Awesome place and atmosphere

Perfect location on s beach. Lots to do around here and hotel is very comfortable. Had fun watching sports at the bar and chilling in warm pool. Wish they had room service but no big deal. The restaurant is open to 1am so that’s super convenient! Shout out to my man Roma who took care of us throughout the weekend!

The general location is great. If you're hungry you better bring ample amounts of cash because food isn't cheap here.

The continental breakfast was less than desirable. The Bellboys were extremely helpful and the bikes were very convenient. The location on Ocean Dr was great. The room itself was nice and the AC worked great and the daily room cleaning and towels service was great. The beach towels were small; would have been nice to be larger to accommodate sitting at the beach.

Front desk staff Liza was helpful showing us the bus application that can track hrs of departure to bayside instead of every time to take Uber transportation.

The property was excellent. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The view of the sunrise was amazing from the room. The rooftop pool in building 1 was really fun with great chairs and umbrellas. Beach chairs and towels were provided for a fun day and the bikes were a bonus!

The rooms are very small and are not worth the high price. The AC was barely working, the wood floors in the bedroom were sticky, the toiletries were gross, and the furniture in the room is old. The drinks at the bar were watered down and the pool was ok. The maintenance tidied up the rooms nicely and the staff were friendly. We will not be coming back.

I absolutely loved my stay at this location! I’ve stayed with them before (The Gabriel) they became the Park Central and had such a fabulous experience - I rebooked. The only change I wasn’t thrilled about was that they no longer partnered with a company who offered chairs in the beach. They do, however, offer beach chairs you can carry with you. Other than that, wonderful staff all around and beautiful property and rooms.

Fantastic restaurants as well! Want to thank Markos for his outstanding service, we booked a ferry to Bimini and as we rushed out early in the morning, I forgot my passport. I called the hotel and Markos was able to go to the room and get the passport and hand it off to a courier and it arrived at the port just in time, thank goodness! Only one small issue, the wifi was very inconsistent, other than that perfect stay!

I like how everyone so nice but the hotel needs a lot of work and the rooms not nice so small and old and a lot of noise from the author rooms they wakes up at 3am we can’t sleep with noise

The room had dirty sheets when we got I n, we told the front desk they took care of it right away, brought us a bottle of champagne and gave us 2 $15 food/beverage cards as an apology, they were very nice and helpful, it was a great hotel, will stay again at some point

We had Amazing stay! The room was very clean . The staff was very helpful. The beach was 5 mins . Walking distance. The complimentary breakfast was not good. That’s the only thing I can honestly say that was not so good.

Staff were excellent especially Lyon. All the staff was exceptional. Only thing that I was disappointed in was, the elevator was down for a day and a half. The first day we had to carry our luggage up the steps to the fourth floor and go up and down the steps. It was fixed in the evening, the next day. It was very unpleasant. Overall the stay was good.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stayed. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. We used their bikes to bike the path which was fun. Easy access to beach. Tons of restaurants within walking distance. Pay the money and valet your car. It’s easy to retrieve it whenever you need it. I would recommend staying here.

The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The ocean view was nice, except the rooftop was also in our view. The food was good. A continental breakfast was included, but minimal; yogurt, granola, cereal and fruit.

Beautiful, clean and relatively inexpensive. I had a huge two room space with a great shower for under $200 a night. Everything was wonderful except I couldn't find any pop machines.

This property is over 4 buildings. Great access to the beach. Very busy area especially in the evenings. Room was ok, you could hear everything from the hallways and other rooms.

The staff was great, excellent bell service and front desk service. They made our stay as they're so postive and helpful eveytime you see them. We loved the staff! The room was very dirty and I can only assume they gave us a less desirable room because we had a small dog with us. The wood floor had a lot of loose dirt/grime and so did the shower. The rooms/bathroom look much bigger in photos so that was a bit of shock to see how tiny it was. I know the buildings are older, but it's something to consider if you're sharing a room. The beach is walkable, but you have to carry the chairs provided by the hotel to beach. The hotel provides back pack chairs and I did not understand this when booking. There is no beach service what so ever. Food was just ok in this area, there are better places closer to mid beach for similar price. Walking distance to drug store, liquor store, etc which was really nice. We took our own cooler to the beach. Continental breakfast was included, I enjoyed the breakfast which consisted of coffee. fruit, cold cereal, bread assortment, and yogurt only, no eggs or protein included. No room service

Really nice ocean drive property. I love the vibe here. It’s lively. The staff has energy. Don’t stay here if you want a really quiet place. The continental breakfast is a nice touch. I think the lobby is beautiful. The pool staff is extremely nice.

We stayed at another place just down the street that was highly disappointing and decided to find another place. For just 70 bucks more a day it was a world of difference! The location, the staff, and amenities were all perfect and we will absolutely rebook here!

Everyone was so nice and helpful. While we did get a lot crammed into our stay, the hotel had a lot more to offer that we just couldn’t use in our short stay. Location was perfect for the Miami Beach vibe.

Restaurant out front was recommended and it was the worst experience ever- sat there for over 30 minutes with no one taking our drink order, not all the food came out, had to go and find the server to pay the bill as we never saw him after we placed our order, fought with us about using the coupon we were given by the hotel. The keycard to our room kept deactivating so we had to keep having it reactivated.

