Pontos negativos: chuveiro fraco, sai pouca água; a arrumação do quarto é ótima, mas poderiam incluir varrer o chão do quarto; sobre o estacionamento, você precisa ligar 20 min antes para o valet trazer o carro; café da manhã exatamente igual todos os dias e poucas opções. Como eu havia lido as avaliações dos hóspedes anteriores antes de fazer a reserva, já estava preparada em relação e esses aspectos. Mas esses pontos não prejudicaram a qualidade do hotel e dos serviços prestados, eu voltaria com certeza a me hospedar lá.

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The small kitchen was very practical, although I wish there had been a proper table for dining—the stools at the kitchen island weren't the most comfortable for meals. The king-size mattress was very comfortable, and our room had two separate bathrooms and showers, which was a nice bonus. One of the showers was missing a door, but it was still usable. The best part of this hotel is its location—just steps from Ocean Drive and South Beach. For about CAD $350 all-in, it offered excellent value. Overall, a very good hotel, and I would happily stay here again.

Great location right on Ocean Drive (between 5th and 6th), literally a stone's throw from the beach. I had a wonderful overnight stay here. The staff was incredibly friendly, and my room was clean and spacious. Don't miss the rooftop pool, it overlooks the ocean and is beautiful. The continental breakfast was also a nice touch and perfect for a quick bite. Would definitely stay again!

Additionally, the room was initially stocked with bath towels for only two guests, so we had to request extra towels. Despite these minor issues, we had a pleasant stay. The location is great, the rooms are spacious, and overall it is a good hotel.

The valet that was included with the VIP experience would not take my factory F350 truck. They said it wouldn’t fit in the parking garage and if they had to make other arrangements, they want an extra 100 and something dollars per night. So when I parked in the City parking spots and paid $100 for 28 hours, I then receive a $46 ticket and one of the hotels tried to confiscate the properties and tried to tow my vehicle and disconnected and messed up. The linkage system for the truck was not drivable so I paid an extra $146 and have a broken truck now that’s gonna cost me $500-$1000 to fix. In the defense of the Hotel the manager the next day, took care of it and told the valet people to honor the deal and keep the truck out front and was a true gentleman, but the city of Miami has some work to do when they charge people $100 to park and then give them a $46 ticket and then try to tow their vehicle.!

What truly made this hotel stand out was the staff. The manager and every employee we encountered went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. They promptly accommodated our request to switch rooms upon arrival and were especially attentive to my sister, who has a disability. They consistently checked to see if there was anything we needed and were always pleasant, caring, and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place that is close to the beach, and staffed by people who genuinely care about their guests and work hard to meet their needs.

Was placed on floor 3. Noise from upstairs 4th floor PH guests was awful. Every step and chair move was easily heard through the ceiling. Stay away from floor 3. Windows were filthy and small. Ocean view? Really pushing it.

Voucher for Valet parking was a huge help for the first night. Then we used parking garage on the 7th and Collins Ave that is just 3 min walk away and coat $20 per night.

As a contribution, the breakfast should have a little more different types of bread.

Amazing stay at Bentley Hotel South Beach! Perfect location right on Ocean Drive and steps from the beach. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the rooftop pool had an incredible view. Definitely one of the best South Beach experiences — highly recommend!

Clean, and helpful front desk, they checked us in only few minutes. This hotel smells so nice, and the view was amazing. When I go back to Miami I will stay here again

2-bedroom suite is spacious. GREAT location! Maintenance guy on night shift had an attitude but besides that all other staff was amicable.

Rooms are great so is the location in general (gets crazy and unsafe during spring break). Air conditioning doest work in all rooms equally and our bedroom was hot. Young lady at reception was borderline rude. Breakfast was minimal.

Then the cleaning ladies in the early morning are tending to rooms and allowing doors to slam back and fourth without any consideration for the guests trying to get a last hour of sleep. Glad it was one night. I couldnt imagine staying here for more than a day.

