    The convenience to the freeway and First Watch. The noise from the adjoining room was very loud. The bathroom sink was dirty, and hair was stuck on the wall in the shower. The lobby floor was dirty and it wasn't kept up. I wouldn't stay here again.

    Highly recommend look elsewhere! Room appeared cleaned upon entering, window sill dead bugs,ants crawling all over. A/C filter &vents disgusting. No kitchen supplies, pay additional $50 for supplies if you want. Called office BIG JOKE! Went &got cleaning supplies. Had housekeeping give CLEAN blankets slept on top of bed. Locked my door @ all times, ppl outside hanging out loud music late night to early RIDICULOUS. YES I could of left just 1 1/2 days for my bathroom remodel. Never Stay at this Establishment.. Disgusting

    Room was clean, but very basic. Parking was free and available even though the hotel was full. I had originally reserved a room with two beds because I was traveling with my middle aged son on a business trip and we were sharing a room. I received several calls from the hotel asking if we could take another room because of overbooking and I reluctantly agreed after hearing that there was a pull out couch. When we arrived, the room was ready but the couch was very uncomfortable and there was no bedding in the room for the couch, so he had to go back to the office and request this. No compensation was given for the downgrade of the room, nor was it offered...

    The manager is the absolute worse human I think I know. The office is no open 24 hours a day like other hotels. So I had 2 friends stop by and didn’t think twice about it. My next stay there woke up to the manager pounding on my door. She told me I had 15 mins to get out so I just booked another night. She comes back hours later telling me she will call the cops on me if I don’t get out of the room. Keep in mind I have already paid for another night. She said it was because I had the 2 unregistered guests on my previous stay.

    The price and it offered a kitchen and a full size refrigerator There was a beeping noise that continued the entire night and we had to leave the TV on so as not to hear it. Also although the kitchen was nice, they furnished zero plates, pots, or silver ware to cook and serve. So I would have had to bring all that, which I didn’t know.

    Liked the location, room size, bed Cleaning service once in 14 days is not practical. I stayed 13 days, requested to clean the room/bathroom multiple times, no cleaning done. Management policy to only clean once in 14 days is not acceptable for me! Can the management folks live in their house without cleaning bathrooms for 2 weeks?     No 24 hour desk. Nickled and dimed for any dishes or cookware. No extra sheets or pillows available. Desk was abandoned for 30 minutes in the morning. Spoke with night audit about broken shower in room. Spoke with morning clerk twice and was blown off, running around flustered. Evening clerk was wonderful and helped rooms. I will never stay here again, even with a voucher.

    The room was older, but very very clean. Great to have a full fridge and stove. The evening manager went above and beyond to help us because third party sites had them overbooked. She was absolutely the best. (I think her name was Linda but not 100% on that). It was quiet enough and a good value since everything was booked up in everywhere.

    There was nothing I liked about there. There wasn’t even a coffee maker in the room or coffee in the lobby. It’s the only hotel or any place I’ve ever stayed that didn’t give you coffee. No coffee no toilet paper no hairdryer no plastic glasses or cups no icemaker anywhere the carpet was terrible. That’s enough.

    Check-in was smooth and quick. Staff all around were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, although didn’t come with a trash can. Property was maintained. I did see the same dog droppings for the last 2 days of my stay. Wished they had a gym for how big the place was. Other than that no complains.

    The room was in ok condition. The AC blows directly on the bed by the window and wouldn't maintain an even temp. You'd be sweating in bed and suddenly freezing. Only one pair of towels for two people. You have to rent pans & dishes.

    Bree, the person at the counter, was incredibly short and impatient. It started w a request for 4 keys, as we were 4 ppl and booked as such. I was told (in a childish mocking tone), 'I gave you 2 keys ma'am". When i explained we were 4 and not planning on being together at all times she said, "You're getting 2 ma'am." I asked if i could leave a deposit but she dismissed me. Then my room was 2 full beds instead of the King and sofa bed I reserved. When I call she didnt even attemp to fix it, she basically said wethey gave away my room and I'd have to deal with it. She finally agreed to check after she was done w the person at checkin but never called us back. I reserved a King for a reason!! This was probably my most uncomfortable stay anywhere in a very long time. The room was book for 4 people and they only had 2 bath towels!!! Luckily i noticed when we went to bed and got more but the front desk leaves at 10 and doesnt get back until 9am. Had i not noticed until morning, it would have been totally stressful. It was clean and the room appeared to be recently updated. So, if you are solo for the full bed or small people, then just ignore the service and you'll be good.