I traveled with other 5 people and we love the outdoor pool and the easy access to beach and restaurants surrendering the hotel.

Hotel is SUPER clean and convenient to the beach and several restaurants on the strip. We had a great time & would definitely return if ever in Miami again.

Good hotel a little small but nice, wifi was unfortunately unusable though, right on ocean drive so you can walk out to the beach, but the free breakfast was very medicore.

The hotel is in a great location. The service was good. However they randomly charged my card for something I had not used. On checking they couldn’t furnish any details on what the charge was. Instead of taking it out they kept haggling. Essential my card on file was used without authorization. I was told it was a restaurant charge but they had no receipt or any paperwork to back it. Watch out for unauthorized charges.

Staff carried our luggage when we arrived. We got our room early and they had little goodie bags for Memorial Day. Very nice people. Location is great for going to the beach or restaurants nearby. It is on a busy street but everything is walkable even cvs and Walgreens.

Perfect location, across the street from the beach and in the middle of it all. Two swimming pools (rooftop & ground) Restaurants on location with delicious food. Beach chairs, unlimited water & towels included, as well as breakfast. Very clean & stylish place with warm, friendly and helpful staff. Sarah from the pools was especially amazing how loving she cared for my 10-year-old kid. I visit MIA every year for the airshow and have found my new favorite hotel.

The best hotel

They replaced towels and tidied room each day. That was nice. The front desk and concierge were all very nice and helpful. Free beach chairs and towels each day. We did purchase an umbrella at the beach for $27 total each day. That worked out well. The free breakfast was a nice touch. We only ate there a few mornings, but enjoyed it. Great stay overall. Would definitely return.

Great location right on South Beach. Walkable to all of the strip there and a few other close in restaurants. Amenities are great, including beach chairs and towels, bikes etc. Good on-site dining options including 15% discount on all on-site restaurants and continental breakfast included. Highly recomend.

We had a couple of issues, and the staff did everything they could to overcome them. They offer incentives to get a discount off meals (15%) in their restaurants, but be careful if you transfer your bar bill to the restaurant, they will not honor it. We also requested a room change. They have slightly larger rooms that are in the West side stairwells in the main building, but they back up to an alley where there are dumpsters, and the heat creates a foul odor that hits you in the face as soon as you walk out of your room, very unpleasant. But after trying to convince us that the other rooms were smaller, they switched us to a room without this issue, and the size difference was negligible. So, to others, beware of the above. On the positive side, the staff overall was amazing, the property and amenities are great, the pools, the view, and the easy access to the beach. Their restaurants and bars are better than the other, more touristy ones on the strip. They have preserved and maintained the Art Deco style, which looks amazing. The pool service and staff were attentive and pleasant. On a side note, there appears to be a scam in FL where the restaurants are allowed to tack on a 20% "Service fee" that does not go to the servers in whole or part, so everywhere you go they ask for additional tips, so that tacks on another 15-20% on top of the extra 20%. If you go to restaurants off the strip, they label the 20% as a "TIP," and you aren't harassed or guilted into paying more

I was also put off by the fact that you are regularly encouraged by front desk staff to give a 5-star rating so you can get free breakfast. It takes away from the reliability of their reviews. I tried to be generous since I know the hotel is in a party area, so it's great if that's what you're there for. Just beware if rest is your goal.

This place need help .

Booked a 5 day stay. Stayed in my room for 4 hours. Checked out . Didn’t receive a refund .

Just a heads, some of the elevators are old. The one that was near my hotel room (building 2) broke down multiple times throughout the day. I even got stuck inside one time. Its the kind of elevator that still has the opening door mechanic (kind of old fashioned). Otherwise, everything else was great: the access to 2 different pools, the gym, great view of the beach, the bar, and easy to find restaurants just soon as you walk out the doors. The place is beautiful. The only reason I give it a 4 stars is because of the elevator, and because for the amount of money you’re paying, that continental breakfast should include protein.

Overall, the hotel was very nice, clean and centrally located. Only issue was the elevator! It will take forever to come down or go up.

The beach had a large amount of sargassum during my stay and it was not cleaned during that time. Aside from that, everything was great. The hotel staff provided excellent service and were attentive, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. Despite the beach conditions, we still had a pleasant experience overall.

Location wise it is perfect and breakfast option is limited but not bad. The guy staffs are all very friendly and helpful but there is one lady staff in the morning hours who was extremely rude and non- cooperative. I don’t want to share her name, but her attitude and behavior needs to be changed immediately or she needs to be replaced. There was some gentleman from South Africa whose name I don’t remember at the moment but he was super helpful and thoroughly helped us to change the initial room as we found it little stuffy and dark. Special thanks to him!!

Everything was top tier at this hotel! Food was lacking a bit, but it’s kind of expected during spring break and at such an accessible location.

Cleaning staff did not clean our room 1 whole day and even after we paid extra for late check out. Front desk staff and restaurant staff were excellent!

The hotel was nice and spacious with friendly staff, warm pools, and amazing waiters. The room was not very clean and some outlets didn’t work, but the air conditioner worked well. The breakfast included in the price was just okay, but the food in the restaurant itself was very delicious when ordered separately. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and liked the hotel.

The only knock I have against this place is the valet parking it’s a bit pricey to begin with but the oversize vehicle policy is overly vague. I got hit with an additional $25 because I drive a truck not even a full-size truck I drive a midsize pickup but their policy is if it’s a truck it’s oversized.

Cons: noise level - this was advertised on Expedia as having soundproof rooms. This is absolutely NOT the case. You can hear every little thing happening outside your room and from your neighbors. We were right by the elevator, so the noise was pretty constant and honestly, not relaxing at all. Room - our king room with ocean view looked nothing like the pictures they have posted. Instead of a corner, large window with a seating area, we had one normal sized window and one smaller window (both of them filthy) and no where to sit besides the bed. The bathroom was also odd - a large area where a counter could have been but just an empty space instead. It made it difficult to have bathroom supplies readily available and we often had to use the counter in the bedroom instead. The bed was hard and not ‘premium’ as advertised. Cleanliness - while overall, the property was pretty clean, it seems that they have no one come pick up the pool areas. The rooftop area had trash littered in areas - empty bottles left on loungers and they’d clearly been there awhile. Lounger pads looked pretty dirty too - wish someone took time to clean them.

Great location right on Ocean Drive, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The atmosphere perfectly matches the Miami Beach vibe. If you want to stay in the center of South Beach and be close to everything, Hotel Park Central is a very good choice.

Just a reminder that Miami restaurants charge a 20% service fee and ask for additional tip - not mandatory but you can’t help but tip as you feel bad if you don’t. This is disclaimer is not specific to this hotel.

this hotel is made up of four different buildings, at first I was in one of the older buildings and then I switched my room to an ocean view room in their newest building which was a major difference and very beautiful. the rooms in the older building are not nice at all. the amenities could have been better but you get what you pay for and this hotel is relatively inexpensive. everyone was really kind and accommodating to our dogs which was very nice

Staff really made this location! Excellent service. The location is wonderful; both pools are gorgeous and well maintained. The room was good and the housekeepers will take care daily if you need. Definitely staying here again! They’ve got me hooked!

A very good location with nice amenities. It's actually 4 separate buildings all next to each other. The room was fine, nothing special, or nothing bad. I didn't feel like the check-in folks were very accommodating at all, and this detracted from our stay.

Stayed for Mother’s Day’s weekend with my family and I’m so pleased with our stay. Rooms were clean, breakfast was included which is a plus. Great drinks! Everyone was very helpful, kind and very nice. Special thanks to Sarah, Martin and Andres. Thank you for making our stay wonderful! Can’t wait to go back!

Hotel and staff were good

The room was very average. The room telephone did not work, but no one bothered to tell us when we checked in. The bathroom mirror had the reflective coating peeling off the back. On one day of our stay, the room was not cleaned by late afternoon, even though we had a notice on the door to clean the room. We went down to the front desk to request that the room be cleaned. We had to go to the front desk twice to request a cleaning. Finally, around 8:00 pm, the room was serviced. Another fiasco occurred during our breakfast. My wife was eating some cornflakes when she bit into a piece of ceramic that had broken off from another bowl and was served in her cornflakes. The manager told the chief, but nothing happened. I ordered Eggs Benedict one day, which came with fried potatoes. The potatoes were room temperature, as was the toast served with our breakfast every morning. My wife was stuck in the hotel elevator for approximately 3 minutes between floors. She finally got out one floor below ours and took the stairs since she no longer trusted the elevator. The only thing I can say that was positive about this hotel is that some of the staff were nice.

Everything was nice. However, I was told from the beginning of my stay that if I ate dinner at the combined restaurant, I would get 50% off. However, when I ate, it was only 15% off. I was not the only one that had that same issue throughout the night I was there.

Jacques and the sweet front desk associate who addresses guests as “love” and with affection are exceptional. We may not return to Miami, but this stay was magical. Also the rooms have Illy coffee espresso !!

While the pictures are beautiful and the hotel really did do a lot of work to update it, there’s noticeable signs of a rush job to paint or get the place show ready. The furniture had a lot of scuffs, the outlets were a little loose, and the paint job is mediocre at best. All in all, it was worth the stay and you cannot beat the location to the beach. The reason I would return is because of the staff! They were incredible, and the food was SHOCKINGLY amazing. Highly note that Sarah from the pool is out of this world as a server. Fast, kind, and reliable. The best conversationalist too! The hotel it self is a little outdated, but the staff is out of this world.

Great locations, friendly staff, views, beach access. Terrible.. They put me in an ocean front room that had two small windows, then corrected it. Toilet would not flush the whole trip! maintenance had to constantly return to plunge it, Fire Alarm went off in our room and the staff was not even aware! my wife went down 4 flights of stairs in a bath robe for them to tell her her no Big deal, probably your shower water was too hot. when the maintenance guy came in to turn off the blinking F/A strobes he continually laughed and said "it's no big Deal" to my wife while she was still humiliated! from running down in a robe to a lobby full of guests having a good time thinking she as crazy. No Privacy! On 3 occasions staff walked in our room (knocked while they had already opened door) once wife was nude, once I was in bed the man walked in and said "Oh Sh*!" and walked out, no apology, we never knew why people kept trying to come in to our room, Our stay did not feel safe and clearly the place needs a visit from the local fire marshal. After we complained multiple times, manager Noura S. offered us a compilatory drink for our inconveniences. Place is a Great location, with the price tag I expected much more.

Room needed hoovering & floor not very clean at all but bedding and towels clean. Sofas in communal area are filthy. Most staff very unwelcoming and were more considerate of getting people from outside in. Not concerned with paying guests. Breakfast included with room rate was awful-we didn't bother after the 1st day. We stayed for 4 nights.

We purchased drinks and sat outside on the patio then a woman came up and said its a private party we said there are no signs saying this is reserved she promptly went to The manager came out and aggressively told us to leave immediately when i said we will leave when we have finished our drink he then threatened us with the Security Guard Custmer service Zero

Absolutely incredible experience. The location of the hotel was on the strip in front of the beach. There were many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff was attentive to every need, including beach chairs, towels, sunscreen, and aloe vera. I am a critical traveler and I give this place a solid 5 stars.

The location was spectacular! You essentially don't need to leave, with 3 restaurants, 2 pools, one roof top and rooftop sun lounging! I enjoyed an Ocean view to top things off. The room was lovely, even though, small, it was comfortable.The staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating. Plus it is a beutiful art deco building! The area is very walkable.

The service was unparalleled! Just an awesome time and stay!! All of the staff were amazing. It's directly across the street from the beach which was a amazing and convenient. They provided the beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for our visit to the beach ⛱️. It was just so good! This hotel is our official hotel when visiting Miami every time!😃

It’s a cool hotel right in south beach. Beach is across the street. South beach is a bit chaotic itself but the hotel is decent apart from tiny bathrooms.

The staff was very helpful, and the valet parking made things convenient. The room was extremely clean, and the location is perfect—just about everything is within walking distance. My only critique is that the room didn’t have a microwave, but overall, it was a great stay.

Our room was no beach view but all was great staff was amazing allowed complimentary late check out will definitely come back!

It is well maintained, very clean with helpful, friendly staff. 2 pools, free bike hire and a discount on food & drink for residents. It is central for South beach, but at the beginning so noise is not as much of an issue as some other properties.

This is a very nice hotel. Excellent pool, indoor/outdoor bar, location, and rooms are cosmetic surgery immaculate. The issue is this place is noisy, music obnoxious-level blaring from 10am-11pm. If you are in building 2 it sucks; feels more like a nightclub than hotel. We love south beach but the hotel should offer some respite from the nonstop street and restaurant noise. Long story short this is the right hotel if you want to sleep in a disco but not the right one if you want some quiet...

Everything was perfect from the location right on the strip and across from the beach, the decor and vibe, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The room was clean and a perfect size for my daughter and I. We knew to call for our car early, so never had any problems with the valet service (anywhere from 15-30 minutes). You can walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants easily also. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

Tiny and overpriced, with hardly any room to breathe. The location is excellent, which is really the only standout feature; it feels like a trade-off. Free breakfast was a small plate with 3 fixed things. We had to purchase things separately. Overall, I wouldn’t book it again. We visited on a quiet weekday, and even a basic upgrade cost hundreds of dollars.

Elevator is slow and small I understand it's a historical building. I had to walk most of the time. Toilet is too narrow to the wall even I am not a big fat guy at all. TV lacks channel and not a smart TV for online streaming.

The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. There are 4 buildings and 4 restaurants. We enjoyed the multiple menus and varied ambiance. Our room was clean and bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was no problem with noise.We had a great view of the ocean. There is a lovely park outside the hotel, great people watching and beach access. Beach chairs, towels and bikes are included. And they gave us bottles of water for the beach. We will definitely stay at this hotel on our next visit to South Beach!

This is an excellent hotel with a few problems. Our room was probably the worst on the property from a location standpoint, but it was still pretty solid. Outside noise was blocked for the most part. However, the noise from the room above us was borderline unbearable. The room was beautiful despite that and the noise was only 6-8 am. The staff were pretty nice. The breakfast included was the definition of a continental breakfast, but it was still very good. Parking is pretty bad. On a good day, the valet takes 20-30 minutes to get your car. We had a MAJOR screwup with parking. The hotel staff was apologetic, but gave me free parking for only one day. $50 compensation for a two hour wait to get my car when I had a flight to catch was pretty lousy. However, I made my flight, so it’s easier to forgive. Overall, if I had been on a top floor and parking wasn’t such a pain this would have been a great place to stay.

Park Central SB is a wonderful hotel with clean rooms, a GREAT staff that goes over and beyond to accommodate your needs and requests. It's centrally located and easily accessible to shopping, the beach, and countless bars/restaurants. The on-site bars, restaurants and patios have great food and drinks. You will enjoy this hotel. The only two things that people should be aware of is that if you valet, call one hour in advance of needing your car, and perhaps bring your own washcloths, if you use them, because they don't give you any, and/or the ones they do have been overly used.

great location, just in front to the beach. nice staff comfortable room the pool not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel, at least in Europe. we colud only choose continental breakfast very basic and we couldn't take a tea instead of a coffè without pay. An excellent location. Moreover, although located on Ocean Drive, the hotel benefits from quiet rooms. The check-in procedure left much to be desired. I was not given the breakfast vouchers; only after three days, when I explicitly asked for them (as they were included in the price), did I receive them and was able to have breakfast. However, I would not recommend it: you may wait even 40 minutes for a coffee. The service staff are rather lacking in attentiveness. There is also a swimming pool on the rooftop of one of the buildings, but this information was not provided to me at check-in either. My conclusion is this: inform yourself about the hotel’s facilities, as you will not receive this information at check-in.

We saw the beach and the ocean. Beautiful. You are in the center of south beach and very enjoyable. Just walk over the Ocean drive and you are in the sany area. Best hotel we have stayed at in the Miami area!

Stay was wonderful.. just needed more towel service.. we had none in our room when we checked in and it was extremely hard getting them everyday for our 4 day stay.. either they forgot to bring them or it wasnt enough provided, so it was days we had to use hand towels as wash clothes.. besides that the experience was great..

Our room was tiny with no chair or place to sit other than on the bed. There was no dresser or shelves or place to put clothes (there was one narrow closet with a couple of hangers). We had two windows both facing the back of other buildings and electrical wiring.

However, the “free continental breakfast” is a complete ripoff. It’s not buffet style at all, you have to sit at the restaurant out front and be waited on by staff (which is fine, but they seemed very busy and understaffed). It came with one cup of coffee or OJ and was a pre plated meal of a pathetic scoop of plain yogurt, barely a handful of cereal, and a tiny croissant. It was quite disappointing as the rest of the hotel was great. It just seemed like kind of a cheap ploy to fill up the restaurant out front with people hoping to get a decent breakfast and just feeling defeated

The room has a very nice view. Was it spotless? no, not really, especially the carpeting in the hall needs some cleaning. But overall it was good. Nice bathroom, comfortable bed, etc. But when you get into this price range, little things matter. The temps dropped into low 50s when we were there, and we were still seated outside for breakfast. We asked for and indoor seating, and were told that we can get it ONLY if we order from the card, not the included breakfast. Really???

If you want a coffee refill, they will charge you! It is so chintzy for a hotel charging these prices. Wish I'd stayed elsewhere and could get refund. Really soured the whole vacation.

We mostly enjoyed our stay at the Park Central, and the hotel pool and service was great. The hotel has a lot to offer -- great location and food. That being said, the mini bar in our room seemed to have been removed, leaving just a fridge. The bottom of the door in our bathroom was also rotted, and we had to make multiple calls for towels/bath mat. These things should be improved considering the amount they charge for the room.

100% stayed for the view. The room was dirty when we checked in; there were no towels, and the bathroom and floor were dirty ( still had hair and a contact in the sink) This was more than one time. The next day, housekeeping left us two hand towels, and that was it. Waking up at 5 am, vacuuming, losing power for 8 hours, and so on, the 10k room you're paying for is only for the view. Night shift front desk are the best staff we could ever ask for.

The staff members were the stars of our stay. Even though the room with one king bed did not have enough storage for two people, the friendly staff will be the reason we return. Next time we’ll pay for a larger room. The room for this trip had no cabinets or drawers, only a closet. I lived out of my suitcase on the single stand and my husband lived out of his suitcase on the sofa. This left only the bed for a place to sit.

Rooms need upgrading

The hotel was very nice. The drawback is the constant harassment we received and the deception of the 20 percent service charge. We considered it a tip and the staff does not and border lined harassed us for more on top of the 20 percent which we sometimes gladly gave. The first dinner we had there it was not explained to us and so we ended up tipping 45 percent if you include the service charge.

We chose Park Central, after a terrible night at the Venezia, based upon reviews and recommendations. It was an excellent choice. We were graciously welcomed, quickly accommodated, and pleasantly served. Tanesha was our first contact and a joy with whom to interact. Her wonderful smile and smooth professionalism engaged and comforted us through our transition. The hotel is perfect, with its multiple restaurant offerings, two pools, many other amenities and a staff so congenial and fun. We plan to return!

Valet parking info was not easily deciphered and did not know about the $48 charge per night for it. It was 29 degrees overnight at one point and there is no heat.

The location is good We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. On the first morning, we discovered multiple dried blood stains on the bed sheets. We immediately went down to the front desk to ask for help. The staff apologized, said they would replace the sheets, and gave us a voucher for a free breakfast as compensation. However, the next morning we were shocked to find that the new sheets were also stained with blood. When we reported this to the manager, Eric, instead of taking responsibility or showing concern, he accused us of complaining too much and cancelled our breakfast voucher. His attitude was extremely rude, dismissive, and unkind. Finding blood stains on bed sheets is unacceptable under any circumstances, especially twice in a row. What made the situation even worse was the manager’s behavior, which left us feeling blamed and disrespected rather than taken seriously. We left the hotel with very bad feelings and would not recommend staying here, mainly due to poor hygiene standards and unprofessional customer service.

The pictures definitely make it look nicer than it is. Was hoping for a cuter, boutique vibe in south beach, but the staff were young and not very helpful. I had contacted the front desk before my stay to upgrade my room from a king to 2 queens and was originally told they had the availability if I paid $75 extra per night. When I checked in they informed me they would still be charging me the $75 but would be putting us in a room that was a king and sofa bed with no elevator or accessibility. That’s not what I wanted and I think it’s wrong they still charged my without fully changing the reservation to what I wanted. On top of that, they say they have “beach chairs” but they are Tommy Bahamas Costco chairs you have to lug across the street yourself. No one helps carry your bags inside either and the front desk couldn’t be bothered with concerns or questions you have. The facilities were just okay including the pool and lobby. Don’t expect cute boutique vibes, more affordable south beach if you stay here.

The location and staff were great! However, the rooms had such paperthin walls. You could hear everything. You could hear everyone stomping upstairs, people in the hallways, people on the side of you…. The doors slam shut! I know a historic building… however… I used a sound sleep machine and a pillow over my ears all three nights and was woken up so times. The rooms are in need of makeovers, it looks like they’ve tried over the years, but cut corners. The pillows were flat and the comforter was basically nonexistent. The bar lobby stools and couch were filthy. The elevator broke on us twice…. I understand the high price with being on Miami Beach but cleanliness and quality of the hotel does not warrant the high prices. I do not recommend unfortunately.

When we checked in, we were told that this hotel has 3 or 4 buildings and our room is in the oldest one. We didn’t understand why we were placed there, considering that at the time of check-in there were even available rooms in the other buildings listed on Booking.com, which were at lower prices. The room was extremely small – the entrance door was just inches from the bed, and the bathroom door situation was similar. All we could see from the window were bars and a concrete wall of the neighboring building, which was less than a meter away. It was impossible to tell whether it was day or night in the room due to the lack of light. The air conditioning was incredibly loud and blew directly onto one of the beds, meaning it couldn't be used while we were in the room. We asked to be moved to another, normal room considering that we paid a substantial amount not for a cell with bars, but for a hotel room. The response from the reception was that since we made our reservation through Booking.com, they couldn't change it, but if we paid extra, they could accommodate us in another, renovated building. It is inappropriate that these details regarding the multiple buildings are not shared when making the reservation, as the conditions can ruin the entire experience for tourists in the city. The photos on Booking.com do not reflect the reality of these rooms at all.

1) Shortage of toilet paper of which we had to ask daily just to have a spare roll. 2) Toilet paper & facial tissues were of a very poor ultra-thin quality. 3) Coffee service in the lobby was challenging to get service. Delicious espresso made each time. $6 per cup. add in the coffee service seems to close @ 6:00pm or sooner, we like a nice coffee before going out for the night (a lot of folks do) 4) $300 hold on your cc card but the in-hotel restaurant nor pool would allow you to charge to your room. 5) Appears they ran out of bottled water as we only received replacement water (2) 2 of 3 nights, also saw them unload a PU truck Friday morning of water.

We had a nice stay at park central! The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. The amenities at the hotel (pool, etc) were lovely!. A couple of things could have been better-the bathroom door was squeaking like crazy and we couldn’t call down to the front desk to get it fixed because the room phone didn’t work. Smelly, dirty rooms! Horrible customer service!

1. No elevator in certain areas. No issue for us but just so you are aware. 2. The coffee maker is from 1926 - it’s time to upgrade it. There were no stirrers in the room. Skimpy on Sugar and milk packets - not sure why 3. Room was cold because there is NO heaters and one of the days temperature dipped in Miami. Front desk said they would provide space heaters but did not 4. The shower is complicated to operate. Again they need to be upgraded. There were like three settings and not clear how that worked. The rain shower was not powerful at all 5. There was no switch for the exhaust in the bathroom so it ran for 24/7. The noise didn’t come outside in the room but just so you are aware. 6. With all the trees and distance from the beach, overlooking the beach is a bit of stretch. Yes, the beach is definitely visible if you choose such a room but the feel of overlooking the beach was not there. Overall, South Beach is great! Happening place. Lot of food options. Lot of music and activity bustling throughout the day.

The room was underwhelming and small. No place to put a suitcase and there is always hair on the floor. The nearby amenities definitely made up for the small room because we didn’t stay there much but to sleep.

However we encountered several maintenance related items during our stay. Shower would not drain. AC system shut down for an extended period of time. Roof top pool ice cold and not heated as usual.

Great little hotel! Perfect location. It had way more amenities than I remember seeing on the hotels.com site - beach chairs, 2 pools, free e-bikes. The beds were a bit firm, not a problem for me but if you like soft beds, this isn’t the place. Food was good, drinks were good. Cool bar, plenty of working space in the lobby. Will definitely stay here again. Also, the BEST key lime pie is a block away at Avalon

No elevator someone randomly opened the room door while I was in the shower my friend was awake and said hey they didn’t announce anything of house keeping or guest service, just slammed the door shut who knows who it was definitely a safety hazard to consider, on the return from a dinner got approached by staff demanding to ask if we were guest in the hotel and were confrontational asking for room number when I said no ask the concierge front desk they called security what an unpleasant situation don’t recommend stay away many other places to go All bad stay away many places to choose from if you value safety and no judgement

On the downside, the room felt old and not very clean. The carpet did not appear to be vacuumed, the floor was dirty, and the bathroom was only moderately clean. When we requested towels or coffee, we were told it would take a few minutes, but they were never delivered. The elevator was old, sticky, dirty, and very slow. For the price, we expected a much higher level of service. Overall, this hotel is only a good option because of its location.