Very pleasant room in an excellent location, just steps from the beach and right on beautiful Ocean Drive. The staff are outstanding: friendly and always willing to help. The hotel is also quiet. The only downside is the breakfast, which is low-quality and more in line with a basic motel than a hotel at this high price.

I was pleasantly surprised that the street noise dropped precipitously around 11pm (my room was along 5th). For me, this is fine for a night of good sleep. Many rooms don't overlook the street, however and family members in other rooms said they never heard any outside noise. I will stay here again.

We loved our room. It was nice to have a small kitchen and eating area. The decor was very modern and nice. Our room was ocean front so our windows were below the sidewalk which made it noisy at times, but we expected it to be. Loved the rooftop pool as well. I would return and recommend this hotel.

Wonderful location for a quick access to the beach and the trail

The room and amenities were great. The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. My only complaints—we were in a room facing the ocean and there was a busy street with constant traffic noise and music blaring well into the early hours of the next morning. It was particularly bad on weekends. This shouldn’t be a problem if you are visiting for the nightlife/party scene. If you want a good night’s (uninterrupted) sleep, it is going to be a bit of a challenge if you are placed near the street. I think the rooms a bit farther back are probably ok, but try to avoid oceanfront if you want peace and quiet.

Once inside Penthouse 3 was beautifully decorated. It was clean and modern. The outside of the property certainly could use some updating. There is a set of steps to get to PH3. Would be nice if there was an elevator or a ramp for luggage, etc.

Staff were welcoming, attentive and friendly. The hotel was well maintained, rooms felt fresh and clean, with a kitchenette style set up including all the things you need down to paper towels and free Starbucks coffee. Bottled water is offered to guests daily, breakfast is a full spread of the essentials (enough to get your day going and get you to lunch). Free bicycles were available to use for all guests, beach chairs and umbrellas, a roof top pool and champagne hour meet and greet for guests. The hotel is perfectly located on Ocean Drive, next to the beach, and at the end of the strip, offering easy access to everything. CVS and Walgreens are next door for anything you need. I travelled with my dog and the hotel was perfect for her needs as well. we look forward to our next stay at The Bentley Hotel.

Had a lovely 2 bedroom penthouse with enormous terrace, fridge and microwave. The whole hotel was lovely and clean, free breakfast was decent and staff friendly. For a 2 bedroom which can sleep 6 a second bathroom would have made it perfect however. The only other negative is that there wasn’t many sunbeds, about a dozen in total so sometimes there weren’t any free ones but there seemed to be room where more could be added which. Would be helpful. The pool area was lovely with a gorgeous view and was a lovely area to sit for the champagne hour. Overall I would definitely return again and if it had had the second bathroom would have been a 5 star.

It was a quaint hotel. Very clean. No parking. Must valet. Staff was very nice. Good location but the beach was loaded with sargasso. The hotel does provide chairs for beach upon request. Also they supply bikes. Free prosecco at 5-6. It was fine for the price

My family of 4 really enjoyed this boutique hotel. The staff were warm and inviting. The hotel was clean. Our room was excellent. The balcony view was wonderful and worth the money. The location is steps from the beach and Collins drive! The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch.

Our stay at the Bentley was amazing, the staff were ready and willing to do whatever we needed and do it with a smile. Our only negative was tge pool was to cold to swim in, but tge hot tub was perfect

The room was clean and the staff was amazing. The balcony we had was full of mold and disgusting. Maintenance should clean the balcony to ensure our next visit will be even better. The pool area was very nice with good amenities. The perception from the hotel ad was that it was on the beach so disappointing to learn that it was actually across the street. Our stay was still very nice.

Great location for the type of hotel. Right by crossing to the beach and the Miami Beach sign. Good Bikes included are so fun! Coffee excellent. I wish they had their coffee pot out it all day :) Breakfast is just ok. Most staff friendly but not all. Having a seating area in the front of the hotel would have been nice. I didn’t use the pool but looked nice.

