It was cute and nice. The room was spacious. It had what we needed. Walking distance to stores, food and the beach. Nice area

The location was nice. I did have to put a towel in the bathroom floor to feel comfortable showering as it does need maintenance- the bathroom has mold on it and there was hair in the corners. When it comes to the maintenance as a whole, it does need up keeping- from the entire backyard, to the main entrance. The not having parking and no host made it unenjoyable for me- as I it seems a bit cold and unwelcoming. Having to put codes every time I go out, so the gate, then the entrance then the hotel door made me not want to go out not even to pick up my Uber Eats delivery as it all felt like task. I did feel very comfortable and safe in the area, even though they was a shooting two street down. Overall, It needs a bit of hospitality.

Beautiful very charming boutique Hotel... these is a bit of construction going on right across the street but honestly its not that noisy. The hotel is very quiet for those who like to be in a peaceful, clean, super cute space. Great price as well. I love the mini fridge, the kitchen sink and cupboards. They even have plates and cups provided. I feel safe... there is a gate and another code to the front door plus your room. Very secure. I already booked another 4 nights after having stayed 5 days already while im visiting Miami!

The room did have any ac it was very hot and the refrigerator was not closed I will never stay there again we had to open the window and it was hot very hot

This has electronic locks on the gate, main door, and room. Not bad, but a PITA sometimes. I got myself locked out and had to call for help. The help staff number, they answer after hours and try to help as best they can, seems the locks are a pain for a few. No, nothing, except WiFi. Parking is CRAZY bad, and you're forced to figure out where you can park and not get towed. Would I stay there again? Staff, when needed, were friendly, and the price wasn't bad, and they had available rooms. YES!

Beautiful hotel and so close to the beach. The beach was less than 5 mins away!! The room was amazing - literally a fully furnished studio apartment with everything. The management is super responsive and even allowed me to check out late because my flight was delayed. Would stay here again when I plan my next trip to Miami. Totally recommend!!

Our week stay was absolutely pleasant & convenient stay, property & rooms were very clean, location is ideal to beach & shops; definitely will book again!

No personal on the property expect for cleaning maid. Room service isn’t included in price, so doesn’t get cleaned unless you pay extra $30 each time. Management never get back to me when I had an issue.. Massive cockroaches on premises and in the room.. Be aware

Very dirty

Worst night sleep, pillow was like a bath mat. Not enough pillows either. Not enough towels. It had a coffee maker and coffee, but no cups. It was also advertised as a 1 bedroom, but it was a Studio.

We stayed for 4 nights. The location is excellent. 5 mins walk to the beach and to the grocery store. Several food options close by. Right across the street you can catch the free Collins shuttle to South Beach or bus 100. The room was clean. There were no amenities at the hotel. The owner was always quick to respond via WhatsApp

There was no staff at the hotel and our sheets were dirty when we got to the room. They had dirt and hairs on them. We were charged 350$ for the night and it wasn’t worth $100. The staff that was suppose to respond to problems via text messaging or if you need help didn’t respond to our requests and questions . Someone did come change the dirty sheets. It was one of my worse hotel experiences and I didn’t feel safe there. Don’t stay here !!!!!!!!

Clump of hair in the shower. Cockroach back up in the corner when I woke up. I tried to contact the hotel as did Expedia and they failed to provide any help. I didn’t receive any check in information like they said I would until I called them to get the codes. Property is definitely run down. The bedding and towels seemed clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would only recommend in an absolute pinch.

Clean close to all amenities

Location very good. No service at all. Dirty floors. Poor hot water. One pillow each and zero amenities. Completely ridiculous for the price. Maybe the landlords should invest a bit ...

