Dirty pool, dirty carpets. Rude and unfriendly front desk lady. Water issues in bathroom. I would say it’s a 3 star hotel at the max.

Overall good place to stay. And I loved the complimentary cookies. But the housekeeping could do better as they didn’t clean our rooms when we requested them to do so.

I left the card on my pillow to have my sheets changed, and they didn’t change them.

Everything was great with our suite room except the AC didnt cover or reach the bed area which made it difficult to sleep both nights.

Deli restaurant out of takeaway salad sandwich at 12:30pm Grab bar in shower loose. on First day. no housekeeping till 3:30 pm first day of stay.

Hotel Rooms were tidied every day whether it was requested or not. Sign said that towels hung up wouldn't be changed but they were taken every day. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Beds were comfortable. Air Conditioning was a bit loud but manageable. Quiet time started at 10 pm which was great, only a bit of noise and running around from a sports team on the first night.

The tub in my room was not draining properly and therefore had dirt and debris from when the cleaning crew had cleaned the room. Also the tub had worn areas where it was cracked and peeling.

The suite was roomy which I liked but I brought Clorox wipes and the jet tub had brown around the edge that I cleaned and the shower handle came off in my hand. On the deck there was mesh that had holes in it which wasn’t very appealing. But the room overall was comfortable.

The staff was very welcoming upon arrival and my room was clean when I arrived as well. It was nice and cool in my rom after it being hot outside. Parking was convenient and there were lots of amenities to try. The bed was comfortable and I felt safe in my room.

Our stay was terrible. There were like 10 baseball teams staying there. The noise started at 6 am and went till well after midnight. Kids running up and down the hallways screaming and yelling. Kids pushing elevator buttons on every floor. Playing and laying around in the lobby. Throwing water bottles and chasing each other. I complained so many times and no results. Asked if every once in a while a hotel person could walk the hallways and nothing. I talked to numerous people in the elevators that felt the same way. Not one of these kids was supervised. It is bad enough that sound travels thru the center of the hotel but this was unacceptable. So much for our enjoyable weekend. There are signs that say quiet hours are after 10pm but if no one is willing to enforce it or come out from behind the desk to see what is really going on that what use are the signs. We will never stay here again and would suggest no one else should. I understand they are kids after after complaining numerous time and getting no assistance that is what prompted my review.

This hotel was easy to access, just off the interstate and only a 15 minute drive to the airport. There are plenty of food options close by. Plenty of parking that is well lite. Our room was very large and the staff were attentive to our requests.

We were pleased overall with the property and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Two concerns that we had were the inconvenience of the broken elevator especially with the number of kids and families in the lobby and lounge areas. Secondly we were most disappointed at the ongoing running and playing on each of the floors by the kids that were staying at the hotel. They continued to run through the building late into the evening when most people would be settling down in their rooms. Although we would not expect the limited staff at the front desk to have the capacity or experience to deal with the noise and disruption, it feels that in addition to there being more responsible parents on site, the hotel should have had more senior leadership on site to address the issues. It was quite annoying and definitely a downside related to our otherwise good stay.

The hotel is convenient for this annual trip. There is a fold out couch which we use every year and every year we have asked to have it made up and it is not. One day on this trip the room had not been cleaned. They sent someone up, but late.

It looked nice and clean from the moment your walked in. The restaurant and lobby looked nice. The room wasn’t cleaned well, we didn’t get the crib we asked for. A lot of noise next door from staff or people. There was drilling going on. Vibrating the whole room throughout the night. People just stood in front of the door talking and laughing. Slamming the doors over and over.

My room sprung a leak and the carpet was sopping wet. I then had to pack up again and go to a different room. The rooms need updating, the wood work in the bathrooms need to be redone and in both room, the lampshades were dirty and had been taped together.

The hotel itself is nice, with a nice interior bar/lounge area. The rooms were clean. The maids did not make the bed however which is pretty standard even for what everyone calls "light" housekeeping these days. Breakfast was way to expensive. You can get most of the same thing for free at a Mariott that you pay $20 for at Hilton.

I’ve stayed here many times since 2018. This time was just not the standard I had come to expect. Several small things, such as very slow hot water at all times of the day, one bed made and the other not made on the same day, no bath mat left when room was cleaned, short stocked in the snack shop…nothing so major as to get the management involved. But it left me thinking that on my next visit I will look at other options in the area.

Unfortunately, we had roaches in our room. We were on the 7th floor. The AC also broke down in the middle of the night. The management was informed. I simply asked for a refund for one night but I have not received any word and it has been 6 weeks. We will not stay at this hotel again.