The hotel was a great location in old South beach well maintained and updated. The staff was very friendly. We weren’t able to get any of our rooms early even though we had 3 rooms including a penthouse suite and called two days ahead asking for early check in. The manager told me that check in was 4pm, which I already understood. I just couldn’t understand how they couldn’t prioritize even one of the three rooms for us. They also wouldn’t allow us a late checkout. Aside from that, everything else was fantastic. Clean, nicely appointed. I would come back, just don’t plan on any flexibility to your stay.

This was an excellent hotel for our first time in Miami. The location is great being at the end of Ocean Drive. So not really noisy, but 1 minute walk to restaurants etc. The staff were super helpful and the breakfast was great.

Staff was amazing. We stayed in the one bedroom penthouse. It was spacious and recently updated with a huge terrace/patio. The stucco on the terrace is very old. The view from the room and the terrace is a really beautiful ocean and palm tree view from a distance. You do get a little noise from the roof deck but it’s easy to manage. You may need to go up there and ask people to be conscious of the roof/ceiling below. This is a great Airbnb alternative. Doesn’t really have the amenities of a higher end hotel. The lobby is small, the roof deck / pool area is functional but not luxurious. That being said, if the most important thing to you is the space of the room and the view, the Bentley is a great option.

Great location. Walk to restaurants and bars nearby. CVS and a liquor store are right behind the hotel which is very convenient. We stayed in the ocean view room on the second floor, didn’t hear any road noise or music. The rooftop area is really nice with Great views. The rooms were more like apartments than a hotel which is awesome. I would stay here again.

I only have one complaint - I really wished the windows opened, especially since we didn't have a balcony. Coming from Ohio to warm Miami, we wanted fresh air.

The Room was spacious (and that is the no1 strength of this hotel). The remaining comments relating to the facilities are fairly bad as the hotel was run down, the lobby was more like a sparcely furnished living room, the breakfast was the most basic i've ever seen (including the use of paper plates, plastic cups and cutlery)...The staff were friendly and nice.

The room was pretty One of the reasons I booked this hotel is they advertised a hot tub and pool which I needed very much for severe physical problems. When we got there around 7:30 on a Saturday night and I inquired of location of hot tub and was told it closed at 6. I was very stressed about this- I never would have paid $ 400 if I would have know this. I think that info should be online when you book . It was very misleading. The parking was disastrous and the breakfast was very sparse. Dissatisfied with this establishment.

A true hidden gem! The two bedroom room felt like an Airbnb with the amenities and conveniences of a hotel. The staff is also super friendly.

Do not stay here if you are returning to the UK. The hotel takes $300 holding deposit (even though there is no restaurant, bar, shop or anything to spend a cent in!). It was pointed out that the money had been taken and it was no good bringing it back to the UK, but the hotel was not interested. It said we would have it back yesterday, but so far we have not. However, if you are staying in the US and can use the money, great hotel. Lovely room, adequate + breakfast, unlimited Prosecco 17.00-18.00. Great pool area. Hot tub was hot! Good position. We’d stay again as long as we were going on where we could use the $300.

The rooftop views are nice and the location is convenient. The hotel could really benefit from a true update. Balcony doors are old and hard to open. Rooms are nice enough. Might stay again if the price is right, but not a top choice. This area of the beach doesn't have a lot of great options, though.

Loved the Bentley Hotel. The room was clean and loved the floors (not carpet), liked that they had a happy hour every evening from 5-6pm and also that it is at the end of the south beach strip. You are walking distance to everything and being on the end you have less noice. The roof top pool and hot tub were also great with a nice view. I would stay again at the Bentley next time I visit MIami!

The room was clean and had all I needed. It was a bit small for the price but on New Years Eve, everything was overpriced. The kitchenette and supplies came in very handy. The balcony was not really usable as it faced an inside courtyard and elevator shaft that lacked privacy and much direct natural light. I would be interested in some of the other rooms if I return.