The room was moderately clean (the floor had just been mopped, but not sure if it was swept- we were barefoot and could feel/see the dirt on our feet). The kitchen is an appropriate size, has a fridge and a coffee maker. Also somewhat clean--the walls by the kitchen were definitely dirty. Unfortunately for us, the microwave was not working at all--the door had a dent and kept it from closing all the way to work. This was pretty unfortunate as it was one of the main reasons for our stay--we hoped to reheat meals purchased from a nearby Publix. The beds were super comfortable. The sheets looked and smelled pretty clean. The bathroom was also a decent size and had a window to allow further ventilation after a hot shower. Also moderately clean, I went back with my own Clorox wipes just in case. Food and entertainment were minutes away or could take a walk there--nothing was too far and some of the best options around (try 7tyOne!) Free parking is offered directly in front of the hotel. There is patio seating/lounging on both the front and back of the hotel for more privacy. During our stay, there is also a lot of construction happening next to and across the hotel. Overall, for just a one-night stay, I would do it again. But not sure if I would pick here for multiple days.

Worst place to stay in Miami Beach.

The Queen bed was 2 twin beds put side by side that kept sliding and creating a gap with minimal movement - not comfortable, the frames should at least be bolted together. Did not see staff during our visit. There were a few other guests walking the halls, closing and opening their door(s) loudly between 1-3am one night and we couldn't sleep. They were also listening to music loudly and smoking (we could tell by the smell) and had to close our window as they eventually went outside below our room as well. As this was happening, we felt hopeless as no staff is on-site to support. Also, if you're looking to rest at this location - note that there is on-going construction 7/7 around the clock and you'll be woken up to construction noises if your window is open. The positives included: private bathroom, small kitchen space, room had daylight, close to some coffee shops & small restaurants, bus line(s). Our visit could have been better - we believe that the rate should be less than posted.

My room was on the first floor, easy to get to. I arrived really late, probably 2am and had no issues getting inside the building with the codes. Very easy to get to and navigate. Only slight inconvenience was street parking. Not sure if my room had a bad smell or smoking smell before I got there but the window was left open to air out the room. Overall, no real complaints.

AC was working all day with no problem. The area is 5 minutes walk away from big grocery stores and north beach.

Overall, we had a good stay. There weren’t many workers on site after hours, but the host was very quick and responsive whenever we needed anything, which we appreciated. The room was very clean, although it did have a bit of a strange odor. It was bearable, so we didn’t bring it up, but I’m confident it would have been taken care of if we had. There weren’t really any amenities, but the location was great and made it convenient to get around. For the price and location, it was a solid stay.

Room was very clean. Communication was very prompt with property. The 2 stars are because the construction was very disruptive- waking us up on the weekends early. And the rooms were very bright - could definitely use blackout curtains. I went home from my vacation exhausted.

The property it self was small and quaint. the room was beautiful. But their was no ocean view. The hotel is 2 blocks away from the beach but easy walk to. Only down fall was all the codes you have to remember to get in the gate,door and room.

Ac was cool, lots of codes for doors , no front desk available at all, small kitchen area with 2 cups no dishes or utensils available, no late check out available, this is like a small studio apartment not a hotel, location is peaceful is on north beach. Construction being done bext door.

The room plus facilities were more than adequate. Heat would be beneficial withstanding out the out of the normal weather conditions. More coffee, or complimentary water would be nice.

A mouse was in my room and I woke up to find mouse droppings on the floor, counter and at foot of bed.

Close to metro buses, restaurants, supermarket, busy street but quiet non congested area, nice contemporary room with kitchenette, and small hotel with hardly any noise inside.

Property need upgrades in bathrooms and doors including door handles. Location is excellent. Prices is really good. Staff is friendly

Otherwise, it’s fine. It was quiet, good location. Again, there were a number of things in the room that were somewhat rundown, but for the price, it’s not an issue.

Lacks maintenance. Leaky AC. Lose door knobs and towel hangers.

The accommodation was completely okay for the money we paid. Everything was clean and tidy, and a special praise for the elderly cleaning lady who met us and prepared our room on the first day 4-5 hours earlier.

The bathroom was the only problem (black mold in the shower). Otherwise the sleeping area was very clean. WiFi was sloooow and repeaters need to be installed.

Very bad smell in room and smells of mold, holes in walls, bad smells in restroom, the convection oven didn’t work and no one offered to fix it after I wrote to management.

