Reviews
The hotel is generally well-liked for its location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. Many guests praise the property's amenities and modern decor. However, some guests have had negative experiences with customer service, cleanliness, and room comfort.
- Great location
- Friendly staff
- Inconsistent customer service
- Cleanliness issues in some rooms

Great location. Elevator was broken on and off every day, but stairs were easy.
- 4/5
Everything was great. Ended up with some issues with the air but the staff immediately moved us to another room and took off 2 nights resort fees.
- 1/5
The problems began immediately upon check-in. The first room we were assigned had a non-functioning air conditioning system that would not cool below 80°F. Within an hour, we had to pack up and move to a second room. The second room seemed acceptable at first, but because it was located on the first floor next to an exterior exit, we were repeatedly awakened beginning around 5:00-6:00 a.m. by a door that slammed loudly every time housekeeping staff entered or exited the area. We had returned to the hotel around 3:00 a.m. after an evening out and were hoping to get some rest, but the constant slamming made that impossible. It was obvious that the door lacked the proper mechanism to prevent it from slamming shut, and it appeared that no effort had been made to address the issue despite the impact on guests. We were then moved to a third room, only to discover later that the air conditioning in that room was also malfunctioning. Because we had an early tour scheduled and could not afford to miss it, we had no choice but to leave our belongings and deal with the issue later. When we returned, it became clear that we would need to move yet again. The fourth room was okay but housekeeping never came to clean our room even though we requested the service multiple times.

Favorite part was the golf cart service to the beach

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The property was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, but the highlight was the exceptional staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. Their genuine kindness and outstanding service made all the difference. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

Fabulous hotel! Loved the location!! The vibe is amazing. We will definitely be back

Small boutique hotel. Great location and price.
- 0.5/5
The location is excellent! There’s a great private beach nearby, the rooms are amazing, the bed is very comfortable, and the cosmetics are high quality. About housekeeping….although there was one major issue: the maid would come at 7 a.m., knock, and even enter the room while we were still asleep, despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being on the door. The gym is small but nice. Now to the downsides, which unfortunately outweighed all the positives during our two-week stay. The reception staff clearly do not understand how to do their job. Every day there were some kind of issues, problems, or strange rules. Toward the end, it got to the point where we weren’t even allowed to bring our own pizza to the pool area just to eat it quickly, especially since I didn’t like the hotel’s food menu at all. I also sent a hoodie to the laundry service- it was listed as $18, but in the end they charged $70 (!!), even though the hoodie costs $60. No one warned me about the price. After I complained, they removed $20 for an “express service” that I never even requested. Not all the staff were like this, some people at reception were perfectly fine, while others seemed completely incompetent. And of course, housekeeping at 7 a.m. in Miami…I’ve never seen anything like that. Sometimes they didn’t come at all, and we had to call just to get towels replaced. So it was either 7 a.m. or never :) By the end of the second week, they finally seemed to understand that cleaning should be done later :) I wouldn’t want to come back to this hotel, despite its great location and overall nice facilities. It’s a real shame, because I actually liked the hotel very much.

Love how intimate and cozy, and luxurious it is. All of the staff was friendly and recognized us by face. Stayed in a room right by the pool. View was amazing. Food was amazing. Bartender/waiter Cristiano was so friendly and gave us great service for our dinner on our arrival night. Made us feel so welcome. Also, being greeted by the front desk with sparkling champagne to drink as we walked to our room made us feel extra special. Plan to go back again next year. No need to look any further. Only one thing I had wished for was a microwave in the rooms or at least in a general area in order to reheat leftovers from restaurants.

The experience met my expectations
- 4/5
I enjoyed my stay overall but the staff the restaurant for breakfast was unpleasant. We were ignored in an almost empty restaurant. Made eye contact with 3 different staff members and waited 10 min to be seated. Our waiter didn’t come with menus for another 10 min l, then rushed us to order since breakfast was almost over.

Bedrooms modern and comfortable. Staff friendly Lift didn’t work during our stay, treadmills broken in the gym. Also mainly so people are aware the pool is a spa pool so if you want a cool off in the heat it’s not the one. Also only a few loungers at the pool get the sun for the day. Best option is to visit the beach. The price we paid didn’t reflect the quality of facilities.

