The owner will write down your credit card information. Had to call the police on owner. I was able to find this out because I asked to see a copy of receipt because the security deposit refund was kind of fishy. And I noticed it right away!

Air cond on full blast all night not working great , no water in pool HUGE says WiFi nope only if you go in there office , gross towels , gross bedding , gross soap and wanted 46 bucks more for my 2 pets . A sump !!!!

The neighborhood is a little iffy, but not bad. The exterior is dated, but the interior is totally renovated and everything is nice and relatively new including outlets on the lamp bases

Hubby needed a stay overnight. He received his rest after spotting two cockroaches in the room. Killed the bigger one but couldn’t get the smaller one in time. That is the only problem but he may stay there again. Oh! He also watched game 2 NBA Spurs against Thunder. That was his plus side. LOL.

This place was by far the worst I have ever stayed at. It was also the cheapest. But I felt like the condition was inexcusable. I should have just just Che Jed out but I had two pets in tow and I had already unloaded everything for the night. The sheets were absolutely filthy to the point where I just ordered my own along with my dinner. They were dingy grey with literal holes. The door didn’t lock properly and the safety latch had been torn off. The carpet was filthy. I don’t understand why people dont just buy 20 dollar sheets ….snd they could charge more. It’s not worth the savings. Trust me. Step up to a cleaner place.

There was no Wi-Fi available, limited channels available on the tv, the bar soap did not lather and the room, while very spacious, was pretty run down. The gal that checked me in was very friendly and pleasant. If you want a cheap room with no frills, this would be it.

Place was awful! So bad that I didn’t even stay. Mold in the bathroom, holes all over the carpet, horrible smell.

Tub drained extremely slow, water and temp control knob was very loose and difficult to operate.house keeping emptied trash and took soiled towels, but didnt leave clean ones. had to go request clean towels . Tv had very limited channel selection and no guide to see what was available. The property was quiet.

The beds were disgusting, covered in stains sheets and mattresses, cigarette burn holes and satin on the comforter’s, both beds, there were chunks of the wall missing from rot, the bathroom had black mold all over. There were bugs flying around in the room. I went to the front desk, and requested a refund for the night and the following night. And I was told there was nothing she could do, “her boss was gone until Monday”. This property is disgusting and stole $300 of my money.

Rooms were clean, but very out dated . Only had plastic cups not the right kind for coffee. Girl that checked us in was great, really friendly.Air conditioning was great. Seemed like a nice area. We saw different food places but we weren’t there long enough to try them.

The housekeeping crew started cleaning before I checked out and stole some Items I had left in the room.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. I saw a screw was loose and the door wouldn't always shut completely, and they immediately came and addressed the issue. The room was tidy and clean, and it was in a central location for my weekend.

Air conditioning was marginal but ok because it was not hot outside.

Room was clean, but the sheets had cigarette burns in them. The bathroom had missing molding, a hole cause by the door and could use a paint job since the ceiling was visibly stained with moisture and condensation from the hot showers taken in there. The refrigerator froze nearly everything even on the lowest setting. Staff was great and helpful. I would love to have rated it higher, but the conditions of the room and the wear of the bed coverings ultimately made the room look wore and not in a good way. Was fine for just me, but I would not bring my family here until some of the items listed in this review are seriously addressed.

The warm water came through the tub spout. It wouldn’t come through the showerhead for some reason. I had cockroaches in my room. There was cigarette burns in my sheets and blanket. There was no chair or a table. Everything is in a general state of disrepair.

Good parking and well lit. Way to navigate. Was hard to see room numbers in the dark. Night receptionist was polite and efficient. Rooms older but high rate area so just wanted a good bed and they were acceptable. Could have been cleaner but were not bad just worn in need of deep clean. Heating, cooling unit was quite and worked well.

Sorry, but the pictures online are not an accurate depiction of the hotel. The hotel is in need of renovations and repairs. One of the rooms I was offered had several tears in the carpeting. Both rooms were dingy and unappealing.

The location was great. Our room had some problems. Smoke alarm disabled, fridge froze all our food and smokers on both sides.

Staff upgraded us to a king size bed which was appreciated. The room was significantly less expensive than area chain hotels, $40 less than Best Western and a third the price of Marriott. That was the good...Not so good was the dank smell common to old remodeled motels. Bring Fabreeze or lysol.

