You get what you pay for. It wasn’t anything fancy, but it served its purpose as a place to sleep for the weekend. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay and don’t expect luxury, it gets the job done.

There is no hotel staff, they only have maintenance men. The only help you get will be from the app you booked on. Honestly the whole hotel smelled like mildew, they have humidifiers in every room because of the smell, but it doesn’t work. There’s roaches in the hotel, but you won’t see them for long because the staff cleans them for the downstairs restaurant. I will say that the restaurant downstairs is the best amenity. They have pretty good food but they are packed so you better reserve your seat, and they close at 5pm. There is free parking from 3am-9am, but honestly there isn’t any parking in Miami Beach so be prepared for that. I will say that if the hotel didn’t smell so bad then it wouldn’t be a bad place to stay, they have a decent view and it’s a 5 minute walk from the beach. So I give them a solid 2 stars.

The room was not cleaned properly. There were not enough towels. The room felt humid even with the A/C at full blast. The bathroom window didn't close properly. There was only one small garbage pail in the bathroom (nothing in the rest of the room), and garbage placed outside the door just sat there uncollected. The hallways smelled so strongly if pit that I felt a little lightheaded getting from the elevator to the room. Oh. And you have to choose between water pressure and hot water in the shower. You can't have both. The beds were comfy, but I wouldn't stay there again.

I like the fact that it was right next to the cafe and it was convenient to the beach. First of all I didn’t think it was safe no one was at the front desk after 4:00pm you have people in the hallway hanging out anyone can enter the building. Secondly the cafe is on the same floor as my room so I had all the food smells and the flies in my rooms . Third you have to ask for someone to clean up the rooms no supplies is given you have to go back to the front desk for soaps or towels if you needed. And the rooms smells like wet dog . I think the rooms should be clean every day not on the request of the customer. And it’s advertise as a rooftop but when you get to the rooftop, there’s no chairs for you to sit. It’s just an empty space.

Cons: Dim lighting, dark paint vibe. The hotel and room was generally dirty. Too much noticeable trash on the carpets. Windows not clean, struggled for light to pass through. The hallway exit door to stairs had a sticky handle. Room was musty with a dehumidifier that guests have to empty 2x daily. There was no desk to work from. The night table was smeared with dirt and various remnants. The dresser was battered. There were two green velvet chairs that had stains on them - I would not sit on them. The carpeting was old and musty. Room lighting was poor. It felt like an old Holiday Inn that hadn't been updated since the 1980s. There is part-time front-desk coverage. Hotel does not check luggage if you arrive early -- except to allow you to put your luggage in a storage room at your own risk. Net: I wouldn't go back for hygiene reasons, and it was certainly not worth $310 a night. Thank you to the kind staff whom I encountered.

Unfortunatly the place has a terriable smell of mold. The hotel tried to accomidate us and change our room but it didn't help the smell was just too strong! We could not stay there and we're told that we would be refunded fully but they did not refund us. They kept on saying they would but never followed through. I would not reccomend staying at this place ir reaks and they try covering the mold smell by putting in a very strong smell of soap which you feel in your lounges!!!

Close to the beach and restaurants Property was dirty, we saw cockroaches in and outside the room. And little ants on the tables. We stayed for 3 nights and they didn’t provide room service even after I asked. Sheets were not as clean as it looks. Bathroom was dirty and had mildew like it was only clean with the most bare minimum effort. Definitely not worth it for the price.

    • The rooftop no longer offers any of the amenities shown in the photos — not only are there no sunbeds, but they couldn’t even provide basic tables. • The lobby has been rented out to a café that is constantly overcrowded and doesn’t offer any discounts to hotel guests, despite the inconvenience. • The internet in the room was unreliable and kept disconnecting. • There is only one microwave for the entire hotel, and occasionally a kettle in the lobby — a coffee machine is out of the question.

There is no place to park (unloading zones only) - no parking garages nearby either. Condition of the property was dirty and unkept. No options to connect to a hotel representative after 4:00/5:00pm made it impossible to get some help. My husband and I will not refer this place to anyone nor will we choose to stay here in the future. I was told a manager would be contacting me the same morning after we checked out but no call took place.