Excellent spot. Loved the beach chair arrangement.

Great location on South Beach and very nice room with a comfortable bed and a decent sized bathroom and good pressure shower. Felt premium quality and worth the price. The room has a musty smell and I didn't love the entrance to the hotel as there wasn't a lobby / foyer or anywhere to sit. I also really didn't appreciate how expensive the hotel restaurant was nor the fact that a latte wasn't included in the inclusive breakfast. Felt very money-grabbing and not a premium offering. There also wasn't any complimentary water in the room which also wasn't ideal. It was also very difficult to find the room, having to go through multiple doors and corridors. The fire doors kept being opened and alarm being set-off as no one could find the exit back to the main hotel area.

The staff on the property were fantastic! Always friendly, super helpful, and could assist with almost anything. It says it’s an ‘adult only’ property, however, several children were on location during my stay. All children were respectful though but just as a heads up anyone looking to stay.

Incredible staff, the Italy guy at the Bar & Pool was great, rooms, pool, location was great and better than expected. Access to the beach was easy enough and overall fantastic stay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and plan on booking here again.

Beautiful boutique hotel! Loved the location and the check- in staff was great too! Will definitely pick this hotel for my next trip to Miami.
- 5/5
The staff was very attentive. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean. Definitely recommend staying here!
- 5/5
This hotel lived up to my expectations. Chill modern vibes great decor.
- 5/5
Cristiano, the bartender, has been a standout over the years. He’s a familiar presence and always offers a warm, genuine welcome that makes each stay feel personal. The only drawback this time was the elevator being out of service for two to three days, which was a bit inconvenient. Outside of that, the experience remained just as seamless and enjoyable as I’ve come to expect.
- 5/5
I recommend this hotel !!!
- 3/5
Gym is terrible. The elevator was broken for stayed 3 days and it was still broken after I left
- 2/5
The staff was less than friendly. While the acknowledged they fell short at checkin, checkout was worse. As we were transporting bags for storage, the staff had a rude conversation about my family thinking I was unable to understand. When I asked what the problem was they denied it. Then while loaded up with all of our bags, we asked for a ride to a parking garage that was .4 miles away. We were told the golf cart would take 30 min. so I grabbed an uber. While waiting for our uber, the staff took the golf cart out for three ladies with “large” purses. Pool is incredibly small and is unable to accommodate number of guests. While a nice looking hotel, it is definitely not worth the price.
- 4/5
Elevator was broken the whole time so that wasn’t ideal. Made climbing the stairs to the fourth floor inconvenient in the heat. Staff were friendly and the room was spacious and clean
- 4/5
The gym is very small with a dirty floor and the elevator broken during the stay. No one handicapped in our party so it worked out but if you are that’s an issue
- 3/5
For a first class accommodation, Lennox can use some improvement. The rooms are basic with clean beds and furnishings are so minimal it’s difficult to find a place to put items for a week stay. You basically have to live out of your suitcase.
- 5/5
We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, the rooms were great, and the staff was very attentive. It was a great location to the beach with golf carts providing transportation, and walking distance to a lot of shops, food, etc.
- 5/5
Great pool and food. Location was great just a block from the beach.
- 4/5
The property was just as pictured from the photos, very cute and quaint boutique hotel. This place was exactly what I needed. Checked all the boxes. I would definitely come again, but my only suggestion would be is to make the bed mattress more plush and comfortable the linens were good but if they would upgrade the mattress this place would be an Oasis. Love the cleanliness, the pool and staff were great! Will definitely be back for sure..overall a great stay!
- 3/5
Unfortunately the rest of the stay was a little disappointing. At check in we were misinformed about the amount being taken which later led to additional payments being taken throughout our stay with no warning. We had been told the balance was payable on check out. Day one we visited the beach, the website stated there was a private beach area that the hotels golf cart could take us to, when being dropped off we asked where to go and were told no private beach access anymore as they had changed company. We then went to three different beach huts as they were trying to find us where we could get free sun loungers. When we found the correct one they asked where our wristband was to use the beach, turns out we hadn't been provided one at check in. When returning from a night out the valet parking bay was full so we parked next to these cars, the valet parking attendant said he wouldn't take the car in case the police told him off and forced us to drive around the block and park elsewhere, the following morning that same driver parked two cars in the same spot for other guests. When collecting the car at check out the keys were thrown at us and our car pointed out as we were shooed away. We loved the location and the actual hotel but the customer service was well below what we expected from a highly rated boutique hotel.
- 3/5
Some staff were very good but some were not as helpful because I did not speak spanish
- 4/5
I also had to end my trip 2 days early unfortunately due to my husbands work schedule changing last minute - the man at check out told me to contact Expedia to get a refund for the days but Expedia is saying the hotel is not “granting” them the waiver of the two days and that the man that told me that at check out wasn’t the one who makes those decisions. Idk I’m hoping that can get squared away over the next few days though. But none the less I would absolutely stay here again!
- 5/5
Great location, very friendly staff.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, very friendly staff and at a great location.
- 5/5
This hotel was nicely situated. I had an issue with my room that they eventually resolved at the very end but it made staying here a bit less than ideal. Ive stayed at lesser priced hotels in Miami and gotten more attentive service. Were they nice yes, were they quick no. The pool was very nice. The elevators are slow.
- 5/5
Easily walkable to shops, restaurants, beach. Beautiful pool area.

