I really liked the location, it was perfect. Lots of restaurants around the area. Very close to the beach. The apartment was clean. Alejandro was very helpful and arranged a late checkout for me :)

Cant believe this place rate so high. Very dirty, lots of cockroaches everywhere, fans didn’t work properly. The location is right in the center of everything which has its benefits but expect noise throughout the night.

Location was great

Best location for many great attractions, 3 mins walking distance to the beach. Right next to the best restaurants in Miami Beach most famous street. Very nice of the staff to offer me checkout at 4pm since my flight was at 8pm. Always responded to my messages fairly quick. This is my second time staying at this hotel. Very satisfied during my stay. Very polite and funny staff at the front desk. Will keep on staying if available whenever I go to Miami Beach. Thanks Can’t complain of anything but please do consider this is not a modern hotel but all is clean which matters most.

Windows were soundproof. The only chairs were folding card table chairs. The room definitely needs a couch or a lounge chair. The kitchen was stocked with an absolute bare minimum of supplies to cook with. There was no knife to cut vegetables and when I asked for one I was given a dull steak knife. One of the window blinds was missing the wand to open and close the blind.

The locations was perfect. Needs a lot of upgrades. Has roaches.

Great location, clean, retro-old Miami Studio: perfect.

The room was very spacious with comfortable bedding and bed size. The bathroom is small and an older style, but it was fine. The kitchen had minimal dishes and flatware, so it'd be difficult to do much more than eat what you bring into the room. For our purposes, it was fine. We needed the coffee pot, cups and minimal dishes. Loved the location as it was one block from the main street and beach area, so very close to the action. I thought the price was reasonable, especially for the location. We stayed 3 nights and if we needed anything at all - which we asked for an additional pillow - the manager was right on it and provided one. He even mailed home a package for us. Well appreciated. A/C worked well, although we barely used it. The windows didn't close 100% in our room as they are an older style and wouldn't close all the way, so noise from the street could get in. I used earplugs tho and slept very well.

Incredible location in the heart of the Art Deco District of South Beach. We had a corner room on the 3rd floor that was amazing. Eye level to the tops of the palm trees. A full kitchen and spacious sitting area. The drains in the bathtub weren’t very clean & the doorman is not there 24hrs/day. But they give you a key to the hotel main door so you can come and go as you please.

This is the best value for money (I paid 110$ a night, a bargain compared to other apartments in the same area) you can find in all of South Beach: perfect location (just behind Mango's, 100 meters away from the beach and the beach gym), the apartment has everything you need, including a well-equipped kitchenette, a spacious room, and a comfortable bed. You also have air conditioning and two fans in the apartment. Some things in the bathroom could be renewed.

We liked that the hotel 5min walking to the beach and very close to convenience shops, and excellent bakery and restaurants. We worked from our suite during 3 days and the wifi always worked perfectly. The suite was very spacious with plenty of room to store our luggage and clothes. Trash was taken out daily and towels replenished. There were also 2 beach chairs and umbrella available at the suite. Although there is no staffed reception at the hotel, the host Alejandro was super attentive and very responsive on Whatsapp. We had an unexpected issue during our trip and he was very understanding and went above and beyond to help us. The room could get a little bit warm during the day, but it's Miami after all :)

Location: is perfect, little in the middle of South Beach. Staff: Alejandro and Mitch are ready to help and make your stay as pleasant as possible. Cleaning: everything was cleaned, and they provide all the items for cleaning like dish soap or a broom.

Amazing location, right across south beach (next to Mango Tropical Cafe). Spacious suites with all facilities like iron, hair dryer, equipped kitchen, etc. Very pleasant stay.

Sherbrooke provided fantastic value for money. The suite was spacious, clean next to nice bakeries, very close to the beach too. There was AC, elevator. The room kitchenette was equipped well enough and the fridge was spacious too. Alejandro was helpful and it was such a kind gesture that we were allowed late checkout with no extra fee. Overall highly recommended.

Really good location on Miami Beach.

It was very easy to communicate with the host as they were available both online and in person, the stay were smooth, there were variety of attractions to take directly from the reception and when i told them that my flight is late in the evening, they were very flexible and gave me the opportunity of late checkout. I noticed at the first day that the AC is not turning on because the remote is out of battery, but they immediately sent the maintenance and fixed it quickly
