The staff were great!! The breakfast was very nice and the eating space was large. It was so nice to have a kitchen to prepare small meals in. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was great, other than the woman who checked me in didn’t bother to look at me, as she said she’d be with me in a minute. While I waited to check in, a gentleman reported to the front desk that towels at pool needed replenished. Front desk woman told them she’d be with them in a minute again without looking up. Then a couple hours later we went to the pool and there were no towels available. Other than that, everything was great. Clean hotel with nice areas to relax at the hotel and nice rooms.

The location was very good, near freeway and restaurants. The breakfast was good, fresh and always full. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Better kitchen supplies and utensils. Better TV choices, ways to add subscriptions or casting from the phone. Only 2 children's channels, one only in Spanish and the other one had adult shows half the time.

I arrived late to check in with my boyfriend to a room with a singkle king bed. It was very apparant that the late night clerk did not think it was appropriate for two men to be sharing one bed as he repeatedly implied that something was improper and expressed his diaapproval.

Quiet, well maintained, friendly, comfortable inside. Because the daytime temperatures are over 100, the pool area is too hot to be useable during the day.

Room was nice. Staff was very helpful, especially during check-in. The hotel seemed a bit trashy. There were people just hanging out in the parking lot at night. It seemed like the hotel was full of homeless people and/or organized crime group who were living there or sharing rooms. There might have been prostitution group working there too as some of the women I saw in the parking lot and in the hotel seemed to be entertaining guests! There was an order of marijuana in the hallways. I've stayed there before for work and the hotel has definitely gone downhill.

The Engineers dropped the ball in the main public area, the Elevator. It doesn't look like they PM it in months, It needs to be painted. The carpet was very worn and the ice machine was loud in my room, but other than that the stay was great.

Hotel seemed out dated for a marriot. You would think any marriot hotels are 5 star rated. This one was 2 star...same rating a motel 6 would get. The double room suite wat congested overloaded w furniture that seemed unnecessary n cabinets are out dated.

I had requested a top floor room and they gave me a room on the top floor. Given they only have 3 floors. Also I had told them it was my Anniversary and they had left a card, some bubbly, and glasses for us.

It said it had a tennis court but it ended up a small basketball court/volleyball area that the net could be lowered for a small tennis court. We just went to a park instead.

Dated. Carpets are older, therefore not clean. Paint on doors chipped. There was glue or substance oozing out of tiles in kitchen area. Had to be moved to another room. Not much greater.

The next day they were installing plywood over the hot tub and the pool area was now closed because of a faulty gate latch. There was dog poop all over the property, our room had a faulty microwave, rip in the carpet, and problem with the kitchen tap. I expect more from Marriott resorts.

Our stay was fine. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room and public areas were clean. Pool area good. Only criticisms would be that breakfast finished at 9 during the week and 9.30 at weekends. It would be better for people on holiday for breakfast to finish later! Also a lot of single use plastic and polystyrene was used at breakfast. This could be improved I'm sure to be kinder to the environment.

We requested a handicap room and was told the room given us was just as good. Shampoo rack was off the wall and sitting on the corner of tub. When I tried to use it I slipped and fell in shower. Luckly I was not hurt. No ice cup in freezer, so was unable to make ice.

I understand that Breakfast is over at 9:30 AM  But this Morning Sunday 11/07 I heard one of the Kitchen staff tell a Patron to Move out of the way (Not Excuse me Please - not I am sorry can I get in there please) Just Move out of the way.   I have More to say / I will be sending a email     928-386-4190

Meaning it was a 1 bedroom with a living room. I needed the room because my husband and I were both working and it can be difficult at times working in the same room. Upon check in no one ever mentioned that they could not accommodate us. Once we got to the room we noticed it was just a suite meaning the kitchen, living room and bedroom was just an open space. So I called the front desk and they basically said it wasn't there problem since I booked through the app. Call hotels.com who called the hotel and told them to call back the following day. Seriously? What good would that have done. We were only staying 1 night. Horrible customer service. They lost a long time customer who referred many people here.

The dishes had to be washed before we could use them, their was hair on the folded clean sheets for the pull out bed, the pool wasn't clean until our last day their, and as I was loading our truck to check out I got locked out with half my belongings still in the room (along with my phone). Other then that it's a nice, quiet stay.

Had 2 bedroom suite for 4 adults and the kitchen was only outfitted with enough glasses and utensils for 3 people. No maid service unless you request the day before. The bed was not very comfortable with a large depression in the middle for you and your bedmate to constantly roll into. The shower drained so slowly that after 5 minutes, you were standing shin deep in soapy water. The tub finally drained an hour after our shower. In general great hotel! We would stay here again!