The room was very spacious but the windows dont open and there was no patio. The water pressure is extremely low and there was no bathtub. Also the hvac system is very loud. For $600 a night, this was disappointing. The positives are that the staff is very gracious and helpful. They serve a breakfast daily of fruits, bread, hard boiled eggs, cold cuts and cereal. I really liked their croissants and coffee. The rooftop patio was amazing. We spent a lot of time there. The location is right across from the park and in a really live area. Hotel provides chairs and bicycles. Overall the hotel is nice but the price point doesnt match the level of quality.

Really nice boutique hotel on Ocean drive across the street from the beach. Nice clean room with a little kitchen area and walk in closet. It has a balcony that overlooks a courtyard area, no view of beach. Nice bathroom but no area to put toiletries, it would be easy to add a shelf also no towel bar just 2 hooks on wall behind door so was a bit difficult to manage. Pool and lounge chairs on roof with a nice view , unfortunately was too cold and rainy while we were there to use. They had a free continental breakfast with fruit, yogurt, boiled eggs cereal , sliced ham and cheese along with bread and a toaster to make toast, juice and coffee, plenty for a start to the day as restaurants in the area are very expensive.They also had bicycles you could borrow for free, again we didn’t use due to the poor weather. Lots of restaurants and shops in easy walking distance. Overall a great stay with friendly, helpful staff ,other than the weather.

This was the best hotel I have ever been too. They are polite and very attentive. They have great service all around. This hotels has a champagne hour on there roof top, pool, jacuzzi etc. They also give you free bikes to ride around the city and give you free beach chairs to lay on the beach! oh and complimentary breakfast. Location is unmatched. Quiet at night but close to everything. Beach is right there, ocean drive is right there. Staff was very nice and courteous. Rooms were clean. No bad smells like mold, stale or chemical masking scents. Complimentary breakfast in lobby was perfectly fine. They offer free towels and chairs for the beach and free bikes for bike rides which I did and recommend taking advantage of. There is a pool and lounge beds on the roof which is nice. I would go back and would recommend this property.

However, room 203 would have been better served to not have a balcony which overlooked only an alley that a garbage truck drove into this morning and clanged dumpsters around for over 20 minutes at shortly after 7:00 a.m.. if we had wanted a wake up call we would have asked.

Since the bathroom counter top is so small, it would be nice if there was a shelf or two above the toilet to store our toiletries and other personal items. Also, please provide additional seating in the room. While there was a bistro table with 2 chairs, it would have been nice to have a sofa or some other type of seating. There was one other chair but for a couple, we need at least 2 chairs or a sofa especially since there is plenty of space for it. Overall, we would definitely return!!

I noticed the floor right at check in desk seemed a bit dirty and it worried me , however our room was immaculate. We loved that the room was spacious and included a separate living area as well as kitchen . It worked out great as my husband is an early riser . We traveled with our small dog so having a fridge and microwave were very handy . The sofa is a sofabed which we didn’t use and wasn’t the most comfortable to watch TV but it was practical . It was fairly minimalist but we had everything we needed . Location down near 5th was awesome . It is a bit noisy at night . We were on a low floor on front . It was a great value we thought and I’m sure we will return ! Service was excellent., We had a very fun stay !

If you want to stay in South Beach, it’s perfect access to the beach, and many restaurants, or you can take a quick Uber to the better shopping areas on Collins and 16th, well appointed room, little kitchenette, the rooftop pool is really lovely, with lots of seating and lounge chairs, and they have bites you can use, a nice breakfast in the morning, and champagne from 5 to 6 in the evening, it really is a nice place to stay

I have stayed at tgis hotel few times, it is perfect location in south beach, easy access to everything, recently the hotel did some renovations, and improvement. The staff ws great, very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are very clean and the room i stayed in was great and had partial ocean view, the hotel has variety of room options. Roof top swming pool was nice, and the beach was too minutes walk. Overall, great stay and nice hotel