Bathroom was weird and inconvenient, but otherwise the room was great. Good service at the bar, nice pool but kept closing early.
- 5/5
Lovely, boutique property. I especially loved the Molton Brown products in the bathroom. Great shower, hot and relaxing. Easy check in and friendly staff. Great location. This will be my go to property in Miami.
- 5/5
Great place. Nice and clean
- 5/5
Wonderful experience! The pool area was so relaxing with the waterfall it has a spa like feeling, the staff was extraordinary from check in to check out, the cleaning staff and bar tenders, all had smiles on their faces and were so polite and friendly! The staff really make the place my top choice of South beach/Miami Beach stays!!

- 5/5
This is my 4th or 5th stay at the Lennox and I love this hotel. I always get a cabana room by the pool and I love being able to step right outside and read a book or take a nap poolside. The grounds are super nice and the staff is friendly. I always use the gym, and while it's small, it has plenty of the right equipment to get the job done. I did not eat at the restaurant this trip but in the past it's always been great food. I love the location right on Collins, and the courtesy golf cart and private beach area are both great amenities. I look forward to my next stay at the Lennox.

One of the bathrooms had water running nonstop all night and they had no help to come fix it.

Clean room, accommodated me with a room 8 hours early!, credited me $30 because I hadn’t used $10 drink vouchers, close to beach, warm pool and nice a/c in room.

The room was on the smaller size but had plenty of room for the two of us for 1 evening. It was clean, well stocked and surprisingly quiet. The valet parking area is actually across the street from the hotel’s side entrance, that took a bit to discover, but overall an easy stay in a great location.

- 5/5
The room was perfect. Would come again
- 3/5
The hotel was nice overall but somethings i wasn't aware of like the buildings were outside and you have to walk a long way to get to your room it's like a motel style but also my comforter had something under it but i didn't know what it was so i just took the comforter off the bed i don't know if it was washed to much and also if you don't buy breakfast the food is expensive i tried to order an omelette that only had cheese and bacon and it was 50 dollars and that's ridiculous and also they did not offer any other toppings
- 3/5
Room and property were clean, modern. Air conditioning worked.
- 5/5
Thank you front desk for the extended time so that my elderly Mom could rest in the room before our time to head to the cruise ship at 1pm. This is maybe my 4th or 5th stay here. A fabulous clean, quiet, perfectly located hotel. I choose the pool room each time for ease of access.
- 5/5
Beautiful property with a lovely pool. The golf cart service was a game changer, giving us easy rides to the beach, ocean drive and the outdoor shopping mall. Great people at the front desk, pool bar and running the shuttle service.