Got a two bedroom sweet with a kitchen. Unfortunate no in room coffee, no silverware (even wrapped) or any sort of utensils that come with a typical suite with kitchen. Continental breakfast was a joke. No effort whatsoever. Carpet was in awful condition both in room and common areas.

I like the full kitchen with oven in our suite. Since we arrived early for check-in, we were offered another suite to accommodate us, but we decided to wait. It didn’t take long before we were in our room.

We only stayed one night, but most everything about the hotel was newly remodeled. So, it was all great. Breakfast was about what we would expect, and it was fine - no complaints. Room was quiet and we got a good nights sleep.

Nice hotel with just a couple of small issues. The main rooms are not connected to the front desk, which is also the same area breakfast is served. Phoenix is normally nice weather, but we were there when it was in the 30’s overnight. Also, the room had a mildew smell. Nice hotel with just a couple of small issues. The main rooms are not connected to the front desk, which is also the same area breakfast is served. Phoenix is normally nice weather, but we were there when it was in the 30’s overnight. Also, the room had a mildew smell. Overall good. The free breakfast was good. Nice that parking is not an additional fee. Rooms are specious and have nice offerings.

The hotel room was great. The pool was not heated which was a bummer for the kiddos that stayed for a team tournament - too cold for them to swim. The hotel rooms weren't attached to the lobby (had a separate side entrance) which was a bit strange. The service was great though and the room was clean.

I chose this hotel as it was about midway between the airport and where my family lives. Access to the hotel was extremely easy and not far off from the 60. My initial experience was met with a wonderful lady at the desk who presented herself in a professional manner, provided good information for me on my first trip there. Accessing the room was easy, entering the side door, accessing the elevator to the 2nd floor and into the room. The room was clean, presentable, and if I were staying an extended period, would have been a welcome as it had all the necessities for an extended stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable without being too soft or feeling as if I were sleeping on a slab of stone. Controls for the air conditioner were easy to change to a more suitable temp. The hotel had it on the cool side, but I can understand for travelers not accustomed to Phoenix' temperatures. The only thing that was a drawback was an odd odor when entering the building. Nothing overpowering, just strong enough to be noticeable and wasn't present when I went into my room itself, only in the hallways. Who knows. The breakfast is akin to most "free" breakfast hotels. sausage/eggs, and an assortment of many other items kids and adults would enjoy. It is near many restaurants as well as previously stated, easy to access on and off highways for travelers heading out to destinations beyond.

No dish detergent was provided only soap for the dishwasher, which we had to ask for twice because it was not left after the room was cleaned. Overall it was a good experience.

Clean. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Got woke up at around 4 a.m. for fire alarm which was annoying but hotel nice.

The hotel I recently stayed at I was greeted by friendly staff. However it took them three times before they could find my reservation. I was exhausted and just wanted to go to my room at that point. To get to my room I had to leave the building and enter another. The stairwell smelled musky and had a weird odor to it. The room itself was clean and nice. Very comfortable. The bed was soft and nice. The bathroom was where I had the issues. When attempting to take a shower the shower broke and the hose detached from the nozzle and proceeded to flood the bathroom floor before I could get to the water and turn the faucet off. The bathroom itself offered no towel hangers or towel bars to hang my towel on. I ended up using the wheelchair safety bar as my towel rack. The weather was 119 degrees outside, and while there was nothing they could do about the heat, the pool was out of order so I couldn't at least take a dip. Instead they were redirecting customers to use another hotels pool. Overall the staff was polite and accommodating. The morning breakfast was simple but good. The problems were with a broken bathroom and broken pool.

I had a wonderful time in Mesa, Az and the room in the Residence Inn was excellent, very clean and everyone was very professional, I would definitely stay there again.

Loved my stay in the suite and the 7am breakfast was great

In fact, I had a room at the back which overlooked a golf course.

Friendly and attentive staff, spacious and comfortable with good amenities. I don't see why anyone would stay anywhere else in Mesa within a tight schedule and budget!

- Everything needs upgrading – everything is dated and smells old - The AC unit is SO loud in the room that it wakes you up in the night, and the ventilation system allows cockroaches and spiders in - Breakfast is OK, but the same thing every day and they don't check the dates on things, as loads of the yoghurts were out of date - There are no ovens in the rooms (just a microwave and a hob), so not sure how the hotel can claim 'full kitchen' is included - All the crockery was dirty so had to be put through the dishwasher before use - The hotel location is pretty good – near to the highway and to loads of restaurants and shops, which was the only blessing It wasn't a cheap stay either. I certainly wouldn't come back here.
