    It’s incredibly clean, modern, and beautifully designed, yet it still preserves the personality and charm that so many hotels have lost. The atmosphere feels exclusive and private while still being warm and welcoming. The service is exceptional. Every member of the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable, effortless, and genuinely special.     Easy beach access-beach staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool area very pleasant. Sound bath was a cool unique experience. I had a confirmed reservation at Pauline and upon arrival it was closed. Front desk told me they would return a call regarding a request I had and I didn’t receive a callback. The lack of restaurant options at the hotel is disappointing. Cafe closes too early. Food on the menu is the same everyday. This caused me to order from PuraVida but you can’t eat it in the pool area. Dinner service at the indoor restaurant was awful. The server was apathetic and no attention to detail. The vibe was sad only one another couple on a Sunday from 6:45-8:00.

    Bar/lobby vibe. Pool deck. Recently renovated Picked balcony oceanfront room. Could basically stand out there with 2 people, it was on side. Stretch to call a balcony. Would not spend any more thean few minutes out there to see the view. The picture on booking.com is the penthouse balcony. Bathroom small with little counter space

    Highly recommend having dinner at Pauline. Dinner was delicious and the staff were attentive, kind and fun. Food was good at beach and poolside, although I almost always had to flag someone down to get service, especially when they were NOT busy, which was odd. It was very crowded on the weekend, quiet and laid back on the weekdays. Gym was great, had just about everything you could need. A few minor issues and inconveniences. Only one of the elevators was operating. Housekeeping was in room when we needed to change, said she would come back in 5 mins to finish and never did then one night just entered room at 9:30pm for turn down service when we already in bed due to an early flight the next morning. Also, even though it was a smoke free property each day someone was vaping or even cigar smoking at the pool. The first day I texted and they had the manager Josh come talk to me and relocated me to a cabana for the remainder of the day, so that was handled promptly and professionally and beyond my expectations! They rest of the visit though I didn’t feel like complaining again but consistently saw and smelled vaping or cigar smoke each day. I saw pool area servers witness it and say nothing. So that is my main issue- have the pool staff enforce the rules. Overall a great place- good location, helpful staff, good nights sleep.

    Everything was great but there was construction right next door that started very very early in the morning everyday, including weekends making it impossible to sleep. Hotel should have warned about that or gave a discount.

    The one downside was there was city road work beside our room and it was very loud starting at 7:30am - 5:30pm. It was not the hotel’s fault at all. They were kind to give us a $100 food voucher and waive hotel taxes when we complained to the front desk. We would stay at The Sherborne again.

    The staff, the beach access, the pool, the food! There was no trash can in the main bedroom - only the bathroom. There seemed to be no 'on' switch for the bathroom vent. They need more hooks on the walls either in the bathroom or bedroom to hang dry your bathing suits and hang up towels.

    Pool area was very nice. First day pool stay was excellent. Second day sub par Could not get anyone to answer phone at the front desk. I called one time 7x and no answer. Rooms tiny, finishes done cheaply. The cost of the hotel is a scam for the service and quality you get. Paying almost $1000 a night and can’t get some one to respond. Had an engineer enter our room but left the door open bc the door didn’t shut all the way. Hotel staff refused to do anything about issues. They also made a big deal about booking Thru a 3rd party - referenced a few times by staff

    Check in was stressful. They did not provide the room as pictured on the website. The room had no closet space, the balcony was 4 feet by 4 feet. They charged me extra money to get a room that still was not the same as the one that was booked. They blamed the third party (you).I would not go back. See above

    Following the good reviews I was really looking forward to staying here. The hotel itself is very aesthetic. However, the staff were unfriendly, extremely slow and even gave us the wrong bags to leave with on checking out seriously questioning the security of this hotel. The bar was not stocked with simple drinks for the quality of this hotel. It is also right next to an extremely loud building site so say goodbye to any relaxing sunbathing. They did not top up the cotton pads over the course of our stay suggesting lack of attention to detail. This is over priced massively for the experience we had. So disappointed Everything apart from the aesthetic

    The pool was very nice, but the service was just OK. We really enjoyed the food there. But nothing was consistent. Each day, even though I ordered the same things, it was different. The beds were comfortable, however, our room did have a smell. The concierge was fantastic. We really liked the location. Overall, I would say, I would recommend it, but hopefully they work on some of the issues .

    The overall aesthetic of the hotel, especially the pool, are beautiful. Service is excellent. Overall just not worth the cost per night in comparison to other hotels in this class in Miami. While decor/aesthetic is appealing, the room & bathroom are both quite small, and various aspects miss the mark on functionality. We just found ourselves constantly frustrated in the room.

    Don't park a car at this hotel. It took 45 minutes - total confusion with a stupid app, unhelpful desk staff. The person in front of me waiting for a car had to take her husband to the hospital with an Uber. I finally asked to speak to a manager. Won't stay again. Too many other great hotels in South Beach with great service

    Wonderful hotel. Charming and attentive staff catering to the needs of the newer Miami crowd. Original modern approach to design, perfectly well suited to post-Beaux Arts Miami. Rooms and common areas beautifully appointed with substancial furnishings. The color palette is very rich and understated. Gorgeous uniforms. A lot of care went into this revival. Appreciate the Aesop bath products, and all the small details that make this place sing. Great pool experience, didn’t even make it to the beach. Excellent poolside menu - lovely fresh and delicious salads. Try the grilled Mahi Mahi basket with farm greens. Love the stackable containers the food is served in. Special thanks to Chris, the host and manager who served us the most perfect breakfast at Pauline’s, the main restaurant.

    Don’t advertise a city view if you’re just going to give me a wall view. Management needs to be honest with their advertising. Also I didn’t get the $70 food credit as advertised. Staff were all great but it’s the deceitfulness of the advertising that makes me upset. Don’t charge for something you’re not going to deliver on and then make it an inconvenience for me to have to ask for the proper room I paid for.

    Very, very small room, bathroom a tad bigger than airplane rr, you could literally touch 2 walls while on the toilet, the partial beach view we paid for was a full garbage /utility yard mess view, and at check out, no one asked about our stay, just wanted more money. Oh, the construction noise the staff said was non existent, was non existent, until 5:30a Sun morning. Keep looking.......

    Great hotel. Clearly freshly refurbished and excellent facilities. Staff were extremely attentive - everyone we bumped into in the lift, for example, even junior team members, asked how we were and whether there was anything that they could do to improve our stay. Shows a great culture! Only downsides are a bar that shuts very early (10pm) and a LOT of mosquitoes in the outdoor pool area - they give bug spray it we had to retreat late afternoon or after rain.

    Very nice hotel recently refurbished to a very high standard. All areas of the hotel are very stylishly decorated and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the bar serves delicious cocktails from a great drinks menu. Staff were super friendly - Marta our breakfast server was especially attentive and helpful. Overall a really excellent hotel in a great South Beach location.

    Lovely beach view. Beautiful small terrace. Nice color story in the rooms. Love the pool and the staff. Please make slippers or flip flops to wear. The floors are marble. Soft slippers or flip flops would be cozy and great for the branding.

    The rooms are charming all new features. The service is world class from room service, to front desk, to the pool / beach staff. All around incredible.     Stayed at the new Shelbourne Hotel in Miami Beach and honestly everything was great. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful, which set the tone right away. The pool was calm and peaceful—such a nice vibe. Everything felt fresh and clean. Definitely would come back.

    Everything was amazing- The accommodations, the property decor, the staff like Adrian and Chef Luis were very personable and welcoming. Our room was upgraded from partial ocean view to full as we were celebrating our 23rd wedding anniversary, so that was a nice touch. We would definitely book again.
