Always my go to. The best in south beach.

Great place to stay it’s a about 20 minutes walk to the beach the owner let me check in 2 hours before check in time which was a great help thank you if there was a regular parking at this property it would of be a great help

Location was great! Could walk the entire thing with ease. Was never too far from anything. Beds were comfortable and plenty of storage space. Kitchen is minimally stocked.

The place did not look like the pictures that are displayed and the smell in there was awfy

Great location. Felt safe in the area. There's food n stores within walking distance. Room had a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and utensils. Staff was very responsive if we needed something. Room was not bad. Appreciated having a seperate seating area and a table to eat at. But some things do need updating. I enjoyed my stay overall.

Spacious apartment in a quiet area. Pretty central, bright, clean and independent. The only problem can be restricted parking zone. The towing companies react swiftly and charge (cash only!) heavily. Super friendly staff informs about all the important issues in a message, so you will know all the threats ahead.

The bed sheets and towels were stained and had some hair on them. The room smelled moldy, it disappeared after opening the door but was there most of our stay. There is nowhere to hung wet swimming suits or towels. The room service knocked our door continuously very hard and at very early in the morning. The second bedroom is very small with 2 separate single beds.

I love the flight i was able to check in one two three Only thing i didn’t like me and the front door pin had love and hate relationship lmaooo but we was gonna the third night

Kitchen with everything included. 2 televisions with Netflix included . Location 18 min walk to the beach, very nice neighborhood:) Grocery stores, convenient stores and restaurants all over close by Nothing I didn’t like!!!!

The table in the dining room was dirty. The floors were dirty and we only had two face towels, two bath towels and one and a half rolls of tissue and a half of things of paper towel. For a 4 day stay . I had to go purchase cleaning supplies also toiletry for my stay. The AC will get from warm to cold throughout the day the good part of it it was pots and plates and silverware.

Good location, clean and comfortable. No issues interacting with the staff or accessing the property. No complaints at the property. Everything was good.

The floors were filthy. The room had a bad smell to it. No one came to change towels or washcloths. Sheets were dirty. The door was so hard to operate to get inside you have to press the buttons really hard. The remotes for the Tv did not work. The toilet was so hard to flush everything about this stay was terrible DONT BOOK HERE

The location was great for the price, and the place was clean, which we appreciated. However, there are areas that could be improved. The air conditioner was leaking, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. Additionally, there was a shortage of towels and essentials like shampoo, coffee, and toilet paper, which made our four-day stay less convenient. The door screen was not functioning well either. On a positive note, I want to highlight the responsiveness of the staff; when I reported these issues, the person in charge came quickly to address them, which was commendable.

The apartment was spacious and thoroughly cleaned before our check-in. The bed was comfortable, and the area was nice. Communication with the owner/manager was excellent. The location was decent, with a 20–25 minute walk to the beach.

The property is updated, it comes with things that you need to cook so you don’t have to buy out all of the time. It is in a nice quiet location. We didn’t have a mop so the floor after the first few days began to make our socks dirty .. as the floor had been stepped on … drinks spilled ect and no way to clean it up properly. There were also a few stains on the sheets and comforters . We were immediately told that the stains were not blood but instead a chemical reaction to the cleaning supplies they use. However there was no way of telling if it was actually blood or not. Nobody came to swap them out after I requested new ones.

My stay at this property did not quite meet expectations based on the listing. While the location was convenient, several aspects of the accommodation could use improvement. The bathroom showed signs of wear, with the sink stand coming apart, some visible water damage, and walls that could benefit from better upkeep. The linens and towels were quite worn and not of the best quality. Additionally, the furniture and fixtures appeared dated and in need of refreshment. Noise at night and light coming into the room made it challenging to get a restful sleep. While the stay had its conveniences, I believe some updates and maintenance would greatly enhance the guest experience.

The location was perfect. You could walk to everything. The privacy was great. Communication was good and quick. Didn’t feel cramped. Ample space. Not a fan of fabuloso. You can hear the people next door coming and going. Which is first thing in the morning. It sounds like the door unlocking is your door unlocking. It freaked me out at first. I jumped up thinking someone was coming into my room.

Thought resort was ocean-front. Ok that it wasn’t, but had that impression from the booking portal/site. Generally, a very good value. Clearer description of property as non-beach-front/non-ocean view would have been nice.

It sounded like they were fighting & slamming themselves onto the ground multiple times until 4am . I let the host know & he said he would talk to them. The next night it was quiet but our 3rd night they played a screaming recording on full blast until about 7am. That’s just unacceptable, we had a long drive ahead of us & didn’t get a good night sleep because of this unfixed issue.

