    Our stay at Faena Hotel Miami Beach was unforgettable. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and every part of the experience felt truly 5-star.     The property itself is beautiful and still has one of the best atmospheres in Miami. The check-in staff was warm and attentive, and my spa provider was excellent and one of the highlights of the stay. The design, beach access, and overall aesthetic are what initially drew me to Faena for a birthday staycation. Unfortunately, the service did not match the reputation or price point of the hotel. During dinner, a friend sent a bottle of rosé and a birthday card to my room. At 1:30am, I was woken up by room service asking to retrieve the table, which felt extremely inappropriate and disruptive. After being woken up that late, I could not fall back asleep, and it affected the rest of my stay the following day. To make matters worse, the room service attendant also removed the bottle and birthday card, which was very strange and disappointing. Beach service was also very delayed, and orders were repeatedly mixed up throughout the day. Lunch service in the courtyard was similarly slow, it took a long time just to be acknowledged, and we ultimately decided to eat at the beach and have drinks to go instead. Overall, the level of service and attention to detail felt noticeably below what I expected from a hotel that markets itself as one of the best luxury properties in Miami.

    - Upon check-in, they put me in a room completely different from what I booked: much smaller, no carpet, no desk, and clearly a lower-tier room. - Had to argue with staff just to be moved into the room category I actually paid for. - Once finally moved, the toilet in that room didn’t even work. I was then moved again. Four room changes in the first 12 hours of my stay. - Service across the board was painfully slow, disorganized, and unhelpful. Every interaction felt like a battle. - Getting beach chairs or pool seating was unnecessarily difficult every single day despite being a hotel guest. - After all the inconvenience, not a single meaningful gesture was offered. No room upgrade, no resort credit, nothing. - I even had to spend 30 minutes at the front desk speaking to a manager just to secure a modest 2-hour late checkout after all the disruption. - For a hotel that markets itself as ultra-luxury, the experience was chaotic, exhausting, and deeply disappointing. Never coming back.

    Unfortunately one of the staff member stole a birthday envelope with $1000 in cash out of my carry on bag didn't have a lock. The hotel security checked the hotel cameras but a good crook will know the weak spots of a cameras where they work. Lesson learned never leave cash in a bag without a lock carry with you at all times. We let our guard thinking a 5 start hotel would be safe not the case.

    Aesthetics are immaculate and the suite was a couples dream! On our arrival day it was overwhelmingly busy and our room wasn’t available on time. We went to the bar to get a table and have drinks while we waited. Finally, after some time they could offer us a table.

    I am writing to formally express my shock and disappointment regarding an incident that occurred at Faena Hotel Miami Beach on the evening prior to New Year’s Eve, around 8:00 PM. I had just checked into the hotel and, being genuinely hungry after travel, went to the main restaurant with the intention of having a cocktail and a light meal before my later dinner reservation. I sat at the bar, ordered a drink, and was waiting to be served. Shortly after, a waiter approached me and demanded that I leave my seat immediately, threatening to call a manager if I did not comply. Moments later, a manager arrived and behaved in an openly rude, aggressive, and deeply disrespectful manner. He removed the chair from under me, instructed the staff not to serve me anything no food, no drinks and told me that I was not allowed to visit the restaurant. When I explained that I was a guest staying at the hotel, he accused me of lying. The situation escalated further when he used obscene language and told me to “go f*** myself.” This level of behavior is absolutely unacceptable in any establishment, let alone a hotel positioning itself as a luxury, world-class destination. To be very clear: it was the most disgusting place with the worst service I have ever experienced. The service was especially atrocious in the restaurant, and guests are forced to double-check their bills due to constant errors and negligence. I am deeply concerned not only by the lack of professionalism, but by the complete absence of basic respect toward paying guests. This incident left me humiliated, shocked, and questioning how such conduct is tolerated within the Faena brand. I expect a formal investigation into this matter, a written apology, and a clear explanation of what corrective actions will be taken to ensure that no other guest is treated in this manner. This message is being documented for reputational and legal purposes. it was the most disgusting place with the worst service I have ever experienced. The service was especially atrocious in the restaurant, and guests are forced to double-check their bills due to constant errors and negligence.