Very clean and great area
- 1/5
I called the front desk and they were very helpful and moved me to a different room. Both are attended, and I checked the bed to make sure it was clean and then he left. I began to settle in and started to notice the uncleanliness of the rest of the room. It was 10:30 PM and at that point I just needed to sleep so I didn’t wanna call the front desk again. I took it upon myself and begin to clean everything up with my antibacterial wipes. I emailed the hotel with details of what happened as they told me to and still no response. It’s a beautiful hotel but I will never stay again.
- 5/5
I go to Miami several times a year. Every time I stay in Lennox Hotel. I just absolutely love everything about this hotel. It’s perfect for me and it’s so gorgeous. Every detail is just curated with love and care. It’s aesthetically very pleasant. Rooms are amazing and super stylish and clean. I’m a big fan, that’s why I stayed there I think 8 times. I don’t really check other hotels when I plan Miami trip.
- 3/5
Hotel is great for vacation- not for business travel.
- 5/5
I love this hotel!
- 5/5
Beautiful boutique hotel very clean, great location and friendly staff would definitely stay here again and highly recommend 🙌😊
- 5/5
Nice
- 1/5
This could be a beautiful hotel, but the lack of customer service puts it on the bottom of my list.
- 3/5
Good hotel, but lacking some ways. Nice pool, but towels are not available at the pool. You have to bring them from your room or go to the front desk. There also isn’t a trash can in the pool area. They offer a shuttle (golf cart) to the beach, but they do not allow children under 12 on the shuttle, even with parents. The hotel is beautiful but seems to favor design over functionality of the spaces.
- 3/5
bed was comfortable, I've had better. Housekeeping was hard to come by. We had to ask for clean towels often and they tidied the room up 1 time in 5 days. Bartender Christiano was very kind and hospitable and acknowledge about the different beverages, Sheron at the front desk was efficient, professional, helpful, and kind. Miguel on night shift was kind as well.
- 3/5
Good location. Average property.
- 5/5
Our second time at this hotel and we would go back for a third time! The boutique style hotel feels more intimate and the details are very intentional. Great location and great staff
- 3/5
The place was ok. The bartenders were friendly. I had an issue with a guy at the front desk. He was very rude to me. They charged me twice for one room and I had to dispute the charge. The dining staff wasn’t friendly either. I wouldn’t stay again.
- 5/5
The staff was LOVELY and the property was beautiful.
- 5/5
Great location, friendly staff and lots of cute spots within walking distance!
- 5/5