We had PH1 (Penthouse 1) at the Bentley. The room was awesome. The location, just across the street from the iconic Miami Beach sign, could not have been better. The staff was friendly and attentive. Overall the stay was fantastic. There are a few things that the hotel could correct. For one, at night they sprayed down the pool area on the roof. This resulted in water coming through drain holes and pouring onto our balconey as we were sitting outside. It was very annoying and we got soaked. Next, there were no utensils or plates, bowls, of any kind in the kitchen. When we used the microwave we had to improvise using box tops or paper towels. There was no sugar, salt, pepper, the kinds of things that would have been nice to have. Lastly, the air conditioning needs to be balanced, at least in PH1. The bedroom was very warm and stuffy while the remainder of the suite was cool. The hotel attemped to correct this by installing an oversized ceiling fan in the bedroom, but the lowest speed was as fast as the space shuttle and it could not be used. This really needs to be corrected. As I stated, we loved the room and will definitely return, but it's the little things that make a difference and it could have been much better if these things were given attention.

The pictures of the property are very deceptive . The property is old and not what the pictures show. The location has its value but the rooms a re beaten up and the room capacity was not even to accommodate 3 people let alone claimed to be sleeps 6 . At checkin the attendant informed that the car I had an Suv is considered as oversize vehicle and will be charged more . The over soze vehicle is a car which is highr and longer in sixe of a a compact car and this car fits a compact car space. The roomswere smelly and the whole property was falling apart . The name penthouse is an over statment . Would really cal the property before booking next time

As for benefits, it's a perfect location, it's close to the ocean and not in a very noisy area on the rowdy Ocean Drive There is a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool on the roof and other standard hotel amenities. We liked very friendly receptionists. All in all, we are satisfied with our stay in that hotel in spite of true necessity to improve many things to make it a 4-star hotel.

The staff were amazing, including the housekeepers who gave us chocolates daily upon cleaning! Anything we needed, the staff quickly accommodated! My son LOVED the bike rentals! The bathroom was just a bit dirty, a lot of built up grime in the showers. Also, the hotel could use a good pressure wash bc the hallways were also caked w dirt and grime. The rooms are accessed outdoors, so the hallways are exposed to the elements, which surely quickly contribute to that.

The hotel was good to get the most out of our first taste of Miami Beach. It served us well during our stay being located in a very strategic position with a great variety of restaurants available for us nearby. It also allowed us a facilitated access to the beach, and provided us with amenities for it as well. In terms of the room itself, it was nice and decently equipped. The kids enjoyed the availability of a rooftop swimming pool that had a breath-taking view of Ocean Drive from the top. The staff were always very available and useful as they also helped us plan some of our activities. In terms of what I would suggest to improve, It would be a massive advantage if the hotel added lunchtime and dinner services and perhaps have a wider selection of food for breakfast.

Very neat place to stay. Had to be transferred from one room to another because I was experiencing some WiFi difficulties. Was upgrade to an oceanfront room. In the new room, there was an issue with the bathroom sink stopper, which had to fixed. None of these were major, per se. I just had to take the time to make the call to address them. Overall, it was a good experience. The AC worked very well. Directly across from South Beach. Friendly staff. Nice rooftop pool and jacuzzi. I would stay there again.

Hotel is right across the street from the beach. The penthouse suite was really nice. Came with a kitchen with treats and unlimited K-Cups. The balcony was huge with an ocean view. It was a great experience! The staff is very responsive, the manager's work was exceptional! I chose a room with a view, we got a corner room on the 2nd floor. I can't say that the view is a dream, the manager was very kind and showed the neighboring room on the same 2nd floor, the view was better (not much, still the same 2nd floor) but much smaller in size, I decided not to change and stay in the corner. If you have a choice, choose one with a patio (this is the 4th floor with an ocean view). As for the balconies, the result may be controversial, there are balconies with a view (very few! There are balconies with a view inside the building (everyone who rides in the elevator rides with a view of these balconies, every time we used the elevator, the whole family was very happy that we did not choose a room with a balcony, who gets such a room is a disaster! You can consider that you just have a room without a balcony, sitting under the gaze of people moving in the elevator is not a pleasure. ). Otherwise, excellent rooms, very clean, the first line on OD. The best morning coffee (we like strong and here it is ideal!) There is breakfast (for a complimentary breakfast it is very nice) fresh croissants, yogurt, cereal, ham, cheese, bananas, apples. Breakfast is not stated as being there, so consider it as a compliment and it is nice! There is a happy hour with champagne and it is also very nice. Thanks to all the Bentley staff for a great stay!

