from the restaurant and only ate there 1x on our stay. The menu was small and extremely overpriced for food that we could get anywhere. Housekeeping was amazing and completed daily housekeeping timely. The elevators are extremely slow though.

    Gorgeous balcony views. Room was spacious and clean and kitchen fully equipped. Beach is lovely but we were not guided to our lounge chairs first day. We were just handed towels. Our second day, a gentleman walked us to our lounge chairs and laid the towels out for us and made sure umbrellas were in place. The elevators are extremely slow. Food from Baleen did not meet expectations.

    Had a great view of city and some of the beach. Unfortunately not there long enough to enjoy the beach as we were on a layover and only there when it was dark to 4 am.     Most of the hotel staff was nice. They are short staff so they do not answer the phone. the stay was nice but Do not valet! The valet guy scratched my husband car and then tried to report it as being there previous. Thank God my husband is OCD about that truck and notice every detail. It was damaged bad. But they are fixing it. We will see! Also, the beach bar has good food and drinks

    We stayed for two days. The hotel staff was very friendly and always helpful. The location was excellent, as it's close to the Aventura Mall.     One thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the shared balcony setup. We had two balconies, which was great, but they were divided and technically shared with the room next door. No one else used theirs during our stay, but if they had, it would have felt a bit awkward. There are a couple of other things to note: the walls are a bit thin, so we could occasionally hear conversations from next door. Valet parking is required, and combined with the resort fee, it was about $100 per day. (Expedia did clearly state that the resort fee would be paid at the hotel.) If you have a car that sits very low to the ground, be careful — the entry is extremely steep and could scrape your car. Location-wise, this hotel is excellent. It feels very safe and has great walkability, with grocery stores, Starbucks, and breakfast spots nearby. Two of Miami’s nicest shopping areas are just a short drive away. The beach is truly the highlight - the water is gorgeous, the beach is just steps away, and they include chairs and an umbrella with the resort fee. Everything about the beach area felt very well maintained and upscale.

    It was a 8.5/ 10 experience. Everyone was friendly. We did have an issue with the front desk picking up the phone for an extra towel request but if you need more, just do down to the spa, that’s what we ended up doing! I eventually went downstairs and was told they were short staffed and busy so I found a way to get more on my own. There an older gentleman at the bar/restaurant that wasn’t as friendly as others but maybe he was having a bad day, that what I’m going to go with. Everyone else was super friendly and went tour of their way with kindness!

    Pros: cleanliness and overall condition of the property is great. I had the oceanfront suite so I had all amenities I needed for a 4 day family stay. Also proximity to the ocean and having an unobstructed full oceanfront view on a high floor was excellent. That’s where my pros end. Cons: Front desk customer service is absolutely awful. I typically don’t leave negative reviews bc I suck it up, but the service here was so bad management ought to be aware if they want repeat customers and raving fans. FD staff never greet you with a smile, never say welcome you back when going in and out of the property, check in was grumpy and very unwelcoming. Service at the Restaurant on site is ridiculously slow even when there aren’t that many tables booked. Pool could some massive upgrades in terms of seats and ambiance. If you’re here for a day or two, I would recommend this place but I would not recommend if you’re here for longer and looking for good service.

    The hotel is in a good location on the beach. The service qt the restaurant was really disappointing even though it did not have many people and i reserved a time. Waited on my table for 40 mins and food was served separately and just warm. Bedrooms are comfy but i never slept due to broken toilet constantly flushing. Also founch a roach in the bathroom. Also went down to grab a sun lounger at 6pm and staff was rude.

    The hotel has a nice welcoming environment as soon as you enter. The bedroom suite had a beautiful full ocean view in the bedroom and living room. The patio was spacious. I would give the place 5 stars if it weren’t for cockroacheS in the kitchen. I was on the 22nd floor, which means there’s probably an infestation and aggressive pest control is needed. The hotel was good about quickly removing trash/room service trays from hallways. Solé, please invest in serious pest control services as guests pay luxury prices to stay in your suites.

