Absolutely nothing. Seven police cars. One fire engine. Never fails $52 room get you exactly what you're paying for crap and the people. They charged $150 deposit on two nights stay at $52. This is what you have to do run fast if somebody wants to deposit it's a giveaway crappy people crappy place. I learned a lesson.

Traveling with elderly family and according to the individual that checked us in there were no 1st floor rooms available and no elevator. Very unsympathetic bordering on rude. We were there for a funeral and this just made a terrible experience that much worse.

Basic breakfast variety, the juice was actually pretty good for a change. Usually the hotel juice seems watered down, this one did not. Making sure there were sheets that fit the bed without hanging on by a thread at the corners, and clean towels. We had a few dirty/stained towels, the ac unit was very loud and the hotel is located right off the troll car tracks and that was loud as well.

I was able to drive right up to my room door. Breakfast was basic. At least you had a small version of egg. Room was clean. Outside garbages were all overfull. My door had to be slammed in order for it to lock. My refrigerator made a loud buzzing noise so I had to turn it off at night in order to sleep.

This hotel was clean and neat. The pool was nice and quiet as well. A short distance from any and all amenities.

my room stinked so bad like a cig and the floor was so dirty and the shower head was horrible the tv does not let you watch netflex not a smart tv

Room was neat and clean. No fee to park. Chris at front desk was kind, professional, and very helpful. I recommented 3 other families who were there for USAFT Track and field event and they loved it too. Thank you Sure Stay hope to see you next year.

There was no hot water … said it was going to be warm but didn’t even work at all … had a pissed off wife and 2 stinky kids on the way home…

the place is badly run down, overflowing trash in front of our room. the room stank like ashtray. the refrigerator was so loud the whole night, it was impossible to stay asleep.

The property was very nice! When we arrived at the room, the air conditioner was on ( which was amazing, due to the weather).

No WiFi! Didn't work at all. No shampoo in bottles. Maid never cleaned the room or restored towels in four days. And all juices and syrup were heavily watered down. No WiFi was the biggest deal breaker.

The pool was nice, clean, and they had towels stocked up. The pool was gated. The area had restaurants, gas station and transportation near by. The breakfast was okay, coffee, begels yogurt, waffles, fruit and juice. The do ask for deposit. The rooms have microwave, iron, and refrigerator. I enjoyed my stay.

The room had a hideous odor like mold. The room rates are artificially adjusted should you have to check out early. Rip off.

They told me my dogs had to weigh 70lbs together. The property had no onsite parking for our truck and trailer. We mutually agreed that they wouldn’t charge me and I would request a refund.

Make sure to ask for a non-pet room. Small pool with chairs only. Great breakfast.

Breakfast was not appetizing but was expecting that Room was not very clean. There was a water leak in the sink if we used it the water would come out the pipes. Even if we did used it it was leaking because someone was using the water not sure from what room. Had to keep putting towels management couldn't do anything about it but give me towels The smell was not great due to the leak see picture.

I thought I was staying at Quality Inn, it wasn't. Didn.t know what it was. A card inside said Days Inn, the soap was Motel 6, all so very confusing. The price was to high for the name or no name.

The breakfast was okay. The bed was somewhat comfortable. It would have been nice if someone at the front desk would answer the phone. I tried to call from our room many times and rang and rang and no one ever answered. Too far of a walk for old people as we were at the very end on the backside

The hotel staff Tina was rude. When asking for things like extra towels or the room to be cleaned she would question why we needed these things. And she would sprak under her breath like it was a chore for her to do anything we asked. As African American family it appeared that her tone and demeanor towards us was racially motivated and it felt like we were being descrimated against.