Did not get the room we booked through Expedia because it was “over booked”. The room we got was full of mosquitoes. The second room we got, the toilet barley flushed, and was fairly loud due to the interstate.

I loved this hotel as soon as I checked in! I was warmly greeted and given a fresh cookie that was so good. The breakfast buffet was also really delicious—though I do wish it had been included in the price of the stay. Room service was amazing, and our room was huge and very clean. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

I love staying at this hotel.. my A/C broke at my house. I booked a 2 bed room. Because I’m a Hilton Honors member they upgraded me to a suite.. Room 206 is my favorite.

My kids run track and we come down once a year for the last 4 years, this was the worst hotel we ever stayed in. Before the trip started the billed me wrong, I should have taken that as a sign. The hotel room smelled because the refrigerator was out , the phone was dead, like super dead and was plugged up. The ceiling had water damage and the wall had a hole in it. This room was old and dated with a purple sinking couch.

Our first room had a toilet that wasn’t functioning property. The second room was similar but better. Overall our stay was okay but not the greatest.

We love staying here, I have cancer scans at MD Anderson every few months, we stay here because it’s quiet and it’s super convenient for us. This time around, our room smelled a little odd, we had to buy Lysol and used it often, the shower curtain was torn and the toilet seat was broken. We really had never encountered any issues. I’m sure we’ll be back and I’m hoping we go back to the excellence we’re accustomed to. Front desk staff was great and accommodating!

It was a nice property. There were a lot of kids running around but that is due to baseball and not the hotels fault. It was easy and convenient to get to everything. I would definitely stay again.

They gave my room to someone else and gave me a cot. No hot water for shower. Noisest hotel ive ever stayed at. Kids running laps around the halls, playing tag up and down the elevator and halls. Pounding on our door at 11pm to be funny. Do not stay here if you want to sleep.

It was unacceptable. My son slept all night on a bed with sheets full of female menstrual blood covered sheets. The hotel never bothered to check the bed or worse, they never changed the sheet from the previous tenants. Unfortunately, we didn’t noticed it until we woke up. Horrible.

Service was outstanding. The beds are super-inconvenient in their positions. They are way too close to the wall on those sides. It is really difficult to get into the bed on that side.

Great accomodations, great staff in breakfast area

Went for news years and we had a wonderful and great time. Room was nice a spacious we wil still there again. Oh and don’t forget bout the cookies mmmm gooddd.

I reserved a room with a roll in shower. When I checked in no room was available. It was not noted in the requests from hotels.com. I could not use the shower until the brought a shower chair. I am a double amputee and stained my back and arms. Such a terrible experience.

Awesome location food joints right there you could walk if you wanted to and also got Dutch Bros in walking distance

Hotel was nice. I wish a window/door would have been able to open for fresh air. Our bathroom could have used a little work. The vanity was a little beat up.

Great experience safe area

The staff here was so incredibly kind! The woman who checked us in was kind enough to walk us around the property to show us some of the spaces as I needed a place to work after check out before some afternoon appointments. The rooms are a little dated, but very clean and well kept. We got upgraded to a junior suite which was perfect for myself and 2 teenagers, everyone got their own bed! They offer cookies at check in, and they do have gluten free ones that are free from the top allergens, and were yummy! The breakfast buffet (not free) also had gluten free and vegan options clearly labeled. We have celiac, so we appreciated this VERY much. Our room happened to be right in front of the elevator, so my son was kept awake at night by the VERY loud chime of the elevator when it hit your floor. Otherwise, the hotel was extremely quiet. Would absolutely stay again if we are in the area!

The hotel is good solid travel hotel. If you're passing through or need a place to stay in the area, can recommend. The area around the hotel is pretty strip mall ick.

Only real negative was the proximity to the freeway noise.

Ok stay. Convenient for where we were going in area. Lots of young people in for soccer tournament, but quiet enough after 10pm. Pool area nice but needed evening cleanup.

The only issue I encountered was that the walls didn't seem very soundproof, and I could hear the people in the next room early in the morning. They were quite loud and yelling, which disrupted my rest. I wish the room had been a bit more soundproof to avoid this inconvenience. Despite this, it was a pleasant and hassle-free experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

We took advantage of the common spaces, including the fitness area, and was not disappointed!

The tv was being converted to a streaming service so only a couple of channels were available. We weren’t told this until we checked in.

Staff was nice, bar and breakfast area were suitable experience for a hotel. But overall would not recommend.

I have already given my feedback on the lack of hospitality and flexibility. I will never stay at another Hilton property if I can avoid it and will never again use Hotels.com for booking.

Nice place

Only complaint was a few hairs in the shower and restroom areas. Other than that.. definitely recommend!
