Travelling with 4 kids under 10 was a feat. We all fit comfortably and actually got to cook during our stay. Memories were made. The property was clean and the staff was so friendly. Except for the trash in the kitchen not being taken out, our room was clean. We really enjoyed our stay, and in the future we'll be staying here again.

Rooms were awesome. I had four kiddos and a dog and they were able to move me from a 2nd floor room to a 1st floor room, per my request, so my crew didn't bother other guests. The heated pool and jacuzzi were highlights. Also, the outside barbeque and hangout area. I didn't want to leave.

The hotel had a very homelike atmosphere from the time we walked in the lobby door. It was very clean and had a pleasant smell. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

We are picky hotel stayers. I typically only search for 8+ rated hotels because I just can’t risk staying somewhere “gross”. Residence Inn was in such great shape I questioned if it was built within the last couple of years, but it turns out it’s almost 8 years old. Our room was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool and recreation area was clean and in good shape. Staff were friendly. We didn’t eat breakfast so we can’t comment on that. The only complaint is that the TV in the bedroom of room 311 is extremely slow.

Very clean and quiet. They had the typical hotel breakfast foods, but I thought it was very efficient that they had the pancakes already made up. I didn't have to stand at a machine and make pancakes for all of my kids.

Which took forever someone to answer the phone also someone that answered was rude, also i asked how would i pay for any items they have in the convenience store next to reception area. Once again they answered rude seemed like they did not want to answer any questions, it’s okay i understand people have bad days. Yet they have to understand people get anxiety talking to other people over the phone & make it into a uncomfortable experience. Not trying to get anyone in trouble maybe just have a little better customer service.

It was very cool in the second room when we arrived so I turned the temperature up, I turned it back down to sleep but it did not cool the room during the night. It stayed about 73 to 74 degrees. Staff said the AC units would freeze up. The over the bed ceiling fan made sleeping ok.

Very nice and clean property. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Will make this our go to property when we visit family in AZ.

This was conveniently located for a business meeting with dining/breakfast options close by, easily accessible to highway with clean rooms, good service at a reasonable cost. If in the area, I would easily stay here again.

The hotel is only 6 years old, but looks like it could have opened last month…very clean and kept up. My only issues were that they didn’t offer a shuttle to get to several dining and shopping areas in very close proximity, there wasn’t an ATM on the property, which most hotels have and the breakfast options and coffee were subpar for a hotel of this caliber. I would probably stay here again, but I would bring my own coffee rent a car.

The breakfast selection could use an update; especially during the week, the coffee was constantly out.

The hotel was super nice and clean. The only thing I disliked was the breakfast. They only had prepackaged food available and looked like it came from Costcos. Other than that I would stay here again

It was great, and house keeping was always available, the front desk staff were amazing and helpful, the surrounding shopping amenities were a plus

Overall, everything was great. The only issue was the long hair strands from a previous guest in the shower and the counter. Plus, the bath towel used for the floor was visibly dirty. They replaced it immediately when we called the front desk.

Overall, the property was amazing. The only thing that faltered. My trip was the lack of hot water to the sink and shower. I didn’t complain though so my bad.

I liked the swimming pool

The facility was nice but the breakfast wasn't that impressive. Oatmeal was add hot water to a package. There was no waffle maker for hot, fresh waffles. Eggs were just lukewarm and sometimes even cold. They really dropped the ball on the breakfast side of things.

Actually hotel.com booked a room for us that wasn’t available. They did everything they could to make it work for us.

There is no place close to eat but they do stock quick frozen food for purchase. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking.

It’s an absolutely amazing property. The pet fee should be $50 though rather than $100 for a nondestructive pet.

Great spot for a week stay. Only issue was the range hood does not vent outside and the alarm went off while I was cooking.

What a great hotel. I felt completely comfortable by myself. I really enjoyed my time. The room is really great with the kitchen and a TV that turns to watch from the living room couch which is really comfy or the bedroom.

The property was great! The room amazing and super clean! Not a lot going on around the property but that’s okay! Was only there for one night. The only issues I had was that every time I walked by the front desk, there was never anyone there. Also when asking whoever eventually came to the desk or when I called, the staff is not very knowledgeable of the rooms or what is going on for the property. When I first got there, I asked the front desk woman if there were pots, pans &/or silverware for the kitchen and she said “I think so”, I think that it would be good to know if guests were to ask. Also when calling the front desk in the morning if there were to go plates for the continental breakfast, the man that answered said “he doesn’t know and that no one has ever asked him that question”. Just some simple information to know about the property you work at. Other than that, the room was amazing.

This is a very nice hotel. It is easy to find, very clean and spacious rooms. There are many dining and shopping issues within a few blocks away. We will definitely use this as our hub when traveling to Mesa.