- 5/5
Enjoyed our two day stop over here! Classy elegant and very comfortable room. We did pay an extra $100 per night for a nice balcony room but felt it was worth the cost.
- 5/5
Very nice I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect
- 5/5
The service was perfect
- 5/5
Always a pleasure, convenient, beautiful great staff, restaurant on site and soooo comfy even for a solo trip!
- 5/5
Beautiful pool, close to the beach, very cozy environment. 100% recommend it.
- 4/5
Hotel is beautiful and well located. Valet parking isn’t obvious where it’s located. Once you know it’s fine.
- 5/5
Our stay was amazing! From the thoughtful welcome to the perfect service of all the staff, I can say we had a very nice stay and would have love to spend more time. Rooms are comfortable and beautiful. We also had a great time at the pool. I would recommend 100%.
- 4/5
We had a great time! Staff were very nice and helpful. Mattresses probably need to be replaced, as they were not as comfortable as you would expect to for what you are paying. Also, I booked through Expedia and when I got there I had to pay an extra $99.45 in hotel fees and valet parking for a night. Total price should be reflected when you are booking. So be prepared. Beach is across the street and you get to use the hotel umbrellas and beach chairs.
- 5/5
Beautiful decor, excellent service, comfortable beds and delicious breakfast at their restaurant. We also enjoyed the beach with included beach chairs and umbrella. I will definitely come back!
- 2/5
I had requested a room without a pool view but was given one anyway, along with the noise. The in-room TV displayed the wrong guest name all week, which felt careless. Guests smoked near the pool, and staff didn’t intervene. One day, the AC stopped working. After waiting two hours and calling the front desk, the same staff member brushed it off with, “Don’t forget you’re in Miami. Things happen!”—a shocking response instead of an apology or solution. Despite these issues, the beds were comfortable, the minibar was good, and the pool area was nice. Housekeeping deserves special praise for their great daily work. TL;DR: Disappointing second stay due to unhelpful front desk staff (specifically that one arrogant lady), wrong room view, AC issues, and poor service. Highlights: comfy beds, nice pool, and excellent housekeeping.
- 5/5
Very serene
- 5/5
Great stay, very clean with modern decor, very close and accessible to the strip and a lot of other hotspots, would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
GREAT!
- 2/5
- had a difficult time checking in around midnight, staff did not want to let me into the room without my mom even though she tried calling multiple times to give a heads up -first two front desk employees i spoke with did not want to honor my two free drinks perk via expedia. - upon checking in i received no information regarding pool, services, beach or really any helpful information about the hotel -overall just not very transperant, seems like rules
- 5/5
The best part of our stay here was the staff. There was a lovely woman working the front desk every day who took time to get to know us, and every day would check in to make sure we were enjoying our trip. Erick and Victor whom we got to know as well were incredibly helpful - providing recommendations and golf cart rides to dinner and events! Everyone was just so helpful, personable and made us feel at ease and at home. The rooms were cleaned perfectly every day and the property itself was beautiful. Especially loved the value of having a dedicated section on the beach- this was a big plus for us! Delicious food in the restaurant as well. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we are in Miami!
- 5/5
Excellent
- 4/5
I was not overly excited about the building overall. old building. customer service was excellent. Hope treated us well.
- 3/5
It has a label of “luxury” but was really average. Was on 4th floor and elevator was broken!! The staff stated it’s been broken for 3-4 days now, but assisted in carrying our luggage. I booked a King room with balcony and canopy bed, the room is very small, so is the bathroom, and the balcony that sits only two small chairs. The curtains had blood color stains on them, they only provide u with one Lennox white rob which mine had a small yellow stain on. The cleanliness of the bathroom was 8/10. The pool area was underwhelming, looks cute but it’s very small. Whether ur checking in or out the lobby area gets crowded and tight. Amongst all the staff was EXCELLENT!! ERICK was of GREAT HELP!! Even though I didn’t fully enjoy my stay, with a great staff like that smoothed things over.
- 5/5
Amazing stay!

- 4/5
Nice hotel would stay again!
- 1/5
Terrible
- 5/5
I love the location and the decor of the hotel, staff very friendly as well.
- 1/5
Parking is terrible and the valet attendant never anywhere to be found, we had to leave someone from our party outside watching to make sure that our car would not be towed, while I went inside to ask the valet person to come out and grab our vehicle. Not only did we have to wait in the line to the front desk, for over 15 minutes. Once we got up there, they stated their valet was full and could not accommodate any more vehicles for the day. After hours of back and forth when the room was still not ready at check in time, they then proceeded to inform me that my Subaru Forester was an oversized vehicle and therefore I would need to pay an additional $50/ night for valet parking which somehow now had one spot available for my car. In the meantime, while we waited for our room to be ready for hours, we attempted to enjoy the few amenities that Lennox Hotel offers but were again disappointed. There were no available chairs by the pool or at the bar. My daughters and myself just stood there uncomfortably, no one offered us a chair maybe they could have brought one out. The service there was the worst I have ever experienced at any signature hotel. I have so many more complaints, yet not enough energy to list them each. These were just a few of the main things that were terrible about the Lennox Hotel in Miami Beach.
- 4/5
It was ok. Booked parking garage off spot hero. Good location.
- 2/5
Stayed two nights. Guest elevator was down overnight. Room wasn’t well cleaned—hair and dirt around the rug and bench, and towels had stains. Bathroom looked recently renovated but had no usable counter space. The ceiling-mounted HVAC near the bed was extremely loud—each time it cycled on, the blower ran at full speed with no variable control, sounding like a wind tunnel. The toilet also broke during the stay. Only two bottles of water were provided for the entire stay; anything more had to be purchased. They charge a resort fee but when we asked for the cart, staff told us to walk because it would be faster. Not what I’d expect from a 4-star hotel.
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely little hotel. The staff were polite & helpful. The room was clean & comfortable. The pool area was pretty. We also enjoyed our beach chairs at Miami Beach! The location was convenient to beach, shopping & restaurants.