    The place was so ghetto and dirty I couldn’t stay there. I saw rat traps and rats running in them, drug dealers staying there, office only open 10-10 and had no bathrooms or continental breakfast, people walking B around in robes, broken down cars, manager at front desk licking her fingers and holding a baby, place was not safe and filthy. I did not stay there as I did not feel safe!

    The room smelled like smoke. Even though it was a non smoking room. Staff was very nice, just didn’t like that the whole lobby being closed and having to wait outside to be checked in.     I don't have any complaints about my stay here but I wish I could've stayed longer. It was a quality experience. Carpet and floor was clean, bathroom was clean, good water pressure from the shower and kitchen area. Small kitchenette to cook at your leisure. Bed was very comfortable, big plump nice pillows for good sleep. Ac was fantastic. Nice washcloths and towels. All amenities were in good condition. TV and wifi available. I loved it and hope to see them again in the future.

    I reached out to Expedia who said they called them 5x, and they did not answer the phone once for them. Yet, every time I called, they answered... One lady even said they are "required to answer every phone call," so I am confused as to why I still have not been refunded my trip. I had stayed here not even a week prior without any issues. However, upon my arrival this time, I was unable to rent it due to them NO LONGER taking paper or photo copies of IDs... although last time it wasn't an issue. My wife had her wallet stolen during our trip here, thus, we were stuck and unable to fly home without a new copy (which we were awaiting to be mailed to us). Last time, they had no issue taking a emailed copy of her past ID, yet this time, they had "CHANGED [THEIR] POLICY". .....wanna know their reasoning? HUMAN TRAFFICKING. And while I understand Arizona- Phoenix in particular- is known for being a human traffciking hub, I also know after a long hot day in the 115 degree heat, I need access to a room with A/C. My uncle- a polio survivor- was with me as well, and it is hard for him to walk. He desperatley needed to get his feet up after a long day out as well, yet he had to settle for resting on the hard concrete. Since we were kepy Without a refund, without access to our room

    Booked the trip went to go check in at 845pm and they said they had no rooms available. I asked for a refund they said to get it from the booking site. I reached out to hotels.com and they said “too bad”. DO NOT BOOK!! They will take your money and say no room available and not give you your money back.     We didn’t have a stay. We were going to be late so we called last and told them we’d be late. We were told it would not be a problem. Well, it was. When we arrived the front office was locked. We called the number and the answering person said you were late so we canceled your reservation. A prepaid. After explaining that we called the person said too bad.     Just needed an inexpensive place near the hospital I was having surgery the next day. Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable and we only had one washcloth, no actual bath towels.     We arrived and the wifi was down but nobody gave us an update or a time frame of wait. We discovered what was going because we were waiting while they were on a phone call trying to figure it out but we have to still go back for a key. It’s been an inconvenience we had to get ready since we had a wedding to go to and we missed the ceremony since we lasted 40 min in the reception trying to get a response of help.

    No attendant at the front desk. There was a posting on the door directing people with reservations to use the phone to the right of the door to call/contact the desk. The phone wasn’t operable. I called the customer number on the site who then attempt contact the front desk with no response/success, they proceeded to tell me I will not be able to check in and would need to return the following day for check in, leaving me with no recourse but to rent hotel with another provider at 12:30 am in the morning after being in airport and on flights for the last 13 hours. After returning to the hotel the next afternoon I shared my experience with the front desk person and they stated that should not have happened, someone is always available. They also said they would note my reservation and ensure the charge for the day would be removed/credited to me. After checking in and receiving my room key I enter the room that was by no means in the condition for a guest . The carpeted floor was dirty with visible debris, the bed comforter was soiled/stained on the side along with 1 of the pillows be soiled. The room had a damp dank Oder. The microwave in the kitchenette was dirty around the handle and on the inside. The vanity in the bathroom was dirty with strands of hair and one of the towels had visible hair with light stain. The door was not completely sealed on the side and at the bottom the light was peering in.