    The rooms are very old and poorly maintained. The pool was extremely dirty — every single day we saw either pieces of mucus or chipped nail polish floating in the water. There is absolutely no control system within the hotel. For example, someone was vaping on a lounge chair right by the pool and no one said a word. Another guest played loud music from her large speaker and again, nobody intervened. Our kids couldn’t even enter the sea because there was an unbelievable amount of seaweed. Even if not every day, we would have liked to see at least some effort to clean it up during our stay. The website said the room had a “fully stocked” mini fridge, but we were told it’s currently not in service. There wasn’t even drinking water provided in the room. The bed linens smelled bad, probably because they had been left damp. This was our first and definitely our last stay.

    I liked the location right by the beach and the accessibility to local diners and grocery stores. All employees were very friendly as well. The hotel was generally very nice but when we moved in, we noticed some minor details, like a slightly dirty toilet seat, and slightly dirty floor by the entrance hallway to our two suites. It seems they were taken care of later but perhaps they were missed prior to our move in. Overall, it was a great experience and we loved it

    The balcony doesn’t have chairs to enjoy the view. Room service was good. The restaurant is beautiful but the waitress seems not to understand anything we said. Nice property but there is no other way around Valet parking. They were pretty quick getting the car and an overall good experience.

    Parking to expensive $55 per night,Baleen restaurant inside hotel Rip off cup a coffee $14 when you buy something inside hotel you got pay 20% tip you like it or not.Seen roaches in room small outside pool not so fancy but very expensive.Like the beach and Location.

    Would NOT recommend this hotel. The room was not clean upon further inspection. Toilet wouldn't flush properly, air conditioner in one of the bedrooms would not cool, dirty bedding on one of the beds, light in bedroom didn't work. They ran out of water in hotel lobby store and when I asked to purchase more, they told me to go to wal greens. My daughter's toe was slammed by the door coming in from the beach and was bleeding so I went to the front desk to ask if the hotel had a first aid kit and was told no go to wal greens. Was also awoken to constant banging from what seem to be coming from the room next door

    Nice hotel, staff were wonderful and helpful. Room was clean and they let us check-in early. After a 3am wake up to travel, it was really nice to have access so early. I loved that the hotel is on the smaller side so it feels more boutique style and personalized. Breakfast was good and flavorful. Only frustrations were the prices being higher due to tacked on service fees for everything, the elevators are not consistent or speedy. We waited almost 10-15 minutes for one on Friday, 7/11. Then, when we pressed up, it wouldn’t come, but if you pressed down, it would come and you’d go for a little ride down to get back up. If you’re in that predicament, you cannot scan your card and let it be, you have to wait for any lower floors going down to be completed before you could scan your key card to tell the elevator to go up. The housekeeping team forgot to restock 50% of our towels so we had to leave a note, asking for some replacements. Finally, the water pressure and hot water was inconsistent. Small things, but, things that happened. While- I’d want to try somewhere new if I returned, I would stay here again.

    Additionally, there was a resort fee that we were not made aware of prior to booking, which added to the frustration. The room itself was underwhelming—just average at best. The tile looked worn and dated, and the towels and washcloths were rough, clearly made from cheap material. The thermostat on the wall didn’t work properly, and the room remained uncomfortably hot throughout our stay. Worse, the sliding glass door to the balcony didn’t lock, which felt like a serious safety concern. On a positive note, the valet service was great—prompt, polite, and easy to use thanks to their convenient app. Unfortunately, the cons far outweighed the pros. I would not recommend staying here and will choose a different hotel next time.

    Ocean front. Good views, high floor. Rooms are not that spacious, but comfy. Small balcony with a nice view. We enjoyed it. Good breakfast in the restaurant with patio and ocean view.

    I stayed at this lovely establishment for 9 nights. Hotel was super accommodating in every aspect. I was able to get an early check in after taking a red eye to Miami. Hotel and facilities are super clean. Staff was kind and accommodating. Hotel property is central to any needs. Also, a 5 minute uber ride to Aventura mall. I highly recommend Solé!

    Condition of bathroom Uncortable..toilet paper in top of toilet almost..mirow tooo high.. I would need to be 6ft or something to see myself in it. Room service wake u up at 9.am To clean room, even with do not disturb sign. Cleaning room by me too lao.... Increible...ask for late ck out no way they say NO. WOW

    We love the beach access, the hotel decor, and the food at Baleen Kitchen. The room we had was pretty small for 4 people, and the pool was very crowded. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay
