It was within 10 minutes of terror trader, organ stop pizza, and the casino we wanted to go to. We really just wanted a place to sleep and it met that expectation. The bathroom was not clean though and the duvet cover was not clean. There was also dryer lint blowing across the property. It met my needs regardless.

The room was big enough that my father's wheelchair could move around easily, despite not being an ADA room, the bed was comfortable, and the employee who checked us in was super helpful. One of the nicer Motel 6s I've been to. The next time I need lodgings in Phoenix, this will definitely be one of my top choices.

BAIT AND SWITCH!! We purchased our stay through HOTELS.COM and when my daughter got there they told her all they had was a SMOKING ROOM which we clearly had got the non-smoking room because she has health issue that she can not be around it. She tried to get a new room and was told sorry, there is not another one in the whole hotel.

Unhoused people staying there I'm guessing where removed from their room and they were camping outside our room, high on I don't know what, very scary situation. I rented this property on behalf of some friends who were coming in from out of state. They were looking for something convenient and reasonably priced, and this place checked all the boxes for them. They really liked the affordability, the easy access to the freeway, and the fact that the neighborhood felt clean and well-kept. One of the biggest things they appreciated was that there weren’t any signs of homelessness in the immediate area, which gave them an added sense of safety and comfort—especially since they weren’t familiar with the city. Overall, it made a great first impression, and they felt it was a solid choice for their stay.

The staff was kind but did not give directions to my room. I ended up walking upstairs with a heavy suitcase. I'm not young and walking into the wrong room where there was a customer.I then asked for directions to my room. A staff member helped me to the correct room. My room was noisy. My bedsheets had not been changed. I had a very late arrival, so I ended up using my clothing as bedding. I was very disappointed and scared.

Clean no frills motel. Right off the highway so it was a bit loud.

Both ice machines on the property were out of order my entire 3-day stay there. On the positive side, the staff -- both the front desk personnel and the maid -- are friendly, helpful, and efficient.

Absolutely no amenities in the room that was barely large enough to hold a double bed. When I asked for a microwave to heat up my dinner, I was told I would have to visit the other Motel 6, which is about 300 yards away, but could use their microwave next to the lobby. If the room was $50 a night I wouldn’t be so disappointed. But for $268 for two nights, I’m disgusted. By the time I checked in, nothing else was available in the area so I was stuck there.

This room was booked on Expedia, and $133.47 was charged to my credit card a full month before my stay. At the time I checked out the next morning, the receipt showed a zero balance but no indication of what I had paid.

The bed was full size not queen. There wasn’t a blow dryer or iron (which is listed as amenities). Asked for a blow dryer & told they don’t have any because people keep steeling. Nothing they can do!

First room assigned smelled terrible. Would not accept it. Second non-smoking room stunk of smoke, burns on desktop, but tolerable. I expected basic, but this place is run down and not maintained. Mattress lumpy, gap under door, banged up counter tops.

I was making a quick trip and needed to stay the night in Mesa. I had no problems with the room, cleanliness, etc. You get what you pay for. However, what a surprise?? my GPS lead me to Motel 6, but it was the north one?? The south Motel 6 is minutes away, but you have to go down a parking lot alley and there are no signs?? I found the place, got my room, but wow? 2 properties so close to each other and no signs? All good

The exterior was in need of repair, banisters at stairs were rotten/rusting. Door to room had visoble gap at bottom and opening. We had to scrub the tub and toilet. Tub had hair on the side and it didnt look like it had actually been cleaned after last guest. We used two swiffer pads to clean the floor of the bathroom and sleeping area before we could walk on it and not get the sensation of sticking to the floor..the first cleaning pad was black with wat ever was on tje floor, the second one was not quiet as black, but floor felt much cleaner when walking. Pillows had hair in opening of pillow cases on each of the three pillows. We removed the pillow cases and shook them out.. Motel six used to be a quality place to sleep and not spend a fortune. Unfortunately i will be speending an extra 40 to 50 dollars a night from now on..

If you've been driving all day, and it's night, and you don't know the area, this motel will be a challenge to locate. After cursing google maps for 15 minutes driving around to find this place I finally went to a nearby Motel 6 who gave me instructions to find this location. The Motel 6 sign was only half lit, with 'Free WiFi' lit up and the 'Motel 6' not lit up. This location is accessed by a hard to locate driveway that looks more like an alley way. When I commented to the check in clerk they replied 'Yeah it's a motel 6, they don't like spending money'. What kind of business saves money by not changing a light bulb in their sign so that customers can find their location. Especially ironic given the company slogan - 'We'll leave the light on for you'.

All I can say is that I have been coming to motel 6 for the past 2 yrs, I have always paid my rent on time everyday, and I always treated the staff and the maids with respect. So one day my paycheck was going to be late which it happens ya know and they let me pay it at 12pm, with a '$40 late fee? Well I got off work that night about 10 so I couldn't get to the office to pay that $40 late fee, ( li couldn't believe they charge $40 late fee in the first place! ) anyways when I went into the office after I got home, the girl that was up there had no idea what the story was so she called her manager.. Can you believe they put me on the DNR list?? Just because I didn't pay the $40;;by 3pm?? I was at work.They said my man told them I get off at 3pm well, I clean houses, I have no set time on when I'm getting off work.. I get off when everything is done. So long story kinda short, it just goes to show how some companies really do care for there customers, and who don't. I'm not done drug addict like done of them around here and I don't think that is right. They are losing money from me because I've paid my rent every day, may have been late on late payment but I still don't understand how they do things around there. I'm not mad, I'm just disgusted. This world has so much hate in it that it makes me sick,!! Peace out my peeps!

The girls in the office are pretty cool to me and understanding. That's a plus for me. And the place is pretty decent. I have no complaints and if I did, nobody's gonna listen anyways!

I like this spot. The staff are really nice and chill. They were very nice in the office and even the maids were super cool. The rooms were very cold and that's a major plus for me especially during the summer heat, this room gets very cold! I love it. I have no complaints at all. 👍💯
