Reviews
The Nobu Hotel has received mixed reviews, with guests praising the cleanliness of the rooms, the excellent location, and the friendly staff. However, there are several complaints about the lack of working elevators, slow service, and high prices for food and drinks. Additionally, some guests have expressed disappointment with the hotel's connection to Eden Roc and the lack of a true 'Nobu' feel.

Landen at the front desk was extremely helpful and hospitable. The photographer, Sia, was phenomenal.

Our room was ready early. Practically stayed at the Nobu (Adults Only) pool our whole stay. The view was perfection.

Great room and staff overall

10/10 it was a good solo trip and Nobu treats their guest very well! They

Excellent place for a vacation! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and elegant, and the service was outstanding throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed the pools, restaurants, and overall atmosphere. The staff was attentive and made the experience even more memorable. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

It was very difficult to get chairs by the pool or ocean. The room service food waa good, and the dining area overlooking the ocean was lovely.

Amazing hotel
- 4/5
It was very clean, and staff were extremely attentive. Slightly dated, although this wasn’t a major issue.
- 4/5
Forget the complimentary cycle for 1 hour. Nobody to help you and you have to arrange it all on an app. Easier to pay for it elsewhere if you want to cycle. No balcony on the suite I was in, disappointing
- 4/5
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Nobu Miami Beach Hotel. It has 3 pools, and a private beach front access with chairs and umbrellas. The hotel staff was very polite and friendly. The hotel is also within walking distance of a lot of cafes and restaurants. The hotel is clean and well-kept. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are decent, but they could use some upgrades. I do think that the carpets could be cleaned in the hallways. Also, I think that the food and drinks are overpriced, but I guess that is expected when visiting Miami. All things considered, I definitely would stay here again!

We had a lovely time! Very clean and quiet.
- 5/5
Amazing stay!
- 3/5
The rooms were clean but it’s a VERY simple hotel with no frills. It was hard to get coffee at certain times of the day- the lines were long in the small cafe there. The adults only pool was really dirty so I didn’t go in. It’s a nice location- quiet. And the staff are really nice. But it’s just a “meh” hotel.
- 3.5/5
it was very clean and nice ambiance, but the staff at the pool and restaurant better be changed. some of the staff very quiet rude and unwelcoming. do not recommended the nobu restaurant there.
- 5/5
My husband and I love this hotel!!! This is the second year in a row we come to nobu for a little vacation and it’s always great. The spa is 10/10 and I love the fact that they have different pools available (plus the private beach) it’s a lovely place for couples and I can’t wait to go back!

My stay at Nobu Miami was a fantastic experience. Not only were the amenities fantastic but the service was extraordinary. I would recommend Nobu to anyone that would like a great stay on a beautiful stretch of Miami Beach. :-)

The front desk staff were amazingly helpful and made it so that we could check in early and start enjoying our birthday trip!

Absolutely loved our stay here. The rooms were gorgeous and the staff was so friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were amazing. We loved the private adult pool and the beach! We will be back
- 1/5
This is supposed to be a "five star" hotel ? What a absolute joke! The first day we arrived to our room, there was a huge leak on the room floor that reeks of it's stench! Not only that, though even the breakfeast buffet didn't provide any bowls for oatmeal, one of the jacuzzi's didn't work and I even saw brown maggots from the jacuzzi that wasn't working. The estblaishment is not fitted like in the pictures online, there wasn't enough workers to do basic services.
- 1/5
The Nobu website apparently said it was “five stars”, but to be quite honest — I will not even put one star since the hotel overall is horrendous. For example at the breakfast buffet, I had to wait for line 20 minutes just to get one omelette as well and no bowls for oatmeal the whole time. Also; a couple side notes, the elevator doesn’t work next to the private pool for the handicap and one of the jacuzzis doesn’t work at all!
- 5/5
The hospitality was amazing! The staff were very attentive and came to tidy up the room twice daily
- 5/5
That said, I do want to share one disappointing experience. While at the rooftop pool, I was approached by an employee named Tim and repeatedly questioned about whether I belonged there despite me wearing a wristband and showing proof that I was a guest. The interaction made me feel uncomfortable, singled out, and honestly profiled in a way that took away from an otherwise amazing birthday experience. I still enjoyed my stay overall and think the property itself is beautiful, but I hope management takes guest interactions more seriously so no one else leaves feeling the way I did in that moment.
- 4/5
Clean, new, and spacious rooms. Pool area could be improved: felt very empty and not cosy. Gym is very small and machines are old. Overall I am happy with my stay. I would book this hotel again.
- 5/5
I feel as if they were quite understaffed, especially the valets
- 1/5
Old property not up to nobu standards
- 4/5
Very nice hotel, but not 5 star. The staff were helpful and the room was very nice. The property is showing some signs of wear and needs to better maintained. The beach experience was also not the quality I was expecting. Service was not very attentive and the quality of the food and cabana was just ok.
- 2/5
The hotel looked nice but most of the staff were rude. We ordered “mini” tacos at the bar with a two drinks and we got two chips, it was ridiculous! We had to request several times for an umbrella at the beach, even though I was very polite and waited in line each time I was requesting the umbrella. We went to the pool and ordered drinks, after an hour the waitress came by with only 2 of the 3 and told me to wait for the 3rd. We got up and left. We stayed four nights and by the 3rd night I didn’t want to be nice anymore, people were so rude I wanted to be rude back, all the southern hospitality was tempting to leave me. The valet was too busy on their phone and chatting with each other to take notice, I had to flag them down to get their attention, I guess my rental was not the right “status” to get their attention. I got overcharged for valet, even though I informed the valet and front desk I only had the car for one day. It took calling 3x before getting a refund. Overall it ruined our hopes for a relaxing Mother’s Day weekend. Definitely would not recommend.

Bar has a good vibe. Pool is decent, beach is beautiful, clean and quiet. Rooms and bathrooms are ok. There are a couple of design shortcuts, but nothing too noticeable. The hotel is attached to Eden ROC hotel which is a clear downgrade from the Nobu global brand. Even the sushi is a downgrade from what I’ve experienced with other Nobus. This is more of a fake 5-star hotel which quickly becomes obvious upon check-in. The check-in counter is a disappointment. You get a better experience at a Courtyard Marriott. This hotel caters to a younger crowd with rooms jammed packed with people. Hallways are loud at night.

Nice beach and beach service. Nice pool, sexy rooms. Clean. You can hear everything in the hallways from your room. I also don’t like the check-in process. Not very “5-star” treatment. Felt like they were trying to ensure they got you to sign all sorts of waivers and take a $200 deposit per night which seems very odd to me.

Terrible service, no vibe. Shut down three of their 4 pools bc of a conference and 1/2 of their beach so there was limited room everywhere and no chairs . Also did not inform on booking nor make any accomadations for this inconvenience .

Super clean rooms and well maintained. Love the fact that I can request extra coffee or ice to the room with the in room smart tables provided and request is dine immediately. Great location and overall fantastic place!

The manager was very helpful and caring with us! The staff in general excellent as well as the free bicycles and free chairs at the beach. The location is also excellent! Nevertheless the room’s bathroom were in poor conditions and the beds felt old and uncomfortable. We are sad about it because we like a lot this hotel and have stayed several times and had never seen this 5 five star hotel in such conditions.
- 2/5
The gym has great machines and a view. But you have to go through a maze of smelly/scary back hallways to get there. The bad: the whole place is disjointed in terms of aesthetic. Like creating continuity never crossed their minds. Service is incredibly inconsistent - nothing in the luxury realm. The Ocean Grill was genuinely one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. The bar staff in the lobby are so rude and so slow. There’s a very tall man working there that is so rude and dismissive- should not be in the service industry. There was construction going on the whole time- luckily we missed the pools being shut down by the skin of our teeth. The beach is lovely but there was construction happening there too. Went to nobu bar and the bartender tried to pass off cheap whiskey for Cointreau. Turns out he didn’t want to go to the back to get the bottle- but we sent it back and kindly asked him to do his job and serve what we paid for. Overall: there’s no consistency or standard of service. There are lots of things in need of maintenance and you can tell where management hasn’t bothered to check in for a while. Underwhelming if you have expectations of an elevated experience.

I wish we had time to stay longer! The only thing that was confusing was the bike rental - which we somehow first understood that can be also park somewhere in the South Beach as part of the larger bike rental system (like CityBike). Turned out it was certainly not, and the bikes have to be returned back to the Nobu hotel.
- 5/5
Perfect for a 3-4 days trips to rest and reset, close to main attractions of South Beach area, very clean and spacious rooms, well maintained.
- 5/5
Highly recommend and would return again. The staff is unbelievably friendly helpful and genuine. The private pool is so relaxing our last day we stayed all day! The beach attendant Kenny set us up right in the front we felt like we had VIP service. Such a perfect trip.

The hotel was decent. It wasn't as special as I thought it should be. Plus, it's the same place as another hotel, they share a lobby and probably everything else. It was clean and the staff were helpful. The walls were kinda thin. But, it served it's purpose.

Eventually, after having to complain, the amenities were delivered while my wife and I were off the resorts campus. While we were away and before we even knew the amenities were delivered I received an email stating that they had delivered the amenities and were “prepared and presented according to [my] request.” The tone deaf nature of that email was infuriating. I responded to that email explaining my discontent and never received an email in response to that. My wife had a spa appointment as well. The jacuzzi and sauna were out of service and only informed her after check in. They also told her that the maintenance team would need to be present in the women’s locker room while she changed! My wife had to ask for the man in the locker room to be removed before she changed. Every single conversation I had with staff, I got nothing but poorly thought out excuses. Even when we agreed on solutions, they managed to screw up there too. They charged us twice and to the wrong cards for the spa and the check out invoice they gave us reflected an inflated price. When I explained, the staff clearly treated us with disrespect. The property and food was great and the staff should do better to meet those standards.

Rooms are average Poor facilities for Nobu brand. It’s combined with Eden roc hotel. It’s a budget hotel at an extremely high price. Interior and building extremely dated. Not worth the price and should be listed as a 3 star hotel.

Loved being far enough away from the chaos of South Beach, but close enough that we could venture down when desired. We went during the same weekend they had a wine festival in Miami which used some of the facilities at the hotel and impacted the service (e.g. took a very long time to get any drinks / food by the pool)

The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and professional. Where it could be an improvement is the little things that make Nobu an upper echelon like it promotes compared to the Ritz, Peninsula, Waldorf etc. if I’m going to lay $10.50 for a bottle of water in the gift shop I should get that level. Lack of towels in fitness Cntr, long wait for front desk, asking permission to get into the locker room in spa when we have keys that can do this. Changing a dinner res was little difficult too…but it was done. Staying at other Nobu locations this one didn’t meet that level. Mgr was helpful when I brought this to his attention…but overall for spring break they need more staff attending things you get for this price, especially one that adds a $49/day resort fee.
- 1/5
Would never stay here again, for the price there are several hotels much nicer in terms of amenities and customer service for around the same price.
- 4/5
Much better than its low when staff, mgmt and processes suffered. Still a bit of privileged staff attitude and broken room trim. Almost worth the price
- 2/5
Nice staff- a bit worn/outdated. A lot of the spa amenities (sauna/steam) were closed due to being broken- we stayed and paid more at Nobu vs ER for the spa privileges and they closed earlier than posted. Did not get any Expedia platinum upgrades, even though the hotel was very empty.

The rooms are nice and large, amenities such as toiletries and free water bottle were great, and the easy access to the beach was perfect - you get chairs and an umbrella as part of your stay. Dining was also amazing - between the Nobu restaurant, the Inez Cafe, and tasty breakfast, you're covered! We did have issues, however, related to housekeeping - they were really kind and helpful, however, I don't know if it was due to miscommunication or mismanagement, but they skipped cleaning our room one day, and on another, took items but didn't replace with new ones, so had to call for towels, etc. On top of this, I had asked for items to be removed from the fridge days before our stay - received confirmation that it would be done. Got to the room - the items were not removed. I texted using their text system to ask if someone could remove the items, and received confirmation - twice over the time of our stay- but it never happened. This was frustrating. I could tell we weren't the only ones experiencing similar issues. Also, it took a couple tries of showering to understand the reason why water was pouring out onto the floor - the shower/glass door was missing a rubber cover at the bottom, so had to report that. Outside of these areas, the stay was really nice/relaxing.

Worst stay ever - premium room with a sea view was absolutely tiny, not even a proper table to sit down and do work. The worst part was the standard of cleaning. Bedsheets were dirty (and not changed per request), I noticed a few super small bugs on the bed, the room itself had too many stains and everything was visibly dusty. I took pictures of the stains and dirty bed sheets to send to friends. No comments was an extremely bad stay

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were not pleased with the functionality of the bathroom. It looked very nice but the shower glass doors did not prevent water from coming out both under the door and where the door closes. After my husband took tge 1st shower, the water flooded the bathroom floor and out into the hallway. I had to shower standing in the corner of the shower up against the wall to keep the water from flooding the bathroom again. The sink and faucet design splashes water all over the vanity no mater how soft you run the water. So I spent time sopping up water each time we used the shower and sink. Then the toilet paper holder came apart off the wall so my husband fixed it. The staff were very nice and professiinal. Would have liked a breakfast buffet but no breakfast restaurant in the hotel.

Pros - Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very spacious. Beach and pools are great. Spa is amazing, got an incredible massage from Ines. Cons - I think the property is overall outdated. No smart tv’s in the room, furniture seemed old. The menus need more options/variety. There was also a huge convention going on at the property for my entire stay.. obviously not the hotels fault - but had I know it was going to be packed with people there for a work convention I definitely would have stayed somewhere else. No where near the other 5 star hotels in Miami in my opinion. But a third of the price.

It’s very pretentious for what it offers. I didn’t like that Eden Roc shares the same common spaces than Nobu. The food served at lobby was pretty mediocre for sushi supposedly prepared by Nobu brand. The rooms were very clean. Noise level very low which is good. Elevators worked very well, never have to wait long for an elevator. Overall it was a good experience

Great stay, great amenities. I didn’t realise it was combined with another ‘less luxury’ hotel which does deduct from the experience a bit, but the Nobu rooms are amazing and the fact there is a Nobu only pool works well. There could do with being more beds around the Nobu pool, as it’s busy at weekends - the beach could also do with being split better from the other hotel as it takes forever for a bed and the staff are overrun. Great stay, however, and would return!

Terrible room and over price for the amenities. The sofa in our room was ripped and old. The room is super small. Garbage bins from cleaning crew were parked outside our room door from 9:00am till 4:00pm everyday. Not very kind front desk. Stay away!

I was looking for restaurant suggestions and was told to use OpenTable, the shop had no essentials (toothpaste or disposable razors), and my phone in my room did not work and was never fixed, so any time I wanted something I used my cell phone to call the front desk. These are little things, but when you are spending this much for a room, they should not be an issue.

We stayed six nights in Zen Suite 1203, and the biggest issue was zero privacy due to extremely poor sound insulation from the adjacent room (1202). This wasn’t loud partying - just normal conversation that we could clearly hear through the wall, which made the suite uncomfortable and inappropriate for a couples’ getaway. Management acknowledged the issue and said Engineering was notified, but the underlying problem is structural (insulation/room configuration), and it was not meaningfully resolved during the stay (no effective move to a quieter suite/floor was provided). Compensation offered afterward was $167.58 and 20% off a future stay, which doesn’t match the impact of six nights in a premium suite without basic privacy. Staff were polite, but for the price paid and the suite category, this experience fell far below expectations. If privacy matters to you, I would avoid this room/suite configuration.

My husband and I just returned from a one week stay at Nobu Hotel in Miami, It was our 10th visit. Nobu hotel has been our “home away from home” for almost 10 years. We love the location (mid-beach) w easy access to beach, dining, shops, South Beach, etc., but without the crowds. The Japanese-style rooms are sleek and fully equipped; the dining experiences inspired by the culinary genius of Chef Nobu Matsuhisa are exquisite. We also love the chill-out vibe of the Nobu. Even more special are the people of Nobu, with whom we’ve formed some meaningful bonds. Chamise Allen, Assistant Director of Guest Experience, recognized us instantly upon our arrival that meant a lot and made our whole stay even more special! We also want to mention Sheldon in reception, who welcomed us with positive energy and an infectious smile. Our Ocean Social breakfasts, held in the Nobu dining room, were delicious and nutritious. We especially want to thank Jane, the hostess, who greeted us with a friendly smile each day, and Alberto, our server on several occasions, who is a kind and gentle soul with a buoyant personality. The servers around the pool and on the beach are incredible as well-Piero, Katrina, two "Miguels" and other guys work tirelessly under challenging summer conditions and still manage to remain upbeat while providing excellent service! Our guest experience over-exceeded our expectations and we're grateful to Chamise and everyone! We are looking forward to our next stay there!

Location Receptionist, director of front office, they are very unprofessional, knows nothing about customer satisfactions and very rude. The room had issues with bed bugs or sand flies and caused some skin issues, and these both did not do a good job. The room was changed at the end of the but total experience was very bad! Don’t waste your time and money with these. They need some professionals to run the front desk!!

Our room had a huge neon sign on top saying Eden Roc another hotel but we booked Nobu We asked for an ocean view witj balcony for 1000 dollars(no breakfast included) was expecting something special - room had balcony but only accessible thru bathroom and view was across car park and over noisy air cond units Room was shabby and poorly finished no plug sockets or chargers on bedside tables- one bedside table lamp not working Carpet rug wet and stained Bathroom was good No internal coffee shop only a tiny costa not somewhere you would wish to sit Over priced and not a 5 star hotel by any stretch of imagination

We being in our early 50’s and empty nesters, love the mid beach location combined that with adult’s only pool, Nobu restaurant and excellent quality …. Can’t go wrong with this hotel

Stayed for 8 nights. Bad experience throughout - check in late and slow, issues with room resolved but shouldn't have been there in the first place. Check out tried to overcharge me by $600 as charged for breakfast. Housekeeping inconsistent in terms of time and service. Rude reception staff. I wrote to the management but I haven't heard back. Really poor and disappointing g.

Not sure where to start, this was an all around disaster of a stay. I got in, no one at the door to open the door or help with my luggage. Had to hold the door open myself and force my way in with luggage. The Steam room was broken and they failed to tell us we got ready went down after a long elevator ride and nothing. Then at the beach we asked for service they said there is nothing until noon. Then we come back to our room at 12:30 when we had a late check out at 1 and the card doesn’t work go all the way to lobby to reactivate. Richard at reception “reactivates” but we come all the way up and it doesn’t work so another 30 mins to go down and up and still can’t get into my room. Now we are stuck outside the door they said they’re going to get someone to come open and nothing. Our stuff is inside the room and we are stranded. This is the worst service I’ve ever seen. This is not even a 1 star hotel. Save your money and go elsewhere

Room was not ready had to wait 2 hrs before checking in, had a drink in the lobby while we we waiting and were charged for the privilege, staff did all they could to make up for it offered to send a bottle of Prosecco to the room which did not arrive until later when we were out, to top it off when we got into bed later that evening we found the bed was broken. As we only stayed one night it wasn’t too much of an issue but was disappointed after booking such a nice hotel for my birthday

Love the hotel
- 3/5
We had 2 rooms 5 people, the beach only allowes 2 beach beds per room. All 5 people were registered in the rooms. Breakfast at Nobu felt like we were at some low class motel restaurant. We had a room next to us with party animals in there. They came home everyday between 4 and 5 30am and were so loud security had to be called. All the lobby personal was very helpful and nice. On Sunday there were a lot of people that just bought day passes and the crowd was not what we expected. I don't think this hot should be rated at 5 star!
- 5/5
This room is extremely clean and I love the decor. Check in with super easy. Nobu restaurant is always amazing. Staff was very friendly and cordial and very accommodating. But I have to admit I wasn’t too excited about the food at the pool and at the ocean social I feel that it lacked flavor. Everything just needed to touch more salt that was it. But aside from that hundred percent recommend this hotel.

Ocean front view was nice. Nobu restaurante excellent. The plan was to be a family holiday, with my wife and my son who lives in the USA. We've paid my stay in advance including breakfast. At the last minute, my wife couldn't join and it was just the two of us. Breakfast was below expectations, with few options and the egg station was served by a lady in very bad mood. I was almost 'afraid' to ask her make eggs for me. The sauna/spa facilities closed at 5 pm, in a resort hotel, you must be kidding right? So at the end of the day, when it's great to have a sauna or hot tube, you just can't. `same for the swimming pool area closing early. `never seen something like this in other resorts ì've visited. But the worst part was that despite having paid the stay in advance, ì was denied access to my room on the day of departure. I went down for breakfast, when when ì come back to the room, access denied. The justification was that they have asked me to stop by the reception, 'at my earliest convenience', to update my card for the extras as it had exceeded the amount they booked. `for me, at the earliest convenience was the time of check-out, as everything else was paid. On this day, ì was dismayed to be woken up early morning my the receptionist asking me to come to the reception to fix the card 'issue'. The experience was terrible, as my son ànd ì stayed waiting for a security guard to escort us to our room, for me to collect my credit card, and go back to the reception to upgrade my card. It took us almost one hour to complete the process, and all this really spoiled what could have been a good experience. In my previous experiences, I've never had to do something like this as the hotel pre-book the amount they want for the incidentals, and upon check-up, if there is a balance remaining, the guest just pay for it.

NOBU HOTEL MIAMI is a 5 star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟luxury resort with incredible amenities, world-class service and attention to detail. The front of house is impeccable and welcoming. Concierge manager, Sheldon, is accommodating, professional, and on point. Richard is also amazing! He is so courteous, respectful, sweet and very knowledgeable about the area, the hotel, and what to do around town. The bell hop crew is kind, soft spoken, and swift. In the Spa, Gail Roth is a class-act and fashion stylist with an innate sense of everything style and beauty. Her wonderful demeanor, white glove service, attention to detail, and inspiring approach make the shopping experience stellar. The entire team at NOBU HOTEL MIAMI made me feel like a movie star!

Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The room was very clean, but for a penthouse floor I expected smarter amenities: no bedside outlets, no bathroom hooks, and only one mirror located in the bathroom. I was also concerned about security—elevator access to guest floors didn’t appear to require a key card. Loved the no rug floors and automatic curtains. View of ocean spectacular …
- 4/5
The room was clean and housekeeping service was done excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were over priced.Beach was perfect, but staff basically asked us to leave at 5 pm on a beautiful afternoon…terrible!! Balcony was cement and you could not see the ocean unless standing close to the cement rail. Overall, a nice stay dampened by some inconveniences one would not expect at a 5 star resort.

If you’re looking for a luxury hotel in Miami Beach that full of amenities, top notch service and excellent food Nobu Hotel is the answer. First of all, please shout out to Richard who has been an amazing, professional receptionist since the time we’ve arrived till the time we departed, thank you for your hospitality. The hotel itself located in mid beach might be a little further from a busy loudly south beach which I preferred for my relaxed vacation. Nobu provides 4 outdoor pools and a private beach area for the guests, access by guest wristband. The hotel is very quiet, clean and hygienic and even provides room service twice a day if needed. Nobu Miami not just meet but exceed all of my expectations. I’ll be coming back again 100% thank you!
- 5/5
This hotel is exceptional. I cannot say enough good things about it. I had to return home to Miami because my mother died, and I was honestly struggling. Andrea at the front desk was amazing. She was so kind and calm and reassuring. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. I was made comfortable and welcome everywhere we went. The whole staff was kind and amazing. The property was clean and smelled spectacular everywhere we went. It was all very wonderful. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone I know. And thank you to Andrea for being such a kind and beautiful human being.

Nothing My friends who booked the same hotel had their BREAKFAST included in what they have paid. I compared how much I paid with them, and I paid same amount or a little bit higher, but our breakfast WAS NOT INCLUDED with what we have paid. I informed the front desk, and there was no action done. I WAS INFORMED THAT IT IS BOOKING.COM FAULT BECAUSE THE DEAL WAS NOT INCLUDED WHEN I BOOKED OURS. I FEEL LIKE I WAS CHEATED.
- 3.5/5
The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The facility is dated - not like the other locations.
- 4/5
The view from the adult pool is fantastic, full beach view. The food and service were good. The in-room amenities were a little lacking, missing a bluetooth speaker and no creamer for the coffee. long-life milk would be so much better than the powdered milk they offered. The room was clean, but not immaculate. Beds are super comfy with nice sheets. The lighting in the room was very nice. The front desk at the neighboring Eden Rock were not well-informed but the Nobu desk staff were excellent. I would definitely go back, mostly as I had such a great weekend getaway!

Richard at check-in was so polite and just wonderful, but unfortunately the rest of the experience on the property outside of him, it was just not great. The first room we checked in the baseboards of the bed were disgusting, completely stained like not even a Motel 6 would have. We called to change a room, to which we were offered to stay in a similar room or pay for an upgrade to an "ocean front room". We went with the upgrade, because it was supposed to be a celebration, but the time of moving between rooms took almost an hour. Once we finally moved rooms, the phone and the scale in the new room did not work, and we could not connect the phones to stream to the TV, despite following the directions on the tv on connecting and calling the IT guy to come help, which he could not. The ocean front was ocean view, not ocean front. We were wedged in between building with the view of the water so far that I have a MUCH better view from my apartment. The outside space was also not curated at all (cheap plastic furniture) and it felt like a low cost hotel. Considering this is a Nobu property the experience was highly disappointing.
- 5/5
The staff was absolutely amazing! We want to thank Sharod & Richard, they were amazing!! Great hospitality & service. Over all very accommodating. The hotel was very clean, quiet, & everything we were looking for. Highly recommend! Enjoyed very much.

Loved the hotel. Joshua the receptionist was absolutely fantastic and had so many great recommendations. The beach was so perfect for a relaxing weekend. Thank you nobu Miami.
- 4/5
The staff was more than accommodating. Especially the front desk the best ever

Access to beach Expected more from the nobu brand, service was bad, staff unfriendly, we were promised a free family photography session and the hotel called and cancelled twice saying rain was expected but there was no rain, we had to pay $50 extra to use the ‘amenities’. It’s a scam

Nobu at Eden ROC isn’t what I booked. I booked Nobu only to find out it was actually Rden Roc. Very disappointing.

Beach area is great
- 5/5
Beautiful locations. Love that is in front of the beach.
- 5/5
I thought the room and bathroom were excellent, and the food from room service was excellent. My one complaint was that the ceiling had a smoke detector or something that had a blinking green light all night.
- 5/5
Really good service, great dining, pool and beach access excellent. We rented a cabana and they let us switch the dates and even offered a refund despite the fact it’s normally nonrefundable
- 4/5
First time at the property and I rate it a 8/10. Beautiful property, great staff and amenities; however some of the taxes and fees were much more than what was expected (on my end) at the property. Definitely will be back when I get some more money so I can really enjoy myself lol!
- 1/5
Pungent odor in the lobby and throughout. Dirty doors and carpets in lobby. Dirty and stained carpets in rooms. The elevators also smelled horribly of vomit. We attempted to get a refund before we even checked in due to the conditions and was denied by front desk saying we had to ask hotels.com/expedia. Expedia said it was up to Nobu hotel. So that was confusing. Hotels tried reaching out to Nobu three days in a row and the refund was denied by Nobu. Even though we paid all fees upon booking, were required to put a $400 deposit down for incidentals. We made no charges but $111 was taken out of the deposit for “hotel fees”. Discussing this with Expedia now.

Beautiful hotel in prime location close to everything you need great access to the beach race service at the pool area, clean beautiful design overall we had a great experience
- 5/5
Best hotel in Miami, going back every time I have an opportunity to be there.
- 1/5
I got stuck in the elevator just seems like the property is super old and they try to modernize it, or keep up with it
- 5/5
One of my favorite spots when I visit Miami!
- 4/5
Nice stay. Skip the breakfast buffet. Not good.
- 3/5
They say overnight valet is $60 but they charged me $80 because I had an SUV. They include a 22% service charge in everything you order even though the pool side service was mediocre at best. Waiter acted offended when we asked him to clear the dirty plates.
- 5/5
Amazing property and incredible cuisine
- 1/5
Room was dirty toilet and bathroom on first check in. Walls are paper thin can hear everything from surrounding rooms. AirPods stolen from nightstand while plugged into charger. Hotel is also dated and not like pictures.
- 5/5

THE worst service by the staff NO BEACH CHAIRS IVE NEVER SPEND SO MUCH OF MY MONEY TO BE SO UNSATTISFIED
- 5/5
Great hotel and customer service.
- 4/5
If you're staying with a family or couple, make sure you take advantage of the free 45min photoshoot! The gym left something to be desired. The windows were dirty and you couldn't really enjoy the view of the beach. It was also very difficult to find your way there. I was also surprised at how thin the walls were for such a pricey hotel. I could hear everything my neighbors were doing in the evening and every person getting off the elevator.
- 5/5
We arrived early and had a wonderful welcome check in experience by Richard. He was able to get us in our room right away. The hotel was beautiful with lots of amenities, including chairs and umbrella on the beach. We enjoyed the adult only pool as well. Nobu Restaurant was fantastic from the wait staff to the delicious entrees. I highly recommend this hotel and onsite dining.
- 5/5
The ambiance of the hotel is simply stunning, and the amenities are top-notch. I couldn't get enough of the delicious food at Nobu, and I’m already craving their famous dishes! The combination of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service made my stay absolutely remarkable. I can't wait to return to the Nobu Hotel and experience it all over again. Highly recommend this gem in South Beach! Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so special!
- 5/5
Very nice classy upscale property. I would definitely stay here again. The one thing that was tough was the personal parking in the afternoon. If you leave the hotel in the morning forget about finding a parking spot easily later in the afternoon. The parking issue DOES NOT outweigh the good things about the property though. Just making others aware so they can weigh their options to valet or not.
- 5/5
Our room was beautiful and immaculate. Had a corner suite so had a view of the ocean and the Miami skyline. Beds and linen good, clean, great pool area and beach. Staff well trained.
- 5/5
Amazing trip! Will definitely be back!!
- 5/5
The staff was super friendly. The hotel was super clean and very relaxing. I will be back.
- 1/5
Was very disappointed in the Nobu this time around. I’ve stayed here in the past many times but this was most definitely the last time. I always get a room with a balcony. They wanted to charge me 400 dollars extra a night for an upgrade. It took extremely long for any type of pool and beach service.