This was the worst motel I have ever stayed in. The room was in terrible shape…the carpet torn, some of it had been replaced with carpet that didn’t match. It felt like it could never be clean because everything was so old and worn out. There was an old polyester bedspread and no blankets, lumpy and hard pillows, very hard mattress. The bathroom fan made a screeching noise, the soap felt like plastic…almost no suds. The internet blinked on and off and was very slow even if it was on. The coffee pot was filthy and not useable. This is not even close to being a suite…there wasn’t a refrigerator (and it would likely have been unusable anyway. The whole place smelled. The tv was the smallest one I have seen in 30 years.The front desk staff was not friendly and gave us a room that was already occupied at first. If we hadn’t already paid for the room we would have left. Also a sketchy neighborhood. The reviews we read on Hotels.com must be fake…There is no way anyone could give this place a 10. It was a budget suite motel, but I recommend you sleep in your car before staying here.

The room had holes in the furniture, ripped and stained carpet. The bathroom smelled of stale urine. The room next to me was occupied by a woman that “worked in the evenings”, the manager informed me. She had three different men drop by for an hour each. The pool is drained. I had a woman propose a financial transaction for her services at 8pm in the parking lot of the hotel. The hotel is locate in a commercial industrial area. Other guests were long term residents with cars in various state of disrepair two hoods were up and cars being worked on during my stay. I stayed here because I was getting medical treatment at MD Anderson Medical Center an eight minute drive away. I am going back in two days and staying elsewhere with a longer drive. Please be careful if you desire to go for the cheap price like I did.

The service staff is great. The hospitality is better than major chain hotels. The price is very fair for the quiet and clean rooms.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. They even upgraded our room from a single bed to 2 queen sized beds at no extra cost. Room was clean and spacious. However the wifi was very slow, and the video quality on the TV was suboptimal. Overall a very nice stay.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I only stayed 1 of 3 reserved nights and forfeited the 2nd and 3rd night and the cost just to not stay at this hotel! I had to find another hotel for night 2 and 3!

I have been having to get rooms in the area to get to my school clinical days. My expectation when I reserve rooms is to have WiFi so I can do my homework. The WIFI did not work for me the whole night. I contacted the office and she reset the box and it still didn’t work. What a waste!

Decent pricing, location isn't to bad, (meaning not alot of excess activities). Frys, dollar tree, chase bank, circle k, taco bell all right on the corner, so theres stores around to make it for easy access to food, gas, money.

The / lady’s that helped me were very professional n very helpful . But the man that helped was very unprofessional and kind of disrespectful. Very poor customer service skills not a bad guy just very poor customer service skills so I highly recommend some training maybe from the ladies because the two ladies were very, very nice and very professional. hope this doesn’t offend anybody thank you.

There were dirty footprints on the bathroom floor, brown stains and makeup stains on towels, marker stains on sheets, burn holes on comforter and the pool was filled but we weren’t allowed to use it. Shower head very low, no cold water. Not the best stay.

Couldn’t use the pool, probably because the insurance was lapsed. The AC was too weak for the heat; I woke up continuously throughout the night sweating in my room: 102. There were stains on the towels. It was gros. Never staying again.

The pet fee is $23+ a night. Far overpriced for a motel feel compared to renovated hotels in the area. Almost slipped in the shower since the tub was super slick. The carpet needed a deep clean/replacement and most nights there was a man sitting on the steps in front of my room. Harmless, but kind of creepy as a single woman. Nonetheless, I survived, but unfortunately due to the price gouge I will not be returning.

Maintenance issue with door closing, not locking unless deadbolt is thrown. Will bring to there attention in the morning at check out.

Stayed for a medical treatment and Melton was very accommodating with my needs. I had a few unexpected mishaps on my end and Melton helped and solved each and every problem.

Last minute booked a room, the king bedroom has so much floor space, I love it. Y'all need to throw a dancing pole in there between the bed and the table/chairs. . Easy to book, the staff is great, very friendly. This room had a mini fridge, microwave, some type of coffee maker, it was clean, no bugs inside or out. I like this room. The a/c takes a minute to get going and the ceiling fan's on/off pull switch was stuck off, it would be cool if it worked. I 👍 recommend

Everything was cool, they held $30 deposit for a couple days, no biggie, way lower price than others around the area. Room was clean, shower head kinda sucked. I'm about 6ft3 and I had to duck down to wash my hair and upper body... Nice hot water too. Nobody bothered me, or my friends. Can't smoke in the rooms but that's pretty much the norm for that now. Great location close the mall, casinos, restaurants are all over that area. Will definitely stay again .. Thank you .......