Nice hotel. Great area. Lots of dining option. close to the beach. Quiet room
- 5/5
It was our second stay at this hotel, and it didn't disappoint again.
- 5/5
Overall a fantastic hotel, and if we came back to Miami we would look to stay here again. Some slight negatives: the service in the restaurant was incredibly slow. Almost all US restaurant service is slow, but this was slower than most. Also on two occasions our towels for the pool area were not restocked in our room, so I had to ask at reception for some more, which they said they would bring to the pool area for us. On the first occasion, it took 25 minutes and by that point we had already just gotten in the pool. On the second occasion, they never arrived. Everyone at the front desk and restaurant, besides the amazing bartender (who was running around doing 3 peoples jobs by the look of it) seemed to move as if there were 30 hours in the day. Not enough to make the trip any less amazing, but worth mentioning.
- 5/5
Stayed here the night before our cruise. Wish we could have stayed longer! Such a lovely hotel with superb rooms and an awesome staff. We will definitely be going back!
- 3/5
The reception staff at the hotel (apart from one lady, who was lovely) are quite rude and abrupt. They spend the majority of their time leaning over the reception desk on their mobile phones, rather than looking remotely engaged to try and help you. The pool bar closes before the hotel bar opens and you're told you need to wait for a drink, this is in South Beach. I'll just spend my money elsewhere!! Absurd! The cleaning staff do an excellent job but be prepared to hear them banging and crashing around first thing in the morning. The air con stops working in the middle of the night and ours also broke twice during our stay. The pool is way too small for the amount of guests and is like the hunger games trying to get a bed. Don't bother, just go out! The beach area is nice and shout out to the valet, Carlos. Lovely helpful guy! Overall we were expecting great things about staying at The Lennox, sadly it just isn't what it's trying so hard to be!
- 5/5
Really really nice hotel in a great area. The staff were really nice and the room was cool!

Located right on Collins ave, this was such a convenient location for walking around shopping, grabbing food, and walking to the beach.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very nice and welcoming. Rooms were clean had no issues requesting extra items for the room such as iron, towels, or coffee. The pool area is just as pictured. Even had an umbrella in the room for the rainy days on our trip. I would definitely recommend for a lowkey get away with friends or family.

Front desk could have helped more, we had a stroller and constantly struggled to get around

I love this hotel, I would definitely stay here again!!!

Property was in a great location for a quick weekend in Miami Beach.

Upon check-in, the gentleman working the front desk was abrupt and not welcoming to us. He failed to mention the hotel’s offer of transport by golf cart within a one mile radius. We learned this from another employee on the last day of our stay - very disappointed. Our shower had hair in it when we first got to our room. Also, signs of mold in the shower crevices - unsightly. The TV signal kept going in and out. The phone in our hotel room barely worked - could not use the wireless phone at all. The main phone didn’t always call through to reception/ house keeping. No iron in our room - had to request this. When housekeeping first cleaned our room they forgot to replace our body towels - poor effort. Overall, not impressed with this hotel and will look elsewhere to stay in Miami. Suggest you do the same before you over pay for a mediocre hotel.

Very nice theming and decor. Rooms by elevator can be loud.

Good experience. Everything walking distance.

The fact that you have to pay the parking $55.00/night & you need to pay “Resort Fee.”

Nice place to stay. Will stay here again.

This is a beautiful hotel. The yogurt bowl is so yummy and artfully presented. Im surprised there was no "thank you for returning to our hotel-we are glad you chose us again". Nothing. No extras. Nada.

Always stay here when I come to Miami! The perfect hotel right on south beach. The hotel is relaxing, with a beautiful pool area. walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Will be coming back again soon

Horrible customer service

The pool and foliage, forming an oasis, is only a block away from the beach.