The first issue was that Chris at the front desk tried to offer us rooms that were not what we reserved, and one of the rooms was in poor condition. Despite having two rooms booked, he claimed we had too many people — saying “8 people showed up” when it was only 2 adults and 3 children. I had even called earlier in the day to confirm a late arrival and was told it was fine, yet they still charged me as a no-show and are now refusing to refund the full amount I was wrongfully charged. When we tried to calmly explain everything, Chris became rude, refused to check us in, kicked us off the property, and even called the police on us for no reason. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel as pictured is not the same when you stay there. The breakfast was good, but the pool was closed. I didn’t sleep well because that part of town was rough and the amount of foot traffic in the very dark parking lot had me listening for my car alarm. They also had me pay an additional 100$ deposit that has yet to be returned. Seems like corporate needs the money more than I do…. In general I’d find a different part of mesa to stay.

Nice stay. Very clean room, comfortable and roomy. Bed is a little hard but ok. Breakfast was just ok. No warm food.

Staff was friendly rooms could use some work blankets had noticeable stains one blanket was ripped and had the cotton coming out not sure why they would put it back on the bed and not throw it away it’s not something that could be missed when making the bed. Room was nice but could have been swept a lot better.

while the location wasn't terrible, the hotel room was. all the furniture was damaged in some way shape or form, from major scratches and scrapes to shredded chairs, shredded curtains, and damaged doors. the door locking bar had obviously been forced a number of times, almost everything was painted over, and the room smelled of cigarettes. the shower curtain bar was barely able to hold a shower curtain, the shower and tub were painted over, there was what appeared to be mold in almost every corner of the room, the floors were dirty enough to stain socks, the lightswitches were dirty enough to be able to scrape it all off with razor blades, and tiles in the bathroom floor weren't even grouted.

Our room key did not work the 4 times i tried it. I had to go to the front desk twice and then the clerk had to try it as well. He tried 2 times and it finally worked. Other than the room was nice. The pool was like bath water from what my husband said, not cold at all.

They didn’t give me the room that I paid extra for, and they did not adjust the payment. I paid for the room that had a jacuzzi bathtub in the living room. They gave me a room that didn’t have it, and gave me an excuse that it was still a Suite room so it was still the same price. I wanted that room because of the jacuzzi, otherwise I would have just paid for a normal room. Won’t stay there ever again

This place was completely terrible. Staff didn’t speak English very rude very unprofessional. The breakfast was very minimum., the pool was very dirty, tub was completely filthy, and the bed lining was not properly changed, my key card refused to work and they refuse to put me in another room. It was a completely awful day, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The toilet was clogged and asked the staff to come fix it but they said they can only do the job in the next morning. They did not offer to change the room and we forced to stay overnight with a nasty bathroom. The room was not clean neither. I do not recommend this hotel.

Shower head is installed low. Maybe ok for someone 4ft tall. But i'm 6ft and it was a struggle. AC worked but incredibly loud. Woke me up all night long. I turned it off but someone was showering late night, repeatedly woke me up to the sound of water rushing in the plumbing/turning on an off. Ear plugs were insufficient to dampen.

It certainly was not up to par in comparison to other Quality Inns where we have stayed. And it certainly was not worth what we paid to stay there. Also the breakfast area was small. There was only one waffle maker and at least a 10 to 15 minute wait to use it. We did not wait. Not a good experience.

Just what we needed!

The room we booked was perfect! We came for a staycation and booked the deep soaking tub. It was incredible. Separate living and bed room, 2 sleeper sofas that were actually comfortable, and mini fridge/microwave. It was one of the largest rooms I've stayed in! Way worth it!

There were only 3 drawers in a 2 double bed room with a few hangers, and we were staying for a week. Also, when we tried to plug in cell phones and a small sound generator on the lamp desk next to the bed, none of the outlets worked.

Sucked that they don’t post what age you’re supposed to be to even book a room. Or even ask for a for of identification when you’re booking the damn room.

Stayed there as part of a family trip. Room was run down, water damage in bathroom, entry door looked to have been pryed open at one time then repaired,fridge door hit cabinet when opened and a/c worked half time. Still waiting for my security deposit to be refunded been over a week.

