We didnt have breakfast there only dinner and the service was not good at all bar tender cook and all was tge worst service we ever had. The service bar tender cook dont know what she was there threw me with my change she was working 6/10/2026 night

Frist our check in went well . The young lady was very nice . She even said when I asked about breakfast ,she said it was not include in my booking . but offer us a free breakfast during our stay . Which never happen. I ask when checked out( a day early) and was told it would be handle . I just received my invoice , and and there it is breakfast $36 dollars . FOR A VERY POOR BREAKFAST. A two day roll with some meat in it and a cup of tea

The hotel was clean and the staff were pleasant. However the trim was falling off the cabinet in our suite, and we were disappointed by the hidden costs, like the $10 parking fee. I think there are a few other options in the Mesa area that offer better value for the money.

Absolutely WONDERFUL. My check in was absolutely amazing, because of the great reception I received. She was absolutely incredible ( I forgot her name and on the card her name isn’t there). This young lady treated me as if I were the Queen. Kindness is so hard to experience these days. She was professional in every aspect, she really represented Courtyard by Marriott in the highest and best ways. I will recommend EVERYONE. Thank you…

We stayed here for a soccer tournament. The hotel staff were very accommodating and allowed us a late check out even with so many people making the same request. The pool was great and accommodated our boys being rowdy. There was a charge for overnight parking and we were disappointed we did not get free breakfast or free coffee. But the hotel itself was nicely updated, and great accommodations.

Very friendly staff, was able to have an earlier check-in, room was quiet, and beef was comfortable. Only wish we didn't have to pay on site parking and maybe have breakfast available with the cost. But, really great facility.

We had to change rooms the first room was old dirty and for handicap. The night service person was not friendly, I asked about getting a cab and he laughed at me said they don't have cabs anymore, not true as we got one ourselves. I use to work for the Marriott Task Force and open all hotels and this was not a good look for the Marriott.

Room was clean, shower was great, bed super comfortable, neither too hot nor too cold, pillows had nice variety, so I use use the stiff-kind of pillow I prefer. Bistro was really good food – highly recommend the hamburger, bacon, espresso! Woman managing the bistro was friendly, and quick in taking & preparing orders – truly a top-notch hotel!

It was lovely , the staff very nice I missed that the breakfast was not included. But the dining area was nice had private areas for quiet dining. Staff was so nice. It was a pleasant experience after a very long day of travel.

Rooms and bathroom felt too small and not great layout. We had a kind bed with a pull out couch for our 13 year old. It really was how small and badly arranged the bathroom was. It would be great for 1 person.

I liked the easy check in process, the easy parking and dining options around the area. The downside about the property is the AC unit, we had out room set to 65 the whole time but the room never got below 70 it seems… the whole building inside just felt warmer. We are also glad we took extra water with us because I get the water bottles in the room… but for $6 for one no thank you.

I’m not sure what happened. But Hotels.com got my reservation messed up. I was told that my first reservation would be cancelled, but when we got the hotel I was told the second reservation was canceled by Hotels.com. Yet they asked me via email how my check in was yesterday.

Super friendly staff. Really the sweetest people. The room was great, with a balcony, separate room climate zone for bedroom and living room. The bathroom was the only negative - tiny space I barely fit in with no ventilation so smells lingered for hours. It beyond that, everything else was perfect.

Well maintained property. Clean and comfortable. Staff was above and beyond helpful, making sure we had everything we needed or asked for. Would definitely stay there again. The only negative was the pull out/sleeper sofa was in need of a new mattress. My daughter slept on it as a couch after the first night and that worked out okay.

Hair on the shower wall and floor was not clean. The ony soap available was the body wash. Bathroom smelled like sewer the entire stay. Balcony was dirty. Disappointed because we regularly stay here.

Everything was good or acceptable except the shower water pressure, which had the flow rate equivalent of someone pouring a glass of water over your head. Whatever the cause, pipe blockage, low flow shower head, etc., must be fixed. Room 352.

My only issue is that despite a reservation, they tried to give us one king bed. We made this reservation early for 3 people and they thought one bed was good. Terrible.

On Sunday our room was not cleaned. We were provided with clean towels after we told them our room wasn’t cleaned that day. Shelving in the bathroom or vanity area would have been a plus. And the lightning in the vanity area was dim.

The bathtub could use a remodel, but other than that we had a pleasant stay. Customer service was excellent at check-in.

All good except I would prefer free coffee in the lobby.

We enjoyed our stay, even if it was just one night.

Other than being woken up multiple times during our stay due to other guests banging on our doors in the middle of the night. It was great.

Over half of the property’s parking lot is torn up.

They are doing construction in the parking lot, which eliminated 75% of parking. Naturally they didn't notify guests before. This meant if you had to walk around the entire building to get to your car/room. They booked me the room far from parking lot. All the staff was polite. Room was not cleaned well - hair and dirt in shower. Tired hotel that needs some updating.

The room was fine. We were there 2 nights and there was no cleaning service. Had to ask for towels & coffee. The hotel wanted to charge us $10/day to park in an empty parking lot. Pool & jacuzzi were great. Overall ok stay.

The cleaning service showed up four days out of my seven- day stay, one of which they just replaced the towels and did nothing else.

Being a Marriott I’m surprised there was not a free breakfast or coffee…. Don’t let the smaller hotels out do you

The staff was extremely friendly and my room was spacious. The outdoor pool area and Paris are wonderful. They did have to service the elevator while we there which was inconvenient but it was only for a little bit. The water pressure in the shower sucked but you can slightly change it to make it a little better. Overall though I would come again because it was everything you’d want in a hotel. Comfy bed, outstanding staff, clean and welcoming

I have stayed here many times place is great. However the food I vrhe breakfast deli is way over priced $6 for a plain bagel is wrong. But the hotel and location are great plenty of restaurants near by

Limited toilet and Kleenex in the room. Very limited supplies for the coffee machine. Hard to get a comfortable temperature; was either too hot or too cold.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everyone was really nice and the facility was very nice. I felt the prices for breakfast and the little store were high, especially when other hotels offer free breakfast. We purchased food and ate in our room. Loved the pool and my daughter felt the fitness room was great. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

When I got to my room it was not the type of room I reserved. I was not informed that they had changed me to a different type of room. Several members of Staff not friendly or helpful. Lock on door was broken. They said they would fix it. 5 days later it was still not fixed. Other guests trying to get into my room during the night probably drunk. Definitely disorderly. Staff responded but did not attempt to find them. Charged me an additional $100 for “incidentals” but could not tell me what incidentals were. Just said they charge everyone for “incidentals “. Just not the quality or service I was used to from staying at other Marriott hotels in the past. I would not go back there.