Hotel has great great staff, cant emphasize this enough. Genuinely from the waiters at the restaurant/ bar to the service staff and hotel staff. I had a bit of an unpleasant hiccup which i thought i lost my phone somewhere, all staff members were hands on deck willing to help me and assist me try to find the phone. Luckily, the fault was my own and it was within my belongings, but I am so grateful for all the assistance from the manager on duty Eric to the security guard who helped (so sorry i didnt catch his name), to the cleaners who were so very honest. Thank you to the whole team. Made our stay just wonderful.

The worst experience we have ever had on a hotel. The front desk staff refused to text call or email us when our room would be ready but wanted us to check in (guve them money) early. They wouldnt give us access to pool, towels or beach chairs until after it was dark. The room key making machine was broken so we couldnt get rooms keys and we had to be let in by staff. Then they didnt call us because the phones didnt work. I was rudely told by the front desk to stop coming down and "just call" .... yet the only time i went to the desk was when we checked in but couldnt get a room but was told to just "go for a walk" ... remember no pool or beach chairs allowed! Then the next morning when we went to leave the elevator was broken and we had to walk down 3 f lights of stairs to discover the last flight was to a back alley outside the hotel in the pouring rain with 4 huge suitcases.... then when i asked for a refund i was told i could come back and stay at a discounted rate HA .... never again .... nothing worked it is an old broken down hotel with rude people who hate thier jobs and treat guests with the same level of care.

(2.) ordered a drink at the lounge waiting to check in, a simple mixed drink(crowne/coke single) $29.00!!! Yeah, I know things have gone up..but 2 doors down same drink was $12.00 (3.) Clean and comfortable room, great bed, great shower.

I spoke with the manager Eric Jimenez regarding my credit that he promised he would email me before I checked out of the hotel on 1/4/26. I reviewed the hotel on 1/6/26. When speaking with the manager Eric today he informed me that I would no longer receive a credit because I gave them a negative review. So I guess my experience is being bought! When is it that the consumer no longer matters! The day I checked into the hotel Eric mention that rooms were not cleaned timely is because the entire housekeeping team Quit, walked out! Maybe because they weee not being paid? Maybe because the leadership is completely missing the mark? My experience with this hotel was undesirable, I gave the hotel the opportunity to make it right but they did not! Buyer beware there are tons of well established and properly managed hotels in south beach. Let’s boycott this one. I will continue to reach out to the corporate office to discuss this matter in hopes that I will eventually update this review with a resolution but until then well that will continue to hear from me.

There is a 10 mile walking/biking path directly across from the hotel and Park Central has bikes available free of charge. The hotel is charming and the staff was very attentive and friendly. Our review reflects one weakness which is the toiletries which should be fixed easily. The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner did not dispense properly in the shower; we had to remove them from the fixtures for access. The rooms are a bit small by modern standards but clean and well-maintained. There is only one elevator again, reflecting the age of the building- a kind of double-edged sword causing an occasional wait. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay at the Park Central and would return.

This hotel has nothing to offer other than ordinary . Room terribly small. No check in available till 545 pm. Their manager guy behaving as he was a celebrity himself. Swimming pool ha black mould at the bottom of the water. When i asked the attendant girl about it, she feigned ignorance .Few people relaxing around the pool. Very small pool.

The hotel room was always very dirty during my four nights there; they never cleaned the floor, and the only thing they did was make the bed very poorly.

Well it could have been a nice experience. We got there at 11am, hotel said we can check in at 3. We came back and hotel do not have a room for us until 7 pm! The manager could not give us money off of room because we purchased through Expedia, manager said he would give us a Credit towards another stay, he insisted that he would send the credit by email. I asked manager Tripple times during our stay about the credit, his reply was I’m working on it! It’s been 3 days and the blatant lies are unexceptionable.

The room was clean and comfortable, albeit a bit small but not atypical for South Beach. The hotel restaurants were both great, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

-AC malfunctions -overhead lighting malfunction -lobby bar unavailable (booked for a private party) during part of our stay -a lot of doors (hallways and within suite) had damage -request for extra clothes hangers not fulfilled -no door on shower = water splashes out into washroom =definitely wouldn't return, but the front desk staff were, at least, very friendly

The day we got there the room was very hot and muggy. We asked for someone to look at the ac. They sent security at 1am and said it needs a filter… which was obviously bc it said change filter. Needless to say no one ever game to change the filter or fix those ac. We had no air flow… for 3 nights. Our entire stay.