My family and I had a lovely stay at The Bentley Hotel South Beach. Clean. Very friendly and accommodating staff. We felt safe. Nice amenities including beach towels and chairs, free bicycle rentals, champagne hour, rooftop pool, fully loaded kitchenette, and complimentary breakfast. Wish there were more food options but definitely recommended.

Property located in very nice scenic place and easy accessible for all the ocean drive activities. Beach is few steps away. Only problem noticed the windows are not allowed to open for fresh air, due to this stringent smell to use toilet and kitchen. Me and my boyfriend had a recent vacation here and did not regret it! I can say that all of the staff were very nice and helpful. Everyone seemed happy to be working there which is a plus because they treated their customers with the upmost respect. The rooms are spacious and clean. Easy access to the beach as well as dining, shopping, and ,entertainment. The rooftop pool and lounge it’s probably the best view of South Beach and the skyline. The pool bar service was also a plus. They also allowed us to rent bikes. I highly suggest you do a bike ride down ocean Drive. The art deco is beautiful. They also provide breakfast. I just wish that there were more vegan/vegetarian options, such as fruit or almond milk or oatmeal. Checking in and checking out was very smooth. This hotel is located more on the quiet side of South Beach. Me and my boyfriend were able to enjoy our getaway thank you and we will definitely be back again.

You can’t get a more convenient spot to stay at Souh Beach. I would point out that it can be a little stressful checking in and getting your luggage out with being parked in the side of the street but once checked in, it was a good experience. The rooftop pool and outdoor area up top had an amazing view.

The valet parking, however, was horrible… Any time we needed to drop the car or pick the car up it took at least 15+ minutes and when we were checking out the last time, it took 40 minutes! We waited outside sweating to death for 40 minutes. We finally had to ask the manager to help us after the front counter clerk called valet twice. No exaggerations.

The outside seems a little bit basic and questionable, but the apartment PH5 was great clean spacious and a great balcony.. we gad good stay there

We had an amazing experience at your hotel. The staff was great. Amenities were fantastic. The room was kept super clean and the chocolates every evening were the cherry on the cake. I will definitely be returning

Great place to stay

The property is in a great spot it was clean and the staff are fantastic. Nice view from the pool top deck areas.

We enjoyed our stay, staff was very pleasant and helpful. We had a couple small issues like the tv remote not working and maintenance came right away with a replacement. I don't know if this is documented anywhere but we found out they offer a few free amenities. A decent breakfast, chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and even bicycles. If you're not familiar with the area. driving isn't recommended as parking is nearly non existent (they do offer valet) , so the bicycles are helpful. My only complaint would be the ceilings/floors seem thin. I believe we had a family with children above us so we had to listen to them stomping and running literally non stop. We can tell while walking that sound will travel so im not sure why the guests above us couldn't figure that out. Not the hotels fault.

Very friendly staff! They will go out of their way to assist you with whatever you need. However, the pool could use more beach chairs (only 3 available.) The bar by the pool isn’t quite a bar. Just a very friendly bartender taking orders and running somewhere else to get you a drink 15 mins from when it was ordered. If the pool/ “poolside bar” isn’t a priority then it is definitely a great stay!

Great hotel! Great customer service! The valet was very confusing and eneded up using the wrong valet service when i went to call the next day for the valet service that was wrong and I was mislead to use and told it was for the Bentley hotel, the phone number didnt even ring, didnt go to vouce mail, very scketchy valet service outside, be aware.. had to have the front desk man call and find out what happened, he was able to call. All else was great

Not recommended. It should have been expensive and more luxurious in return