This property is in bad shape. Comforter had cigarette burn holes, bathroom tub had too many burns to count. Water damage everywhere in bathroom.

Bed was nice and that’s it. Front desk woman was rude when our key timed out for the 2nd time. The condition of the room was worn and dirty. I wiped up a spill on the floor and the cloth was filthy. Very limited hot water. And the noise from other rooms was the worst we’ve experienced. This should be priced in the budget category.

There is an abandoned, melted-burnt car taking up spaces in the parking lot. The bedding & towels were clean, but the walls, doors and tile need repairs. The front door key would only work 1 out of 20 tries. The front desk gentleman was nice at least.

I unknowingly stepped in a big pile of some clear oily stuff (lubrication??) on the floor and had to wash my feet and then clean the floor up where I'd stepped after. I didn't want to know what it was but it was beside the bed, and when I cleaned that part of the floor up, it also became clear how dirty the floor had been anyway from what the towel wiped up.

Clean the walkways and outside areas. This property shows lots of wear and tear but it was clean.

It was advertised as a suite. All it was was a motel room that removed one bed put a loveseat and a small half wall small fridge small microwave like regular motel rooms.

Charged $100 Deposit a week ago that I have yet to get back. May have to dispute it. Not Cool! Hard to get to because of the train. Breakfast was good. Not a perfect neighborhood.

We stayed one night. It made our commute to the airport better in the morning. I was going to do a load of laundry while we were there, but the machines were outside of the building. I'm not sure if this is normal for Arizona, but it was very cold and windy so i did not get that done. Overall it was a nice stay.

This property decided to keep my deposit because of something they found in the trash. The toilet backed up and we had to order an Uber to go purchase a plunger to be able to use the restroom. I wouldn't recommend this property. When I asked about the deposit the GM said "all I need is a picture, I don't need proof of anything else"

The second room was better, but the bathroom smelled like cigarettes (this is supposed to be a smoke-free property). After turning the air vent on, the smell went away a bit, but was still there and wise after returning from lunch. I think the guest downstairs below us was smoking in his room and the smell was getting to us. There were only two towels provided for us, one of which was visibly dirty and still had someone else's hair on it, so I had to go to the office to request more towels. The bathroom walls needed a scrubbing and the paint on the bathroom door was chipping. I didn't feel like we were in a safe area and had to keep an eye on our vehicle to make sure no one was going to break into it. Overall, we put up with the inconveniences because I made the mistake of booking two nights in a row. If it were not for this, we would've checked out the first night and found a better place to stay the second night. The staff was friendly, but I think this property is very poorly managed.

Facility was good and clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Pidgeon problems and very noisy neighbors on both sides of us. Otherwise as we requested and a nice place to stay, would stay again.

The rooms weren't like what is on the website and pictures. It was a no smoking room but they had the old smoked in and tried to make it not smell chemical smell.

I wouldn't go here again that is for sure the staff was really rude and disrespectful in the morning.

I understand why a hotel would keep a card number on file, but it is outrageous that they charge the card before they even know if there is a problem.

Felt like a prisoner would not let us get our deposit back till someone walked the room with us.. and no one was arriving till 8am and we needed to be on the road by 7am.. It was ridiculous.

The place was a very old hotel. It needed some remodeling. The door had some damage and the top lock didn’t even work. The bedspread was stained along with the towels. The tub was peeling and/or stained. The breakfast was small and if you are gluten free, don't expect to find much of anything.

It was an ok stay. Sink was slightly clogged because something was in drain. Also had water on floor. Went to wipe up and made towel black

I was unable to shower in the room. The shower head did not work, and I continued to try to get it to shower, but couldn’t. Luckily the staff came to help me, but they were unable to get it as well. Maintenance came and replaced the faucet, but the shower still didn’t work. I had to drive and find another place to be able to shower before my meeting.

Had a problems with our shower but they gave us and up grade in a different room for the rest of the stay. We’re pleasant and helpful. Would use again