Room was clean and comfortable. Nice kitchen, all the necessities. My only complaint was that my ID was not checked when checking in, and no information was given about breakfast times, pool times, and housekeeping. Was surprised when our room wasn’t cleaned.

I haven't got one thing bad to say about it. Its awesome. If there is something, I have not encountered it.

Checked in because water off at home. Room was no very clean bathroom dirty and bed had big stains and crusty. Asked for it to be changed had to change the bed myself.

We were very impressed with the whole experience. The suite, the personnel and the breakfast were exceptional. We will go back whenever we go to Arizona

Shower had a leak that leaked on to the floor. The pool itself could do with some TLC. Gaps between tile and cool decking. But all in all a good stay. And a bit pricey.

The suite was great ,very clean had everything we needed. Beds& pillows were great shower was wonderful. We didnt care for breakfast 1st day. We like eating out anyway.

Appreciate how lit up the parking area around the hotel. Breakfast provided many options. Pool was perfect for my 7 and 10 year old. Front desk staff was so nice and quick to help. I was able to drop off bags early due to a later check in time. They keep the facility clean and clean rooms every other day, but provide any requested supplies on demand (towels/tp). Always had hot water for showers! Right off the highway and across the street from a hospital. Many many good options in the area. 35-40 min on highway from Scottsdale. Good place for families!

Was able to get the help we needed very last minute despite the hotel being very booked up...my husband was having surgery and we needed a room with a stove and we're able to find one here...only issue we had was that there was a 2 year old staying above us who would jump and run around the room, and wake up my husband who was recovering from his surgery...I didnt want to make any waves but asked the front desk if there was another room we could move to, since it was so booked there unfortunately wasn't, but she contacted the guest above us to request they keep their little one from jumping off the beds, which I appreciated but felt bad about

Stayed for 5 nights and so loved the comfort and design of the room, varied breakfast, gym,etc.

Feels like home

We had a nice stay, my only complaint is the staff is stingy with the linens. They would not give us a fitted sheet for the pull out bed. They said they didn’t have enough. We had 5 people checked into the room and they only gave us 3 towels. We we asked for more, they would not bring them to us. Hotel was clean, staff was a little rude. Also they deactivated our room keys an hour before checkout and we got locked out of our room.

It was great. Nice and perfect for our family. Great beds.

Very good hotel but the location is a little isolated - no restaurant to walk to, you have to drive everywhere. We had a 1-bedroom apartment, very comfortable.

Had to be in the valley for a week while my mother was in hospital. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was. Plus, with the furnished apt like room I was able to fix my own meals. Plus, the breakfast selection was beyond continental. I will always look for this hotel when I have to travel. Diffidently worth the price of the stay. Thanks

The facility was v.ery nice. We had no body was and had to tell the desk clerk the next morning. We reported that the pillows on both pillows on the sofa had the corners chewed from what we assumed was a dog. The clerk said he would have housekeeping take care of it but they did not. Finally took the pillows down to the desk

After check in we went to the room, It had a strong smell of skunk or similar. We had our 80yr old mom, who couldn't breath due to the smell. The AC was not working and the floors were dirty(seemed like it was not vacuumed for days). We went to ask the front desk to have someone clean the room, but the front desk girl (short black girl) gave us so much attitude telling us we can not do much since there is no manager on duty. She told us that she will send someone to fix the AC. We had to wait in the lobby for 30-40 mins. Even the AC repair guy was super rude to my husband telling him not to touch the AC.

Great hotel with big rooms and big bathrooms. The pet policy isn’t clear when booking online so may be a good idea to call and clarify.

The staff was overall amazing. Well booked through a third party (Expedia) and where overbooked and cancelled our reservation once we had arrived with no notice. It was late and we needed a place to stay. The staff was great in helping but we had to go to another location and was very inconvenient, especially when traveling with children.

Nearly perfect. The only thing that lessened perfect relaxation was small bright light that blinked every 9 seconds during the night. (Smoke detector?)

We arrived in Arizona way before the 4 PM check-in time. We were going to sit in the lobby for hours and wait until it was check in time. I asked at the front desk if a room might possibly be available early and there was! They were very nice about it, and our room was perfect. It’s a very comfortable place to stay.

Beautiful if lonely hotel. In a new developed area near a hospital with not much else around. We didn't expect the room to be a huge suite with a kitchen. We are local but needed a place to stay near a party we were attending. Beautiful and a great breakfast buffet the next morning.

One of best in East valley

It is nice to have all amenities including dishware and cutlery as well as full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

This hotel looks brand new. Our room was very clean. I was afraid there would be a lot of noise between the freeway and the hospital but i heard nothing we slept very good. Breakfast was awesome.

One item I would change is the breakfast menu. I did find something to eat. It was the selection.