Nice hotel with a great pool for adults only the overlooks the ocean. Needs a refresh, paint peeling from bathroom fixtures and other similar issues.

It was a girls trip! And we were impressed, the breakfast buffet was yummy. The resort is beautiful on the beautiful beach of Miami.

This hotel is a bit run down and needs some updating. My room didn’t feel very clean, specifically the floors and the bed had some small hairs on it… I felt the need to spray sanitizer on the whole bed.

Overall, Nobu Hotel is beautiful. We were most disappointed in the service. We paid for VIP access and didn’t feel like VIP at all. The service at the adult pool was slow and often times the waiters would just disappear. We tried to have lunch at the lobby hotel and waited for 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. The housekeeping was also subpar. They never thoroughly cleaned the rooms. One day we came in from the pool and the trash cans hadn’t been emptied. There were also no clean towels provided after turndown services. Overall disappointed in the service aspect of the hotel.

Simply loved the Hotel!

This is a beautiful property with multiple swimming pools, a few restaurants, clean comfortable rooms, and access to the beach within walking distance. The staff is accommodating and very helpful. If you like to stay on the property this is a great place to stay.

Great stay, lovely tastefully decorated hotel but the restaurant seriously needs improvement (staff are great but the food is not). Also the degree to which facilities are shared with Eden Roc is not ideal.

Great place to stay!!

The hotel is beautiful and staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Hotel room was good. My only complaint was there was a used water bottle on the toilet lid when we checked in. Beds were comfortable. For the price, I do feel the rooms should be renovated because there is noticeable wear. Service at the adult pool was fantastic! I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is amazing from the moment you arrive and walk in. The staff is always helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. It’s simply an overall quiet and relaxing experience

The staff at Nobu Hotel are very warm and personable. That coupled with the amenities and the beach access made our stay very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for something a bit further away from the South Beach scene.

Awesome stay for my birthday. Great location, close to everything and the service was great.

Building is dated, in need of a renovation, rooms had a mould smell had to change. Fire detection had a flashing light that had to be covered. Overall not worth the money at all there are better places to stay

The room is clean and nice. The air conditioner did not work. The entire four nights were there. The ceiling was leaking above the entrance door turned out to be the air conditioner the service crew came to fix it and it still didn’t work to the front desk about it. They said they’d have a manager called me. I did not receive a call.

Will start by saying the staff at the hotel were wonderful - front desk crew was so friendly and helpful, maintenance was amazing, etc. The suite we stayed in was a good size. But there were things that were just not acceptable for the cost of the stay. First, it was the most uncomfortable hotel bed we’ve ever slept in. The mattress was thin and lumpy - it was so bad it made it difficult to get any sleep. The heating/cooling in the room was also defective - it was FREEZING (62-64 degrees), and the only way we could get it to warm up even slightly was by shutting the whole system down for 4-6 hours. Additionally, the elevators were outdated and didn’t appear to have any safety features - we saw another hotel guest to hold the door for his wife and it nearly took off his foot (not responsive at all to movement). Another thing which may seem small - for $1,000 a night, the bathrooms should have nicer toilet paper than the average gas station bathroom. The toiletries provided were also sparse. Additionally, we visited the spa on our last day - the front desk was once again wonderful, but the women’s locker room was so run down and dysfunctional. All the lockers were broken, there was no service (had to knock on the supply closet 6 times over 30 minutes to basically beg for a robe), and the sauna door was stuck and trapped two women inside for a long period of time. Overall, the staff of the hotel (not the spa) made up for a lot of the negatives, but we feel we overpaid.