Cleaning service left room completely open on 2 separate occasions for full days. Complimentary water promised and not delivered due to hotel not having any water? Boiling hot water only from the sink causing burns due to not knowing this. manager shows 0 empathy and offered 0 compensation.

Location is good. We got the room late, but no service, beddings piled up. it appeared there was some repair work was done in rush and room was given. Poor service from front desk. we had to inform multiple times to the staff in person as phone in the room wasn't working

Daniel, Eric and Kevin were awesome- attentive and helpful during my five day stay! The partial ocean view was spectacular! The location was convenient to the beach and walking distance to all the major tourist spots.

Noise. Non-stop, hotel-controlled noise…that didn't stop until 11:30pm despite multiple complaints.

Facilities are showing age. Cracked porcelain sinks, warped hard wood floor from shower leaks - worst of all the A.C. was out for majority of our stay including both nights. Room got "tropical" . Breakfast in the courtyard was lovely.

Great location, loved the access to beach chairs and bikes to explore! Staff was not very helpful, super expensive to eat (but all hotels/ restaurants are along Ocean Drive), internet down for most of our stay.

I was told at check in that valet would be $8 and be charged at check out. They of course wanted a card on file for coincidental ( the initial charge was $300) we didn’t charge anything to the room while there. At check out apparently the charge ~$22 for something (maybe valet both ways? Plus tax? They also charged ~$53 for something else? They didn’t give a receipt at check out just said, “you’re all good” Eric was kinda rude at check out, but I guess that’s just Miami? Anyway we won’t be stopping There on the way back home. By the way. The city of Miami was super fun, although some people in your party might get to drunk.

The room was really bad, very dirty and smelly. We could not open the windows so at least could get some fresh air. The bathroom was the worst’s of all. For some reason when I turned the water it was only hot available. And when you use the bathroom the flush is very weak and it takes 10 minutes to replenish it. Very disappointing experience.

A nice quiet boutique hotel in the middle of the south beach action. We ate at the restaurant and the food was good with excellent service.

Room was in fair condition. Staff was courteous but unresponsive. Great location. Good accommodations for budget+ travelers who want to be on South Beach. Suprise hidden costs when I arrived. Overall experience C+. For a few dollars more, I’ll stay at one of the newer hotels up the beach.

Our first room felt unsafe as it opened onto the staircase. So we asked for another room. We got a room which seemed ok at first. But there were issues. No consistent hot water. Water stream was slooooow....very slow. No working fan in the bathroom. And the door lock was not working. Maintenance came and tried to resolve the issues, however only the lock issue was resolved. Not perfectly, but at least we were able to lock the door. Two nights in a row we also had very loud music from neighbours. I think this hotel has good potential. Staff needs to work on resolving issues better. Manager gave us vouchers towards lunch. As we booked through third parties she could only offer a discount towards another stay within 1 year. She further informed us that the hotel is now under new management, so maybe they need to get used to managing it. Will we come back? Maybe.

It was very clean and the staff is exceptionally nice. The only real issue I have is the room rate is not consistent on Orbitz, on other sites and at the reception.

Staff was amazing, and reactively accommodating. However, room we stayed in had some issues, there were no rags and towels when we got in the room, there was no hot water. Only cold, the phone did not work, could not control AC temperature, case for the soap dispenser was broken, so it was not able to dispense the shower gel. But I was told to always end on a positive note and I will say that the steak and the lamb chops we had downstairs were some of the best food I’ve ever eaten. Delicious. Brought up all of my issues to the manager who was nice enough to refund the valet parking we had paid for. I would have rather been comped a stay at a future date in order to form a newer and better opinion of the establishment, but it was a nice gesture nonetheless.

This hotel is a very good bang for the buck! Excellent location on the strip. Good vibe around the pool and the rooftop pool. The music around the pool was lively, and I really enjoyed the live DJ Fadi one afternoon. Didn’t spend a ton of time in my room, as I was out and about a lot. Room had the basics. I’d like to see 2 complimentary bottles of water in the room upon arrival. The fitness centre could use a minor upgrade, as working out is a priority for many guests. I would stay at this hotel again. :)

The was was ok, toilet run all night and wiggling the handle would make it stop 1 out of ten times. It took us 10+ minutes to get checked in because we were waiting on someone to come to the front desk. The food here was very good. Service was average at the bar and the bar was not busy.

Room was clean. Deposit of $300 per my one night stay.. and had to wait 5 business days. Vs other places I stayed.. who..

Extremely tiny bathroom, Extremely small and slow elevator (only 1 elevator for all the guests). Also you are entitled to a 15% discount on food and drinks as written in the elevator, but if u do not read it the staff will never tell you except u ask for the discount and tell them you read it in the elevator. I and my husband only realized this on the last day of our stay, the whole time we were paying full prices for food and drinks . Smh

The room was to be a partial ocean view but that was not true. The room was closed to elevate and a large equipment that was very noisy. There were no standards as to when the custodial worker the large soil container uses the one tiny elevator.

Hotel was clean, and pretty, and great amenities with the 2 pools. Don't forget to check out the 2nd pool on the roof with the see thru floor that can be also seen from the lobby below. Great and friendly staff and walking distance to all of south beach's favorites like Mango's and Clevelander just to name a couple.
