Hilton Bentley Miami/South Beach

We enjoyed our view of the beach. Not too fond of some of the food we had at the restaurant in the hotel. Overall, it was a great experience for our family.

There wasn’t a beach view from the pool. I believe there’s a small hot tub somewhere but I didn’t see it.

Room was not ready check in time Booked on expedia and paid my total which included taxes and fees but the hotel charged me ‘Resort Fee’ at checkout of $90. When I expressed that I had the impression that Expedia’s total included all fees they said in a snapping way to take it out with expefia Very rude staff

The property is magnificent! All was amazing!

The location is amazing and the beach too. The restaurant Santorini was excellent too. However, the room advertised as studio, is a regular room, not bigger than any other room and no kitchenette. What bothered me the most is how loud the room was. You could hear every voice, door, conversations from all directions and people were not being even loud, it’s just the hotel has 0 soundproofing. I didn’t sleep well at all. The ac when it blows makes you very cold and when it’s off the comforter and sheet makes you hot. Not worth over $400

The pick of the litter, I wouldn’t stay at another property ever, the Hilton Bentley is the most hospitable hotel on south beach, Ms Debbie, Orlando and the whole entire staff makes you feel at home, the rooms are immaculate and the food is delicious.

In room Internet service was very limited or non existent. We had to go to the lobby to connect and maintain a connection. Very inconvenient, staff apologized but no solutions were offered other than stay in the lobby.

Location This was a horrible accommodation experience—this terrible hotel completely ruined my trip. On the first night of my stay, I discovered bedbugs, and the entire bed was covered in dust and stains. That night, the hotel reception moved me to a smaller room and assured me that the manager would speak with me the next day. However, the manager never showed up for no reason. To avoid completely disrupting my travel plans, I agreed to have the manager contact me via phone, but I have yet to receive that call. The hygiene conditions and service attitude of this hotel are absolutely appalling. I endured two nights of a nightmare-like stay, did not get to stay in the room I originally booked, and no one has negotiated any compensation for my losses. The hotel treats its guests with arrogance—making them bear all the consequences. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to stay away for the sake of your vacation.

Also they tried charging me the resort fee that had already been paid in advance while booking. The Greek restaurant's breakfast with a small bread with childish sized jiffy PB& Jelly plus a cup of coffee and a glass of Orange juice for $15? Felt cheated by this nickel and diming 4 star hotel that costs $1000 a night? I expected much better. Disappointed and won't stay again..? Made me feel being tested and except the explanations for my questions about some charges that didn't't make any sense. Weren't getting clear and logical answers made me lose trust towards this establishment.

The pool is not useable. You have to walk through the fine dining restaurant. The restaurant also has tables for lunch and dinner all around the pool. So no one uses the pool. Wish we knew that and would have selected another hotel.

Appreciate Debbie giving us an upgrade. I do prefer a buffet breakfast. The a la carte setup is not to my liking but I can understand that there is low guest ratio to justify this. They should not allow XL Bully dogs in the restaurant, especially without a lead. It scared my wife and she decided to leave early.

I loved staying here, the street was a dead end. Higher priced so it’s not as crowded. Get a spa day pass and enjoy all the Miami Hilton/Bentley has to offer without the price tag of staying here. Bathrooms are huge for an art deco Miami hotel.

Average at best. Location was good and the balcony view was great, but overall, I expected better. Shower leaked (puddles, not just a leak), No vanity space, peeling ceilings, elevators key card was frustrating to operate.

The kids also loved the hotel's heated pool and the outside courtyard which was lovely for enjoying the beautiful Miami weather. The rooms are generously sized, clean and very comfortable. The mini kitchen includes a fridge and microwave, which were added bonuses. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. We ate at the hotel restaurant on several occasions and loved all the options. Highly recommend this hotel and will certainly be back again in the future.

I never received the call about trying a different room from the manager as promised so we wound up leaving after the first night with no refund available to me. The “view” was not worth the upgrade, the hotel/property were quite small and outdated (i.e. old/small pool), and they charged resort charges to my credit card when I already paid them.

Unless you enjoy no-conversation, no-thought pool environment, don't take the sun by the pool.

With the living room /kitchen which was more expensive but that’s fine . The room smelled like mold.. There was no windows that opened and no balcony which if I would have know i would have never had rented a hotel room without a balcony .. but the hotel and the restaurant in the hotel are really nice ! But the smell of mold really made it bad !

We had an absolute awesome experience at the Hilton in South Beach, Miami!! The room was big, clean and updated. It was quiet. Valet parking was fast and efficient. All of the employees we dealt with were super friendly and courteous. We will definitely stay here again next year!!

Shards of glass everywhere by the pool on a daily basis. Our daughter slices her foot. Barely any towels for the pool, it was like hungers game trying to get one, even on the weekends. The housekeeping was so bad we had to complain 3 times to get the management to assist. We have been go here for years, we will NEVER come again

It took a while for the room to be ready but the hotel did store our bags. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, room service was prompt. The room was as expected with beautiful beach views and a balcony. The hotel was quiet for it to have been spring break which was great. The room could have been dusted a little better but over all I would recommend this hotel and will stay again.

The hotel is amazing, clean, comfortable, wonderfull bedroom. I arrived on friday night and left sunday morning i did not get my car for nothing. I just got a big problem when i was travelling back to home in Orlando when i passed a toll and realized that my sunpass transponder was stollen by the guys of the vallet

Perfect location right on the beach. Chairs and beach front food/drink service available. Property is very clean and well maintained. Food at Santorini's is delicious. The staff was wonderful. Only complaint is our room was tiny. Because of location on Ocean Drive, often noisy at night, but that's to be expected in South Beach. It's also noisy in the morning from the garbage trucks that seem to run every day at 6:00a.m. sharp.

It wasn't a fluke either, we were there for multiple days and everyone was experiencing massive service delays for orders, 45 min to get a beer?!? The "spa" was ridiculous and very over priced as well! Online photos are misleading, buyer beware

Only good location. Never stay again.

Parking was a little bit pricey. But overall I would recommend it to another

Our stay there was really nice. I don’t have anything negative to say about the property. The restaurant downstairs was delicious! I highly recommend.

It was my first time staying at the hotel and I loved it. There was a mixup with my reservation and then with my room, but after a few phone calls and conversations everything was fixed. The location is amazing and I look forward to visiting in the future.

EVERYTHING was amazing! Staff, front desks, valet, and the Santorini Greek restaurant connected to it. Floors and rooms were spotless clean and spacious.

Great place best location in south beach

I loved that it was right on the beach, I loved the happy hour and the staff, Bruno and Dule' were great. The front desk was awesome and the location perfect.

Location of this hotel is good...... Centrally located south of 5th and within walking distance to many good restaurants. The beach club is very convenient too.