Taking into the consideration the price, I could not ask for better! The AC was excellent, it was secure, and everything in the kitchenette worked great! The best part was the location, literally three blocks from the beach and all the restaurants and cafes of Collin’s Avenue, including the free trolley that makes an easy trip of the entire Miami Beach area. This property had everything I needed, and each morning it was easy to let the facility staff know if I needed fresh towels or to have trash taken out. The staff is responsive via Expedia during their business hours. I will happily return!

Excellent and easy commutable to any places.... But could be better on cleaning schedule as out of 7 days only once room cleaned on request and bedsheets changed..

Love the fact that the hotel is in a convenient area, walking distances to the Beach Restaurants and Bust stop. The Hotel attendant Hanna was very sweat, though she speak little English she try to be helpful.

Roach on the kitchen wall, smelled musty, the neighboring building had a couple arguing all afternoon. Bed was uncomfortable and we had to haul our heavy suitcases up two flight of stairs due to now elevator.

I am extremely disappointed with the owners of this property. We had no air conditioning when we checked in and had to spend the first night in our room as such. We were moved the next day but the owner offered me a refund for the first nights stay. He has still not issued this refund and will not respond to any contact attempts. The only good about this hotel was the housekeeper. She is amazing. She made us feel like we were family and checked on us daily. I would report this hotel and avoid any of its sister properties as well due to the shadiness of the owners. Really disappointing…

AC would not work for a couple of hours after returning from dinner so room was hot and humid. Sent message about issue but no response. Thankfully AC started working at night for sleeping.

For the price it’s a great deal! It’s right next to the beach and there is a Spanish convenience store nearby where you can get great coffee and great freshly squeezed juices.

They have a roach infestation and bedbugs I took a couple pictures of all the bugs that were found in this hotel and you can’t lock the bottom lock of your room because they don’t have keys they have to call a locksmith to break the door open other than that is was okay

No staff on sight, you have to call a number. I would not recommend this place.

While the cleaning woman was pleasant and did her job well, the absence of a secure parking area and the unlocked door caused concerns.

The only part was a little bit uncomfortable. That was the bad.

Very reasonable affordable option. Bus stop literally across the street, supermarket 5 min walk. Room was clean, appliances working, comfortable mattress.

Check in was smooth for me but I ran into 2 separate groups that had not received a text with instructions. Our room 204 had a broken interior lock which felt a bit sketchy. Probably a couple of simple maintenance on the room would make it way better.

The location is good. Close to the beach, supermarket. Easy access to public transportation.

The cleaning lady is doing a fabulous job. Our room was impeccable. However, the safety of hotel must be improved because several times the front doors were open especially when there is concierge or security guard. The surrounding of the property needs some renovation.

The parking was terrible. A lot of homeless people around. No instructions for how to use the AC control. The TV controls didn't work like the diagram explained. Shower had no door or soap holder. Don't care how cheap it is compared to other hotels in the area, won't stay here again.

We were very happy with our stay. Room was modern, very clean. Bed sheets were clean. I honestly don't know why the property had so many bad reviews but it was absolutely good and worth the money. Located 2 blocks or 5 min walk from the beach. Street parking is easy to find around the property for 1$ per hour and you only pay from 8am to 6pm. We had a problem with a microwave and they replaced it the same day. Wifi is not for work but for some internet surging is fine. We would love to have some closet or hangers to put the clothes on but it was not a big issue. Generally, we are very happy about our stay.

It was a large and clean room The TV did not work. I wrote hotel and never had a reply. The kitchen was nice but not usable as there were no plates or utensils. 2 cups & 1 pack of coffee with coffeepot. No condiments for coffee. The location was very noisy due to traffic. I wrote & asked if space to store luggage on check out day and got no reply.

Great stay

Fridge didn’t work bed frames were gross & water was shut off at 9am. Had to be whole building because 2 other people were in the lobby wondering the same thing . There’s no on-site person to talk to everything is by text & responses we’re ridiculously late.