    -The Wifi never worked -The room was not ready on time and I had to call ahead after giving two extra hours for it to be cleaned to be told it just needed a shower curtain. -The couch did not come with sheets and they were out of pillows upon asking at the front desk.     I was woken up at 5:30am by the exceedingly rude people above me in room 401 who's kid(s) decided jumping off the bed and non stop running around the room for an hour and a half was acceptable. Took every ounce of willpower to not knock on their door. I travel a lot and have dealt with guest issues before but this seems to be a growing issue lately as peoples entitled behaviors seem to be over the top now. Makes me think twice about traveling to vacation anymore.

    Our stay at this location was one of our best! From the friendly staff to the amazingly clean room, we were impressed. The location is quiet, adding to a great night sleep all three nights. I was a bit leery after reading other reviews but found them not representing this hotel. The exterior and interior areas are clean, safe, and appealing.

    Cons: room smelled strongly of some spicy food and it never dissipated; sat on the foot of the bed and the head of the mattress tipped up; mattress a bit too firm; vent for the air conditioner points straight at the bed and can’t be adjusted; parking lot is small and spots are tight, difficult to maneuver around. Overall, I’d give it. B

    Pros: clean room, nice appearance, all appliances as mentioned. Cons: no hot water in the shower, no dishes/tableware/paper towels, no pots & pans. Sure, you could buy them, and get them for far more than a thrift store purchase. The front desk explanation, well, showers take far more water and it's natural to run out. Excuse me, I heard all the showers run throughout the morning in adjoining apartments, and there was at least a half hour between each. The sink was hot but not the shower. I was freezing when I got out. Not a cold shower, but maybe 100 - 110 degrees, and that's pushing it. Effing cold. Imagine washing long hair like I have in those conditions. Breakfast is NOT included, nor are the pans to cook your own or the plates to eat them off of. Hard no to this place!

    Hotel seemed to be housing homeless people. Pet feces on walkways. I did not feel safe during my stay. No room services at all, didn’t even come by to take out the trash or bring clean towels.

    We booked through hotels.com and used our chime card and although hotels.com excepted it, for whatever reason the hotel did not so they would not allow us to stay there and told us our card would be refunded in 8 to 10 days and the lady at the front desk thought this was hilarious

    Very nice place for what you pay. Rooms are dark and wish they were brighter, feels a little dreary. A little old and upgrades would be nice. Bigger tv’s also would be cool. Staff is nice and pretty clean around. Will definitely stay again.

    Here for a wedding. The hotel does NOT have a pool or hot tub. There is eating within walking distance. The front desk/check-in lady was very friendly. The room was clean, bed/pillows were comfortable. No frills or fancy, but a clean room.

    We arrived on Thursday 9/19. Staff was very rude when we were checking in. There are ways to politely say that there is no early check in available. We came back at 2:45 and she was rude again. We sat in the lobby staring at her for 15 minutes before she decided to help the other people that were also there to check in. We were not charged the entire amount, and I asked when we would pay the balance. I was told that was the balance. We stayed for 10 days. We were called to the office on the following Thursday to pay our balance like we were going to skip out on the bill. I specifically asked her about paying the balance. Train your staff better. Also, we found cockroaches in our room. We won't be back.

    Speedy check in. Friendly and hospitable employees. Well maintained lush landscapes. Very quiet neighborhood. This Hotel motel can accommodate guests who are corporate travelers or having a house finishing construction by offering adults and children great rates the longer you stay there. This hotel is practicing Green Planet by limiting the times the employees maintain their rooms. If you do need more towels etc. it is upon request. Fantastic stay. I highly recommend this motel hotel to anyone on planet Earth.