It’s near the Miami south beach but this property is not have any parking for customers and city parking is very limited hours for parking a car. Anyway I don’t want to comeback to visit this city again.

This property isn’t as advertised in terms of furniture and decor. Actually, you’re basically getting an apartment that presents like a college dorm. The pictures on their site don’t portray an accurate description. However, the property is in a great location as you can walk to the majority of restaurants and attractions in North Miami. South Beach is also less than 1 mile away.

I don't know how this property has good reviews. There was water damage when we stayed here. There was water coming from upstairs, but they neglected to have maintenance come and fix the issue. It got all on our makeup and clothing. There were multiple people who were lurking around the apartment, looking inside. Even knocked on the window. Unacceptable when there’s a whole bunch of girls inside. They didn’t want to give us more towels, they only said they brought them during certain days. Very clean property. Amazing area. But, horrible lighting, the outlets in the bathroom don’t work, and there’s only one mirror in the living room and a regular mirror in the bathroom. So, basically it’s a nightmare for getting dressed, doing make up & going out.

The apartment was dingy, walls and baseboards filthy, furniture beat up, sheets stained, the whole experience was terrible. Ended up leaving the apartment to check into the Marriott up the street for the end of vacation. There’s nothing Lux about Sobe Lux, would never stay again. 0/10 do not recommend!

we really didn’t have the 10/10 experience with your hotel the shower head was disgustingly dirty , the door in the bedroom would not open fully due to the beds there was holes in the wall , the walls were dirty and the twin size bed was literally leaning the whole time as if the bed was broken .. we had a horrible experience and would not book again. We couldn’t even hang our towels on the rack due to it literally keep coming out the wall everytime we hung it , And the walls were extremely thin we could hear everything our neighbors were saying. I literally slept in the twin bed and the only way I could’ve slept properly was if I pushed the bed against the wall because the bed kept leaning

We stayed 6 nights. The area is very quiet, a little far away from south beach, 22 min walk. Not easy to find parking, the place is big include everything in the kitchen. Have a dinning room, nice restroom. Bedroom is also clean and nice. The house manager Alex is very responsible. I think it's worth the money. The thing that annoyed me is the wifi. The tile floor (ground floor) gave a weird feeling of not beeing level and my hubby claimed he smelled mold everywhere (nothing was visible buttheroom looked recetly painted). Only one negative thing is the sofa bed. It is small and uncomfortable. Other than that we loved everything

The only downsides were that I asked for queen beds and got a king, and I didn't receive check-in instructions before arriving, so I had to call the property manager when we got to Miami. He did pick up the phone right away and did send me the instructions. I'd book it again

It was a modern amiance, close to diferent restaurants, the olny thing that did bother was that on the handicap room there was space in the courtains and when I was changing, sleeping or doing anything else I felt there was a possibility for someone to be looking inside thw apartment.

The picture shown in the ad is different than the actual apt. The apt we were given had an odd configuration. The apt also lacked the necessary counter space in the bathroom. The pillows need to be replaced. Overall, I will not be staying there again in the future.

Very clean space! We got a two bedroom space for a very affordable price. The property manager was very responsive to our questions. Only issue was parking, you’ll have to find your own space and pay for parking however it’s Miami Beach and that’s expected. Amenities are fantastic. Beds were comfortable. Definitely plan on staying again!

I absolutely loved our stay! The room was spacious,clean, and provided everything we needed. For the most part it was quiet and I was able to sleep. The location is perfect area so it a convenient to walk to stores,the beach Nd eateries. I will def stay again and i feel comfortable enough to bring my small children. Thank you for my stay

My family, which consisted of 4 children and my husband stayed for 3 nights. The Children’s ages were 2(7y) 1 (13y) 1(12) and we all slept comfortably. The apartment was really nice and clean, very modern looking. The beds were very comfortable. Giulia was amazing, I ran into a few issues because of miscommunication on my behalf. She was very accommodating and polite. Giulia answered every question and concern I had. Every text was answered promptly with professionalism and a solution. This was the perfect property for me and my family. The kids & I loved it. I would recommend staying here and I would definitely stay again.

