The place had roaches I took pictures and showed the staff and all they did was try to move to another close to that one and lie and say they had it treated.

The room was clean, there was plenty of parking, I didn't look for a laundry facility to notice if those options were available or not. As I only stayed one night, the only negative for me was how the location suffers from traffic noise all hours of the day and night which made it difficult for me to sleep.

Breakfast not available. Management was very nice and friendly, even helping to catch our dog who broke loose from his leach as we were packing to leave. We thank him very much for that. The lights on the nightstand did not work. Everything else in the room was fine.

Hotel seems newer. The bathroom smelt like mildew but I didn’t see any mold anywhere. It was loud being right off the highway. Windows didn’t keep much noise out. Besides that it was decent.

The room was 5 star clean and the front desk was wonderful accommodating my needs to extend my stay. As a single woman the hotel and parking lot felt very safe. I would definitely book this room again.

Cleanliness, quietness, room was spacious. The price was right and I will stay again. No elevators to the 2nd floor to my room. I had to haul my luggage ? up and down stairs. No breakfast was served at this location.

Nothing at all The bullet holes in the door, the fleas under the blankets, the bed bugs on the mattress, the dirty sink the dirty toilet the thick dust in the vents the manager was extremely rude and didn’t refund my money when I only stayed 1 night out of the 4 I booked

Good price and availability. Staff was kind and what we needed. Didn’t even hear other guests! Newer building and all straight forward. The room was needing cleaning. Coffee stains and other simple things that showed it wasn’t wiped down. The window was right by the road and was loud. Woke up several times due to racing cars.

Bed was comfortable. The microwave and fridge brought down my food bill tremendously while on my trip. I wish it had pots and pans to actually good with. And hot plate would be nice but frozen meals were fine.

Room wasn’t bad small things that needed to be repainted etc bed was clean and overall looked like a clean hotel the tv was only cable channels and even though it says breakfast included there was none was the biggest complaints overall not bad

More like a hotel than a motel. This one had no 18-wheelers, or balconies for people to hang out on (a big + for me!), but no elevator. Very clean. Quiet. Basic. Does have coffee maker, fridge and microwave. But no tv channel guide. Pleasant front desk. It does have a very strong, off-putting chemical (lemony) smell that hits you upon entering.

Seems like they're making an effort to make it a great hotel which is good, but there's still some issues like certain things looking unfinished or not fixed correctly like a cracked tub. Staff was great and willing to help. I'm sure they'd help you with anything you might need.

This is a very basic hotel experience, which is to be expected for the price. Everyone who works here is very friendly but it was hard to get information (the website says they have a fitness center but when we asked at the front desk where it was, we were told there isn't one) and the housekeeping schedule is scattered.

Only downfall is that for some visitors that are staying here will only have 2 way in and out theres no door in the middle of the building to make it more convinent to have a short walk in the building. Other than that everything else is awesome! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We had not stayed here before. The room was not fancy but it was clean. The bed was comfortable. We had plenty of towels without having to ask. The customer service was good. We would definitely stay here again!!

Alex the clerk that checks you in was kind, helpful he did an amazing job!

It was excellent! Everything we wanted to buy and see was close. Great Laundry Machines! Never eat breakfast and cook our own meals and everything worked well for our needs. Definitely will stay again if in Dallas 🤗

Simple property and clean rooms. Bring your own toiletries. Nice staff. They let us extend our check out time without a problem. The motel has a gas station and liquor store right next to it and a shopping area including Walmart very close by.

This property is okay it’s a very quiet place. If you like a place to sleep and leave not into the layout or sheets it’s your place to be
