It was by the Harrah's Casino...housekeeping was rude and so was the kid working the front desk last nite...manager was an okay guy...definitely will not stay here again!

Woof. Do not trust the pictures on the site. Do however trust the bad reviews, I should have looked before I booked. As we pulled in with random people walking through the parking lot that was mostly empty of cars, and caution tape across a section of the motel that looked like a car had driven into the wall (?!?), i knew i had made a mistake. If it was the opening of a movie I would have yelled at the screen for them to not stop there. The whole lobby and hallways reeked of undiluted cleaning chemicals (i have no idea how they made it smell so intense for so long), and our room smelled like cat pee. Old old old carpet that for SURE has been there when this place opened in 1989? Dark, dirty, and creepy. The sheets and towels seemed clean, thank goodness, Everything else however was just, ick. Someone put this place out of its misery.

We walked in and the smell of drugs hit us in the face. We saw stains all over the sheets and lamp shades we cleaned what we could. They asked for a deposit witch the hotel site didn't say anything about. I had already paid for the room on line and couldn't get my money back so I gave the deposit. Did nothing wrong no smoking or extra ppl in the room nothing I wait a few days and call about my deposit and they said that there was a cigarette but in the trash can so they kept the deposit. They had no ashes trays outside the door so I threw it away when I got to my room. Their was no ashes anywhere but just cause that butt they stole that 100 $ from me. I only stayed their to get away from big storms we had and I had no power.

Location is on river and next to casino, which is nice. Walking distance from restaurants also nice. Dont care for strong perfume smell. Really really don't appreciate the dubious charges taken out of my account for two days. Random charge on account, haven't released smoking deposit. Very dubious!!

We actually really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was friendly. Room was good and cleaned bed and jetted tub was amazing. I proposed to my boyfriend the last night room looked amazing that night.

Nothing but the location The pool was empty and tore up. The breakfast was nothing but cereal and a couple other cold items. It rained and the place you have breakfast flooded and the whole hotel was dirty, you could tell sweeper the floors but didn’t clean sinks and definitely not the toilet and tub just maybe barely gone over. Are ceiling was cracked and coming down and covered over the water sprinkler. The hotel was really big and was full yet they wouldn’t give me first floor and the don’t have elevators and I have a disease called fibromyalgia, and I can’t do stairs well. We booked and it was a no refund so we had no choice but to stay.

What a disappointing stay. I booked a suite with hopes of a nice room. Instead I got the farthest away room from the lobby where all the pot smokers hang out. The beautiful pool that is highlighted in the listing is closed for the entire summer along with the hot tub. The continental breakfast was just as disappointing. Nasty, nasty, nasty.

Nothing We couldn’t take a shower because it was blood on the towels. And they have the audacity to hold 100 for damage when the whole room was damaged. I took photos as well. It was me & my husband anniversary. Very disappointed

The pool was out of service and the power went off for 5 hours.