Although Giulia, the Owner/Manager of the apartment, seems like a very friendly, helpful and pleasant person the stay wasn’t without problems. We came away feeling that we would probably not book an apartment again and we certainly couldn’t in all honesty recommend this particular apartment. Our reasons for not recommending this apartment are mainly: Light Pollution: The apartment only has horizontal Venetian Window Blinds, and they fit badly on the windows above the bed. The property has security lights all around the outside which are on all night. The lack of curtains (drapes) means that the room is never dark, this affected our ability to sleep soundly. Noise Pollution: The apartment walls appeared to be unable to block out noise from the neighbouring apartments and the laminated concrete floors meant that noise from the apartment above was amplified. During our stay we were unfortunate to have a young party of guests in the apartment adjoining ours who, as they were perfectly entitled to do, stayed out until 3 or 4 a.m. However, when they returned, we were disturbed by their laughing and antics until around 5 a.m. Also, we had a party of guest(s) directly above us for almost a week that, I believe, decided to keep their shoes on whilst in the apartment (I can understand this – see below). This place is really awesome! I guess this like what they are calling a Condotel :) Due to it being in a residential area, parking requires a permit. However, there is a parking garage at 10th/West. PLEASE USE THE GARAGE- our car got towed. We were too tired from our late night partying and forgot to move it.. Anyways, we all slept comfortably, it is convenient for walking distance to and from Ocean drive, along with shopping. Julia is really nice and hands on if you need her. The only downfall, there wasn't a naked man cooking us breakfast in the morning. Other than that the place is perfect. Already making reservations for this summer.

We came down from Indy last weekend and had a blast! We didn’t really need to be in the apartment a lot because we were out exploring but it was very clean. We enjoyed the welcome gift and even used our 30% off coupon for breakfast. At times you could hear the neighbors talking and walking, but not enough to really bother us. We’ll be looking to stay here next time we come! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was super clean, the host was always available and ready to help. Location is safe and close to everything. Parking is annoying so it’s better not to have a car there and go around with the trolley

Great option for those who want an apartment in south beach.. the apartment is new and has everything you need . It is also serviced and has daily housekeeping . Management was great and responsive . Would go again !

As soon as we pulled up to the property, I had a feeling the experience will be great and thank God it was more then what I expected. It was incredibly clean and since it’s new property it’s smells fresh and clean and finishes are very modern. Management is super friendly and very accommodating. There’s no need to have your own car; everything is at walking distance and who wouldn’t want to take walks in beautiful South Beach. All of my family and friends will be staying there in the future. It’s a small property so it had a very homey and cozy feel to it instead of the run of the mill large commercial hotels.

We really loved our stay here. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the busy beach area, it was still close to everything we needed. A stone's throw away from Barton G and a quick trip around the corner to some of the best fried chicken I've ever had at Yardbird, we were thoroughly pleased with our stay. Guilia was very nice and accommodating, and the housekeepers were friendly and did not infringe on our privacy at all even though I could not find the Do Not Disturb door hangar :) There is no on-site parking, but that was not a problem for us as we had a disabled parking tag for the one space in front of the building due to my girlfriend's torn achilles. When it comes to a great value and location in south beach look no further than Sobe Lux. Unlike other properties I've visited this is the only one that has someone you can speak to that gives you a friendly feeling. Apartment was very clean and stylish bed was comfortable it was equipped with all necessary utensils full size refrigerator everything you need. Just bring groceries and loved ones. This is a ECO friendly property which was a plus for me. Will book again.

Sobe Lux is a great place to stay when in South Beach... This is an apartment hotel so it has a full kitchen...it is very clean and roomy...it's about a 20min walking distance from the beach and all the action and excitement of South Beach...The only small con is parking isn't easy...we parked in a garage that was $20 a day but it was worth the price because we kept the car on the garage and walked and ubered everywhere...parking may be cheaper on the street or other places but it worked out for me...I would definitely stay here again.

I like the concept of having your own studio apartment and the code lock was great so I didn’t have to keep up with a key.

The staff was VERY helpful as the decision to stay here was last-second so the great customer service was much needed & appreciated. And upon staying there, it was VERY clean & inviting. I’ll stay here again.

Place was very clean and modern and up to date! Walking distance to Lincoln mall road. Can hear people walking upstairs tho. Everything else was great!

I HONESTLY WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE , I UNDERSTAND IS SOUTH BEAC BUT WHEN YOU GO BACK TO THE SPACE YOU RENT YOU WANT PEACE AND QUIET AND THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE WITH PEOPLE UP STAIRS AND IN BOTH SIDE MAKING NOISE ALL THE TIME , NO PLACE TO PARK , I LEFT MY VEHICLE FOR COUPLE OF MINUTES TO UNLOAD MY STUFF AND MY CAR WAS TOWED .