I mean if you plan on not being in the hotel.. It’s not a place I would not book again. The only thing I can say is the hotel room wasn’t dirty. I didn’t sleep under the covers bc they only clean the room on request apparently which means to me, they probably aren’t cleaning the sheets as often. There was veryyyyy strong mildew smell. To the point that me and my friend only really changed and showered in the room. We didn’t even sleep there and was not comfortable sleeping there with the bad smell. I think it’s a mix of a mildew smell + the hotel is just old and has an old/bad smell. The staff was nice but that doesn’t help the smell, If you have allergies or you’re just sensitive to smells don’t book. It’s def mildew and they need to get that under control. My throat immediately became scratchy when I got there. I’m sure it’ll make you sick staying there long in my opinion.

The only thing I would have liked is if the parking area to the side of the building was free to the people staying there. I know it's South Beach and pretty much you have to pay for everything however the parking would've been even more difficult if they didn't tell me about an area where we could park at and the amount but everything else was very lovely!!

You cannot beat the location and the price. The room, and especially bathroom, was very clean upon check-in. The hotel admin reached out via text multiple times to check if we needed anything - communication was very good. The entire building was very damp. I think there is a big roof leakage issue. There was a towel stuffed where the wall and ceiling meet in the closet, and visible water damage running down the wall where the towel was. The hallways smell very strongly of cleaning products or maybe it's heavily scented commercial grade deodorants. The room also had an overpowering airfreshner that we put away in a drawer. The room has a mildew smell also (maybe that is what they are trying to mask). The room was often very humid as we never had the ac set really low. There are several dehumidifiers running at all times in the hallways, the kind you see in restoration projects after a flood. It is the day after we left and our clothes still smell like mildew. The morning of our checkout we saw a small cockroach run across the TV screen. Hoping no pests hitchhiked home with us in our luggage. There was no housekeeping throughout our stay. We never asked for any and it must only be upon request. There was only one small trashcan in the bathroom. Not sufficient for a stay of more than 2 days. If I'd seen the cockroach at the start of our stay I would have probably wanted to find alternate accommodations (roaches are not common where I am from and they creep me out).

Nothing about this hotel was likeable. This hotel room was awful. There was a strange cinnamon type smell in the room as well as a humidifier that was blinking red as soon as we walked in. We thought the floor was just cold, but coming back later that night we realized the floor was actually wet. The red meant the humidifier was completely full and we emptied it multiple times. The couch was disgusting as we didn't use it. The bed was clean as well as the sheets. When maintenance came, they said they put another fan in the room (which they didnt) and fixed the humidifier, but it wasnt broken, it was full of water every couple hours. We showered at the gym Saturday, Sunday before we left we tried to take a shower and the water was only getting Luke warm. Maintenance came almost immediately and stood there for 5 minutes with the hot water on and finally said ok its hot and left. We went back in the bathroom and turned the hot back ans it wasn't even close to being hot. It was luke warm at best. This facility is just terrible.

Booked a room and showed up an hour after check in time and still waited almost 2 hours to get a room bc a mistake was made where the door code was sent to us and another guest - giving us both access. There is no pool and no beach access. The place is dinky, dirty and smelly. During the day it gets very noisy due to the café. The front desk is only from 9-4, but they are responsive on chat and text, not that it helps. You walk into the lobby & hallways it smells AWEFUL. The hallways have yellow light and is painted very dark, its all dingy. There is no garbage can in the room and the one in the hallway is too small and is always overflowing and garbage on the floor all around it. The hallways and rooms were full of dehumidifiers and fans. The mattress was not comfortable; I woke up sore. The linen is not linen just strip of fabric. The shower did get warm and even hot but there was no water pressure. They did not give room service. They didn’t make the bed, clean the room or change the towels. The bathroom floor was all sandy. The outlets didn’t work. Lighting was yellow, dingy light. The TV was the only good thing because it had Prime. Do not stay there. Even if you’re looking for cheap it’s not worth it. To compare we stayed at Hilton with only 3 stars, you can’t compare the place, it was fresh, it smelled good, clean, well-lit. I do not recommend this place.