    Amazing stay in the Faena Hotel Miami. Are suite was amazing had a wonderful view. All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The Housekeeper lady Cesia was extreamly nice even left us some extra chocolates as a gratuity when she learned that it was our anniversary. One of the workers in the front explained everything upon arrival showed us everything in the hotel and gave us some champagne and a big bottle of san pelegrino when I told him I wasn’t drinking. Just a wonderful stay all around the Hotel is beautiful and worth it.

    Everything was just perfect. We enjoyed to sit on our balcony in the morning, drink coffee and enjoy the view or in night with glass of wine:) the show was amazing, must to see. Cocktails in “Living room” delicious and made professionally. The breakfast is perfect. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you It’s not something that relates to the hotel. But there was a construction in the hotel next to Faena and it was a lot of noice in the pool area. I used my earplugs there :) and there was a seaweed in ocean, so we couldn’t enjoy the ocean on our vacation. The only thing in the hotel they don’t have anything soft on the legs of chairs and tables on balcony and breakfast area. If you move them please lift them up because if you just move them it makes very strong, unpleasant sound. You relaxing on the balcony or enjoying your breakfast with nice music on the background, and someone next to you moving this heavy charge, it’s bother :)

    Staying at this property truly felt like a resort experience. From the moment I arrived, I was transported—honestly, it didn’t even feel like I was in Miami.     Overall a nice hotel for an amateur, quite clean and comfortable. Small pool. Beach service starts at 12 p.m. which is strange, it is impossible to even have a coffee before this time, considering that we have an early breakfast, we have to go to the bar ourselves. The bathroom is not light enough and there is no mirror for shaving (not convenient for doing makeup). Good location and friendly staff.

    Only problem was we were outside about to order lunch and it started to get cloudy.. The waitress told us they can't serve because it may thunderstorm. But if we go inside, we can have the same menu.. We went inside and no restaurant was able to provide the same menu... The hostess at the living room on Friday 6/7/24 around 1 - 2pm was nasty. We even went to the concierge to ask why the waitress outside told us we can have the same menu inside... Both the Concierge and the hostess told us the hotel doesn't even serve poke bowls in any restaurant... After ordering not great pizza and horrible lobster roll from the Living Room, my wife went outside to the pool where she met Michael, who was a server or a busboy by the pool area.. We asked him for the Poke Bowl we had every day for lunch for the past 4 days and he went above and beyond and got the dish we wanted from the chef and brought it into the living room for us to eat. The concierge should really check out the menu and not just listen to the hostess. Hostess was nasty.. But I got the Poke Bowl and showed her that I wasn't dreaming.. It was in fact a meal that is served for lunch at the pool... and it's delicious.

    Our experience at Faena was amazing! Probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever been in. From the moment you arrive, the attention and service is first class. The entire staff goes out of their way to give you a first class experience. Rooms are fantastic, comfortable elegant and well designed. Restaurants are otherworldly, pool and beach areas are top notch. Would definitely recommend and look for an excuse to return.

    Amazing stay at Faena, the decor and Faena brand is unmatched with fine details, ambiance and quality. We enjoyed the pool area in the evening too, great to have the pool open 24/7. *Note, pool area is pretty quiet and played classical style music. There were also a lot of children in the pool during our stay. The beach access was awesome and you can order food and cocktails from both the pool and beach area. Additionally, loved the connected beach boardwalk. The concierge was very helpful and we look forward to staying there again.

    Top notch service from entry to exit. Concierge, valet, restaurant staff, everybody extremely courteous. Hotel is old miami with a lot of classic touches. If you're looking for class, this is a great place to stay. Room smelled a bit musty and one of four elevators was frequently stuck but aside from those couple issues, a great hotel. Service really made up for some down falls.

    I rented this as a Birthday gift for 3 nights, all prepaid in full check in was on Friday but my guest travel got delayed so they did not try and check in until Saturday when they was informed the reservation was cancelled because they did not check in on Friday this is unacceptable as the room was prepaid for and should have been available regardless of what they they checked in. They will not refund or atleast just charge the one night that they was a no show. How is a prepaid room cancelled does not make any sense. Very upset with the staff as they refuse to reimburse payments for the other two cancelled nights.
