First of all let me tell you I have been trying to contact this hotel by phone and I get a recording telling me your call cannot be answered and you can't leave a message. Stay away from this place,it is infested with bedbugs. I have bites,hundreds of them all over my body. Have missed 2 days of work because I have been ill and these folks will not answer phone or return calls. I am going to health department next,this place is nasty,don't stay there. WARNING BEDBUG INFESTED

Nothing. I checked out immediately Nothing. This property had poor lighting and smelled of urine. There were people living in a car in the parking lot. No comforters on the bed. Urine smell in the restroom. This property appears to be an hourly facility.

Check in was ok except for outright $20 for arrival. However, the whole environment needs cleaning. Damped rug with stench smell and poor aeration inside the hallway and room.

I got an upgrade from 1 bed to 2 beds, which I appreciated it very much. Thank you. I cannot give more stars because the office was closed at 7 am when I needed to check out and ask for my cash deposit back. I made several calls throughout the morning, but nobody picked up my call.

I never stayed at this hotel. The manager demanded a cash deposit with no receipt )which was not on the website,), refused to put deposit on card, (like other hotels) which made me weary of not trusting him. When traveling no one carries cash. He felt justified. So I am out of $160. I NEVER STAYED.

Property has roaches. As soon as we walk in the door to the room we see a roach crawling across the bed. The guy at the front desk tells us he will move us to another room and had the nerve to say he would give us a double bed for no extra charge. Really dude? You got roaches and going to act like you are doing us a favor. Second room had a huge dead roach on the floor of the bathroom. The bed linens are old and yellow. The room smelled like mildew. We had to get toilet paper from the store because the room had enough to use the bathroom once. I ended up buying a blanket and some pillows to cover the bed because we didn't want to use their linens. The bathtub didn't drain right and you couldn't even pull up the thing to turn the shower on all the way. Overall terrible hotel. The phrase "you get what you pay for" in full effect here. If you read any good reviews they are obviously bought because absolutely not. We travel a lot for events and try to keep our overhead cost low and usually spend around $100 for a hotel but this... this one is terrible. If you have zero standards this place is for you. Otherwise stay away.

The property was not updated with amenities and the care was not great. Customer service was very unprofessional. Also the towels were dingy and did not look clean

The whole 3 days we stayed there, they didn’t change bedding or clean the room.

When I showed up to check in they were trying to get me to pay a $50 non refundable cash deposit. This was after I had already paid for the entire room in advance. There was an intense urinine smell in the hallways. There were homeless people hanging around the dumpsters in the parking lot. The door that allows access to the property was supposed to accessible to guests only however the locking mechanism and door card reader were busted and not in working order. This allowed anyone to be able to enter the hotel building. It was also difficult to get the door to my room to properly latch closed. By far the worst hotel I have ever been to.

That was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Floor was gross and sticky. The back door to the building doesn't lock so people can come and go without a room card. The room doors don't shut properly. Got back to my room and my door was open because the maid didn't pull it closed. By the 2nd day of having the a/c on the room smelled like pee. Just gross....... Under no circumstances should anyone stay here.

Worst place I've EVER stayed. Cleaned my room once out of 3 days. Weak wifi signal. Nasty bad attitude customer service when i complained. Dirty microwave in the room. Burn marks everywhere in a so called non smoking room. Unsafe unsecured back door (no lock). Do notstay at this place, its a horrible experience. Its needs a complete overhaul in every way including the receptionist. Its owned by an Indian family. They all have a very bad attitude when its comes to customer servive. Im not sure if thats the norm or its how they treat black people. I was very offended by the attitude i got from them. I wanted to strangle one of them for being a smart a**. I really wanted a refund but i knew i wasn't going to get it. Iwas treated very suspiciously from the start and it was unwarranted. Dont stay at this place. They dont deserve your business.

This place was an absolute dump. I would avoid at all cost. Dirty and smelly rooms and hallways. First room I got had a hula hoop size sinkhole in the mattress, I kid you not. I was changed to another room and it wasn’t much better. By far, the worst “hotel” I ever stayed in. You’ve been warned…

The staff was very nice but the room itself was not at all what we expected.

The guy at the counter was rude. horrible service. we left to get food and the keys locked and they weee upset they had to make a new one. The room was disgusting and the blankets were covered in urine

Every time we would come back after going out they would always lock us out. Didn’t give a refund back after leaving earlier than expected. Room was dirty when we got there. It’s in a bad area as well. Didn’t provided the breakfast that they told us.

The whole hallway smelled like weed , people coming in and out being loud and slamming doors at 2-3 am The bed , tv very tiny even tho I book a king Cigarette burns on everything in the bathroom, old AC unit that didn’t really work and you couldn’t even pug anything in to any of the outlets cause they were so old and worn out

The room had cockroaches running around the tables and bathroom area. I’m hoping that the bed area was OK because I didn’t see any. Thehotel probably needs to be sprayed.