There were rarely any staff they only communicate through text and app . They have a horrible smell and doesn’t try to work with you to resolve the issue , they dropped off a air freshener at 2 am in the morning after i asked could we be moved they said they would send housekeeping we never saw them until they rushed us out of our room . Our rooms we halfway clean they were strands of black hair in my bed before i could even lay on it , i went to report it we couldn’t find the front desk worker , when i did it was hours later . We got a noise complaint after us complaining about others have very loud sex and drunk man standing outside of our room it was HORRIBLE the whole place stinks and nobody does their job they send text messages out all day . -00000/5 stars we had to buy our own towels and wash clothes because we only had 2 & 2

Everything about this hotel was terrible - so much so that I requested Expedia to remove this hotel from their search. The room we stayed in looked nothing like the photos on the website. Very sparsely furnished with old, scratched and stained furniture. The entire hotel had a very nasty mildew type smell that permeated everywhere including the restaurant downstairs (where the staff constantly reminded us they were not affiliated with the hotel). There was no front desk staff which was fine until we needed to find new towels, sheets and toilet paper. We never did find new sheets. No housekeeping which they did advertise and we thought that would also be ok. However it meant that nobody takes out their trash and everyone’s trash just piled up around the small trash can near the elevator. There was mildew in the bathroom. It took us 2 days to figure out we needed to let the water run for 15-20 minutes if we wanted anything resembling hot water. Water pressure was poor. The advertised rooftop deck contained exactly 1 lounge chair and was totally uninviting. Yes it is one block from the beach but there were no beach chairs or towels that we could use. We left halfway through our prepaid visit, unable to deal with these conditions and forfeited our costs. Maybe this hotel is ok for those expecting a hostel type experience for one night max and every single other hotel in Miami Beach was sold out. But otherwise there is nothing to recommend about this hotel.

Coupled with a flight delay and a non-existent staff, we endured the most smelly, mildewy odor not only in the lobby, but in the room as well. I give credit to the 24/7 text-enabled customer service, which tried to resolve our major issue through sending maintenance with air freshener and relocating us to another room, which itself was equally putrid. We asked for a manager, whose contact information was non-existent and picture was of some lady at a bar. A young gentleman arrived next morning, replete with profuse apologies, but no refund as fequested. Another gentleman contacted me on my mobile phone to offer more apologies and a call back today, 6 February 2026, to complete the refund. He mentioned that he had just taken over the hotel two weeks previous. No call as of this writing has been received. No one maintains the front desk at all, let alone the published 9-4 hours. We ended up booking at another hotel, the Park Central on Ocean Drive, for a comparable rate, but an incomparable experience.

While you feel the remote check could be nice, there was no one to talk with upon late late check in after 1030pm when we arrived. The hotel smelt awful when you walked in. Our room was even worse. We had to strip the comforters and sheets off the bed to air the out b/c it smelt like mildew and BO throughout the room and stuck in the bed linens. We could not lay down until after 12 in bed b/c it smelt terrible and my 5 yr old is an asthmatic and was struggling with the room in the 1st hour. After we waited to remake the beds and spray them with lavender spray, the room above us sounded like they were coming thru the ceiling until 2am....we banged repeatedly on the ceiling and finally stopped after 2am. The towels for the bathroom had holes in them, and there were some tiny bugs on the bathroom floor. The hotel staff did kindly respond to our text the following day when I reached out after calling a few hotels to try to move. While they were very kind in their responses, there was nothing they could do to help b/c the room smelt terrible each time we returned, so even their offer to freshen up the room, it just literally smelt terrible everywhere. We asked if a room on the 3rd floor or another was available, but nothing was. We were there 2 nights and I'd likely never return or recommend this hotel. It felt like an old apartment that was converted. The room was overall dirty, dirty walls, baseboards gross, doors and door handles super dirty, small bugs on bathroom floor.