The Lennox is a beautiful little hotel that was perfect for my 2 friends and I. The concierge was very friendly and helpful. I would come definitely comeback again.
- 4/5
Great location. The hotel is convenient to restaurants and transportation. The room is very dark, and weird that you only get coffee and water on day 1, no refill for the rest if the stay.
- 5/5
Great hotel property, right by the beach and very easily accessible. Hotel staff also very friendly
- 3/5
Rooms are small with no where to sit other than the bed. The room was incredibly dark!! Lighting was poor — making it extremely difficult to see while getting ready to go out in the evening. This was very frustrating. Pool didn’t get much sunshine.

Disappointed in staff.

Cool hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, great location. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is fairly loud, walls seem to be very thin. Hotel overall is very nice and I had multiple accommodating individuals at the front desk.

The restaurant downstairs was another nightmare and super overpriced. the service was terrible, i do not recommend it!

I contacted Expedia, we finally got a room change. We left a day early they would not refund the day and facilities we did not use. Still charged us $50 for the day. They told us to contact Expedia since we did not book with them to get a refund. I did that when Expedia contacted them they would not give a refund?? I would never stay here again. Poor management, they do not treat the consumer with respect.

What a great hotel with a beautiful pool, friendly service, and comfortable beds close to the beach! The only place I found it lacking was the shower in the room did not have a convenient place to hang a towel within arms reach or even place the washcloth while showering. There was also no shelf for the shampoo, conditioner, body wash so you need to bend down to get them from the floor each time.

The staff was questionable. Not overly friendly or accommodating. They charge for coffee pods in the room. At the price point at least one or two cups of complimentary coffee or tea should be expected. They did provide one bottle of water per guest, per day. That was nice. The room was clean enough. Visible stains on the bed frame foot rails and coverlet were present. However, linens and bath towels appeared clean and fresh. The provided bath soap and hair products were heavily perfumed. Overall, I would opt to stay elsewhere in the future.

Property felt overpriced for what it was. I was stunned that $50 daily resort fee didn’t include water or coffee. Wasn’t bad but probably wouldn’t stay again.

It was perfection!

Nice aroma smell in the whole property it’s fantastic.

Property was comfortable and stylish but lacked the attentive care expected of a hotel at this pricepoint.

The Lennox Hotel was a serene experience in the middle of a busy Miami Beach. So close to the beach, restaurants and shopping areas. Walkable to South Beach. The options at the restaurant were enjoyable and the food was delicious. The staff was helpful, we were there during Art Basel weekend and it was very busy in the hotel and the restaurant, I wish they had more help. We enjoyed this hotel and would stay here again for sure!

Liked my stay in general. I booked balcony room and could not use the balcony: there was a lot of noise from a AC shaft? or something situated on the roof just 10 meters from the balcony.

I was super happy with my stay at the Lennox. We had a lovely room that was very quiet. Wished for a few more drawers but otherwise think it’s a great hotel. Look forward to staying again.

Cons: Be careful when you book through a third party, such as Expedia, etc.; the reservation isn’t shown, and you can surprisingly know about it when you check in. Also, no complimentary drinks or any other bonuses too, even if you booked and it was shown on your reservation. I think it’s something with hotel management and their knowledge of hotel programs, etc. A bit stressful when you need to defend yourself in the beginning of your vacation in the check-in period. Thankfully, I was able to resolve all issues and didn’t lose my money or pay double, etc. Good luck!

Ordered finger food by the pool that was visually agreeable and very good. Staff at front desk were excellent. Well located walking distance from everything. Wish we would of been notified the hotel valet/parking wasn’t available for larger cars. We had to run around for parking for our suburban all weekend. We even got towed for being late for 7min on payment for private parking which cost us $450. That was very disappointing.

This lovely hotel was near enough to the Convention Center for me to walk. Beautifully decorated with a gorgeous pool at the center.

We were offered to early check in at $150. The coffee pods were extra $ which you had to request every day if you wanted coffee in the morning. The cleaning service was questionable when I left 2 dirty glasses to find them still uncleaned. Overall the hotel is nice, but it’s the amenities that are lacking.