The property was well tended, parking lot clean and had no potholes or damage, well marked. We were only ten minutes from freeways, which was OK with us.

The WIFI signal was so poor that it could only be received near the front window. The lack of a table meant you had to hold your laptop in your hand to get WIFI. One of the chairs had screws poking up through the seat, that stabbed you if you sat on it. Management knew this, and said they used screws that were too long when they repaired the chair! Some nasty bug was biting me in my sleep, as I woke up with several bites. They moved me to a better room (102) with no problems.

Thank goodness the neighborhood was quiet because you could hear all the road noise loud and clear. everything was clean accept the floor it had not been vacuumed for a while, or the vacuum doesn't work well. A few channels came in on the TV analog. There was no channel guide, not all buttons worked on the remote. Bed was comfortable enough. The room was spacious. We had one bath towel; I was given another when I asked. Had to cut our showers short because the water began to cool.

Well lit property. Nice lobby, and wonderful staff at the check in/out window. Very large room with a comfortable bed. Refrigerator was appreciated! Hot water in the shower was quick - hardly any wasted water waiting to heat up! Very quiet, even being close to a major 4 lane street.

The carpet in the room had stains, the linen and towels were stained and the chair was stained. You couldn’t walk in the room without socks or shoes due to your feet looking like you walked outside in the dirt

Room missing Ice Bucket, Warm Cups for Coffee Maker (can't put coffee in clear plastic cups), Washcloth (full reset of linens on day 3 of stay brought washcloth) and Facial Tissue (front desk said they were expecting delivery but never came). Also there were less than 10 cars in the parking lot, and there was someone in a room next to mine and above me...can you not spread these people around? Will just say walls are thin.

Cgeck-in was easy, but they required a $30 deposit, with no timrframe given for the refund of said deposit. I didn't appreciate the rust-stained sheets, nor the yellow-stained pillow cases. The coffeemaker was nice that it made an actual small pot for 2, and the coffee wasn't bad. But there was only one washcloth and one hand towel in the room, and two small bath towels. We've stayed in worse, and have definitely stayed in better, but overall, it was just average.

Bugs in the room

The man who checked us in was fine. Very polite and helpful. The overnight stay was terrible. Several times during the night there was a loud bang from another room that sounded like a bomb going off. Loud yelling that we could hear plainly. We ended up just leaving at 4:30 am because we couldn’t sleep. You can’t control who rents a room but there’s no one to contact because no one’s at the front desk until 8 am.

They also do not recognize ESA dogs as “service animals”. I have terminal cancer condition that does not require a functioning service animal, however these folks turn a deaf ear to someone visiting for medical treatment.

The property was clean and quiet. Parking right outside the door so that was easy. Check in was great and Front desk person was helpful as she provided us a book of all the cool things to do in Mesa. Property offers great value for what you pay to stay.

I ended up buying my own pillows and bedding. Microwave in the room didn't work, was asked to bring food to the office to heat up. Updates and some TLC would do this location a lot of good.

This property is terrible it stinks and the conditions of the Room were Beyond Terrible I'll never stay here again even if it was Free my Grandson was with me and He Saw Roaches in the Bathroom At Night.

My husband and son stayed while I was doing something in Mesa. The front desk agent was INSISTENT that I not stay because it was “an extra charge” which is crazy because I wasn’t going to be staying anyway but a queen bed would’ve easily slept me and my husband as our son is only 1 and had his own travel bed. The first room had a huge hole in the floor that you could see all the way through the carpet to the concrete. It was definitely smoked in even though we requested a non smoking room. They did give us a new room which seemed to have been less likely to have been smoked in, but the cigarette holes in the sheets say otherwise. The new room had a very strange smell and the bed lacked a fitted sheet so you could see the mattress if you moved just a little on the bed. I chose this place not just because we needed something cheap for one night but because it had good reviews. Now I’m wondering if tweakers left those reviews because that was the only thing I could see outside and around the property. Plus gunshots at 3 am? Come on.
